Where To Get Indian And Pakistani Delivery in LA - Los Angeles - The Infatuation

"You might think that an Indian fusion cafe inside a gas station is a fairly niche concept, but it’s actually the first of two on this list. As the name suggests, this tiny West LA spot is all about the frankies - Indian wraps from Mumbai. Fillings include everything from chicken tikka masala to saag paneer to fried fish. Takeout and delivery available on most major platforms." - brant cox

The 20 Best Indian & Pakistani Restaurants in LA - Los Angeles - The Infatuation

"Formerly located in a West LA gas station, The Bombay Frankie Company is known for its handheld Indian street food (its official slogan is: “home of the Indian burrito”). As the name suggests, this spot is all about frankies— Mumbai-style wraps stuffed with various proteins. They’ve now upgraded to a counter-service space at Westfield Culver City, with plenty of seating and a big patio. If you’re just getting one thing, make it the chicken tikka masala frankie, wrapped in garlic naan and packed with potatoes, cucumber, tomatoes, and a drizzle of mint and tamarind chutneys. The restaurant also does an assortment of naan tacos and frankie bowls, but nothing hits quite like their namesake frankie." - nikko duren, brant cox

It was my first time trying indian burrito. I ordered chicken tikka masala frankie. It tasted really good! I liked that it was packed with moist chicken breast and a burst of spices and indian flavor. I love my mini mango lassi. It tasted so mango-y and not too sweet and creamy and delicious that made me want to order a full size. My beef samosa was alright. It was not that great, just average quality. Overall, the price point is very reasonable ($14-$19 for entree). The restaurant looks clean, well decorated and well maintained. Think about this restaurant as indian chipotle, but it has way better ingredients and flavor! So yes APPROVED, I’ll come back for more.

Had heard about this restaurant and always wanted to check it out. A few things I liked were the decor, seating and staff service. They have wide variety of food available. Its a concept where they have tried to replicate a popular burrito like food from India. I would say the effort is there but the outcome was thoroughly disappointing. Frankie is much more than just stuffing Indian curries in a roti wrap. Personally, it would have been better to order the curries and bread a la carte rather than expecting a Frankie. Overall, the food did not taste great at all. Ambience is fine with ample seating. I am not able to recommend this to anyone. You can find much more authentic tasting restaurants in Culver City.

This place is so cool! I love the interior and the staff is so friendly! Just coming in here and talking with them made my day. The Indian burritos they gave us were loaded to the top. The meat and the sauce were so hearty, but the mint chutney gave it such a refreshing burst of flavor that I couldn’t even stop to talk before I devoured the entire thing. I can’t wait to come back and try one of their pija’s (sort of like an Indian pizza with tikka masala as a sauce!). For the quality food, and it being the only place where I can find Indian burritos and Indian pizza, this is an easy 5 star.

Google
I quite like this place. It’s clean, not too busy, well maintained, plenty of seating, helpful staff and delicious food. We tried many of their dishes and they are consistently delicious, from the fish pakora to the Chana masala and jira potatoes. The mango lassi is the best.

During our travels to the US, we had the pleasure of visiting The Bombay Frankie Company, and it was truly a fantastic experience! The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and packed with authentic Indian spices. Every bite was a delight! The staff was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. Their warm hospitality and great recommendations enhanced our visit. The overall atmosphere was inviting, and the service was top-notch. If you’re looking for amazing Indian food with great flavors and a friendly vibe, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

Google
I absolutely loved the food so much. I will definitely be going back and trying other things of their menu. I recommend the shahi paneer Frankie bowl. And if you love garlic, their garlic naan is the best. Thank you.

Google
The Chicken Tikka Masala Burrito wrapped with garlic naan was so good! It's dank. Fun place serving Indian food in burritos and also a la carte. The burrito was pretty hefty and they do not skimp on portions. It was also assembled very well, so there was good ratio of each ingredient per bite. The chicken was very tender, juicy, and flavorful. The sauces in the burrito were great too, like a symphony of flavors. Loved the fresh crunch of the vegetables and the potatoes in it. The burrito can get a bit messy so grab some napkins. I also got a bottle Mango Lassi and it was delicious too. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. I loved the music playing in there! I'm curious to try other things on the menu!

