Updating to my original review: took my family last night to try out some of the amenities. We did two games of laser tag, the video arcade, and billiards. We did not bowl because it was a 2-hour wait (definitely make a reservation online if you plan to bowl), and we did not get any food. The laser tag was really fun. We were lucky to get the entire laser tag arena to ourselves. We played one game of random (there were five of us) and the next game we were splitting to two teams. We had a great time and it was a great workout. We did the video arcade next while we waited for a billiards table to become open. It's $15 an hour for pool and as many people as you want can play. That's a great deal. We got the billiards table in the VIP room which provided more room than the other billiards table located at the entrance of the laser tag arena. Then we redeemed our points for a Funko Pop in the redemption Area. The staff were very helpful at the front desk and in the laser tag area. A suggestion I have is the installation of a drinking fountain or the restrooms. There's nowhere to get water. Other than asking the very busy bartender. There was only one bartender. I checked out the party rooms. They looked really nice. Overall, we had a nice time at this facility.

Had an incredible time at BLVD! From the moment we walked in, Amber made us feel right at home. Her service was nothing short of stellar—attentive, friendly, and super knowledgeable about the menu. She made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing, which really made our experience that much better. Speaking of the food—WOW. The Kickin' Chicken Burger is a must-try! Perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of spice, and the onion rings? Crispy, golden, and delicious. The Blackberry Margarita was the cherry on top—refreshing, with a great balance of sweet and tart. BLVD has a fantastic vibe with plenty to do—arcade games, bowling, and huge TVs perfect for watching sports. It’s a great place for both a casual hangout and a fun night out. Highly recommend stopping by for the food, the fun, and of course, the amazing service from Amber. We’ll definitely be back!

This was my first time here with my family celebrating my daughter's 4th birthday. I ordered the fish and chips. The portion was good but my fries were a bit sweet. My oldest daughter ordered chicken tenders and onions rings and was not too happy with her onion rings. They were pretty burnt. Also we were disappointed that they didn't have the fried onion blossom. We also ordered the chicken wings. The lemon pepper seasoning was a bit too sour and one of the chicken that I bit into was uncooked. We also ordered the pretzel stick which we were also disappointed with. Not only did we had to wait for them for awhile when it came out the pretzel was cold on the inside and we had to sent it back. Also it would have been nice if we had more than one drink menu. We had to share our drink menu with 7 people. The only good thing about the whole night was our server who was so patient with us.

We took our daughter and her friends here for her birthday. They loved it (esp laser tag & arcade). It does get busy so plan accordingly. Most of the workers were nice but service at the restaurant was very slow. Hopefully with time it gets better with more training etc. It took over and hour to get our bill (they didn’t provide a detailed one - I think tip was added and we tipped again on the card reader - but we didn’t want to wait around again for it so we just paid and left).

I seen this place on Instagram. Thought I'd check it out with my kids. We arrived on a Tuesday afternoon not many cars in the parking lot. We walked in we were greeted by the employee at the desk. It was very clean, huge inside lots of arcade games. All the price and activities they offer very easy to see. We did bowling for 1hr.$45 plus shoe fee. We grab our shoes and headed towards to alley. Everything very visible. It was very nice and the lanes were cool lots of TVs and organized nicely. The little screen at our lane we can order food to be brought to us and they had a nice drink menu. Price are great. We ordered the pretzel and cheese fondue and mozzarella sticks. It was what my kids said 10/10. It has lots of fun. We then headed to the register to get a game card. We then proceeded to the arcade area of the facility and started playing. It was great the prize store they had very nice worth prizes for the tickets you get on your card for the games you play. They have lots of great games to play from...some I've never seen..which is nice! The bathrooms are clean. The bar area very clean and nicely stocked. We definitely will be coming back for some more fun and maybe even a Birthday celebration.

Google
Came on a Friday around 6pm and it was great! I would recommend to book the bowling lanes ahead of time online! We ordered the sliders, mozzarella sticks, and the fried onion bloom. The food was good. We bowled for 1 hour and it was amazing would definitely go back great addition to West Sac area !

