"Craving red velvet waffles filled with cream cheese and topped with strawberry syrup? Perhaps something more savory, like a Mediterranean toast spread with tzatziki and topped with a Greek salad is what you’d love to brunch on? Or perhaps it’s a pork belly croissant that would tempt you? All of this, plus more classic plates of eggs and Benedict treatments are available at this Plano spot." - Courtney E. Smith

What can I say?!?! The photos draw you in, and from there, Bloom Lounge does the rest! Bloom Lounge is a beautifully decorated quaint restaurant. From the greeting at the door to our server, Ben, everything was delightful! My friend and I visited for Sunday brunch, which did not disappoint! I ordered the Spanish Omellete and my friend, the Crispy Chicken and Bacon Waffles. The omelet was fresh, fluffy, and light. It was seasoned perfectly, which was surprising as most omelets rely on other ingredients to spice it up; these ingredients only added to the flavor. The papa's braves and the mixed greens and tomatoes were chef's kiss accompaniments. My friend stated her waffles were light and buttery with a slight crisp, and the chicken was tender and seasoned well. Our server, Ben, was patient with us and offered drink advice. We ordered The Blue, the Dragon Fruit Margarita, and The Espresso Martini. The drive was far, but for great food, I'll travel! We'll definitely be back!

My first visit and I was very impressed by the staff and service. The food is amazing! I got the Chicken and Waffles. The chicken was very moist and seasoned very well. Their waffle will just melt in your mouth. I also got an order of Tres Leches Pancakes to go for my kiddos. I know they will enjoy them. Ben was a great waiter.

Google
Brunch was delicious! The waiter Ben was very nice and attentive. It was also a plus that he was knowledgeable of the menu and could give recommendations. The atmosphere was also very nice. Seating was a little tight in some places but comfortable. Overall lovely place.

Google
The food matches the ambiance! From the servers to the food, I was so pleasantly surprised by the Bloom Lounge. Got the strawberry salad and truffle omelette and of course a few mimosas to match. Came with a girlfriend but will come back with the whole squad next time.

Came to Bloom lounge for a girls days and we had the best waitress and food!! Mel was so sweet and personable we all LOVED her, the bottomless mimosas kept coming and the food was delicious! We will definitely be back!

Google
Mel was an amazing server! The food was so good! We had the Nutella pancakes, pork belly croissant, and the bloom Americana burger. All were fabulous! I also had an iced mocha which was really tasty. The atmosphere is so fun and girly. We sat near the flower wall which was gorgeous. RSVP ahead of time because this place is popping!

Google
Went there on a date with my friend and we had an amazing time. Our server Andrew walked is through the menu options & choices and we ordered the bolognese and the cloud belly pork. It’s the best food I’ve tasted in 2024, so savory & rich. Drinks were on point and they make you feel so welcome. Absolutely loved everything about this place & will be back.

Google
The experience was really good overall. We came here to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Our waitress Melo was amazing! She recommended great options and fun little drink drinks. The only thing negative I have to say is that when other waiter brought out our food they didn’t ask if we needed anything. My daughter had to wait for awhile to eat her Red Velvet waffles (which is one of the star plates here) She needed syrup for her waffles, and my other daughter needed ketchup for her fries. By the time we got the condiments the food was not warm anymore. Also the mirror right behind us was extremely dirty and killed our aesthetic lol. I’m not a stickler for aesthetics like that at other places, but I came here for that exact reason. Other than that, the food was delicious and Melo was amazing. (My daughters drink is Mocktail btw lol, don’t come for me)

Yelp
The review wasn't too great about this place. A friend and I came here on an early Saturday morning. The ambiance was so aesthetically pleasing with flowers everywhere. Definitely IG worthy! The service was amazing and very knowledgeable about the menu. She was great! The food, however was okay. I ordered the pork belly croissant and it was good. My friend ordered the Nutella pancake and she said that was good too. But both weren't extremely wow, they were just okay. Overall our experience was decent since it is such a cute spot and the waitress was great. But nothing too amazing except the ambiance, it's worthy to check out.