As an avid fan of Indian cuisine, and someone who regularly enjoys cooking it at home, I am often critical of restaurants. However, my experience at this family-owned Indian restaurant has been nothing short of exceptional. The flavor is outstanding, with a remarkable depth and authenticity that speaks to their in-house spice blends. The food quality is consistently amazing, and it's evident that they take great care in their ingredient selection and preparation. What sets this place apart is their innovative twist on traditional Indian food, offering unique dishes like Indian-style pizza and burritos. These creative takes are not only delicious but also a refreshing change from the usual fare. The prices are very reasonable, making it an excellent value for the quality and portion sizes offered. Having dined here twice already, I can confidently say that we will be regular customers. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking high-quality, authentic Indian food with a modern twist.

Yelp
This place is ALWAYS a winner!! Super clean. Super friendly staff! Super dwlicious! My favorite is the Keema Frankie (the same ground beef you get in a keema samosa ... and loads of it). The veggies and potatoes inside are fresh. There is tons of I dian spice ... and attitude. My tip is to opt out of the hummus I side the Frankie (makes it too mushy). And do go for an upgrade to a GARLIC nanny. I also love the Masqla Salmon Frankie.

Yelp
Dry chicken and a big sloppy mess. I asked for a little bit of spice in my burrito. When the lady made it for me, it was too spicy. I let them know that I couldn't eat it. She responded to me that Indian food is spicy which rebutted you don't think I've ever had Indian food before? Then the owner jumps in and says just eat in with the white sauce it makes it less spicy. It also makes it even more messy. My son took one bite and didn't want to eat anymore. Total waste of $40. Oh and the mango lassi was very sub par. Don't get it, you'll be disappointed.

Yelp
I believe taste wise, a solid three star rating. I ordered the chicken Tikka masala Frankie burrito, which, for the most part, was chicken Tikka masala in burrito form. The taste was good, but bot the most flavorful Tikka I've ever had. I think this is more of a trendy gimmick to repurpose familiar flavors. So, in terms of taste, if I was with people who wanted to go, I'd be ok with it. I do not think wrapping it in a Naan wrap and serving it with a soda necessitates a $23 price for a relatively small lunch (essentially, a burrito and a soda), so that is a reason for why only 3 stars. It leaves to question whether it was value for money. I found it entertaining that, on their TV, they had on repeat a YouTube clip of Brennen Taylor eating there (a vlogger who tries restaurants and I find entertaining)....on an endless loop enjoying the food. So, overall, this place was good, but didn't blow me away with taste or value. (My sister, who is a return customer, was shocked that I only bequeathed 3 stars)

Yelp
Ambiance: it's a cozy restaurant located on the ground level in the mall, right next to Nordstrom rack logo, plenty parking available in the shaded lot Service: you can place the order either at the tablet or via cashier, the food was served fairly fast afterwards, and self served water and utensils Food: the menu feels like Indian food version chipotle Beef Keema - *** choice of ground beef filling wrapped in a thin Naan with BFC Hummus, filled with Jeera Potatoes, Crisp Cucumbers, Tomatoes, Red Onion, Mint Chutney, Raita, Mint Crema and topped with a Tamarind Drizzle, spicy and salty taste Chicken Tikka Masala Pijia - **** personal size naan embellished with choice of topping, thin and tasty, recommend Price: generous portions and affordable prices, expect $15~$20 per person

Yelp
I'm writing this not so great review for the service only. The food is amazing. The Frankie chicken tikka masala and biryani is a MUST try!!! I have been coming to this location for years, but this past year the service has not been the best. First, I tried to call in to do a phone order. They were not answering at all, which is pretty unprofessional and clearly don't want any business but I digress. Even the automated message before you place a phone order is off putting. No one wants to hear that long message just to speak to someone. I'm thinking when I walk in the store, there would be a line.... Nope the store was empty so it's a bit odd why no one could answer the phone. It was just two gentlemen.. one of them took my order & the food came out at a reasonable time. I didn't think any of it to check my order because I was there ONLY ticket they we were working on. They forgot the Frankie chicken Tikka masala and I realize this by the time I got back home :/ I called the restaurant back and when they answered, I told them about the missing entrée. The same gentleman who took my order, answered the phone & he just didn't seem a bit empathetic about the situation. At least they gave me a refund, but I don't know at least should have done more because it's clearly their fault they missed my order.