Google
Great place to eat and play games, I would have to say it can be a little pricey for both but if your doing a family fun night make sure ask about pricing of the drinks and also the game area starts at about $55 dollars for maybe 100 game plays. The food was delicious and the big screen was great for watching the games Love this place for what it provides and glad it was added to West Sac!

Pete T.

Google
Great job on the investment in West Sacramento. Nice setup and a great spot for families. Solid food options as well. Kids loved it. We had a lettuce wrapped burger (Gluten-Free), chicken wings, salad, and burger sliders (one order was enough for two kids to split).

Yelp
Bahkari Carter was great. Had a kind and welcoming personality. Highly recommend her for all parties and more.

Yelp
A bowling, laser tag, video game, food establishment in town. The excitement around this place matches the vibe. 5 solid stars for each and every staff member there. They all go above and beyond to assist. Another 5 stars for cleanliness!! The entire area is spotless and so are the restrooms. Tons of TVs to watch whatever game is on. The food is really good. Most of it is priced well but some is a little bit expensive.

Yelp
If you have kids, or are a kid at heart, then this place may be for you. Bowling is very colorful, and lots of games like Dave & Busters. Multiple TV screens for watching sports, like B-Dubs. Now, as far as the food goes, it is really bad. Wings were kind of weird. Not like anything I have had. No taste and not much meat on them. Also got some wild fries which also were mehhh. But, beer was Cold and flowing. So, fun place, but eat before you go.

Yelp
Jaz was the best! Very attentive service, so friendly. Good returns on the game cards, and good trade ins on the tickets.

Yelp
The Blvd in West Sacramento was the perfect spot for a little date morning after dropping our pup off at doggy daycare. We've been wanting to try it forever, and today finally felt like the right time. We walked in right at opening, so it was empty -- which meant we had the whole arcade to ourselves. Naturally, we started bouncing from game to game like two grown children. For the record, I won most of them. I will not apologize. Then we hopped over to the bowling lanes for some Sparks Bowling. The projection lanes made it way more fun than regular bowling -- lights, graphics, all the extra stuff that makes you feel like you're way better at bowling than you actually are. I also loved that you can order food and drinks straight from your lane. No need to leave the game -- just tap, order, and boom, pretzel bites and southwestern egg rolls show up right in front of you. Now... I'll admit it. The wife absolutely kicked my you-know-what in bowling. Not even close. But hey, it was still a blast and I took my arcade victory as consolation.

Yelp
My burger was solid. Fries good. But they put them in a lil' basket which is cute but man you do not get many fries. Pricey. Food took a bit too. Not bad but not great.

Yelp
We had our team building event at The Blvd and it was such a great experience! It was everyone's first time here, and we had a blast. Our host Ana was amazing, super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The service was exceptional from start to finish. We enjoyed tasty food (pizza, salad, sliders, wings, and fries) we had in our party room, had a fun bowling competition in the VIP section, played arcade games, and took lots of great pictures! The venue is spacious, clean, and has an awesome vibe. Located right in West Sacramento, it's the perfect spot for groups, events, or just a fun night out. We'll definitely be back!

Yelp
Came here a few weeks ago to celebrate a birthday. While I am really happy that West Sacramento has an option for family entertainment, there is definitely room for improvement. The positives, the staff is really great. I don't remember my waiters name, but he was really nice and attentive. Another positive is the food comes out relatively quickly. While the space isn't as big as I assumed, there's enough inside to keep your family entertained. There's arcade games and lanes for bowling. I also ordered a raspberry lemon drop that was really delicious. Hands down the best drink I ordered that night. Lots of seating inside as well as on the patio. There also appears to be a secluded space for private parties. Now for what needs improvements. While the raspberry lemon drop was good, the Kings inspired drink was not. Neither my husband nor I liked it, so it pretty much went to waste. The Mrs PacMan is pretty decent. The food as others have stated is mediocre and definitely not worth the cost. I was shocked when the Nacho Stack was brought to our table. It was so small! The loaded fries were also small. I will say the meat that came on them was delicious! The wings were pretty good too. Lastly, if you are going to be sitting at the tables to eat I highly recommend bringing a jacket. It gets super cold over there due to the roll up door that leads to the patio being up. The other areas inside were much warmer.

