I'm a regular customer and I'm Deaf. Ever since I started coming here, the staff have been picking up new signs little by little and it’s clear they’re not just doing it once but actually practicing and using them. That kind of effort fills my heart. Small gestures like this go such a long way and mean so much to the Deaf, hard of hearing, and nonverbal communities. I’m a forever loyal customer. I've been shopping here for years & I Honestly feel this is one of the very best! I've shopped other places while moving around Ma. and they have CONSISTENTLY provided Excellent customer service & support. They Always try to have the best merchandise & supplies in stock, they immediately address customer concerns & needs. Out of all the places I've been, I Never have to worry shopping here. They stand behind everything they sell, which many places claim to do....but these people actually Do :)

Luis was very helpful and was able to explain certain enhancements that each product provides. He also helped me find products that would help me for my muscle soreness and relaxation. Definitely a 5 star service every time!

Been going to this dispensary for over a year now. It has some of the best prices and selection of products in the area with plenty or premium or budget options. The budtenders are friendly and know their stuff to Luis is always getting me right with the good stuff.

One of the most aesthetically pleasing dispensaries I’ve been to!! It’s absolutely gorgeous! Aside from that the staff is always very welcoming & friendly, they have a good selection of cannabis products & wont break the bank! One of my faves by far!

I hate coming to this location, I see a ton of reviews of people saying how friendly and nice everyone is but I’ve visited this dispensary multiple times and while the product selection is solid and the place is clean, I can’t say the customer service ever feels welcoming. Every visit, I’m met with the bare minimum in terms of friendliness. The girl checking Id’s at the front wouldn’t even look up at me! I have never experienced this at any other dispensary

My new go-to because the place closer to me has been seriously lacking in variety lately. I've been here a few times, great atmosphere & solid pricing. Their rewards points are a nice touch to save a little once in a while. It's an absolute pain in the ass to turn left out of there but honestly that's route 20's fault.
