The 7 Best National Harbor Restaurants & Bars - Washington DC - The Infatuation

"Brass Tap is the ultimate National Harbor watering hole where you’ll find the most extensive beer, cider, and mead selection. The couple dozen taps will impress any beer drinker, and they have house-infused whiskeys for folks who “don’t do beer.” The crowd toggles between worn-out conference attendees and regulars playing trivia while watching the night’s sporting event, and it can feel like a completely different place depending on which you get. But once you’re on your second or third glass, you won’t care either way." - tristiana hinton

Probably the best wings I’ve ever had! I also got the Mac n cheese bites that were really good, but I didn’t get a picture. My server was amazing - I wish I could remember her name because she was the sweetest.

On Mother’s Day, my father and I took my 80-year-old grandmother out for a quick bite while visiting National Harbor, MD. We chose to support The Brass Tap, and although it made a nice first impression walking in, the experience quickly went downhill. The service was disappointingly slow, largely due to the “seat yourself” setup, which led to a long wait before we were able to place our order. We ordered two margarita flights ($20 each) and a ginger ale, along with our meals. Unfortunately, the pizza I received did not match the description on the menu, and when I raised the issue with our server, there was little effort or urgency to address the problem. At that point, I no longer wanted the pizza. After waiting 30 minutes, we were told the flights wouldn’t be coming because the bartender was “too busy.” By that time, our food had arrived, but we still hadn’t received any drinks—not even water. Between the lack of communication, poor service, and weak excuses, this visit was a real letdown. I genuinely wanted to enjoy and support this place, but based on this experience, I cannot recommend it. Do better. Look at the picture, does it look busy to you ?

My husband and I ate at Brass Tap National Harbor in Oxon Hill Md. Great food . We ate the fish and shrimp platters. Our server Lamia A . The owner Mark came over and introduced himself and he was great to talk to he told us what is good. We appreciate talking to him. Thanks we appreciate the terrific hospitality. We be back . Everyone come to support this restaurant because the food service and atmosphere are amazing. So many draft beers and cocktails. Thanks.

My friends and I were very excited to try The Brass Tap in Oxon Hill but instead, we were left with disappointing meals and poor service time. To begin, we were not seated by a server, and were approached after 5-7 minutes of standing at the host stand. The server that approached us said we can sit anywhere we want, however it was difficult to find a clean table for a party of 6, as the tables were almost all still unclean from previous diners. We settled for what looked like the cleanest table we were going to get and after 8 minutes we were finally approached with menus. Once we ordered our food, we waited a total of 1 hour and 20 minutes for all of our table to have their food, while other diners who walked in after us were already served. The food was brought out one plate at a time with 5-10 minute waits in between which was an issue since everyone wanted to wait for all of the food to be out, and the food that was served was cold by that time. On top of the wait, food quality was below decent. The food was oily and seemed old. My fish was overcooked and the breading had an extremely odd taste. My friends’ food was so oily, that we had to drain it into a sauce cup (which was filled from just 1 drained side dish). With all of the hassle that came with dining here, I sure did not enjoy paying a mandatory 20% gratuity on a service I did not enjoy and a meal I disliked. The music was extremely low causing diners’ chatter to be the only atmosphere I can remember. Overall, I would not eat at The Brass Tap, nor recommend it to a friend.

Great place! Love that they have Gluten Free Beer!

Google
This place literally tried to rip me off I came in and order a small side of garlic fries. They gave me the basket. Without me know it was the side. When the check came they charged me 15.37. No where on the menu did it say the fries were above 11.50. When I confronted them. They acted like they didn’t know what happened and didn’t even apologize. Don’t come here unless you want to be ripped off

My Husband and I were looking for a chill spot for happy hour so we decided to try this place. Great atmosphere and our server was on point. We were curious to try a Mexican Mule and he gave it a great review, so we did...and it was good, flavorful with a nice kick. Food was really good too (especially for a happy hour menu). We ordered the chicken nachos and brussels sprouts. Love the fact that it was black owned as well. We’d definitely go back again...and try dinner. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Yelp
Happy Hour Win at The Brass Tap - National Harbor If you're looking for a chill spot to celebrate a win (like graduating from a six-week training class ), The Brass Tap is a solid choice. We rolled in on a Wednesday for happy hour and had a blast. First off, shoutout to our server. I don't remember her name, but she was warm and friendly and kept the drinks flowing. And speaking of drinks, the draft beer selection is . I had three 16-ounce pours and a chicken quesadilla for about $31 -- not bad for National Harbor. We sampled a good bit of the happy hour menu. My personal MVPs? The mac & cheese balls (better without the sauce) and the pizza . The pizza came out piping hot (but not "burn-your-mouth" hot), had great flavor, and held up perfectly in hand -- no sad, floppy slices here. Definitely ordering that for myself next time. The chicken quesadilla I ordered was fine, but nothing to write home about . Someone also ordered the "spicy" wings -- more "red pepper flakes everywhere" than authentic spicy -- so I'd pick a different flavor next round. But the vibe? That's where this place delivers--outdoor seating right on the main drag, perfect for people-watching, and a lively, social atmosphere. Would I go back? Absolutely -- especially for the beer selection, mac & cheese balls, and pizza. And yes, next time I'm upgrading my wing order.