Yelp
Whatever this is - this is not a Indian or Mumbai frankie store. So a frankie roll (or the Inidan burrito as they call it ), is really not this. Its a bread (mostly a parantha, or roti NOT a chunky a naan) rolled up with dry filling of spiced veggies, meat and chutneys for seasoning. Sometimes there is also egg fried in as a layer to the bread. What is NOT is rolling large portion of curry and serving it in a naan - which is what this store does. Why would I want to eat wet, sopping curry rolled in a naan. Also, neither the naan or curry were tasty in themselves so a total fail.

Yelp
my friend & I love this place and have been anticipating our next meal from here. originally we were going to get 2 frankies but decided to try a new item - the shahi paneer pijja! I'm now convinced that there isn't a single bad item on the menu! the pijja is so creative - a naan pizza with choice of toppings. although the description calls it a personal size naan, it was actually huge and my friend & I barely managed to finish it. imagine a yummy indian dish in the form of a pizza that is done SO well! all the flavors of the sauce and toppings go perfectly together and then topped with mozzarella cheese... truly an experience. of course we also got the chicken tikka masala frankie which was amazing as always! a perfect combination of flavors and textures all wrapped up in a warm naan I love how this restaurant continues to blow me away and I know i can never go wrong when going here. the quality has consistently been great and I love their unique takes on indian food (which I already really enjoy)! honestly a must try spot for anyone in the area! I'm already looking forward to the next time I can return and hopefully with more people so I can try multiple items!

Yelp
Very friendly place. You can order from the kiosk. The beef Frankie we ordered has many layouts of flavor, very tasty.

Yelp
Had a lovely experience here yesterday while stopping by the Culver City mall. It was a little confusing to find at first, but it's located on the outside of the mall by Nordstrom Rack. When I arrived, I was greeted right away and the employees were very cheerful and friendly. I was so happy to see they had vegan options. I love the idea of meshing Indian and Mexican cuisines and thought it was such a great concept of having an Indian inside a burrito (using roti bread instead of a corn or flour tortilla). I decided on the aloo gobhi as it had not only potatoes and cauliflowers but the addition of sweet potato , which sounded so delicious and unique to me. I opted to sit on the patio, which had comfy seating on a gorgeous afternoon. The food came out pretty quickly and was so scrumptious. I loved the sauces it came with but the curry itself was so flavorful, it didn't really need it. The roti bread had such a great texture and really absorbed the flavors of the curry so well. I felt satisfied and blissful after the meal and it wasn't heavy at all. I would love to return to try the chana masala burrito as that sounded enticing as well. Parking was very easy in the mall parking lot, especially on a week day afternoon.

Yelp
Location is a bit hard to find if you're using google maps. It's basically outside of the mall. Seating is plentiful and staff were great. Honestly expected a lot more flavor but the chicken burrito was a bit lackluster. The meal came with a small mango lassi which was great.

Yelp
The Bombay Frankie Company and was impressed right from the start. The restaurant had an 'A' rating and was very clean. I tried the Paija and a samosa--both were delicious! The food had wonderful flavors, and the cleanliness of the place really stood out. The staff was friendly and attentive. They seemed surprised that I didn't order a burrito, so I guess I'll have to try one next time! They also offer nice combos that I'll be sure to explore on my next visit. Overall, a fantastic experience. I will look at it for take out as well.

Yelp
First time trying this place after shopping at the Culver City Westfield mall. The Frankie is HUGE. It comes with a white cream sauce called raita. The garlic naan was $1 extra. I think the flavor was good. I wish it was a little more spicy, but I'm Indian so maybe that's why! I enjoyed the food and would come back again. I'm curious to try their family platter!