Yelp
Incredibly lovely restaurant- absolutely beautiful inside. Met a friend for brunch- walked in, a little quiet, a little awkward until Joya approached- she was a breath of fresh air, very friendly, very welcoming. Our server was super sweet too. Really nice brunch place. Nice variety on the menu- We ordered a few things and shared. -carpaccio/ fresh, beautiful set up- but the greens were a little soggy and soaked with balsamic. It was a little too sweet. -the pork rib croissant- flavorful, creative, runny golden egg, just not pipping hot. -the pappardelle bolognese- meh, sauce was flavorful, but salty, noodles were still a little too chewy, not super hot either. Good times, nice people, but just a few things to elevate.

Yelp
To all the whiney Karens out there giving this place 1-star.... please do us all a favor and continue to stay away. We don't need your salty negativity. We had brunch here today and everything was delightful. From the absolutely delicious pork belly, to the amazing beef carpaccio. And our server, Chey, was simply fantastic

Yelp
This place is BEYOND cute. The decor, the ambience, food, drinks and service are unmatched. This place serves multiple purposes, celebrations, dates, family dinner, girlfriends brunch, etc. I came with family and we were all impressed. To my amazement, they also serve lunch and dinner... I also found out brunch is all day!! We will definitely be back!!

Yelp
**Rating: 3.5 stars** I've dined at Bloom Lounge in Plano, TX, before and generally enjoyed my experience. On my recent visit, however, I left with mixed feelings. The restaurant was packed, and the interior is very Instagrammable, with a trendy and inviting atmosphere. My server, Ben, was attentive but missed a crucial detail. I ordered the Smoked Salmon Omelette, which comes with potatoes and a house salad. I paired it with the Passionfruit juice. Unfortunately, I found the dish underwhelming and took only three bites before deciding to leave it alone. Surprisingly, Ben did not inquire if I enjoyed my meal or suggest trying a different dish. I'm usually not one to send food back, but had I been asked, I would have expressed my dissatisfaction. Additionally, my friend discovered a piece of plastic in her food, which was quite concerning. The restaurant did the right thing by comping the dish, which was appreciated. On a positive note, she had the watermelon mimosa and mentioned it was quite good. While I've had better experiences at Bloom Lounge, this visit left much to be desired in terms of both food quality and service.

Taneesha H.

Yelp
I was a bit reluctant to try this place out because of some of the reviews I seen online about it being cute, but not focusing so much on the taste and quality of the food. However, I am here to tell you that everything in this location was amazing. The service the drinks, the ambience they were all there. I ordered Tres Chase pancakes And truffle fries and bottomless mimosas and I had such a great time. The food was so good that I will definitely be back.

Suman A.

Yelp
Service was slow and terrible. You had to tell multiple servers to get one thing. They brought out food and no silverware, had to ask twice for silverware. The Benedict's were cold. The waters were not refilled until we asked each time. We asked for an order of fries three times before they brought it out. The pancakes weren't fresh. Also, the temperature inside the restaurant was hot!! Awful experience. Won't be coming back.

Melissa H.

Yelp
Went again this past Sunday and just wow! Decor, vibe, Food, Jorge the owner and staff are amazing. BUT IMPORTANT - due to its popularity do make a reservation. I had the classic benedict and BF had the traditional breakfast and both were yummy. Their regular fries are to die for. Shout out to Josh the bartender who I just don't know how he juggles all the specialty drink orders he did while we were there (we were at the bar). Then there is his back up gang that were special too, Andrew, Key and Syndney! Bravo Bloom! Cheers

Arpitha B.

Yelp
Great new place to checkout especially for lunch! Not sure why it has poor reviews. Service: Great and explained the menu well! Food was out quick. Food: the shakshuka was delicious! Also ordered the truffle omelette. Tasted rich and the side of potatos were nice and crunchy! Drinks: ordered a mezcal drink and it was mixed so well! Ambience is picture worthy and they have a patio as well!

Yelp
Came here for an early Mother's Day brunch with my girls. Good thing we made reservation cause it was busy. This place is so cute and girlie with beautiful decors and a white florals backdrop that's great for pictures. Definitely a good place to catch up with your girlfriends. I was impressed with the menu. Most brunch places have a pretty boring list that's almost copy and paste but not here. I was excited to see options that are unique. We enjoyed the shrimp ceviche, fig salad, blackened chicken pasta and tiramisu pancakes. All paired pretty well with the mango and grapefruit mimosas. The presentation was on point. The red velvet waffles with cotton candy, pork belly with cotton candy and Argentina steak that were ordered by another table got our heads turned. So we have to come back to try these and more. Service was amazing. Shout out to our wonderful waitress, Mel who took a good care of us despite how busy it was.

