The reason I deducted one star was due to the Mango Lassi. While it was delicious, I noticed the bottle had a dated sticker on the bottom that read 12/14/24, and today is 12/18/24. I'm assuming that's the date they made it and not the expiration date, but I know from what I've read (correct me if I'm wrong) that lassi should ideally be consumed within 2 days of being made, even if sealed. It didn't taste old, so I'm hopeful it's still fine, but I'm just cautious about the date.
Today was my first time trying Bombay Frankie Company, and overall, I had a great experience! The Chicken Tikka Masala Burrito with garlic naan was absolutely delicious! It was packed with flavor and easily the best "Indian" dish I've had in a while. I've never had a burrito at an Indian spot. I could definitely eat that burrito every week!
The staff, particularly a young lady (who I think is from Australia), was incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient, even with another customer there who had a lot of questions. Despite the lady being a little busy around noon, she remained attentive and cheerful. The place was also very clean, which is always a plus.
As for the location, it's conveniently situated right outside the mall, next to the Nordstrom Rack entrance.
If I end up getting sick (from the lassi), I will update my review and adjust the rating accordingly. But if someone knows more about how long lassi can be stored in the fridge and whether the date is okay, I'd be happy to bump my rating up to 5 stars.
Either way, I'll definitely be back for that amazing burrito!
