This hotel was unique for sure, I truly felt like they’re trying to build it up & I really felt appreciated. The rooms need more vents, it got dingy quick with the heat, just some sort of ventilation system. The front desk staff was wonderful, super friendly and attentive. They provide breakfast and have a coffee machine 24/7. I didn’t feel unsafe at all and they kept the premises clean.

Very nice! Came in for wedding. The beds were really comfy The room set up was perfect. You had doors between the living room and bedroom and then you had doors between the bathroom and toilet room and they were people talking in the hallway because it was a wedding party and were in the doors were closed. You could not hear them so it was a very quiet night. Very nice all around. We’ll stay here here again. We have family in this area also! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️….and a great breakfast spread😋

Wonderful front desk staff - friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was spacious and nicely laid out. Negatives for the room: tipped curtains so that there was no privacy without pulling the drapes which blocked all natural light; very poor drainage in the bathroom sink; poor lighting at the bathroom mirror; no light over the small kotchenette; no room safe. We appreciated the small fridge and microwave in the room. We felt the included breakfast could be better. Monday was just a continental breakfast (plus a waffle iron), with a poor selection of muffins and no bread. Tuesday 2 types of omelettes were added - cheese, and vegetable - and sausages. Wednesday, there was finally bread added - both white and brown - but no butter, just peanut butter and jam. We were looking forward to using the fitness center but it was much smaller and not as well equipped as it had appeared in the photos. Unfortunately, I got a lot of bites from in the room. I don't know what they were from. Some were small red dots and others were just small itchy bumps. Nee ones showed up every day. Overall, it's a great hotel to stay if you go out to have breakfast somewhere else.

This was our first time in Cincinnati so I looked at the reviews to pick the hotel and I seen a wonderful review before us so I picked this one it did not disappoint this is one of the better hotels I have stayed with I love how clean the place is as soon as my husband and I walked in the door we could smell the cleanliness it was quiet easy to find the only issue we had was no remote in the room but we went to the front desk and got one. The breakfast was wonderful and the special coffee machine that makes espressos a lattes was definitely a perk keep up the great work on this hotel we need more like it in the Choice Hotel family

We stayed after my husband had surgery bc he had to go back to the doctor the next morning. We could have not asked for a better experience. The front desk staff went above and beyond service, even the cleaning staff was polite and asked if we needed anything. The room was extra clean. I would definitely stay here again.

I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Everything was great! Location is close to highways, with lots of food options nearby. Hotel was clean, service was friendly and the rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds. It was very quiet also, which is nice. Breakfast was yummy and there were plenty of options- waffle maker, apples, bananas, 3 different types of yogurt, muffins, toast, cereals, juice and milk. Best of all- there is a coffee machine!!! You can make a cappucino, late, coffee or iced coffee. Best hotel coffee I’ve ever had. When we come to Kings Island this summer, we will be staying here!

We stayed here on Feb 15th 2025. The hotel itself was very clean and nice. I loved the glass elevator and the decor. The rooms were very large, and we had a lot of privacy. The only complaint about the room was opening the door. Room 306, we would scan the key card and we had to scan the key card about 10 times to actually open the door even though the key card scanner turned green so that was annoying. The only other complaint was they had snacks and drinks available for purchase down by the front desk, and some of the chips were dated in January 2025, and December 2024 so if you want snacks I recommend bringing your own. Still rating the hotel 5 stars, location was great, quiet, and great breakfast in the morning! :)

We landed up in the US and reached to this poorly maintained hotel at the midnight. Poor hygiene and cleanliness in the room. Full of black ants all over the carpet area, bed and washroom. My kids didn't sleep the whole night. The bath tub wasn't working too. When asked them to fix the issue they said it can't be fixed on the weekend. So,gave us a different room where shower wasn't working, got into a different room again by shifting all 13 baggages to know that the heater wasn't working. They couldn't fix it too and said they would give additional blankets instead. Guess we can't keep covering us with a blanket in the day time. And none were there for breakfast on weekdays except us so they didn't bother to keep egg omlettes and bread which was the main course of the breakfast. It was given only on asking. Almost all the rooms had some or the other issues with the maintenance. Only one good thing about the hotel was the staff Ms.Maruf Mansrov who personally helped us during our check in at the mid midnight.