Jessica K.

Yelp
Really enjoyed my experience here from the getgo. The hostess was extremely welcoming and pleasant upon our arrival. We came with my toddler and she was so concerned with his well being and making sure we had what we needed, which was very appreciated. The decor is absolutely beautiful. The place is decorated like a floral haven with flowers hanging from the ceiling. There are also some middle eastern elements to the ambiance, which elevates the place. We had pancakes, Shakshuka and an omelette and they were all tasty. Look forward to returning!

Yelp
Dine in | Brunch My husband and I came here for a lunch date on a whim. It was absolutely relaxing and delicious! The bottomless mimosas were great and not basic which was a pleasant surprise. My husband had the Italian Benedict which was cooked to perfection. I had the Smoked Salmon Omelette and the flavors did not disappoint. Our bartender, Joshua, was fabulous! Very attentive and kind. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Dillon L.

Yelp
Visited this new brunch spot on a Saturday morning. They are superrrrrr packed. If you want a table you have to make a reservation. The two of us sat at the coffee bar and were able to sit right away. Our server was A+, juggling making a million coffee orders (probably not an exaggeration) while also making us feel at home and giving great suggestions. We ordered the pork belly croissant, shakuskha(?), and red velvet waffles (yeah we can eat, judge if you want) The pork belly croissant was the highlight, delicious pork belly with avocado on a buttery croissant what's not to love? The shakushka(?) was pretty decent too. It brought a nice acidity to the otherwise heavy heavy meal. I'm not sure I'd order it again though because while flavorful I'm not sure it was super cohesive. The red velvet waffles were a lot lol. Cotton candy and ice cream it was probably a bit too much for me. Also the cream cheese was more than I would like personally. We saw people order pancakes and omelettes that all looked good and decent portion. Pancakes are huge! re: super thick. Also the French toast looked like a French loaf it was so tall. Overall a solid brunch spot that also has unique decor and design. If brunch is your thing then I'd recommend checking it out. Service and decor make it stand out. And a few unique menu items. I want to try the thiccccc pancakes next time and maybe an omelette.

Yelp
Celebrated a coworker's birthday by having brunch at this restaurant. I gotta say that service was amazing! Our server was so attentive and even gave us some free rum cake from the shop across the street (they have the same owner). The decor was bright and inviting, a very cute place for brunch. However, food was just okay. I ordered the pork belly croissant. I remembered it was pretty good flavor and portion, but nothing to write home about. Price for the food was also fair I think, but drinks and everything else can be a bit pricey. I'll probably come back again if I'm in the area!

Karen K.

Yelp
A warm and welcoming restaurant! Awesome options for food. Something for everyone. I did get the Nutella pancakes and some eggs on the side. They are very accommodating with subs. When they say pancakes, they mean cakes. They have some cream in between each pancake and a great pour of Nutella on top. The strawberries were delicious! Perfectly ripe and was a great offset to the sweet pancakes. Big portions. Come hungry! They have interesting options of pancakes and more. Make sure to look over the whole menu. They also have pay at table or scan the QR code! Awesome! I thoroughly enjoyedy time here. If you really want a nice, comfy, warm breakfast come here!

Gabriella S.

Yelp
Visited as a party of two on a Tuesday for lunch. We were sat immediately service was great until it came time for our check. We had to get up from the table and walk to the bar to get our servers attention after waiting about 10/15mins to try and flag anyone down. They were deep in mingling and conversation and we were in a time crunch to get back to work. Food was good. We ordered porchetta ciabatta and the chicken panini. Hard to mess up sandwiches. Fries were crispy and not too salty which was a plus. I ordered and iced caramel macchiato which was tasty. Beautiful decoration. Very expensive!!. For my meal of ciabatta sandwich and coffee it was about $35 after tip. Don't think I'll be back with plenty of other brunch places around that are more affordable.