Yelp
Delicious Indian food that feels authentic. Order at the counter and sit wherever - food comes out decently quick, staff is friendly, and I just loved the Saag Paneer!

Yelp
Saw this and knew I had to eat it on my trip out to LA. Simple counter serve spot with seating inside and out, super friendly service. Honestly the burrito was two meals for me - got the beef korma. Enormous, but so tasty. Loved the veggies, potatoes, naan, etc. +$1 for garlic naan is very worth it in my opinion. Also got some lassi to toss it all down the chute

Yelp
I like chicken tikka masala. I like burritos. Well I came here to see if I woud like a chicken tikka masala burrito! The Bombay Frankie Company is on the northeast side of Westfield Century City, outside the mall. Between Macys and Nordstrom Rack. Parking was plentiful and the wait was minimal. The outdoor patio was nicely lit and there were heaters. Inside was a mix of low tables and high counter seating. Frankies are a popular street food. It's basically a wrap made of naan, stuffed with vegetables and your protein of choice. Garlic naan or roti is an extra $1. Vegetarian options can be made vegan upon request. You can also get a frankie bowl without the bread. They also have naan tacos, pijja (pizza), and other sides. Order on the tablet if the cashier is busy. Beverages are in the refrigerated display case on the right side. The portions were big, I only ate half of the frankie and saved the rest for lunch the next day. It came with thick cuts of potatoes, tomatoes, cucumbers, and juicy chicken. The masala, mint chutney, tamarind sauce, and mint crema create a vibrant balance of tangy, salty, and sweet flavors. Personally I believe it would have been better if the ingredients were chopped and cubed into smaller pieces. It was messy to eat with the chunks of vegetables and protein with each bite. Make sure to pair your meal with a bottle of their homemade yogurt drinks (lassi). Not too sweet with just the right amount of tartness!

Yelp
This place is an innovative Indian food place that specializes in Indian burritos. My partner first had Kathi rolls in New York and has been a fan of them since. We came here on a weekend night and each ordered the chicken tikka masala Kathi roll with a garlic naan wrap -- one regular spice and the other partly spicy. We thought the Kathi rolls were pretty good but the proportions were off. There was too much chicken and sauce and not much else, or at least you couldn't taste much else. There was like 1-2 pieces of potatoes and there was supposed to be other pieces of stuff but we didn't really see or taste it. My partner agreed and said there should have been more toppings, including some rice, in the roll. There wasn't much of that. The veggie samosa we ordered had more variety in it, including peas, rice, sauce, potatoes, than the Kathi roll. As for service, it was very slow. We waited about 20 minutes for our food. We were expecting it to come out faster but the 3 workers working on like 20 orders didn't seem to be enough. This includes to-go orders. I could tell some customers were frustrated. If I went back, I would try other things. They should definitely work on the proportions of their toppings and also their wait times.

Yelp
When you visit Bombay, you are likely to counter an interesting wrap that's locally called Frankie. You have food trucks as well as restaurants that specialize in an egg wash on a naan-like tortilla, with a filling of marinated chicken, paneer (Indian cottage cheese) or spiced potatoes, along with mint cilantro chutney, raw diced onions and some tangy spices. Bombay Frankie Company brings this street food experience to LA and does a decent job at it. I tried the paneer Frankie, with its 12 hour marinated paneer, and it was delicious, filling and great value. The owner recommended trying the paneer pizza, which turned out to be even better. A super thin crust with a deliciously addictive topping, where the star is their marinated paneer. What you may miss but is worth a try is their a la carte Indian curries. If you are in the Culver City area or visiting the Westfield Mall, BFC is accessible from the outside, facing the parking lot. Service is friendly and quick. There's seating for 8-10 couples and small families, with counter service. Tip: If you are picking up, there are 20 minute spots that are across the restaurant for pick up.