Yelp
Love the energy that this spot brings to West Sacramento. There's something for everyone - bowling, pool, arcade games, food, and drinks. The prices are reasonable, and the space has a lot of items but is small enough that you can let the kids run wild in the arcade area while you sup a drink at the bar.

Yelp
My in-law hosted my daughter's 40th birthday party in the VIP room, and it was an amazing experience. We were immediately greeted by the floor manager, who introduced us to our hosts. The hosts were professional, friendly, and meant above and beyond to make the celebration perfect. They made sure food was well-paced, everyone's drink was full, and they even helped decorate and serve cake! With three generations, there was something for everyone- bowling, arcade games, laser tag. We will definitely be back with the grandkids soon!

Yelp
We were going to attend a WUSD School Board meeting so we planned to have dinner before. One of us had been to The Blvd the week before for her daughter's Dia-versary (anniversary of Diabetes diagnosis) so she suggested we go there. The biggest allure was the $2 off all "Share-ables" from 3-6 PM. I got there early and easily found a booth/table. The energy is buzzing as it's an arcade/bowling alley/restaurant/laser tag/hang-out. I sat myself at a table and the server came over immediately to offer me water. I told him I was waiting for 2 others and he brought me menus. Once the other 2 girls arrived we looked over the menu and decided on BACON JALAPEÑO WONTONS, WILD FRIES (with asada and cheese), FRIED PICKLES and CLASSIC SLIDERS. The WONTONS were great, but they were really small. The WILD FRIES were too soggy for my liking, but the ones that were crispy were good. The FRIED PICKLES tasted like sweet pickles instead of dill pickles, so that was a little off-putting, but we still ate them. The SLIDERS were our favorite. The facility is clean and bright and open. There aren't any classic arcade games, so that's kind of a bummer. The bowling alley is bigger than I thought it was. You can opt for an "immersive" experience, but it's more expensive and it's not ALL that amazing. There is a Laser Tag area that looks like it could be fun (up to 28 can play at a time). There is a VIP area with a few private bowling lanes that can be rented out. We met the Event Coordinator (Seneca) who was very welcoming and helpful. Overall, this could be a fun place for a group gathering for all ages!!

Yelp
Service here is really living up to the huge demands. Went in on their first official day of operations and grabbed a beer with a friend. First off the place is beautiful. They've done a great job making it feel like a modern arcade with a restaurant. Servers here are overly nice and accommodating. Unfortunately I didn't try their food but I will be returning soon enough. My son went in on a Saturday with his friend and told me he had a great time. He said it reminded him of a Dave and Buster's but with bowling alley's and a pool table. He was a bit disappointed that his food order took an hour to come out. The servers made it right and gave him an arcade game card with a substantial amount of free play on it! Not only was he ecstatic but so was I. That was awesome. My son said the chicken tenders were amazing as well. Updated review coming soon enough.

Yelp
We came here for a team builder on Friday night and decided to check it out since it's new in the area. The place is huge and well lit, and we booked a VIP room with their $45 per person party package. It included an event host (Anna), an hour in the private room, an hour of bowling in a reserved area, and a $15 gift card per person. The food package came with four pizzas, a big tray of fries, twenty wings, and a few soda pitchers for our group of fifteen. The pizza and fries weren't that great , but the wings ran out quickly since it was only 20 pieces , so we had to order more on the side. For a party package deal we did, I'd suggest offering more wings in that deal because that wasn't nearly enough for our party. Things started feeling a little unorganized after that. Our food came out later than expected, and our bowling time got delayed almost half an hour. When we finally got to the lanes, one wasn't working at all, so half the group started while the rest waited. It took about twenty five minutes before they switched us to a working lane. Anna, our host, was nice and tried to help, but she wasn't around as much as we needed, and I found myself flagging down other staff to get her attention a few times. The arcade area was a lot of fun and definitely a highlight of the night, but overall the experience just didn't live up to the price or the party package expectations. I really wanted to like this place, but between the delays, mix ups, and service issues, it wasn't the smooth night we hoped for. Maybe they're still working out some kinks since they're new, but for now, I'd probably stick with Dave & Buster's next time.

