Sat at the bar and was greeted by Hailey. Her service was amazing from start to finish. We started with the BBq pulled pork mac and cheese bites, I ended up getting the Asian bbq chicken sandwich and upgraded the fries to the garlic fries and my partner got the carnivor pizza both were cooked very well and all tates phenomenal. I forgot to take pictures of the food though. 🙃 however the beer selection was amazing and anyone can find something they like. I highly recommend giving this place a try!

Came here with a big group on Saturday. A little smaller compared to the Richardson and sachse location. It was Around 3pm wasn’t super busy but after 5-6 it started getting pack. There was probably a total of 15 of us. Service was great and they made my beer just as I asked. It was a black and tan. Wings were decent. Typical bar wings. And We had the hot honey pizza and that was actually really good! Also that night they were showing ufc fights!

I had a great experience at The Brass Tap in Richardson. The patio was awesome, the servers were quick and friendly, and shoutout to the bartender who went above and beyond to craft a customized Old Fashioned - really appreciated the extra touch!

Love this place! The vibe is super chill, and the staff is always really friendly and on top of things. Our server, Max Pruitt, was awesome — super attentive, easy to talk to, and gave great drink recommendations. They have a huge beer selection (something for everyone), and the food hits the spot every time — way better than your average bar food. Great place to hang out with friends, grab a drink, and just relax. I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Walked in late needed food. Had a chicken salad to die for! Great beer and liquor selections!!! Update 9.25.2022. We had a great time here tonight. The food was great and the service was absolutely amazing. Britney, in a word, Awesome...see attached. 10.9.2022 update. Looked Specifically for Britney. Again great food and drink recommendations, I sit and she tells me what I should get!!!! Good wings and nice beer selection. 10.11.2022. Another great meal....this time the All American burger, double, and sweet potato fries...crinkled. both were to die for. Moist burger and cooked just right fries. I want to thank Sam, a manager there, for ensuring best customer service.

Food (pizza) decent. Atmosphere - as you stayed out side it’s okay. Service - horrible. Ended up carting my own drinks, placing my own order at the bar because no line was working outside for rent minutes. One other note, the music they play is extensive unless you’re from the hood. Hate to say it but save yourself frustration and stay away.

I recommend The Brass Tap if you’re looking for a chill spot to try new beers and enjoy good food at reasonable prices. It’s great for groups, casual dates, or post-work hangouts. The food exceeded my expectations. The music was at a good volume—enough to create energy but still easy to talk over. There are TVs throughout the venue for watching sports, and the outdoor patio is very comfortable, even in summer. The service was friendly, fast, and attentive, even during a busy night. ❤️The Brass Tap restaurant is the best❤️

On a recent work trip, The Brass Tap was the unofficial watering hole among my coworkers. It's a fun spot. Definitely giving sports bar. There was no shortage of TVs and all kinds of sports were playing. Can't speak to the food since I never had any during the times I was there, but I had a great time at the establishment nonetheless. They have a full bar and huge list of taps with all types of beer, cider, and sours. Service from wait staff members was consistently good.

took full advantage of their happy hour with coworkers and ordered the cheeseburger. very tasty and a great value. great hangout for various crowds. service was great!

We like this location given the proximity to the area where they have live music on spring weekends. We came for dinner and found it to be an ok experience this time. We sat outside as the heat wasn't that bad yet. Service was a bit slow for both food and drinks and we're assuming they were short staffed. I had the hot honey pepperoni pizza. It had good flavor. My husband had the toasted Italian sandwich and thought it was good.

We sat outside on Tuesday trivia night. We were worried we would be forgotten since we were sitting outside. But we were pleasantly surprised the service was great! He never forgot to check on us. We will be back.

Tried the chicken strip special om Thursday and the waiter was so nice he customized it for me. He dipped them in sweet honey BBQ and sprinkled the bourbon run on top.....AMAZING!!!! The vibe and atmosphere is always friendly and amazing.

I had lunch here for the first time the other day and it was fairly quiet. Our server was ok but forgot to bring a water for my friend. I ordered the bbq chicken pizza and she got the grilled poblano chicken tacos. The prices were reasonable but the food was just ok. Pretty standard bar food. I would like to try more things on the menu but so far im not impressed. As of right now, i prefer good union, tricky fish or char'd to this spot, but well see. It def beats fernandos and cool greens. Also my friend got a half and half that was really sweet. Im always worried when a place has too large of a menu bc they cant make everything fresh. How much of it is frozen stuff thats just being reheated? Last thought- this pizza reminded me of mod pizza, but theirs is better. I think its the thin crust.

