The Board

It's everything I wanted from a cheesesteak shop. If you want a top quality cheesesteak come here. If you're on a budget, it's going to be pricey but it'll be worth it. They have a sister restaurant, the deli board, and another, the rye project, and I think I like deli more but this is damn close. The owner clearly cares about his product and his community and I really admire that and come here more for it. Come here if you want a high quality sandwich, smothered in cheezwhiz of course.

Delicious breakfast sandwich! Came here one morning and got a sandwich with a great fried egg, cheese, and bacon on a toasted sesame bun. Next time I'll be back to try the Philly cheese steaks :)

The burger here is top notch. Two delicious patties, cooked perfectly, with a saucy cheesy mix spread on top. Highly recommend trying this concoction from the man behind Deli Board.

This is the best meat stack in San Francisco I've had so far. Solid waitstaff, good food, easygoing atmosphere.

The cheese steak looks like it comes in a hearty, thick, and dense bread roll, but WAIT until you bite into it! It's perfectly crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. It somehow magically neatly wraps around the juicy meaty, cheesy interior. There's no crazy drippy mess either! I dont know how it was done. Oh so tasty. Heaven in a roll. The staff is extremely hospitable as well. :)

Got there on day one (2/1/2018)! The place is so big and clean. Comfortable seating, and plenty of room for bigger groups. Seems like a good place for kids too. We got the cheesesteak and criss-cut fries. Both were really hot (temperature-wise) and of good size. Share the fries, there are a ton. The bread on the cheesesteak is sooooo soft, and held together all the way to the end. The meat was cut up to a nice size with sauce mixed in. Highly recommend this place!