Yelp
Had so much fun - went home and trained non-stop on state time "at work" ......Crossy Road Master....LOL

Yelp
I've been here twice. Both times I didn't manage to capture any photos. But this place is seems like a more adult Dave and Busters. Plenty of space for dining and drinking. The prices are decent. The food is quality and really good. I've had the steak sandwich and I've had the wings both did not disappoint. The servers are friendly and attentive. I hope this place sees a long future ahead. It's a great place to catch games and events

Yelp
Had a great night with family on Saturday September 27th.. Wasnt too packed. We started by eating at their restaurant. Burgers were amazing and alcohol beverages were perfectly made. We wanted to bowl but it was an hour wait so we put our name on the list and played at the arcade while we waited. Was a cool little arcade just wish they had more games but it was decent size. We were bowling and decided on shots so we ordered 2 shots and 2 drinks that was $80 the shots were really small for the price. I will never order a shot here again at $20 each i thought they'd be the size of most bars i believe its a double shot u usually get at the bar wen u order anywhere else but I felt ripped off after I seen the shots. All and all the place was fun, clean and we will definitely come back. The service was good too.

Yelp
I hosted my daughter's 16 birthday here, and had such a great experience and it was super fun! Not a single person had a bad time. Booking was super easy and from the first phone call. It was very informative. Pretty much everything in the contract was explained to me over the phone. Our private server Allison was great, and very attentive. We booked the bowling on the lanes package. Which includes an hour and a half in the VIP room. That is where we can bowl for an hour, eat do cake and gifts. The only small complaint is that everyone arrived super early as requested in the contract. However, the lanes weren't turned on until about 12:45 (our start time was 12:30) then add the time it takes to put everyone's name in. We had lost about 20 minutes of playtime. There the games turned off less than an hour after we started playing. They go based off your start time. So we lost that paid bowling time. It did feel a little rushed if you're hosting a birthday party in there. An hour in a half doesn't leave you much time to bowl eat Du cake and open gifts. We ordered a Cesar salad and 3 pizzas. The salad had very little Caesar dressing on it. We did get a side of ranch, but I assumed that was for the pizza so we used that on the Cesar salad for extra dressing. The pizza was good, flavor wise. I personally prefer a thicker crust. I ordered a personal gf pepperoni but it was sold out so I was given a cheese instead. That was a slight annoyance because I wasn't informed the pepperoni was sold out until after the cheese was already made, and I would have just canceled that had I been given the chance to or opportunity to know before it was made that pepperoni wasn't available. Overall, it was honestly one of the best birthday parties I've ever given one of my kids. Everyone had a great time and my son's birthday is over the summer so we're more than likely be coming back. It was really a great experience so I really want thank you guys for everything. And wish you nothing but great success!!

Yelp
Came here for a fun date night. We went to restaurant side 1st and we needed up waiting an hour for the food. The kitchen ran out of all of items due to large parties and bowling area orders. Our server was nice and got us fresh fries when our food came out cold. The arcade was a lot of fun for adults.
google avatar

Casey V.

Yelp
I can't really rate the food as I didn't eat it there that's why I gave it a 1/5. The service is okay though, we have to pay at the register to activate a new card. Fairly cheap, $25 for 150 credits I think. We wanted to try out this place and the website makes it seem huge and whatnot. It's pretty small in there, there's not much arcade options. I did like the Funko pop game as I've never seen that anywhere else. There are some bowling lanes, didn't get to try much out as it was pretty packed in there. You don't get much tickets and the redemption area does offer some pretty cool stuff. I'd also say there's a random billiards in the middle of the arcade and in between the bar. Random as everyone can watch you and it shouldn't be like that as the stick may hit other people. I wouldn't come back. (Same review by me on Google)

Yelp
Went to the Blvd for lunch today and to check out the offerings. Food and decor are outstanding. It's a nice addition to a city that's lacking food options. Next stop - checking out the gaming area for us and grandkids. We'll be back for more fun and food. Outstanding music in the dining area.

