A modern speakeasy with a true rooftop patio looking straight at the stadiums and river. Local outlets regularly highlight it for game-day energy, late hours, and a no-fuss menu of drinks that keep the focus on the view.

Fun spot with upstairs patio! The pickle chips were good!! They have Grape Happy Dad which is hard to find but so good!!

This is a great place for any pregame fun. You go up the stairs to get to it. There are 3 separate areas, an outside rooftop area, the main bar (with a few tables) and on down the hallway is a quieter second bar with more tables. This food is wonderful, made fresh and at a very reasonable price. There is not any tables service, waiters or waitresses, you have to order your food at the bar. They will then give you a number sign for your table, and they then bring your food to your table. The outdoor seating area had wonderful views of the city and adds to the overall atmosphere.

Had a rough day at work so went with coworkers to grab a drink and decompress. Bartender was very funny. We spent some time trying to figure out how the boat racing on tv worked. Overall a great experience and look forward to popping in every now and then for a drink.

We are from out of town they said they was open late and we don’t have one back home so we thought we would give it a try. I got the Big Pig Burger it was a microwaves burger or a burger that had been sitting in water forever. It was gross McDonald’s would have been better. I was expecting a nice grilled burger with pulled pork on top. The fries were clearly hours old but I don’t send food back. We also ordered wings and for $2 a wing I was expecting amazing things yeah that’s a big no sauce was just thrown on top not tossed and they also have been sitting for hours. This place is open til 2 we got food at 8 I would go back for a drink but I would never eat there again. I have it a 2 stars because service was great and fast but it was clearly fast because the food had been ready and waiting

Boyfriend and I stopped for a drink after the Casino while we stopped in Cinci over night in a road trip home. Loved the vibe and atmosphere of the bar, and drinks were good! Only "complaint" is that our bartender was definitely intoxicated and kept forgetting to get us our tab to pay so we could get back to our hotel room for the night. She was super friendly and made great conversation, so our only note is that we mentioned we wanted to get back to our dogs at the hotel. We do definitely plan on coming back in October for a football game, and hope to see our same bartender!

Google
We went during dinner time because the menu looked tasty and affordable while having a roof to seating option. When we arrived it took us a while to find an actual employee once we did we were instructed that it was bar service only so we ordered our food and went out and said on the outdoor seating area. In some area was extremely loud and would not be suitable for a family to eat dinner. The outdoor seating area did have music playing and while not extremely loud it was extremely vulgar. In fairness the food was good and at no point did I find any advertising that would suggest they consider themselves a family-friendly place.

Google
An interesting place to have dinner. We went because of a review on empanadas, however that wasn't on the menu anymore. I had the chicken sandwich. He was very good with the buffalo sauce and topped with bacon. I also had the fried pickles. They were also very good. They were chips and not speers. Nice crisp breading on them. I would definitely go back

I'm confused, and I'd rather not write this, but it's bad. I was in town on July 16th, and walked down from the Hilton at 11pm in hopes of grabbing a late night burger and drink. Walked up the steps, sat at the bar and grabbed the menu that was already on the bar. A few seconds later I was ready to order. Here's where it gets weird - one bartender was too busy talking to his two buddies at the bar, and checking out videos on the phone. He poured a few drinks, including a drink for what must have been another employee that was behind the bar, who already behaved somewhat incogerent at that point. At no point did the bartender acknowledge me, or ask me, and did the complete opposite - ignore me. I sat there, tried to signal that I was ready, and nothing. Those smartphone videos must have been something, I get it! I left after sitting at the bar, unserved, after 7 minutes. This was the most uniquely weird experience I've ever had in any bar in the USA.

Yelp
The bartender Travis was a BALLER ASS DUDE . Super personable and chill, drinks were good and bar was cool and eclectic. Take time to look at the details. Me and my boyfriend came here for the first time and we had a great time :) -Taylor and J Oh and Bobby dope too, catch your ass at Creed

Yelp
Took them absolutely forever to answer the phone and when they did I asked if they have a family room because of my 13 year old sister. She kept saying she couldn't hear me so I spoke louder and she still couldn't hear me. She said "we're 21 and up" and then just hung up. Very unsatisfied with the customer service and the amount of respect given.