Yelp
Oh my goodness, when my friend Nicole sent me a reel of this place off of IG, I was destined for us to cousin she just knows me so well! All of the food and the ambiance looked so inviting, I could not wait to get here! She made a reservation for us, which I would highly recommend, bc we came on a Friday around 1030, and the place was hoppin! We were seated immediately and nestled into a cute table that was perfect for our brunch date! The colors of the restaurant were so inviting and bright and made us feel as that we were in a little Parisian restaurant! We were greeted and immediately I knew I wanted an espresso martini, so off our server went! I wished I grabbed his name, bc he was such a delight throughout it the entirety of our meal. As we waited for our martinis, we perused the menu, and everything looked amazing! We decided in order to get the most out of this trip we'd split two meals so we could try a little of two things, and I'm so glad we did! We got the tiramisu pancakes and the pork belly croissant. While I don't eat too many sweets anymore, these pancakes were just enough for me and paired wonderfully with the espresso martini. A huge portion it is, so we couldn't even finish half. My fave item out of the two though was definitely the pork belly croissant, as I'm a sucker for croissants and hollandaise! The pork belly came on a bed of arugula and was topped with a perfectly poached egg and hollandaise! I'd eat this thing ten times over it was sooo good every bite! I will definitely be coming back here on my next visit to Dallas to try some more of this yummy goodness!

Melody T.

Yelp
Yes! Beautiful restaurant that just opened! Reminded me of a French Style with all the vibes of perfection! Beautifully decorated, with flowers and chandeliers! The food is delicious and the drinks are handcrafted! Eat item is made with care so ensure to not be in a hurry! Charlene was our server and she was lovely! She recommended every item we ordered and it did not disappoint! This place is also great for groups! Large area that sits off to the side of you want to jam out! Great nice set up at the bar! Brunch is also served here, light music playing over the speakers that make for a great vibe! I'll for sure be back! Highly recommend is the salmon appetizer- its perfectly fried with stuff crab and salmon! - the chicken pasta is also good too! I'll be back for sure! - get your camera ready! It's picture perfect!

Holly N.

Yelp
This place is super cute and well decorated! I truly loved the aesthetics. It's a perfect place for brunch with your gals. I do recommend that you make a reservation ahead of time. The food we had was pretttttyyy good! We ordered the pork belly croissant and it was yummy. I just don't know if it was worth it. The portion was a good portion but I just don't know if I'd pay for it again. The tiramisu pancakes though... MAN WERE THOSE FLUFFY!! So good and HUGEEEE portion! I recommend sharing an entree and a order of pancakes with someone.

Lily M.

Yelp
We came here for a girly brunch and lets just say this place did not disappoint. I started with a caramel iced coffee made by out waitress and it was amazing. For our meal we ordered the Mini Beef Sliders, The Red Velvet Waffles and the Argentinian BBQ with fries and mashed potatoes. Everything was a 10/10 and tasted amazing. The sliders and Red Velvet Waffles were my favorites. The red velvet waffles come topped with cotton candy and just makes the perfect pair with the sweetness of the waffle and ice cream. I tried The Rose drink which was not only pretty but delicious. This place is absolutely beautiful inside! Like I said perfect for a girls brunch. The service was a 10/10 and our waitress Raqeena was the best. I can't wait to come back for Raqeena to make me another bomb iced coffee.

Sarah S.

Yelp
The place was packed, however we didn't have to wait too long for a table. We will visit this business again. The staff was super friendly, my drink was good, the food was so tasty. I loved the atmosphere of The Bloom Lounge. The price poi t was a little higher, but the food was made from scratch. This is also a small business, not a franchise. Our family loves to support small, local businesses.

Aja-Monee' F.

Yelp
The vibes here were great. They have great decor and the space is very bright which I really loved. I did think they had too many tables for how big the space was. It's kind of like you're on a date with the person next to you literally! The service was top tier my waitress was very attentive and personable. The food was mid. I could've missed out on this. I should've known since they had a flower wall.

Khadijah K.

Yelp
My friends and I had a great experience at the Bloom Lounge. I called last minute wanting a reservation for 12 Tuesday night. They were more than accommodating. Their customer service is top tier. And I have to wholeheartedly agree with the other reviews about how tentative they are. But I have to shoutout Joshua. He was amazing. He refilled my water 5 times without being asked, he was extremely helpful and patient with our thousands of questions about menu items and drink options. He was made for the service industry! He was even kind enough to walk our cake out with us. We had a table of sour pusses next to us and he was cool, calm and collected with them even though there were rude and bitter the whole dining experience. My friends ordered the blackened chicken pasta and I ordered the chicken Madeira. I ordered a side of sautéed mushrooms and I inhaled my food. The decor was the reason we even came here for my best friend's birthday. It's so beautiful and definitely IG worthy! An added bonus is their chicken is halal (kosher for Muslims) and they can make almost any cocktail a mocktail (which is amazing if your in your dry season or just don't drink alcohol like us). I would highly recommend the Bloom Lounge and I can't wait to try their brunch soon!