Yelp
First of all, let me say that our server who served us yesterday (Sunday) morning deserves all the raises and promotions because she dealt with my party of eight characters, helped us get a table for eight put together, and was a kind server on top of that. Thank you so much! The food is also delicious. There were nothing but yums! Got the chips trio and shared it, recommend that, it's chips plus salsa, queso and guacamole for $12. The party also got wings, fish and chips, hot honey pepperoni pizzas, a bunch of salads, and a sandwich, and it was all yums across the board. We ate outside on a really nice day and we were next to the piano bar, so I thought that was nice. It wasn't very busy. Get there early and go outside if you can, although inside is nice as well. Great place! A good place that has something for everyone and reasonable prices if you're in National Harbor and have friends or family joining you.

Yelp
Here's a high-level view. The food is phenomenal. The drink selection is extensive has a really good bar feel. When people talk about bar food, it's usually a mediocre and unhealthy type of food. However, the food I tried was exquisite! I tried the dry rub wings, and probably some of the best wings I ever had! My wife got a pizza. This pizza was so good. It felt like it was made by an artisan in a brick oven. The food is so good that I would just go there order food for Takeaway. Whatever you do, try the food you won't be disappointed. The beer selection is very extensive. They have beers on tap which you don't normally see on the East Coast. They have sweet baby Jesus on tap. Which is hard to find anywhere. The owner is very down to earth and came over and said hello to the private party. I don't usually go to the national Harbor, but if I go back, the brass tap will definitely be where I go!

Yelp
I decided to try out this craft beer spot in attempts to catch a sporting event as some of the other local locations were pretty packed. It's your typical bar spot wooden decor, large bar with plenty of tv's behind within the space as well as ample patio seating. Service was decent given the fact that they seemed limited on staff that day and trying to manage both inside and outside orders. The food menu features wings with a variety of dry rub and sauce options, shareable items like potstickers and Mac and cheese bites, tacos that come in flavors like smoked brisket and blackened cod as well as burgers, pizza, and other sandwich options (prices range from $10-$20). Their drink menu has a variety of bourbons and whiskeys in addition to the expansive craft beer options. I decided on the brown sugar bourbon wing basket that came with fries and the steak tacos. The food took awhile to come out and unfortunately it wasn't really worth the wait. As for the brown sugar wings they were decent, could have been warmer but not a bad dry rub flavor just would have benefited from use of more of the rub. The tacos were interesting I ordered them without peppers but on the menu they also are supposed to come with onion, cilantro, and white queso but they only came with queso so it basically ended up being a plain taco, in addition to the steak not being seasoned either. Overall not my best food experience even for bar food but on a positive decent pricing and I did have a pretty good beer there.

Yelp
This place has a nice pub-style vibe and offer discounts to patrons staying at certain hotels out there. The star was the service today with Reye. Beers on happy hour menu are limited but not a deal breaker. They do have some nice local crafts (not on HH). They don't bill you for HH prices and I neglected to check the bill until later so exercise some caution there. Pizza is unique in the crust- just as they mention it on the menu. All in all, pretty nice find on the harbor!

Yelp
When you order a salad for delivery to a hotel and specifically ask for a fork-- because you have to; people don't have common sense-- and they hand you your bag and drive away, with no fork included, it's rather disappointing. It would be nice if restaurants put some thought into bagging up food that is delivered.

Yelp
This was a comfortable and relaxing environment. So much so, a patron enjoying a beer on the patio fell asleep . Really though, it was a comfortable environment to have drinks and enjoy dessert. The waitress was very friendly and attentive!