Yelp
We decided to have a last-minute birthday and they were so accommodating we got to use the VIP shared room. They fit us in at the time that I needed with a three day notice. The food was actually really tasty although it was just chicken tenders and fries like they were really good chicken tenders and fries. The host to our party. Jazz was absolutely fabulous. He did not want me to do anything he was gonna take care of any questions any request I had. He was amazing and made the birthday go smoothly. It's already stressful enough hosting a get together but when you have someone that feels like he's on your team, it just makes it so nice. I got to enjoy bowling with the family instead of stressing about anything else. Highly recommend.!

Yelp
5/10 for food. They charge for all side dips (ranch, bbq) and drink refills and we were never told until the bill arrived. Fried pickles were extra salty. Fries were chewy but sandwiches and wings were good 4/10 for environment. The place was FREEZING! The A/C was on full blast at night in November. The over head lights were blinding. Maybe add some lamp shades because it felt like we were inside a Home Depot. 7/10 for service. The wait staff were really nice and attentive. They seemed short staffed for a Thursday night football game but did their best.

Yelp
Good Vibes, Pizza was yummy, CC checked on us a few times provided good service. Will come again!

Yelp
Food (Gish and Chips) was awesome. Games and Bowling were amazing Service (Spencer) made my first experience worth coming back again! He was proactive in fixing a mistake made by others, and but did it in such a way as to show he really cared.

Yelp
Review for Carole & Devante' at THE BLVD-including Crew Members. We came out to support THE BLVD, a local business we truly believe in--and we're so glad we did. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with the utmost respect and top-tier customer service. Carole, in particular, stood out with her friendliness, professionalism, and deep knowledge. She took the time to educate my family and made sure our experience was truly one of a kind. Her kindness and courtesy were unmatched. Devante' and the rest of the team also showed incredible professionalism, dedication, and a genuine commitment to great service. As long as THE BLVD continues to hire amazing people like Carole and Devante', they'll keep creating unforgettable experiences for families like mine. We're very happy with our first visit and absolutely plan to return--especially to book an event in the near future! West Sacramento is lucky to have a place like this. Great work!

Yelp
I went for my birthday at the end of September and invited a group of family and friends to bowl with me. The food was good, drinks were good and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and fun. Now why I gave 3 stars. One of two of my lanes kept malfunctioning. Management had me stop by the front desk on my way out to which I signed receipts for a refund for that lane. It's been over 30 days, about 5 phone calls later and still no refund has gone back to my card. The follow up on this matter was truly disappointing. I probably wouldn't recommend or go back unless I give the fair warning that their lane may malfunction and they may never see a refund.

Yelp
We took our daughter here for her birthday last weekend. Her and her friends had a blast in the arcade and doing laser tag. They also have billiards, bowling, a bar & restaurant. Laser tag area can be more organized. Our waitress was super sweet but they were way under staffed. She was working so many tables it took a bit to get our orders right since items were missing here and there. And then when we got everything the kitchen sent out more of the same items which we had to send back. It took over an hour to get our bill (make sure you ask for an itemized one since we think we paid the tip twice, once on the itemized bill that we didn't get and again when we paid on the card reader). We should've asked to see it but I didn't want to wait any longer for it so we paid and left.

Yelp
BLVD Spreading - First Impressions Stopped by the new BLVD Spreading location to check it out. The place has potential but still needs some fine-tuning. The air-conditioning was set way too high, making the entire building uncomfortably cold. There was only one cashier handling a long line of people trying to sign up for bowling, laser tag, and game cards, which made the process frustratingly slow. Only one server was visible, and while the food was presented beautifully, it was just average in taste. Overall, it's nice to have another entertainment option in the neighborhood, and we did have some fun, but probably won't be returning anytime soon.