Yelp
This is a fun lunch place that serves burritos with an Indian twist! We tried paneer tikka and chicken tikka masala Frankie and both were excellent. Naan was freshly made in front of us. The service was efficient and friendly. Love the cool Indian dry snacks, that you can buy. They also serve different flavors of lassi. I believe they had beer and wine too. It had a nice modern ambiance with the perfect Indian touch.

Yelp
Nice job today!! Had a chicken tikka masala bowl and a potatoe samosa, and it was absolutely amazing!! The portion size was more than I expected, so well done with that. Also I loved that it was all white meat. The sauce was so flavorful and great consistency. Definitely some of the best chicken marsala I've had. I even had enough to take to the office for lunch tomorrow. This spot is almost walking distance from me, but didn't know it was this good!! I've already told a few others. I will be back soon!! Thank you and please keep it up.

Yelp
May 2024 / Culver City: The burritos at The Bombay Frankie Company are absolutely delicious & full of flavor! Customer service is always friendly, as well as helpful with ordering from the menu! Eating here is always a great idea! Favorite Frankie / Indian Burrito: Vegan Aloo Gobhi($13.80) includes cauliflower, sweet potato, chickpeas, and another yumminess w/yogurt on the side! I order the burritos with Garlic Naan for even more flavor! I also enjoy their other Veggie/Vegan burritos filled with delicious spices and mouthwatering with nearly every bite! Drinks: Quite a variety of delicious drinks! It makes me smile every time I see the Thumbs Up soda; fond memories of traveling throughout India and trying the drink for the first time!! Discovered: A great friend first introduced me to this restaurant when they were located inside of a gas station! At first I was like... What... but trusted his opinion, because he has great taste! When we arrived, the place was packed, full of people inside, as well as a line outside the door! After first bite, I understood the hype! Hahaha! Expanded: Now the restaurant has a spacious location w/indoor & outdoor seating right outside of the Culver City Mall! After speaking with Sid yesterday, even more expansion is in the works!! Score! Overall: The burritos are the best! It's always a flavorful experience, which I love! Thanks again to both Sid & Alex for excellent customer service yesterday! You both rock!

Yelp
Food here is good, not typical north indian food in terms of flavor, but it's still nice and unique as it comes in a burrito if you order the "frankie." Been here a couple times and staff has been welcoming and explained any questions I had happily. I tried the paneer and chicken frankies and they were huge and filling. I haven't sat there to eat, but there is plenty of seating if you decide to stop by with a larger group. If you're in the area and want something different, this place is a good stop, but I don't think I would go out of my way to eat here. I'm just very picky with my indian food, so please don't let that stop you from trying it!

Yelp
We always passed by this place whenever we went to the culver mall so finally decided to stop by being a fan of both Indian food and burritos! We decided to go with the chicken tikka masala wrapped in the naan and was a fan of the concept. Do be warned that it's a very messy eat so be prepared to sit there with plenty of napkins at your disposal. The chicken was a tiny bit dry for my liking but would definitely be willing to try it again as it may have just been cooked a little too long that day. If you're a fan of mango, highly recommend complimenting the meal with the mango lassi as it was delicious with the perfect amount of creamy and cooled down the spices in the burrito.

Yelp
Recently got their Shahi Paneer Frankie and it was absolutely delicious. Great portion size and generous amount of paneer and gravy. Served with a side of raita / yogurt. I used to order from here pretty regularly a couple of years ago but they have really upped their game now

Yelp
When my friends told me about a place with very bomb Indian burritos, I was a little skeptical. Apparently they had tried this place out when it was still at the local gas station in Culver City and since we were in the area, wanted to drop by to get a snack. Bombay Frankie Company has now moved into an actual storefront in the Westfield Culver City plaza - plenty of parking, super clean and nice looking interior, and best of all - friendly staff. We decided to spit their chicken tikka masala burrito and upgrade to a garlic naan ($13.50 + $1.00). I think we also opted for a spicier level for the sauce, where we paid a few cents more for the upgrade. I can see why their burritos are popular - this was good. I'm not a big fan of burritos in general, but you really get a whole pack of flavor with every bite. The only downside is that the chicken tikka masala is more wet because of the sauce, making the burrito quite sloppy as we started to dig into it. We were told that the chicken tikka would probably be less wet/saucy if we wanted to try that next time. And they have a new item on their menu - the Pijja (or Indian pizza). We also went with the chicken tikka masala ($13.50). I honestly liked this a lot. Loved the flavors, it wasn't too wet or moist, and everything went really well together. I think there were 8 slices, which was pretty great. I feel like they'd do really well if they opened a branch in Pasadena! I would definitely swing by to grab a few items if it was located closer to me. Really enjoyed how everything tasted and how friendly everybody was. Give it a try if you're ever in that area!