Yelp
Our group of about 20 people were attending a conference at the nearby Gaylord and I called about reserving some space for our group for an evening event. They were happy to accomodate us (no charge for the hightop table reservations and split bills per person) and very communicative. When we arrived we had plenty of seats at a long hightop reserved for our group and our waitron was awesome and super accommodating and friendly. The beer selection was quite large with lots of interesting local stuff. The food was solid pub food (cheese curds and wings were very tasty). This was definitely one of the best places to hang out in the National Harbor area!

Yelp
This is for carry out only. Called in for an order or Sweet BBQ wings and a quesadilla. My order was ready on time and was hot. I was able to walk in, pay and receive my order within 10mins. Nothing too crazy to report here, the wings were tasty and had a good crunch and the quesadilla was decent. I paid an extra $.50 for blue cheese but it wasn't in the bag so that was a bummer. I wish they had curbside parking as the harbor has limited street parking and parking in the garage for a 5min turn around is going to run you at least $5. The harbor would benefit from cheaper parking overall but maybe they're trying to weed out certain patrons by making it a bit expensive. I'd come here again to sit in or do carry out if the circumstances were different.

Yelp
Food is great and service is wonderful. Joel and Mia are so friendly and pleasant. We sat on the patio played our dice game and had a great time. We were here in May and service was just as good as now. We love consistency and will be back.

Yelp
Surprised I haven't reviewed Brass Tap. It's been one of my fav local spots to hang with friends & watch games for 10+ years. Plenty of TVs & craft beer. We popped in last night around 7:30 to check out March Madness (Final 4) games. Was a bit shocked we were the only persons of color (aside from staff) but felt welcomed just the same. Sign advised to seat ourselves. We obliged & a staff member quickly arrived to take our orders. We ordered Brussels to start along with my sangria and his chocolate stout. When our server returned- we ordered Ceasar salads w/ shrimp & a veggie pizza. Everything was hot and fragrant except the Brussels. They arrived cold after the salads in a styrofoam container. The red peppers were even cold on top. Otherwise good visit per usual.

Yelp
nice place to stop by and have some beer and comfort food! the mac and cheese bites were so good. the quesadilla was pretty small though and i would pass on the buffalo cauliflower. drinks itself was not bad, had a sour IPA and there wasn't many people in the room so we got waited on pretty fast. overall, i would recommend this place if you're looking for a place to chill and grab some drinks with friends!

Yelp
Nothing like the neighborhood restaurant, black owned I hear! Great customer service and will return! Drinks were awesome! A quick visit back! Pizza and Cesar Salad for dinner! Baes favorite place.

Yelp
I genuinely enjoy brass tap but the service is hit or miss. Once I ordered a to go order and had to stand around looking lost before I figured out who was staff and was able to ask for my food. Since then I've been back and had a great time. On a random Wednesday night that happened to also be trivia night the vibe was really chill and we won a $10 gift card. The brown sugar wings are amazing so I decided to try it on the chicken sandwich. Does not translate at all but the tots as always are amazing and my spicy Margarita.

Yelp
In town for a convention, looked like a nice spot. Close to the convention center. Met up with a prospective contact and sat down. It was karaoke night. Sat for a good spell with food and drinks accompanied by live performances. Some better than the others but all in all enjoyable. Pulled pork nachos were ordered and the were good. Meat was tasty, but needed a bit more heat to melt the cheese inside. Has a chicken club wrap for entree and it was good. Ordered drinks. I would only ask they be a bit more consistent. Second drink was better that the first after an order for a second coconut rum shot as an add on. I would patron again. Would only emphasize on consistency with mixed drinks. Please don't get me wrong, the first drink was good, but second was great as it came the way one would imagine ( after a shot of coconut rum asked with the first drink) sorry it was a margarita don't remember the name.

Yelp
Fantastic beer list, middling food, and very slow service. If you are just going for drinks you should be fine, but food was very slow to come out and all very underwhelming.

Yelp
I struggled to find a decent bite while in National Harbor. Randomly met Chris across the street (at restaurant unnamed) and he convinced me to try Brass Tap. Little did I know that he manages the kitchen. First person that greeted me was Nisha. While not a beer drinker, i instantly trusted her recommendation and she was spot on. In the end, Chris delivered the best bite in the city and Nisha provided the best hospitality. It's a must stop for anyone visiting the local area wanting a casual bite with cool locals.

Yelp
Food is a miss here but ambiance and service are above average. I give them a 4 and food a 2 so averages out to 3 stars overall. Great selection of beers and decent list of liquors to choose from. I had a spicy margarita and a wheat beer. We ordered 3 dip sampler, two different taco plates and a brisket grilled cheese. Best thing were the fries with the sandwich which is saying something. Would return for brews or cocktails and maybe try some of their wings.