Yelp
Meh, at least regarding the food. I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap. It was mostly wrap and not as much filling. It came with a side of bagged Lays potato chips. It was just a-okay. The views of this place were where it was at. Great to have the patio overlooking the southern views of Cincy.

Yelp
Fun local spot in downtown Cincy. Stopped in for a couple beers. Would be a great spot on game day. Overlooking Bengals and Reds stadiums. Fun bartender too.

Yelp
The blind pig is a great place to drink the night away and an equally great place to grab a bite the next morning. The food is decent and the staff is friendly. The servings are healthy and left us feeling satisfied. Definitely a place to drop by while in the city.

Yelp
I was staying at a nearby hotel and wanted a lighter bite for dinner, like just a sandwich or something. After looking at their website, I walked over and walked up into the deck area. I didn't know if I was supposed to grab a seat, approach the bar, or whatever. After nobody approached me at the entrance, I decided to go to the bar and ask for a menu. I ordered a pulled pork sandwich and upgraded to a side salad (alcohol would have put me to sleep after a long day), paid and got a number to place at a hightop I grabbed on the deck. Boy, was I disappointed in the sandwich, especially given the name of the place. The description read applewood smoked pulled pork smothered in barbecue sauce but there was hardly any sauce on mine. It looks like a fun place to grab a drink, especially when the weather is nice, but my meal left something to be desired.

Yelp
Co-located with O'Malley's in the Alley, The Blind Pig is a local dive on non-event days, and an out-if-towner dive during events. The music is far too loud for my taste, but if you stand people smoking around you, you can escape to a rather nice outdoor seating area. The service was a bit brusque, but not unfriendly. I ordered the fish and chips, which was surprisingly good, with seasoned fries and an excellent tartar sauce. I doubt I'll return, as I truly detest eating my dinner with clouds of cigarette smoke around me, but the meal wasn't disappointing.

Yelp
The Blind Pig is a staple of Cincinnati and located within walking distance of the Reds (10-15 min). The Blind Pig offers both indoor and outdoor seating including a deck that overlooks the Reds, Paycor, and the Banks. The bar is decorated with Cincinnati themed items including a signed football from Zac Taylor (coach of the Bengals). They offer a wide variety of drinks which are fairly cheap compared to the rest of downtown along with your general bar food. The bartenders are efficient and friendly even when it gets busy before a game. Make sure to stop in!

Yelp
Food was great and staff amazing. Enjoyed the BBQ sandwich the most! It was pretty crowded, but food came out quick and never an issue getting a drink at the bar.

Ryan E.

Yelp
Owners - I can pretty much guarantee you that zero Bengals season tickets holders, who just walked away from their 0-4 in-person experience so far this season, enjoyed your DJ who was talking trash to the whole establishment while wearing his Eagles gear. I get it, he's from Philly and glad that his team won, but no one cares about who he is or where he is from. Just play the music and help people have a good time. When asked why he wasn't being a professional about it, he had the audacity to say we, as customers, don't pay him, meanwhile he clearly is not reasonable enough to connect the dots to the patrons, the bar's revenue, and him getting paid. I would recommend he keep his poor attitude and personality at home next time so he doesn't end up playing DJ Hero on his couch with his roommates one of these Sundays.

Yelp
Trust me the food was good but I paid $28 for the buffalo tender-wich and an extra side of fries............

Yelp
What a fun place located next to omalleys on the alley The bartenders are so much fun we loved talking to Noah and their bourbon slushes are amazing They have an outdoor patio which is great for summer
google avatar

Emma B.

Yelp
Had a GREAT time visiting this bar from out of town. We got The Smasher to eat per the bartenders recommendation and it was delicious! It was such a fun atmosphere.

Nun Y.

Yelp
I have been here before on multiple occasions and again the same service consists of weird bouncers who only let their friends in even though there is a line of 20+. The food is mediocre. The bartenders pay you no mind. Save yourself a trip and just go to the banks.