I didn't try any food but had a margarita. It was really tasty but barely gave me a buzz. The place was well kept and clean but the tables not aligned with the low hanging lights bothered me lol, one guy walked in and hit his head on the lights.

Stopped by on a late Sunday afternoon. If you are like me and hate crowds, this is a perfect place. We sat outside which is always a North Texas treat in February! We ate simple with "The Trio Dips & Chips. I loved the thin crispy chips - but I was disappointed with the serving size of the dips. Little baby black plastic cups. Not impressed. Husband had a Velvet Hammer and I had fun with the Margarita Flight! I thought it was priced fairly. The Classic ended up my favorite and the Dragon Fruit got last! Service was attentive! It's worth it for a chill Sunday!

Came to eat and play some trivia. Ordered the Italian sandwich. I took a bite and then put it down, it rolled over and i saw some black on it. MOLDY! yes, they served me a moldy bun. They offered me something else for free. No thanks I will skip it, and the whole place in future. Thanks but no thanks.

Brisket and jalapeño grilled cheese on Texas toast , either bbq sauce and red onion... God bless Texas and all of its cultures That's is all

The Brass Tap is a nice new addition to the Cityline area. The other bar on the same street has similar vibes (sports bar, live music/DJ) but The Brass Tap has it beat. We came in on a Saturday night and it was pretty busy with college football fans and live music. Sitting inside when there's live music is loud, but they do have a patio. Service was friendly. They are a beer bar so they've got lots of beers on tap, but I'm not a beer girl. They've got a good variety of bar food (apps, chicken, fish, tacos, pizza, flatbreads) and we enjoyed what we tried, the chicken nachos and the chicken tender basket. The chicken on the nachos was nicely seasoned and the jalapeños on them were fresh and spicy! The chicken tenders and fries seemed pretty high quality. Sometimes at bars you'll get obviously frozen breaded chicken strips, and these didn't taste like that. They seemed fresher. We all tried The Weekender cocktail, which was vodka with a variety of fruit juice or liquor, and it just tasted like orange juice. Not the worst and not gross, but not exactly what it claimed to be. I'll probably be back to give it another try. I'd say skip the cocktails and order your tried-and-true bar drink. Or a beer! And try the food!

I've been here twice already and every time the service is on point. They have plenty of TVs and great selection of beers and other alcoholic options so this makes it a great place to watch a game. The food is good to and their wings are really great. Burgers a good sized and flavorful. Also, the mimosa sampler for brunch is well worth the value. Highly recommend checking them out.

I kept seeing this advertisement for Brass Tap on Instagram for the $7 brunch skillet. The picture looked AMAZING! I didn't feel like making breakfast Saturday so I said whelp let's go try this brunch skillet...Bad idea. Now, I sat at the bar and the amazing bartender, Jade, took my order and got me set up with some cold water. He was great. The place is more like a sports bar so most patrons were at the bar watching sports on the TVs. I ordered based off the picture of fluffy eggs and crispy pieces of bacon and sausage. Named the Southwest skillet, I figured there'd be some onions and peppers included in the dish. I was sadly, sadly mistaken. Jade brought over my skillet which was lukewarm with thin, nearly scorched eggs. No onions, no peppers, just drowned in a lot of salty cheese. I ate what I could while drinking water so I wouldn't run up my blood pressure but I doubt I'll be back. Luckily the skillet was only $7 so my pockets weren't hurt but my feelings were.

All we did was order a couple of beers to kill some time till our next appointment but my wife and I had some great conversation with the Bartender who just returned from Japan. She's a Super Star. She's very Loyal and ensures everything is in tip-top shape. As a Brass Tapper who was originally part of the BT Allen Membership Club I was impressed with the location and the atmosphere at this particular location.

Good food and service, but very loud!! Bad TV reception spoiled watching a championship game!!