Yelp
we had a great time. food good. service is excellent. not just attentive but engaging and fun

Marvin J.

Yelp
In town for business, looking for dinner when arrived in National Harbor. Not worth eating here for sure, just very average bar food. Kind of a sports bar, seems ok to have some beer and maybe some wings. I had wings and they were ok. The chicken tacos are cafeteria grade and overpriced. Rest of the food is just like ballpark concession food. Overall, a disappointment

M G.

Yelp
I rated wrong resturant it was TAP at MGM. Sorry. The manager did call me from The Brass TAP and extended invitation to have our meeting at there location. Definitely will recommend their place to family and friends. Thank you the Brass Tap for reaching out.

Yelp
Good stop to grab a beer for sure, they do have food and the service was fast and friendly when I visited in March 2024.

Yelp
Was in town a couple of weeks ago and stumbled upon this cool spot! It was a Tuesday night and they were having karaoke! The vibe was cool and the people friendly! We ordered a couple of apps and drinks and enjoyed the time there! It looks like they could use more staff but overall enjoyed our time and would come back if in the area again!
google avatar

Yelp
The Brass Tap is a sports bar with plenty of TVs and Sunday ticket for you to watch the NFL games. It was pretty empty and there were plenty of seats at the bar. I could tell they were understaffed there was only one person working at the bar. They have plenty of beers on tap and offer your typical bar food. I got their chicken wings and they have about 4-5 flavors you can choose from. The Korean BBQ was my favorite and the old fashioned I had was great. The service could have been better there were a couple of times we needed something and our bartender was just too busy. Overall great atmosphere, food, and drinks to watch the game.

Yelp
Good food, great service and amazing beer selection! This place is top tier and if you like to try new beers you should definitely check it out.

Yelp
It was such a beautiful early evening I decided to check out a new spot I knew had outdoor seating. I cruised on down to National Harbor and stumbled upon this place. I had a buddy waiting for me, and he was at the bar table outside. Brass Tap's bar has both an indoor and outdoor portion -- conceptually it's cool, but the garage door / window was closed, so my buddy and I were facing the bar, but we had this big door shut in front of us. We couldn't even see the TV right inside well because of that. I thought it was a weird decision, but I imagine it's because the bartender didn't want us ordering directly from her. We did have an attentive and kind server, but it just felt weird haha. I got a decent red sangria and my buddy and I shared a couple of shooters. He got wings and some lemon pepper loaded tots that I tasted... but they could've used more lemon pepper. The cheese on them overpowered the lemon pepper! All this to say, I'd return for the vibes, and they have karaoke on Tuesdays. It's also always nice coming to spot that has both food and drink specials for happy hour :).
google avatar

Curtis B.

Yelp
Fun place with 60 taps (some were tapped out), nice Spirit selection. Service was very friendly. You could tell they were hit with a big rush right before, since most of the bar tops were dirty - but that didn't ruin the experience.
google avatar

Carlton M.

Yelp
After leaving a packed bar for the game this place had a nice mix of people and available seating. The food was great. I my thing I didn't like were the Brussel sprouts. The drinks tasted great. Would come back here again for some Sunday football.

Yelp
Our original Father's Day dinner plans fell through so we ended up here. Was service friendly: Not really Was service slow: Absolutely Okay enough with the negative, the food was very good. We ordered the usual bar foods to share with the table: pretzel, fries, wings, flatbreads, etc. The standout was the fried shrimp; delicious!! Very large selection of beers on tap, but for those (like me) who prefer wine and mixed drinks there was a decent selection of those as well. Prices were on par with the area, but the two small cheesecakes we ordered were $11 each!! Good thing they were also delicious. Not sure if I would eat here again, but I'm sure glad they were able to accommodate us when they did.

Yelp
Stopped in to watch some sports. Seating was open and we opted to sit at the bar. Nate, the bartender, was very prompt and attentive. He placed our orders without delay, and checked to make sure that we were satisfied with the food and drinks. The blueberry bourbon smash was really good. The staff as a whole was very engaging and made the whole experience enjoyable. They focus more on beer than spirits but it was a very enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!