Yelp
Will be coming back soon! Everything was so delicious. It's hard to find and was late for my pick up order but they had everything in a warming tray and didn't assemble the bowl until I arrived. It's on the back side of the mall by macys and Nordstrom rack but no direct access from the mall. I ordered online for pickup and got the chicken tikka masala, garlic naan and beef samosa. They gave me the yogurt and pesto sauces on the side. The beef samosa was probably was my favorite item with the flakey dough and delicious filling. It had a bit of a kick in the beef mix but it wasn't overwhelming. I was also really pleased with the serving size of the garlic naan. Two giant pieces that was easy to share. Lastly the tikka masala bowl was huge! My son and I split it and still had leftovers. Could have used a little more sauce for all the rice but the flavors were very yummy. Can't wait to come back especially since I know where it's located now.

Yelp
Amazingly delicious food and super friendly staff! We ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala Burrito and Vegetable Samosa and we were blown away by the flavor of both. Chicken Tikka Masala Burrito: 4.5/5 chicken was a little bit dry but the flavor of the filling made up for it all - the white and brown sauce were a perfect complement and I really enjoyed the fresh veggies - I was surprised to see them rolling out the garlic naan to order! Also one burrito could easily fill up two people!! Vegetable Samosa: 4/5 stuffed w potato and vegetables and really nice flaky outside - good with the sauces on the side Mango Lassi: 4/5 thick creamy and slightly tart w mango flavor not too sweet and really enjoyed it with our meal. Store was bright and open and fairly clean. What really stood out was the friendliness of the workers though! I would definitely come back to try more, and I could see myself craving this burrito easily.

Yelp
I paid $16 for a vegan burrito from Bombay Frankie and it was a huge disappointment. After just two bites I was immediately dissatisfied. The taste and quality were way below expectations. I am not one to normally ask for refunds but there was no way I was going to eat the burrito. When I asked for a refund they flat out refused and did not even offer to remake it. Extremely frustrating customer service and not worth the price at all. Would not recommend.

Yelp
Severed us cold "Tandoori paneer" frankie - when asked about why it's cold, the server tried to explain that mint chutney and other condiments made the frankie cold It was clearly pre-made sitting on counter for long time, they didn't even bother to warm and serve it. The paneer was so old and stale that it had turned brown inside! I never seen paneer be not white inside. It gave me and my family stomachaches. This place should be inspected by food inspectors. Clearly they are cutting corners and serving stale food. To the owner - the ROTI and PANEER were cold NOT warm. How do you explain BROWN paneer (from within/ inside - check second photo). Your staff should have offered to make it right by re-making order (fresh)/ refunding money. I had to trash the cold Frankie cause it was not edible.

Yelp
In mall but faces out. Order at counter and no table service. Paneer pizza was excellent. Chicken burrito good and perfect amount of spice. Really enjoyed the food unique

Yelp
Got the tandoori paneer frankie (burrito) and was a little disappointed that the paneer tasted kinda plain without that signature tandoori flavor and charring. The other stuff in the frankie also made it a bit too sour? Anyway, I maybe ordered the wrong thing and there's plenty of other vegetarian options so I'll try a different one next time. Love the concept.