The Brass Tap at best in Cityline is mediocre at best, the place wasn't busy and the workers were more concerned about talking to each other. I sat at the bar and had to wait on my over priced beers, I had to ask for menus. To me it's all show and no go, I live across the street and it's too bad I won't be back.

Stopped in this Brass Tap location for a bite to eat on a Sat. We sat ourselves down at a table right in the middle. We sat there for 15 minutes with no contact from staff. On many occasions some of the staff walked right by us. We got up to leave and I made a point of telling the floor manager that we were leaving due to the fact no one wanted to serve us. Instead of saying something along the lines of, I can fix this or let me try and help. No, all we got was an ok. We love the Brass Tap off 190 in Sachse. We not be back to this Richardson location.

Came in on a Sunday afternoon, not overly crowded and a great spot to watch football. Service was good but our waitress didn't know a few things that seemed surprising, maybe she's new, idk. We ordered the wings and did the Cajun dry rub... they were amazing! Cooked to perfection, not greasy, and overall great flavor! I ordered the brisket grilled cheese and subbed fries for brussel sprouts. The sandwich was fire but the brussels were lacking. This is also a sports bar so I should know better than to expect more from their brussels. My husband ordered the hot honey pizza and he loved it. I had a few slices and agree, even the crust was good! We live in Richardson and frequent cityline for Tricky fish, happy we can add this to our rotation. Music can be better but it is what it is. We'll still be back!

Lots of beers, some even acceptable for a guy that usually drinks double bocks. Food is eatable and staff is friendly enough.

Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting this local GEM that truly exceeded all expectations. The draft beer selection was unparalleled, offering a diverse array of brews (lots of local stuff too) to satisfy every palate. But what truly stole the show were the unexpected delights like mimosa and other flights, adding a unique twist to the experience. The full bar with outstanding specials only added to the excitement, providing endless options for libations. As for the food, it was nothing short of extraordinary, each dish bursting with flavor and creativity. And let's not forget the service, which was impeccable from start to finish, making every visit feel like a special occasion. Needless to say, I can't wait to return to this establishment for another round of great drinks, delicious food, and unbeatable service. You have to try the oak cliff Hefeweizen with the new spicy Asian crispy chicken sandwich... AMAZING! Had several people stop to check on me and was very happy with knowledge and attention... will be back again. Wine selection was good! And wine glasses too!

I've been coming up here for a while and Alli and Cam gives outstanding service every time. Will definitely keep coming here!

Nice space that is open on multiple sides to the street to let air through. Sat at the bar and the blonde bartender did a great job on checking on me with beers and food. Not the fanciest food but they had some beers I'd not seen elsewhere in the area. Parking is free and right around the corner in the big private shared lot. Would come back when in the area again.

Good place to catch a game. Clean, open, with a lot of flat screens. Tap salad was much bigger than I expected and tasted good. Service was friendly and quick.

OK bar food. They do have different themes during the week for the night. Spacious good place to hang out after work.

Went in for lunch with coworkers. We were a group of 6 and found a suitable table. The restaurant is spacious and modern with a great selection of beers and a decent food menu. Our server was pleasant and efficient. Got our drinks (mostly water) fast and took our order. The food came fast, especially considering two people ordered pizzas. I ordered for Fish and Chips which was good portion and cooked well. I must say that the level of seasoning was higher than I am used to and the fish was a bit oily. But not a dealbreaker. The food overall looked fresh and portion size was reasonable. A good addition to the neighborhood.

Was really looking forward to this place when it finally opened. Was very disappointed when we finally went. Food is sub par. The burger was not a $15 burger, more like a step above Whataburger, if that. Thin patty, poor quality ingredients, bland taste. They also didn't have Topo Chico in stock to make a ranch water. You can tell the owners are trying to cut cost. Maybe they opened too many Brass Tap locations up at once. Atmosphere is fine. I'd come back for a beer but definitely not to eat.

Y'all, my wife and I went there last night. The place is INCREDIBLE. The food was absolutely delicious. I got the burger, and she got the brisket grilled cheese. Both were so flavorful. Fries were tasty. The beers were amazing! And the folks there are so dang friendly and kind. This is gonna be a regular for us. Highly recommend it!