Sunny C.

Yelp
The Bloom Lounge has a LOT of work to do. I had a reservation for 3 at 1:00 and was told to wait about 20 minutes from the hostess explaining there were no open tables. No apology. At 1:30, we were finally seated. We waited another 15 minutes for water and decided to order right away since we were given menus during our 30-minute wait. At 2:30, we received 2 out of 3 entrees. The waitress and "manager" asked us at least three times, "what was your order again?" Very unorganized. There were no silverware on our tables so we had to ask for it twice in order to finally get them. After 15 minutes the final entree came out along with our silverware. PLASTIC forks, spoons, and knives. For $18-22 entrees, we were shocked. When we were able to take our first bite of our food, everything was cold except for the side of fries. Just by looking at the salad and hollandaise sauce, it was sitting for at least 30 minutes. If you decide to promote your restaurant on social media, expect a busy crowd the following weekend. If you are understaffed, don't take walk-ins and focus on your patrons who made reservations days in advance. We were nice enough to pay for our food and tip a decent amount as our waitress did seem like she was trying-- many tables left or requested discounts.

Maria R.

Yelp
Went here first for dinner then also tried their brunch. I'm giving it 2 stars because: 1. The food is really good ... if it's available 2. Coffee is good 3. The place is very instagrammable 4. Reservation was 11:30 but we did not seat until 12. They are severely understaffed I felt bad for our waiter Steven. The manager tried to work with us but seemed to have failed For brunch, there were 4 of us; my friend ordered the pork belly croissant but was told it was unavailable after the 3 dishes were served. He was told to order another dish. He ordered the Sepia de Nero pasta. The 3 of us were all done, then, he was told it was unavailable again. The manager offered to comp one of the dishes but he only took off $12- not sure why. We just wanted to leave coz it was crazy. Had dinner with friends and same thing... the service was slow. I hope they improve on staffing and logistics coz it is a pretty restaurant and the food is good. Just be ready to wait a looooooong time.

Janet J.

Yelp
Definitely make a reservation, you still may wait for a table to come available. Food was great, atmosphere was great, mimosas were delicious. There is a 2hr limit, so this is NOT the spot to catch up with your friend that you haven't seen in months, if you need more time. Seats are cushioned and a little lower than the table (I can see them having to replace those in a few months), but they have hooks under the table for your purse! Service was great but certainly slow, due to the bustling clientele. People just kept coming in there, the entire time we were there. Gorgeous space, but I would probably enjoy it more on a slower day. If service were a bit quicker, I probably would have had more mimosas!

Audrey S.

Yelp
Food 10/10 We had an omelette, croissant w eggs, and the tiramisu pancakes. All were great and well seasoned. Portions were not excessive. Ambiance 8/10 The vibe is great but agree with other reviews that there are just too many tables!!! You can't really even get to the booth side between the tanks because they're so close. Service 4/10 It started out pretty good but moved to horrible after our food arrived. We were only drinking water and no carafe was left on our table. Servers walked by but didn't see us trying to flag then down so we had to get up and find someone. They were all socializing up at the front and then acted like it was a ton of work to get water to us. They proceeded to fill one glass but not the other before setting the carafe down. Additionally, we were celebrating a birthday and, well, nothing. Not even a happy birthday. Might go back for the food. Might not. Plenty of options out there for brunch.

Melissa H.

Yelp
Awesome experience ! Beautiful location - Scratch kitchen so be patient !! Servers are very knowledge on menu and food ! We had a party of 12 and everyone enjoyed their dishes ! Will be back !!

Alyse H.

Yelp
Foodie Alert!! To all brunch lovers out there, You have to visit the fabulous new spot, Bloom Lounge! It's the ultimate spot for girls' day out, birthday celebrations, and more. I personally couldn't get enough of the yummy salmon rolls and the mouthwatering crispy chicken and bacon waffles. And the best part? They serve brunch seven days a week! The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful! The service was A1! I can't wait to go back and try more items. So go check Them out and tell them Ms. Hope sent you.

Shari P.

Yelp
The best pancakes I had in life ! The ambiance was 10/10 by itself. Nice Customer service 10 !

Kim H.