Yelp
Walked in at 735 on a cold Tuesday night. Two ladies at the bar and four guys at a table. I looked at the TV layout and decided to sit at the bar. Server came over and placed the menus in front of me and I guess the manager, she said to him its last call. I asked if the kitchen was still open and he said yeah, you will be the last customer. I ordered a beer and began to look at the menu and the manager began turning off the TVs. Server came back with the beer and asked if i knew what i wanted to order and i told him, I would just have a beer. The manager told the cook, it was ok for him to shut down and she got on her phone and was staring at it the entire time I completed this review. Beer choices are great, but definitely felt unwelcome
google avatar

Jordan M.

Yelp
We went to brass trap and ordered beer, cider, chicken tenders and fish and chips. The fish and chips were ordered after my friend ordered chicken wings and they came out frozen in the middle. While the rest of the order was good we were really disappointed about being served lukewarm and frozen wings. Our server was also a bit short, borderline rude. I won't be returning.

Yelp
I've been to the National Harbor soooo many times and I've somehow overlooked this spot each time. I didn't realize it existed until a recent visit with a friend and our daughters. We had gone to an event at the Gaylord and wanted a real lunch so we walked around. We stopped in and were greeted immediately. To my surprise, there were other families with kids dining in as well. Whenever I'm in a "bar," I feel like I should eat chicken wings. They had a lot of options and I was torn between two flavors but took the waitress' suggestion and got the Nashville Hot wings and a Caesar Salad. My daughter had an All-American Pub Burger with fries. The salad was really good and so were the wings. I ended up taking half of the wings home for later. My daughter loved her burger and fries. As expected, they have a large selection of beers and drinks but since this was a kid-friendly outing, I didn't try any this time around. Overall, I had a great experience but the service was a little slow. I would revisit this spot to try their drink selections.

Yelp
Good food and Great service . The portions were big and reasonably priced. All around a good experience. I would defiantly visit this restaurant again.

Yelp
Showed up around 1pm on a Saturday afternoon in holiday season. Took 15 minutes to get a drink order in, 10 more minutes until they took the food order and then another 45 minutes to actually get the food. People that came in long after us got their food and were gone before we got our food. When the food did show up the sandwich was very dry and bland and the chicken strips were as well. They were so dry the strips were breaking into pieces when I was trying to eat it. When it came time for the check it took forever, he said he'd get to us in a minute yet he was standing right there talking to the girls at the table right next to ours so he could've just given it to us since it was on the small apparatus on his wrist. He got done talking and then walked away, leaving us waiting even more, at that point I was in there far too long, I estimated the bill and left cash to cover the bill plus the tip that really wasn't warranted. Absolutely terrible management to not have more staff on duty. Also, more restaurants ought to have those table kiosks like they have at the Yard House or Olive Garden, you can add orders and pay without waiting on staff that aren't good at their jobs.
google avatar

Rohini G.

Yelp
Nice spot for drinks. Tried the strawberry basil mule which tasted good, but was a bit sweet. Also has the cod tacos which were a small portion. The service here was really slow and when a spill occurred (that was not the customers fault mind you), the waiter did little to help beyond bringing napkins (we had to ask them to remove the pile of napkins). I would only come back for drinks.

Yelp
Great service . Excellent draft selection nice cocktails. Did the pork quesadilla app - 5/5

Yelp
We were excited to try this place. Went in wasn't busy at all. We weren't greeted, when giving us our menus the waitress seemed annoyed. We sat there for over 5 minutes without anyone saying a thing to us. We finally walked out since we were never helped or even told we will be with you in a moment type of thing. I've had better service in a drive thru.

Yelp
First time here. Came during a Sunday NFL season week 4 game day. Many places were packed. One place had a two hour wait. Decided to hit this place up. As soon as I walked in, there was a sign to seat yourself which was nice because I wanted to sit down with my group to watch the games and enjoy some good food. The empty tables had not been cleaned or cleared. Eventually, somebody came over and cleared it but it took a while to get it cleaned (maybe 10 minutes). I was hungry but was happy to see multiple tvs with multiple games on. After waiting some more time once the table was finally cleaned, I noticed there was 1 waitress that had the entire restaurant floor to take care of. I felt really bad for her. There was 1 bartender and I don't know how many cooks. They were clearly understaffed. It was packed and everybody was waiting for something: service, their bill, a refill, their order, getting their orders taken, etc. It was really bad. I was extremely impressed with the server's positive attitude. I've been to some restaurants where it's been super busy and servers folded under pressure by crying, leaving, or messing orders up and they had more servers working. I hope this server got good tips because none of this was her fault. It really sucked waiting a long time for the food which my group devoured but it was nice that we didn't have to go to a third option elsewhere. I will definitely give this place another try. I can't comment on the food because I was so hungry that I'm sure my stomach was super biased. All I can really say is that I hope the owner or manager is able to prevent this chaos from happening again and is extra appreciative of the people that made it possible for the restaurant to stay open that day. I can comment on the drinks though because I've had my fair share on empty stomachs. The drinks were good and the choices were good. The only negative thing I would say is about their version of the spicy margarita. It was fairly decent but I think what made it worse was the pickled jalapeño. Such a small thing that can make a big difference. Think of biting into a freshly sliced cucumber versus a sliced pickle. Nevertheless, I'll likely be back and I hope the food is as good as I think it is. p.s. I would have pics but our food was inhaled.