I had the worst experience at this location. I went here on my lunch break before but go to busy. I waited 40 + minutes on Buffalo cauliflower bites and cheese fries. I asked twice if they could just cancel the order because I didn't want to be late back I work and the bartender said she had to ask her manager that she walked by twice and kept stalling until the food was finally done. When I seen the food it had one squirt of Buffalo sauce and the cheese was in the middle of the fries undercooked . She refused to let me cancel the order to still give me nasty undercooked food.

Love this place . We had the best flights of beers and they were short staffed, but your server did a great job and was helpful in what beers to get .

Hope it was just an off day. Saturday @ 2:30 only 2 tables at that point and maybe a few people at the bar. Server seemed very unsure . I joined a table of friends and asked for Chicken Tender basket and a coke. I asked to leave off slaw. Food came out pretty quick with slaw. Asked for coke again he said he'd be right back with it. Coke never came and server charged 2 times for it. When paying i question him and he apologized and said oh I'll take a coke off since you only had 1. No I never got 1. Server said 2 were ordered. No I ordered 1 but never got it and asked again. He was confused. Some other things for the table were off as well. Server was a nice kid but absolutely not ready for serving. Just an opinion.

Food and drinks were good! I was just really disappointed to see the staff passing 2 vapes back and forth between each other at the table adjacent to ours. When I approached the manager (literally the only one that I hadn't seen take a hit) she was very gracious, but I'm not sure how you miss your staff passing two vapes that were seated openly on their open table.

First stop in since it opened last week. Friendly service and solid bar food. It's a little loud in there but still a nice ambiance. It's a great addition to our community. Lots of screens for games. I plan on coming here versus Aces hanger.

This place is fantastic!! So many selections of beers and craft cocktails that it would take you 20 min just to look at the menu. And the service??! Just ask for Kaeli and all your needs will be filled to excellence. Definitely recommend coming here for a great brunch or a night out with the guys.

Customer service is amazing! The bartenders are welcoming and attentive. The food is awesome! The beer and lemon drops top notch!

Beer is not cold enough the pizza sucks ! The one on Sachse is ten times better ! Also it's a little cheaper in sacshe.

The servers are friendly and nice. BUT the rest of everything else could be improved. They have items on the menu that they come back later to tell you isn't available after you order. This happened twice on separate visits. The cocktails are on the weak side. Food is limited and just okay. And the lighting is bright and a bit harsh with all the exposed Edison-style bulbs. After 3 visits I don't think I'll be back.

This brewpub has plenty of room for improvement ... in service and food. We arrived on a Friday night and found it not to be very busy. Had to ask where to sit, and waited an inordinate amount of time to locate a server. We had to ask two other servers who our server was. Still waiting, our server finally came over. After ordering our drinks and an appetizer, a management-type came over and explained the servers were still undergoing training. Also, they forgot to make our drinks. Newsflash: You train your staff before opening not after. Will never return because there are too many dining choices in the region.

This place was a great surprise! Service was great, Good selection of beer, everything we ate was delicious as well. No doubt we will be returning.

I have been here approximately 20 times and have every intention to keep coming back. The beer selection is fantastic and the service is excellent. Taylor specifically has been fantastic every time I have been here as she has been very professional and prompt to take great care of me. The food and atmosphere is also top notch. Highly recommend if you swing by the City Line area. 5 Stars!

Meh.... I had higher hopes for this new gastropub. It's in business center on the lower level where several eateries and retail stores are located. The interior is very much like a sports bar and the food quality matched. The wait staff was not overly friendly. I ordered a crispy chicken wrap... also meh. No bad but not overly flavorful. Probably my last visit there.

Well, if you're looking for fresh food, you came to the wrong place. Order the $11 happy hour burger. Yes, $11 for gray thin ass burger for $11 wasn't even a quarter pound. It was so thin they couldn't even cook it medium. If I can say a positive thing, it reminds me of middle school.Yeah, their gray thin burgers are slightly better than the school lunch burgers. One more tip, don't ask for the undercooked crinkle fries.

Came here for lunch today, only a month after opening. Staff is so friendly, very attentive and my daughter says the pancakes in the All American breakfast from the brunch menu was the best. Wings and pizza got our family's approval too!

Love this location! Great vibe! Nice bartenders, good food! Live music and theme nights.

The worst run bar in the area. Service is terrible. They will up charge you for drinks, management is clue less. If you want a real bar go to Ace Hanger across the street.