Yelp
My friends and I stopped in at The Blind Pig last weekend for a quick bite and a drink. We came the night the Bengals had their first preseason game, so the place was busy! It's located right by both the Reds stadium and the Bengals stadium downtown, so it's a good spot to go to if you're looking for a drink before or after a game. My friends ordered chicken tenders and fries, and I got the burger. My burger was really good! It was a solid size for a good price. They also loaded everything up with a ton of fries, so there was plenty to share at the table. In order to get to The Blind Pig, you have to go up a flight of stairs. At the top, there is a nice rooftop patio space, where you get a great view of the city. There is also an indoor area with plenty of screens to watch the games, which is where we ended up sitting that night. We had great service there as well. The bartenders were quick to put our food orders in and we got our drinks very quickly. You have to order food at the bar as a heads up, as I wasn't too sure when we first walked in. I would definitely come back the next time the Bengals are playing!

Yelp
I arrived early afternoon and was told by the bar tender that it was 21 and over. I had my wife, our 20 yr old daughter, and her boyfriend with me. I asked if we could order "to-go", and she said that was fine. So I ordered, and we sat and waited in the corner booth next to the entrance. Not long after, she starts talking to security, and gesturing towards me and my group. Security approaches me and asks if there's a problem. I tell him the same details I already covered above, and he tells me the bar tender (who is clearly a liar), said that I was "giving her shit". As soon as security approached me, I sent my group out. I guess I didn't realize it would be such a huge deal to get some below average tasting food, and some watered down sprites to-go. The only thing this establishment has going for it is that it's located so close to the Great American Ballpark. I would guess, and probably correctly, that if it had to stand on its own, in a not so prime location, it would be able to do so.

Yelp
Nice patio bar top. Had to go inside to get service which was fine once you get the bartenders attention. Too busy talking to their friends. So service not great. Food was ok but nothing special just overpriced bar food. Could be a great place but not really worth a return visit.

Yelp
Always love a good time at blind pig! This is our go to spot for events and rugby things! Always a fun time celebrating birthdays, NYE and rugby socials.

Yelp
First, I wasn't sure to review The Blind Pig or O'Malleys in the Alley, they are seemingly one in the same. But, according to the Yelp pictures, I think we sat in the Blind Pig part...maybe. Stopped here after going to Duke Convention Center, saw O'Malleys had high Yelp reviews, and it was a nice day, so why not walk here? Upon walking in the entrance, no one addresses you & there is no sign as to what to do, maybe this is just one of those neighborhood places? We passed through into some seating along a wall by a bar and open wall to their outside patio, the pleasant breeze was the only positive about this place! Don't come here if you are hungry, because you will leave hungry. I ordered the Cobb salad, and while the balsamic was decent, the chicken wasn't edible. They didn't even cook it, it was the super cheap already made chicken pieces from Aldi (or something extremely similar). The hard boiled egg wasn't even cooked correctly lol. My husband ordered the chicken tenders and fries, and while he said the fries were some of the best he's ever had, the chicken was so so. He also paid like $7 for a solo cup of beer. The crowd was very....not my scene. There was a girl wearing a see thru dress...I could see everything. It was more of a college bro vibe, to look cool drinking pricy beer with sticky countertops. I can see how this would be a desirable place before or after a game downtown, but it made McDonald's look gourmet. Two big thumbs down. Oh, and I saw a sign hanging in the corner, saying this was the Friendliest Place of Earth...LOLOLOLOL. No one was friendly at all, much better service at Chick Fil A!

Yelp
Great little rooftop, it's three bars in one I believe. Great specials or prices, good view, and great location. Just ordered beers, place was semi-crowded but we were acknowledged rather quickly. I have no complaints, it's a must visit if you're ever in Cincinnati.

Yelp
Attached to O'Malley's in the alley; a strange marriage that makes sense. I tend to prefer the blind pig over O'Malley simply based on space, but sometimes you want to drink in a pub and then after that pub drink, you can go over to the sports bar. Staff is great.

Dale B.

Yelp
Great food! Quick service. Large portions. Fresh. Clean. Eclectic decor. Lots of seating options.
google avatar

Jim R.

Yelp
Horrible service! Placed our order at the bar. No table service. Waited 45 minutes and no food. Asked the bartender who said they were "making our food now". Waited another 35 minutes and asked the same bartender where our food was. Bartender said I was being rude to him before he left to check on our order with the kitchen. I was not rude, I stated the facts and was inquiring. Without a simple apology he goes to the kitchen to return 5 minutes later to state they forgot our order. He returned our money, and never apologized. Not once. Poor system and poor service. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. And, please set an expectation with customers when your kitchen is backed up or under staffed. We could have gone elsewhere.