Yelp
This place has everything and the food was spectacular! Amber, our server, answered all of my questions. She was so attentive and walked us through all the different parts of the menu I ordered a steak sandwich. My steak was perfectly medium rare. My tater tots were extra crunchy everybody else in my party enjoy their food. Can't wait to come back here to try the bowling or the laser tag. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Definitely coming back!

Yelp
Great job on the investment in West Sacramento. Nice setup and a great spot for families. Solid food options as well. Kids loved it. We had a lettuce wrapped burger (Gluten-Free), chicken wings, salad, and burger sliders (one order was enough for two kids to split).

Yelp
Booked a birthday party for bunch of rowdy 10year olds. Luckily they had the VIP room available which isolated the raucous. VIP Room was the perfect situation for group. Food was pretty standard, party package came with pizzas and all you can drink water. Had to order another pizza to calm savages. Joe and staff were the cherries that went over top success. A few hiccups from the arcade cards and random games but every one working w us more than made up for it! I'd recommend them 10 out of 10 times.
google avatar

Cindel P.

Yelp
Wouldn't recommend at night or after dark. Food was so-so at best but the arcade was great, bowling was fun and the dessert was delicious. There is security on site but definitely doesn't feel all that safe. During the day, it seems ok, but wouldn't visit this spot after dark.
google avatar

Brianna T.

Yelp
The place itself is nice and seems like a great place to go with your kids/family for a night of fun. Their food on the other hand is not good at all in my opinion. The wings were over cooked and just didn't taste that great. I also tried the bacon wontons...not good. I would return for fun but not for food. The drinks are good just a little overpriced.
google avatar

Yelp
Cool new spot in West Sacramento. Arcade, bowling, and food/drinks. The games were all pretty new. The bowling area was really nice and clean. Love the graphics on the bowling balls/lanes. My only concern was the amount of time it took to receive our food. It took about an hour for us to get the food we ordered. The food was decent. I probably won't ever eat there, but would go back for bowling and games.

Shannon S.

Yelp
To start off the service here was amazing the server his name is " DRE " he was really on his stuff circling back every 10 minutes to see if me and my party needed any refreshments or extra food and very apologetic for how slow the bar was being... As for the front end service " ALLISON " was a godsend she helped us through and through with all our service needs with the pool table bowling even arcade she even went as far as to reserve a pool table while we played laser tag... The manager " ANDY " helped us out with everything else that we needed when it came to problems with other guests all in all the staff here was very professional and I would recommend this place for anybody and we even came with little babies and had a blast thank you so much boulevard we will be booking all of our parties from now on here you guys are the best...

Yelp
I will need to leave out a few stars due to service. We had 3 waiters. The first 2 seemed to disappear although we liked our last one, finally. Also, they forgot my drink until the manager kindly reminded the bartender of it. While the pretzel was really good and my husband liked his dish, mine was ok. I will say my mocktail was really good. I know that they are knew so hopefully their service will improve in time. This is a great place for a family get together with all the games, although we only came for the food.

Samantha P.

Yelp
Aaliyah (like the singer) lol was GREAT. She was super sweet and very attentive made great recommendations. Always checking in on us and fulfilled all our needs with a smile and seemed genuinely happy to do it! Fun atmosphere, lots of game choices, kids went through their credits pretty quick though. Each game was at least 7-10 credits each, which is crazy. Will definitely be back to eat again and play!

Yelp
Space is smaller than I expected. Service is slow. Just went for the arcade, wish there were more games. Will be back for food/bowling.

Yelp
"I ordered the Blackened Salmon salad from BLVD and I'm convinced it was created by extraterrestrial culinary beings. The salmon wasn't just cooked -- it was initiated ‍. The raspberry vinaigrette was basically liquid enlightenment, and those crunchy fries on top? Probably engineered by SpaceX . Halfway through the meal I wasn't sure if I was eating the salad or if I became the salad. I achieved temporary cosmic peace and may have unlocked telepathy with a tomato slice . I tipped my Uber driver extra just because I ascended to a higher moral frequency. BLVD has officially changed the trajectory of my life. If you're debating trying this place -- stop thinking and GO. Your taste buds will experience a level of joy previously reserved for astronauts and saints."