Yelp
Craft brew place at National Harbor. Solid tap list, friendly staff, meh food. I'd visit again.

Yelp
Terrible service by the female bartender on 9/18/22 7:30ish. Not one smile or acknowledgment that we existed. Very short with her answers and not one time did she ask us if we wanted anything else. All three of us gave her a poor tip. This was my third night at bar and first two times service was great but not from her. Food was great. Follow up: another group of our employees came in later after we left and got the same attitude and poor service from same bartender.

Yelp
The Brass Tap is just about a block or two over from the main strip of National Harbor. It was a very nice short walk from our hotel and got you a little out of all the traffic and chaos of the National Harbor area. We got a couple drinks to start off. The strawberry coconut mojito and the raspberry lemon drop martini were delicious. Both drinks were recommended by our server and well worth it! We also both got burgers. These were an insanely good value, especially compared to the top shelf pricing of this bougie block. The burgers were really delicious and came lickety split! I would absolutely go back to grab and bite to eat and tie one on if I was in the area. It's such a nice, affordable spot.

Yelp
Great option if you are in the National Harbor area looking for good beer and good food. Came here while visiting the area to have a lunch on a Friday. The place wasn't too busy and the bartender was quick to serve drinks and food. Ended up getting a crispy chicken sandwich, fries, and beer. My friend got pretzels. Everything tasted great. Definitely a place to stop at if you are near the casino or National Harbor area for a visit.

Yelp
2 stars because the drinks were good and service was ok, we sat at the bar. All the food is frozen, had I known that I would've stuck with only drinks. Would not come back

Yelp
This place is great. Stopped in to get a drink and they're known for having approx 30-40 beers on tap along with 100 bottles and cans. The bartender immediately asked us what the latest great beer we've had and based on what we said she poured us several beers to try along with a story. I personally love service like that. Tell us what's good and make it personal and a great experience for your customers. That for me, will keep me coming back! She also twisted my arm to try their craft burgers and she wasn't wrong. Burgers were great. Pretzel was good. Overall I'd stop by and try a beer at a minimum.

Yelp
The food wasn't bad, but the attitude of the bartender was nasty. It doesn't hurt to smile, it doesn't hurt to be nice to people when you work in the hospitality industry. I wish people would get jobs that they can actually perform well or at least fake it. I won't be back.

Yelp
Nachos were not good, cheese curds were fine, & pretzel was delicious (but the queso was not). We ordered three beer flights, it took about 30 minutes to get them. There were about 4 people at the bar and two people at a table and our group of 3. The bartender spent most of that time chatting with the people at the bar. They were out of 5 of the beers on our flight. The waitress came and told us one at a time and offered no alternatives. Just we are out of this and what do you want instead. Finally, we got our flights, but they duplicated some of the beers and they didn't know which ones they 'missed'. The waitress gave us a receipt with the beers we ordered (including the ones they were out of but it did not include the replacements). She told us we could figure it out. By this point I was done, so I requested they remove one of the flights from our Bill instead. They did accommodate that. I was appreciative of that. But, I will tell you not one person in that restaurant gave a wit, that much was evident. Very disappointing.

Yelp
This place is hidden around all the other restaurants up closer to the water side but I love that it is! It has a legit HH for drinks anyway..that's the only knock I have for this place. The appetizer selection is about average compared to other HHs. The drinks are good and they have flights for beers and ciders and the fact that you get to choose from a decent list is great! The prices are definitely easy on the eyes too! As far as the service goes it was very good. Our server was very knowledgeable and just down to earth when communicating with us. We even joked around about our football teams in good friendly banter. That's the kind of service that you want in a restaurant. Hopefully this place stays open long because it's not quite the "Cheers" feeling, but it's a little of that mixed in with a "TGI-Fridays" feel. I recommend this spot if you want to come out with friends and your around the national harbor.
