From the moment I walked in, Jennifer and Marissa were absolutely amazing! They greeted me with such warmth and immediately made me feel welcome. While I waited, they even suggested grabbing a mimosa at Paperboy or Postino nearby—which was such a thoughtful touch! Paul was wrapping up a tour and ended up showing me around shortly after. His energy, knowledge, and professionalism sealed the deal. All three of them—Jennifer, Marissa, and Paul—were incredibly knowledgeable about the property, and their outstanding customer service made a lasting impression. I was also considering 700 River, but after the experience I had here, the choice was easy. This team truly sets the bar! Highly recommend.

I recently toured The Bouldin and had such a wonderful experience! The team was super awesome—so welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in. A special shoutout to the new manager, Tory—she’s absolutely amazing! Her energy, professionalism, and warmth really made the whole visit feel special. You can tell she genuinely cares about the community and the people who live there. The property itself is beautiful, and after seeing everything and meeting the team, I’m completely sold. I’ll definitely be applying here once my current lease is up. Can’t wait to (hopefully!) call The Bouldin home.

Feel like I've found the hidden gem of apartments in Austin. I recently moved from Cali to Tx and wanted to be in a central but quiet area and this place hits all the marks. It's so nice to be able to pop down to Paperboy for a coffee or a workout class across the street. The leasing team really does care to make this spot feel like home and it shows. Highly recommend checking out The Bouldin for those on the hunt for condo style apartments with fab amenities.

I was calling the Bouldin to inquire about SMART housing and spoke to someone named Paul. Honestly I was really disappointed at how he spoke to me like I was an inconvenience. I actually make over the SMART housing limit, which why I called to see if I could qualify. I never did smart housing before. He made me feel so little, anyways I hope you treat other people better than you treated me.

Easiest move in i've ever experienced! The staff was attentive and helpful every step of the way. I love the surrounding community - it feels safe, welcoming, and vibrant. plus, the views of the city are absolutely gorgeous. Couldn't be happier with decisions to move here!!