Yelp
The food was outstanding as was the service Andrew provided! It was truly the ultimate dining experience!!!!

Guagua L.

Yelp
Food was good, but seems like no AC inside the restaurant. Fantastic decoration, reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Bret C.

Yelp
I came here specifically for shakshuka and my experience was excellent. Though I butchered my pronunciation, both the hostess and my waiter knew exactly what I wanted. The decor is quite pleasing, even for a lowbrow guy like myself. My meal was everything I hoped for - a simple yet hearty and delicious peasant dish elevated. I was impressed by the attention and assistance the wait staff provided to two tables of ladies enjoying brunch coffee, mimosas and family. Can't wait to go back.

Alain A.

Yelp
Beautiful decor and fun vibe. Delicious food and drinks. Very unique pancakes and great coffee! Absolutely loved the seasoned fries and Shawarmi Burger. Excellent service by Regeana. Will return again and try more dishes that looked interesting.

Ashley P.

Yelp
For aestetics, The Bloom Lounge is great. The inside is very nicely decorated and great for photos. I went with a group of girls for brunch and it was certainly the vibe we were going for However, the food and service fell short for me. Everything was good, but nothing exceptional. I got a truffle omelette, and it kind of seemed like something I could have made at home. It was hard to get everything in one bite because none of the ingredients stuck together well. The potatoes were pretty good though. Their coffee does take on the longer side because it is made fresh - the server explained. None of the wait time bothered me since I was with friends. Coffee was good, but again, nothing exceptional. But the service is what left a bad taste in my mouth. The server was nice, but had an undertone of a fake smile. We were sitting outside and a window near us was open. It was gusting over our menus and made us cold. We asked them to close it and they did, but 15 minutes later opened it again. We asked if they could close it and told us a nearby table was warm. There were plenty of windows closer to the other table they could have opened, and it was really bothering us, so we asked if they could close the window by us and open another. The server said she'd talk to a manager, which of course she never did because when the owner came over, he super politely closed it. I used to be a server, so I have a high tolerance and understanding of situations, but we did not feel welcomed by ours. To top it off, she automatically included gratuity on our check when we only had a 4 person table. Payment was taken at the table, so we didn't have much time to look over our bill. Only one of my friends noticed. Summary: Perhaps worth trying for a first time. Hopefully you get a different server. Don't recommend sitting on the patio if it is slightly chilly. I wish I tried the Red Velvet Waffles instead, and double check your bill.

Yelp
Where do I begin.... A friend and I made two attempts to eat here for brunch- yesterday (Sunday) and last Sunday. Last Sunday when we arrived at about 12:30pm, there was a sign on the door that said that they were "not going to serve any walk-ins and were only allowing people with reservations inside the restaurant." I have NEVER seen anything like that before, but through the windows, it was apparent that they were packed so we left. We decided to try again for yesterday, now with a reservation. Our reservation was for 12:30pm. We arrived to check in at 12:18pm. The place again was packed but we were pleased to see that the sign from the previous week wasn't there. There was no one at the hostess station but there were about 12-15 people standing and sitting right at the entrance waiting to be seated. The restaurant is small so it was very disorganized. Again, where was the hostess??? Eventually a woman who may have been a manager came over and took our name and others. She added it to a list in a notebook and then walked away. I cannot stress enough how chaotic this was. Seriously, it was uncontrolled chaos. As we continued to wait, I overheard and saw someone from a group that was waiting ask a man (let's call him "Steve") for an ETA for a table and pointed out that there were two open tables in the dining room. He immediately gave an excuse as to why they couldn't sit there but then two minutes later sat them at one of the tables. Steve didn't refer to the check-in book at all before seating them. What? To be fair, they had been there waiting since before we arrived so I wasn't made about that but it made no sense how their system worked, as there was no system. My friend and I proceed to wait and asked a total of 3 times how long it would be. The first time we asked, "Steve" asked us if we had a reservation to which we replied we did and then he said he'd check on it and let us know, and we heard nothing else. Mind you, no one was ever permanently standing at the hostess station and the manager and "Steve" kept walking over to the kitchen/bar area to hide and talk but not help. Also, please note that because no one was ever at the hostess station, no one was ever checking off the names on the reservation/wait list. No one was keeping any track of the reservations/tables or calling out names of parties at all. Seriously, AT ALL! At 12:43pm, my friend and I decided that we would be leaving if we weren't seated at 12:45pm. My friend walked over to their "hiding place" and asked for an ETA. "Steve" said to her "you have 4 people, right?" My friend replied "no, just 2 people." He gave a brief excuse and then, like the other table earlier, changed his mind and took us to a table on the patio. WTH????!!!!! This now makes the second time that I've seen this man only seat a party with a reservation only after they approach him to question the wait. What is the system here?! Do you even have a system?! Why take reservations if you have no actual intention to serve people with a reservation?! Make it make sense! As we walked through the restaurant, which is beautiful in decor and ambiance, but tiny, I noticed how 75% of the tables we passed had no food and had parties of people waiting and staring. We were seated and both us simultaneously decided that we didn't want to do any business with this establishment as the entire experience thus far was not good and we could tell that it would not improve. We immediately got up and left, but I chose to talk to the manager or "Steve" to advise. The manager was nowhere in sight so I approached "Steve", who was back at the "hiding place" and as always, no one was at the hostess station. I told him that we were leaving because we found it unacceptable that we were only seated after we asked three times to be seated yet we came 12 minutes early for a reservation. He was quick to give the excuse, "we were waiting for that table to be cleaned off before we could seat you," but that was obviously a lie. I told him, "that's fine. I just wanted you to know that that table is available." And we left. I have never seen anything like that ever before. We made two attempts to eat at Bloom Lounge. There won't be a third.

