We moved into Bowers nine months ago, and it has been excellent so far. The tenants are friendly and respectful of one another. Our family and friends who visit us admire the apartment. Management is responsive and great, and their maintenance staff are probably the nicest fellas I have ever experienced as a renter. This place is worth it for the peace of mind and safety.

We have lived in the Bower for nearly a year and just renewed. We find the apartment has the right spaces and amenities for our needs and makes entertaining easy; the location is ideal for us (local restaurants, walkable to downtown, close to freeway access, etc.); and management has been responsive and helpful when we reach out (which is infrequent because we have had very few issue arise). We recommend The Bower 110%.

Was here to do a move out clean. Nice quality appliances. Big bathroom. Do not like brick kitchen floor. Impossible to keep clean.