Yelp
Great place to go before and after a Reds or Bengals game. Has outdoor area and three bars. Prices are reasonable. It does get very crowded!
google avatar

Greg M.

Yelp
Came in a quick bite. Got an O'Malley burger with cheese and bacon, came with a side of fries. Service was fast and the staff was helpful.
google avatar

Sara W.

Yelp
Great variety of drinks ( 10/10 would recommend the hurricanes and painkillers), solid bar food, and friendly service. My favorite spot for day drinking downtown-especially in the summer with the patio!
google avatar

Mark S.

Yelp
Windy lunch on a beautiful day! Quick service and a ton of refills made for an easy lunch on a nice day outside on the deck. Connected exactly to O Malleys makes it easy in and out either from third or the alley between fourth. Look forward to heading back for an evening outside in the nice weather
google avatar

Yelp
Awesome hidden gem in downtown Cincinnati! Fiancé and I were looking for a place to grab a bite for lunch. After scrolling through the nearest places to our hotel, the Blind Pig fit the bill for both of us! I was a bit skeptical at first, the place was covered in shower curtains (Covid-19). Curtains in between every bar seat and every booth. Definitely a money friendly way to remain socially distanced and adhere to guidelines. Once the food came out the skepticism all went away. I got the buffalo chicken sandwich and it was AMAZING. Tender chicken slathered in buffalo sauce and ranch. I'm excited to go back when bars are back to normal and enjoy a beverage... or five.

Grant D.

Yelp
Close at 2am but not letting people in after 11:30. Awful service to have it say you close at 2am but close at midnight. On the biggest night as well... very rude people
google avatar

Luke S.

Yelp
This place is awesome. Great food, good place to watch sports. Drinks are reasonably priced. All around a good atmosphere with a nice patio for the warmer months.
google avatar

Christina W.

Yelp
Tasha and Madeline were the best bar tenders! The food is great, service even better. Had so much fun pre-gaming before the Jimmy Buffet concert.

Yelp
I had read so many glowing reviews about this place. Since it was around the corner from where we were staying, we thought it would be great idea to check it out. Can't really tell you much about Blind Pig. Why is that? Because we were never acknowledged here. Walked up to the patio area and walked around for a bit, trying to get an employees attention. No such luck. Cool views though.Ignored on the patio. Walked into the next room. Bar area with a few tables scattered about with sports on. Beautiful. I like this. Bartender says nothing and is speaking with a patron. Ignored in the first bar. Walked down a short little hallways to a back area with yet another small bar and yet a few more tables about. Saw a ledge with a stack of menus. Grabbed a couple of menus, sat down at a table and started figuring out what to order. Several employees passed with zero acknowledgement. Ignored in the back bar. So we put the menus back and started casually making our way towards the front of the bar waiting for anybody to say anything. Never happened. Nobody even TRIED to acknowledge us the entire time we were there. Not Once. I was there intent on spending money to eat and drink and watch some sports. Blind Pig was not having it that night. Seriously, wth? 1 star. You suck.

Karen K.

Yelp
This was the second time that I've been here and I just LOVE this place! The atmosphere is super cool, kinda hipster and all the crazy antique collectibles all over with the fireplace going - it's a cool vibe for sure. We all had a hot cocktail and everyone was happy with their selections. I had the Milky Way and really enjoyed it ! We didn't have too much time to stay as we had another gathering to attend but I'll be back for sure next time I'm in Cinncy
google avatar

Colin H.

Yelp
Had a great time here before Bengals training camp. Everything was reasonably priced and the service was good. I didn't wander to the back, but loved the outdoor areas and view of the stadium. It's a great setup to hang out with friends and enjoy good company. I only removed a star because we were excited to have lunch but couldn't order food. I went up to the bar a couple of different times and was told the kitchen was backed up and to come back in 15-20 minutes. The last time I tried, they said they weren't taking orders again until 2PM, and by that time we had to leave. So the food was a bummer, but we still look forward to going back next time we're in town.
google avatar

Lori R.