Yelp
Absolutely loved this place! Celebrated my 41st birthday with my mom. She loved the eggs ben! I had the mushroom omelette. We love the decor and I also was impressed with whom I believe is a manager there. I saw him work along side the wait staff; helping as much as he could. I would recommend and definitely check this place out again. Definitely Instagram worthy!

Yelp
Nice decor, owners were great, the drinks were really good, and the food is fresh. This is the place to go for a women's brunch and it was packed with people having just that. The place has a nice enough vibe. I'll try this place again and see if it gives me 5 star feels but it was a solid 4.

Yelp
Great idea, terrible execution of the idea. I went with 4 girlfriends for Sunday Brunch and was not impressed overall. The ambiance is nice and the decor is very Instagrammable. There is definitely room for improvement with their delivery and service. When I arrived, it took a bit to get checked in so do get there 10-15 min before your reservation time. One lady did not have a reservation and asked to be added to the waitlist. The hostess forgot to get her name! The host area is very small and cramped as is the restaurant itself. Our waitress took our drink order a little bit after we sat down. We had to ask to order food after waiting 15-20 minutes, and our food was put in separately for the table so it didn't come out at the same time. She never came to check on us after we received our food until we asked for the bill. The food tasted great but you receive a small portion of food for the price and no sides come with the food. I got the pork belly croissant and was left wishing there was more food. One of my friends got the French toast and that was all that came on the dish. The drink service was very slow as they had new bartenders working on a Sunday Brunch on St. Paddy's Day! We only got one mimosa each cause the service was so slow. It was great to try this place once but will not be back. The restaurant is well overpriced for the food, service and ambiance. Too many great places in DFW to eat here. I'm beginning to think Instagram Food Recommendations are a bust and I'll stick to Yelp for recommendations!

Yelp
Ambiance is really cute and I'm glad this restaurant was not just another pretty place. The food was really flavorful. If you love a good espresso martini with fresh real coffee this is your place. I also ordered Pork Belly Croissant and it did not disappoint which was the waiter recommendations. We came after the brunch rush and our service was spot on and also had a chance to speak with the owner who was really nice. Everyone enjoyed their meals and we plan to be back soon.

Yelp
Wanted to try this restaurant for brunch to celebrate my daughters birthday. Was not impressed. Very crowded for me and my daughter booked to sit in the dining area. But they sat us basically outside its called the Greenhouse its enclosed but it was very warm even though there were little portable air conditioners. The decor inside was nice but the chairs in the greenhouse are very uncomfortable and hard to hang your purse on . The first thing I didn't like was the waiter said they were out of glasses so he gave us ice water in a small clear cup but I saw other waiters give customers glasses. So when our food came out I ask for water in a glass. No way I'm spending that type of money for brunch and drinking out a plastic cup. The food was okay. I had the French Toast with berries, the bread is very thick but the presentation was nice. Also it doesn't come with a side of protein which for that price would been nice. My grandson got Nutella pancakes and those were huge no meat also but too much Nutella he said. He only ate half of his meal because the pancakes were thick. Nice presentation just need to drizzle Nutella and put the rest on the side to me. My daughter and husband got the Chicken ans Waffles and liked their meal. Would I go again probably not. Oh there was a signed posted at door stating 90 minute dining limit smh.

