The Black Dog Beer House

..I've found a beautiful gem hidden in a remote corner of west London...in the shape of this charming Pub, called The Black Dog, hidden in what looks like the old Brentford..with a huge selection of fantastic local fabulous beers, excellent service and fantastic food at a reasonable price(for London). Ahh I've almost forgot to mention that this pub has a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere..I couldn't fault it..in fact I absolutely loved it! 🫶🏻

Black Dog is an absolute must-visit! Tucked away in the back streets of Brentford, this place is a true hidden treasure. The food is next level. The service is equally impressive. The entire staff creates such a warm, welcoming atmosphere that keeps you coming back again and again (and we certainly do!). Best of all? The prices are incredibly reasonable for the quality you’re getting. It’s rare to find a restaurant / pub food that delivers on every front – exceptional food, outstanding service, and genuine value for money. If you haven’t been yet, you’re missing out!

Really good food, a fantastic selection of excellent beers, friendly and frankly gorgeous staff team, a lovely atmosphere… just a great place to be. I’ve been working nearby, came across the Black Dog on my first day and have been back every week since. Really going to miss this place and cannot recommend highly enough.

It's been a while since I've been blown away by a menu that follows through with outstanding food. I need to eat here for a month I want to try the whole menu. Phenomenal food.

Amazing range of cask and keg beers a couple of which are brewed on site. Organic wines on draught and a couple of real ciders. I didn't get chance to try the food which looked excellent. A truly top quality pub in Brentford worth travelling for. Probably the best pub in London. Ticks all the boxes really. The only slight niggle I had, considering that the prices are on the high end of the scale the measures can be a little shy and they don't use lined glasses. Still a wonderful place overall

A traditional beer 🍻 house with an excellent selection of drinks, definitely something for everyone. Staff were very friendly and helpful (with recommendations on beers) and professional, keeping the pub clean. We had some food (Kawarma & Loaded Fries) The service was quick, the food was well cooked and very tasty. Dog friendly & a good selection of games to play, they really do want you to stay and enjoy the place. Recommend to all if you are in the area.

Heard so many good things and this pub absolutely delivered! Food was delicious, beers were lovely and interesting and the service was extraordinary. We sat for hours with a baby and we had the loveliest afternoon. Our family agree this will be our new pub.