Yelp
The food was alright, our waiter was so nice and drinks took forever since there was only one bartender.

Yelp
The BLVD is a great place! Alison was so hospitable the entire time. We were a group of five that was quite needy I'd say and she was more than inviting and nice to all of us. Played pool for $15 an hour good price. Bowling was nice as well, they have a late night happy hour my hazy lil thing was 4.50 for draft. I had a nibble of their soft pretzel and beer cheese it was hell good. Thanks for the fun time BLVD Also shout out to aonie she's great

Yelp
I'll come back in a few months to see if things tightened up. Food: don't eat here. Wings were undercooked. Under seasoned. Couldn't finish them. Half of our order was forgotten about. They offered up some chips and salsa to console a confused child who waiting way too long for their lunch. The food we did receive was gross. Looked promising on the menu. Overpriced for what was served. Games: pretty cool collection. It's funny to spend nearly $100 for your child to win $3 worth of candy or a plastic toy with a lifecycle the equivalent of a mayfly. Some state of the art machines for sure. I applaud them for the curation. Bowling: didn't bowl. Looks cool. Laser Tag: same. Looks cool!

Yelp
I came in around 11:30am for lunch and it was busy at all. I asked the waitress how many tenders it comes with and she said 3 tenders. I waited 45 MINUTES for some chicken tenders... When the food finally came, I only got 2 chicken tenders.... Do not eat here. This place is a scam.

Yelp
( Editing review to point the number of obviously insincere reviews. This business must be encouraging these and investing in Yelp advertising to help them remain on the page. The amount of reviews from profiles with just one review, no history or Yelp friends or anything are an issue. Personally, when I see businesses do this it turns me off more than hyper critical reviews. Because you can't trust any of it after that. ) The gaming section is great. We didn't try laser tag or the bowling but I took my kiddo there for a few hours and we had fun in the arcade area and picking out toys with the tickets he won. But I see a lot of raving about the restaurant/bar and I'm not understanding. The server we had was super nice. But everything from the bar to the food was as generic as can be. I guess they do make their own burgers. But my burger was gross. Very wet and soggy. Overcooked. Salty and bland at the same time. Looked like dog food. And everything else we had was obviously overheated frozen food. Like chewy and greasy but dry and tasted like oil. The pricing wasn't out of hand with everywhere being so expensive but it is way overpriced for the quality. And the milkshake my kid ordered was brought to us almost room temperature. It looked and drank like melted ice cream. But somehow also tasted like oil. I think they might have added a ton of whipped cream to try and change the consistency but it was gross. My kid was in the bathroom hurting for most of the night. Oh, and I tried to order beef but the server had no idea. I ordered "whichever IPA sells the most" and he brought me some kind of malted brown ale. It looked like Guinness but wasn't. When I asked he had a Pale Ale or something like that he showed me his tablet he was using to take orders. It had breweries listed but no classification of the style or name of the beer. I forgot what I ended up ordering. When he brought the second beer it was not cold and still not the style of beer I was told I was ordering. Games? Definitely! Great spot for games. Probably lazer tag too. The bowling looked questionable because the lanes are hella smaller than normal bowling lanes. They looked shorter and skinnier. I'd say if you want to bowl, go down the street to a real bowling alley. In fact, the bar and the food are 10 times better down the street at the other bowling alley. But the arcade area is definitely 100x better at the Alley. Either way, you'll want to eat before you get there. Or else you'll be mad you spent all that money on some oily and gross food.

Yelp
We've been here a handful of times now and every time has been great. They have had their issues with service but they have been very quick to resolve them. The food is amazing and our kids love it as well. The first week was a little warm inside but they just didn't have the ac set low enough. Went back the following week and it's nice and cool now. The staff is always friendly, Emily, Anna, Delilah, Lala and Savina have all gone out of their way to provide amazing service. This was a much needed addition to west sac!!