Yelp
They are purposely making people put 5 stars for this place. The service isn't great, for big groups they will make you wait very long time and even small ones too.... Especially when you're at the table too it does take while even to get service too. They aren't considerate for people who do have rsvp. The food is okay Nice atmosphere Drinks are decent It's not place that you expect...

Yelp
I posted this same review on the restaurant's Facebook page and they blocked me. I don't think they're interested in improving their establishment as much as they are in getting as many one-time customers as possible before they close their doors for good. p.s. Be leery of the five-star reviews -- if they award five stars and say something like "The food was amazing!" or "Best in the city!" and nothing else, it's a telltale sign of a click-farm / paid reviews. And if the review is accompanied by flashy, highly edited photos, there's a good chance it's a paid influencer.

Yelp
I came here for dinner with a few girlfriends, they have only been open for 2 weeks so we gave them grace. They didn't have some wine in stock. I loved the lychee drink I got. We ended up ordering a few items to share amongst us all, and that worked well. The salmon was good, my favorite sides were the mushrooms and the potatoes. The chocolate cake isn't too sweet/chocolatey so I enjoyed that. I would like to come back and try their brunch menu. Super cute decor inside.

Yelp
We just finished our dinner here at the The Bloom Lounge. My daughter and I absolutely enjoyed our meal and drinks. Cheyenne, our server was very friendly and helpful. She gave us some great recommendations from the menu. The overall service was absolutely outstanding. I didn't have to request more refills because she was on it. The ambiance is very comfortable and the decor is absolutely beautiful. We are going to be back for drinks and hopefully try their breakfast. Thank you for making our Lunar Year Celebration so memorable. The Wagyu sliders were insanely good!!!

Yelp
I was very hopeful for this restaurant as the food looked great from pictures, and the restaurant itself is very cute/instagrammable. That being said... We came early for our reservation and it took about 10 minutes past our reservation time to be seated. They were also turning away all walk ins with no apology because the restaurant was already full and they were having issues. I counted 3 servers, and the manager working the floor. According to our server, they didn't have a bartender and most of their staff has quit already which is surprising because they only opened 2 weeks ago. It took about 30 minutes of just sitting for a server to take care of us, and we decided to order drinks and food at the same time. Water came out quickly, but our mimosas took another 15-20 minutes to come out. We were very lucky that our food came out faster than the tables around us - each mentioned to us that it took over an hour for food to come out for them, and one of them was still missing food after 2 hours of being there. I had the tres leches pancakes which were good but not great. They had so much cinnamon on them it was overwhelming to smell. Each of us felt that our food was ok but not amazing - especially for a cost of about $17 a head. We won't be back, but hopefully they will get better with time and experience.

Yelp
Had Galentines Brunch today with 5 gf's we had a reservation, which was a good thing, because they had a posted sign stating they were not taking walk-ins. Menu was great, good food, good taste, wonderful presentation. The service was "meh"... took a bit to get the waiter to the table, and then he was not very attentive, we felt rushed, and he brought the check to the table without checking if it be one or separate checks, when my friend asked to split it, he snatched it(i heard the snatch) and he said rudely, "give me a minute"... and then the manager actually came and asked us "to go" bc they "needed" the table. The restaurant is beautiful decorated.

Yelp
This is my fourth time visiting this wonderful restaurant! The service is always impeccable and the decor is so fun! Girls brunch day and the food could not have tasted any better! The truffle omelette is a must! Josh, our very attentive waiter suggested the tiramisu martini and it was beyond delicious!!

Yelp
10 10 10 Across the board! This place is beautiful! Which can be enchanting and alarming at the same time. We've all been scarred by an Instagramy let down, but not here. The food is just as good as the ambiance. We had the Chicken & Waffles, Tiramisu Pancakes, and the Gorgonzola Sirloin. Everything was delicious! Our server Samuel was attentive and friendly. I have no complaints it was perfect. I was a little surprised by the paper menus, they don't really fit the vibe, but I assume that's temporary since they just opened. Either way, I'd come back for sure because it's a great experience.