Yelp
The reason I deducted one star was due to the Mango Lassi. While it was delicious, I noticed the bottle had a dated sticker on the bottom that read 12/14/24, and today is 12/18/24. I'm assuming that's the date they made it and not the expiration date, but I know from what I've read (correct me if I'm wrong) that lassi should ideally be consumed within 2 days of being made, even if sealed. It didn't taste old, so I'm hopeful it's still fine, but I'm just cautious about the date. Today was my first time trying Bombay Frankie Company, and overall, I had a great experience! The Chicken Tikka Masala Burrito with garlic naan was absolutely delicious! It was packed with flavor and easily the best "Indian" dish I've had in a while. I've never had a burrito at an Indian spot. I could definitely eat that burrito every week! The staff, particularly a young lady (who I think is from Australia), was incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient, even with another customer there who had a lot of questions. Despite the lady being a little busy around noon, she remained attentive and cheerful. The place was also very clean, which is always a plus. As for the location, it's conveniently situated right outside the mall, next to the Nordstrom Rack entrance. If I end up getting sick (from the lassi), I will update my review and adjust the rating accordingly. But if someone knows more about how long lassi can be stored in the fridge and whether the date is okay, I'd be happy to bump my rating up to 5 stars. Either way, I'll definitely be back for that amazing burrito!

Yelp
Chicken tikka masala naked bowl - 5/5 for the flavors, the price, the portion and the concept. It's just amazing and I loved it. It contains chicken tikka masala with chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, onions topped with mint chutney, tamarind chutney and yogurt sauce. Absolutely divine. Packaging - 5/5 (no spills, very hot upon arrival) Ordered on DoorDash. Can't wait to try the other items.

Yelp
Incredibly clean place with friendly and knowledgeable staff! I loved my beef samosa and chicken tikka masala.

Yelp
Food here was good but not great. We got the chicken tikka masala burrito. It was really saucy so it was a messy meal. The naan is thin so it gets saucy pretty quickly. Wish they offered more sauces than the raita at no cost. Service was good. Place was really clean and organized. I don't feel the need to come back for this.

Yelp
The food was interesting and the service was slow and the ambiance was good for a fast food restaurant.

Yelp
The Bombay Frankie Company is so good. The Indian burritos are such a great idea and perfectly executed - at least tastewise (naan doesn't hold up like tortillas). They are bursting with flavor from the spices to the pickled onions. I loved that they had a lot of vegetables, which you don't often get from Indian food or burritos.

Yelp
Was much better when it was inside the gas station on Santa Monica near the 405. My favorite back then was the Mango Lassie. It tasted homemade and was thick and rich. So delicious. In the new location the Lassie was thin and almost flavorless compared to the old one. It tastes like it was made in a factory. No point in going back, their "Improvements" are a giant step backwards.

Yelp
The chicken tikka wrap meal is 10/10. Smothering in delicious sauce and a nice balance with the other fillings. Comes with a mini bottle of their housemade lassi. I love the mango flavor. Every time I've dined here I feel like the service is fantastic. The chef delivers it herself and she always makes sure we are good. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone that enjoys Indian cuisine.

Yelp
One word: PIJJA! The chicken tikka masala pijja (Indian pizza) is my go-to time here! Flavors are great! Thin, crisp crust. It's a solid two meals for one person:)

Yelp
Great food, great service with lots of vegan and gluten free options. Delicious! Easy to grab and go or have a quick bite and reasonably priced.

Yelp
This is one of my favorite Indian food spots. They specialize in "Frankie's" which are Indian wraps and are really delicious on the go. The food they make is authentic and has wonder flavors. They make their Naan fresh and it's comes out so soft and warm, I recommend asking for the garlic naan. The dishes I've bought are awesome, I love their paneer dishes they are generous with the paneer and one of the big reasons I like getting those dishes. Their samosas are also really good along with the side sauces. I also like their mango lassi's, they make and bottle it themselves. Unfortunately they are not close to me which adds to my recommendation, I drive over an hour to visit here. If I lived closer I would probably be here at least a couple times a week. However, I take some orders to go and at least 6 mango lassi's to hold me over until my next visit. There is plenty of parking at the mall. Everyone I've encountered has been super friendly and I appreciate the care they put into the food.. Keep up the good work and making the great food.