Yelp
What a fantastic place! Great atmosphere and service. Beer is cold and the chicken tenders with fries is the BEST deal EVER!!! Always our go to while visiting Cincinnati.
google avatar

William R.

Yelp
A diamond in the rough, what a great place awesome food and drinks and Noah did a great job as our server. We will definitely be back what a great time... true Dive Bar
google avatar

Blaise B.

Yelp
Met up with my cousin here on my way home from Kentucky- she lives in Cincinnati and suggested this place. I loved the indoor/outdoor thing- the whole wall was just open to the patio so it was one big room, but half of it was outside. Great setup for summer! I got an alcoholic slushie of some kind and it was delicious. Slightly pricy, but I would definitely come back when I'm back in the area!
google avatar

Mark G.

Yelp
I was there on a week night but the food was great and the service was attentive. I would go back. As a matter of fact, we won trivia and $40 off our bar tab but we had all already paid.
google avatar

Stephanie O.

Yelp
Look, I typically make my reviews very winded and detailed. I'm not going to do that today. All I'm going to tell you is that I frequent here so often the bouncer gets worried if I've been gone too long. I love this place THAT much. I love the bartenders, the beers, the atmosphere...I love it all. And I'm sure you will too.
google avatar

Marieke S.

Yelp
The rooftop is very cute and promising but unfortunately there was a group smoking cigars outside - we stuck it out because the weather was beautiful but it definitely put a damper on the experience. Also strangely enough, they don't offer bar menus so you are just supposed to know what you want - I asked for Riesling but they have a very small selection of wine, so in this case a menu would have been helpful. Would like to give them another try because the service was great and I do love their rooftop setting!

Jessica T.

Yelp
This place has got all that you can ask for. Friendly staff. strong vibes. chill like that nice
google avatar

Emily R.

Yelp
We came here after dinner just to grab some drinks. The drinks were fun NOLA themed like hurricane, painkiller, and zombie. The outdoor space was so so nice to sit at and enjoy our evening. We didn't order food but the waitress was so kind and was unbothered by us taking up a table and just getting drinks. We got carry out fries and chicken tenders which were not good, but not terrible. The service and atmosphere were definitely the best part! The
google avatar

Yelp
Great spot for a pit stop on the way before or after the reds or bengals smaller and with a bit more character than the usual spots in The Banks. The outdoor patio has great ambiance and great views of both stadiums and the banks and bridges overall. Good selection of beers on tap. Love the Jameson bottles chandelier and the Jameson bottles Christmas tree for the holidays.

Matt R.

Yelp
Good food. Great service and they are open late. It gets busy right after the work crowd shows up.

Tyler M.

Yelp
The food was great. I had the BLT plus Egg and my girlfriend had the burger. Both were seasoned to perfection. The staff were very attentive and a DJ came around 11 and played a really good set
google avatar

Chad P.

Yelp
Came here for trivia night and was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was sitting outdoors and luckily the weather was good enough for that. They have a great beer selection plus good bar food. I wouldn't say the nachos were worth the money but they were okay. Everything else we had was pretty good. Nothing really sensational and special in regards to food, but still not terrible either. Trivia was great, it's on Wednesdays around 7 PM. Inside they had dividers between the booths so that was a good safety measure. Someone also made me either sit down without a mask or stand with a mask. You can't stand without a mask though. Just good to know.

Yelp
Pros: Location and Outdoor Patio Cons: Service and Food Ordered a round of shots here on Friday after seeing their specials on the TV slide show, $3 Vegas Bombs. Ordered 6 and got a bill for $44...asked the bartender to clarify and she just said the board was outdated and that's not actually their special...not sure why their board isn't fixed or why she didn't warn me when I ordered them. Bartender continued to be rude and thought it was ridiculous I wanted a refund for the difference. Husband brought home a to go order of a wrap/fries last night. It was less than average bar food and not even what he ordered. Good place for a drink outside.

Brynn G.

Yelp
Went after reds game. Service was fast. Drinks were good. Patio was exactly what we needed.
google avatar

Abby W.

Yelp
One of my favorite bars! Always such a fun vibe with the rooftop that overlooks the city. It is very casual and always my favorite place for day drinking and night drinking. I also recently started going here for lunch and their food is amazing too! I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good time.
