The Botanist Shrewsbury Dispensary

I recently visited, and it ended up being one of the most dope experiences. The atmosphere was cozy, relaxed, fun it was awesome. what really made the experience great was the service. Luis was especially great. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping guests find the just the right products for them. It’s rare to come across someone who elevates the entire visit just by doing their job with passion and kindness, but Luis absolutely did. Will definitely be returning more often!

Courtney was great and super helpful. I could not recommend enough. I am someone that does not know much about this stuff and she was very patient and knowledgeable. Would definitely come back

This is my favorite dispensary out of all of them around. Great vape selection, good prices and frequent promotions. Not to mention the very helpful and friendly staff always taking good care of me.

I am super happy with the botanists in shrewsbury, shout out to Izzy and Cody and everybody else that I can't remember their names right now. But also a huge shout out to the guy that helped me with the CBD flower and just everything! I am super grateful to all of you and this is the best place for anybody just looking for CBD or anything with THC and all that kind of thing so shout out to all of you at the Shrewsbury store because you guys are just awesome people!

Always a 10/10 experience when I come here to get some devils lettuce, and loved getting all the new info and recommendations my last trip from Izzy! She was so kind and gave the best direction for what I was looking for!

Prices aren't anything special and honestly the few times I've been here the staff just seem "off". Not rude but not polite either, just strange.

They always have great flower and options to choose from. The service is always amazing and each person is helpful with recommendations. The value is great and the deals are always worth driving a few extra miles to get the best.

They don't protect patients Hippa rights . After their employee stole my number , so he could hit on me . He was fired . The male staff then. proceeded to treat me badly . I stopped receiving communication from both management, and Hr once I filed a retaliation complaint . I have a permanent handicap plate , and medical card . I will now have to travel 33 miles away to get the high dose I need for pain . why are they allowed to get away with treating patients this way ! they claim to be medical yet don fallow the same laws !

Rude & unhelpful. Try harder. The staff at this particular location let down the brand.

Absolutely disgusting behavior and treatment of customers. Rude & short and looking at prior feedback, this is a COMMON occurrence here. As someone who has an extensive history in retail, you people are frankly walking embarrassments. Do better, be better, or move aside for better. You are but 1 branch, so you absolutely can be scrutinized higher expectations. If not yourself internally, then the Cannabis Control Commission. Pathetic.

I have been here many times and have always been treated with kindness and respect. I found them to be very helpful! They also carry products I can't get in other places.
