Trying to be a dive bar?
Always LOUD. Unless loud is a good thing. more tv's playing the samd thing than needed. But here's the thing:
I actually, kindof, sometimes, like the place. The wings are very good. good salad.
Went there last night, sat in seperate room for a little quiet. ordered two meals. 45 minutes later spoke a bit loudly, to get over the general vollume, asking a young man to check on our order....After saying, sorry for getting your attention loudly, for reason stated. A minute later the assist mgr. comes in yelling at ys about how to address the help. Did not hear or know the exhamge, so running on assumptions like some kind of mama bear. Don't know if the you g man was feelings hurt, but, she created a scene. Told her to take a hike. Another ten or so minutes, went to bar to ask again if she canceled order or what. Now the real manager comes by to ask what our hurry was in speaking to staff blah blah blah...said order ticket just went in 10 minutes ago, 50 minutes later.
Moral of the story, is the plCe is too loud and you should not try to talk over the noise to ask about your order or you could end up in a bar fight just trying to get your order. Which we don't want, but, don't run from. Puffed up bouncer type and locals drinking at the bar now discussing our attempt to get fed. $31 dollars for too many fries, a burger and Cuban sandwich, still gave a %20 tip. They deserved a zero that night.
