The Brasserie at The St. Regis Hotel is one of those rare places that feels just right for a private catch-up with a client or close friends. The space exudes understated luxury, with elegant décor and a comfortably cool, in-room-dining-like atmosphere that makes conversations feel effortless.
Service is impeccable—staff are warm, polite, and take the time to patiently walk you through the menu, which instantly sets the tone for a relaxed dining experience.
We went for the Executive Business Set Lunch, and it didn’t disappoint. The pan-seared seabass was beautifully cooked—tender, flaky, and easily the highlight of the meal. Dessert came in the form of a chocolate panna cotta, perfectly balanced and not overly sweet. The cheese platter made a lovely light bite, especially when paired with coffee.
Overall, The Brasserie is an excellent choice for meeting friends or entertaining customers if you’re looking for a refined setting. Prices are on the higher side, and hotel parking doesn’t come cheap—but for the ambiance and service, it’s a worthy indulgence.