Yelp
I would give this place a million stars!! Wish I didn't stay so far away from Culver City. The Paneer Tikka Masala Frankie is truly heaven. Packed with so many different flavors, it's beyond delicious. The mango lassi here is yum too unlike many other places where they just water down the yogurt, add lots of sugar and artificial mango flavoring. This place used to be inside a gas station before. Indian food lovers please try out the food here.

Yelp
If you're on the hunt for indulgent, flavorful dishes that leave a lasting impression, this spot is a must-try. The chicken tikka and paneer tikka Frankies are nothing short of massive--so big, in fact, that one is more than enough to keep you full for an entire day (or maybe even two!). Their size doesn't compromise quality, either; every bite is packed with bold, satisfying flavors. The Papdi chaat isn't really a chaat. It's fried taco strips with fries LOL. Skip this. The standout, however, was the Paneer Shahi Pizza. It's a true delight--rich, creamy, and packed with a perfect balance of spices. It's so good that it tastes just as delicious the next day, which is a rare quality for most pizzas. Highly, highly recommend giving this one a try! While the food is undeniably excellent, it is on the pricier side. However, the quality and portion sizes more than justify the cost. My only critique? The presentation could use a little polish, but honestly, with food this good, you might not even notice. If you're looking to treat yourself, this place will not disappoint. Don't skip the Paneer Shahi Pizza--it's worth every penny!

Yelp
I didn't realize they had moved from off the 405 to the side of the mall but I was loving the wide open seating. I got the chicken tikka frankie with regular naan and a mini bottle of the rose lassi. Half the frankie was all I needed for dinner, and having the other half for lunch the next day was wonderful. A note for anyone getting the lassi's- make sure to shake properly before drinking. The yogurt separates a bit from the rest of the liquid when it sits upright but it reincorporates easily with a little bartender shake.

Yelp
I enjoy the food but I had a really poor customer experience here today. I placed my order on the tablet that is in the store, but apparently you can't receive loyalty points when you do that. You only get them when you place your order 2 feet to the left. When I expressed frustration about this to the staff, they not only said there was nothing they could do but one lady gave me the biggest IDGAF sort of attitude with her response. You'd think someone asking about your loyalty program so that they can be a repeat customer would deserve a bit better. Way to blame your customers for your own poor customer experiences!!

Yelp
Please consider canceling your partnership with chow now as their customer service is horrible and I received no update on my order which is now 35 minutes late. My family is hungry and waiting on dinner and I still don't have an update despite calling and texting them. Your food however is great.

Yelp
Beautiful Restaurant!!! Plenty of parking of course because it's a shared lot for the mall. The vibe in this restaurant is so inviting. One of my closest friends brought me along to try it out and I must admit she has terrific taste. The service was efficient and professional. The restroom was clean and cozy as well. The Samosas are going to be my "go to". They are addicting. I bought one for me and one for husband and ended up buy two more for myself. I prefer the veggie samosa because I don't do beef but I can only imagine that the beef was even better. They are worth the price. I'm definitely going back because I'm interested in the tacos and Salmon.

Yelp
Used to love this place when it was a hole in the wall in a gas station. Wraps were cheap, fresh, delicious, and incredibly filling. All that has changed with the new Fox Hills location. The chicken tikka masala wrap is now $14.50 and the chicken was incredibly dry and flavorless. We were asked if we wanted the wrap spicy and said sure, medium please. Didn't realize till we took a look at the receipt that it's $0.50 extra for medium spice. That's fine but at least disclaim it. Even chipotle lets you know the guac is extra when you ask for it. I miss the old gas station hole in the wall.

Yelp
As I grew up in India & in Bombay (now Mumbai), I have tried frankies many times. Only difference is in Bombay its wrapped in Romali (handkerchief) roti vs here in naan. Food - great tasting & huge portions. Just very delicious. Service - just excellent & Luc was so helpful & very gracious. All the rest of the staff is also great: Ambiance - hip & plays good Indian mix music & we just enjoyed it. I recommend BFC. I traveled 2 hrs to come here to eat it again & its one of my fav place. A must try place. Cheers to BFC. Raj
