The Best New Brunch Spots in Minneapolis and St. Paul | Eater Twin Cities

"If you’re on the hunt for a fun, funky, boozy brunch, the Breakfast Club in Uptown is the place. This restaurant spills out onto a sidewalk patio — the decor is retro, the music is loud, and diners file in and out all morning and afternoon. The brunch menu offers everything from pork carnitas with sweet corn cakes to crepe “flights,” but the real highlight here is the big breakfast cocktail menu, which offers six different kinds of Bloody Marys, coffee cocktails, martinis, mules, and more." - Serena Maria Daniels

Google
Big thanks to our awesome waitress Jane for starting our morning off right! She was super helpful with recommendations and made us feel totally taken care of. The food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was spot-on, and even the drinks (yes, morning cocktails count!) were top-tier. And whoever thought to have a video DJ at breakfast—genius. We’ll definitely be coming back for round two!

We had a great time and the food was great! It was busy so we decided to sit at the bar instead of waiting for a table. Our server/bartender Rachel & then Riley came on a bit later were awesome! It was so busy and they rocked it! It was fun to watch them. The bathroom was fun with the disco ball!! Super cute place! Good vibe! I even bought a coffee cup to remember it!

We came in from out of town and had heard about this place and heard wonderful things. We got here at the perfect time, there was no wait. Our server Aram greeted us with water within moments of being seated. She was fantastic and made conversation with us. Service was attentive and friendly. I would suggest this place to anyone looking for great food and great service.

I’m out here for work and decided to try some new spots. While searching for a place to eat, this gem popped up—and I’m so glad it did! The food was absolutely delicious. We had the egg rolls, Bananas Foster French Toast, and the Fiesta Hash—everything was packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. I’m already planning to go back! Our server, Rachel, was wonderful—friendly, informative, and super attentive. She really made the experience even better. These days, great customer service can be hard to find, but I was not disappointed here! And the bathroom, well I’ll let you find out.

Google
Amazing food, atmosphere, and service. Jane was our server - she was helpful, knowledgeable, attentive, and so nice! We had the breakfast egg rolls, chicken and waffles, and Seoul food loaded hash browns. Absolutely the best food we’ve had in a long time! Oh, and the Dirty Bloody! The atmosphere was happy and upbeat. This was the first day of our staycation and we came from a little over an hour away - worth the drive! But again - Jane was amazing.

Google
What a fun restaurant! It’s a great blend of 80’s throwback and novelty, and the food was delicious. We ordered the breakfast egg rolls which were to die for. Highly recommend it. Our server Ant was excellent - attentive, very prompt service, and so helpful! We will definitely come back and bring friends.

Google
This was one of the BEST breakfast/brunch places we have ever been to in Minneapolis. Wow the experience the second you walk in was super nice. Our waitress Jane was super welcoming and said subsitutions are accepted which worked well with my family that had dietary restrictions. Their menu is extensive and has a lot of solid options for food and drinks! The non-alcoholic mimosa flight was good (would probably be good with alcohol too to be honest). This was my first time trying shrimp and grits and they were absolutely fantastic. My wife got the crepe flight and all three were good and unique. Altogether, a fantastic experience and we can't wait to come back.

Google
Brunch was nice, atmosphere was amazing. Nice place for photos! Very detailed and bright restaurant. We got a few drinks, tipsy turtle, Irish coffee, cappuccino, regular coffee, they were all okay, not the best. We also had a mimosa flight, all very good. The food was super good! We had a variety sweet and salty dishes. Service was good! Our service was nice and very attentive. Parking is street parking, so on a super busy day it might be difficult.

Yelp
I was so excited to check this place out, especially after falling in love with them in Phoenix AZ! Parking is somewhat limited, but available on street. The only down side to our visit! We walked into the front door to an AMAZING St. Patrick's Day photo booth! A very very fun place with cute decor! I wish I had grabbed more photos! The adult beverage menu is off the charts. My friend had the chai martini and I opted for a mocha with Bailey's. But there was a FLIGHT of Mimosas! And a cotton candy something we need to try next time!! Definitely check them out. Limited hours and no reservations. If you go before 9:30 you shouldn't have any issues getting a table! The Shrimp and Grits=One more thing I have to dream about again! And we forgot to ask about the tshirts for sale!

Yelp
Food was amazing Service was super helpful and friendly even though they were super busy Ambiance was fun and lively! We will be back!

Yelp
Came here for a post-cycle bar recovery breakfast with some friends, and the line was insane. Putting our name down was easy, and they texted us when our table was ready. The 30 minute wait wasn't too bad, and the vibes and food were fantastic. I ordered the Basic B, which was 2 eggs, hash browns, and choice of meat (bacon). It was everything I wanted my breakfast to be, though also a bit pricey for what it was. Next time, I'll def order one of the fancier plates. The whole place was nicely decorated and bursting with color. They also had a good playlist going. Pro tip: press the champagne button near the restroom!

Yelp
I recently visited The Breakfast Club and was impressed despite the long line--getting in was surprisingly quick! Our server, Abby, was exceptional; she was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The vibes were great, creating a welcoming atmosphere that added to the overall experience. Now, let's talk about the food--it was absolutely delicious! Each dish was flavorful and well-prepared, making it worth the wait. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good meal with great service. I'm looking forward to returning!

Yelp
My first time at this lovely cafe for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised! The establishment is so inviting and comfortable, I felt comfortable to just sit at the bar, since I was just myself. Upon the recommendation from the barmaid/waitress . I wish I got her name, she was so helpful (yes, I did give her a BIG tip. 25%) . I got the Senor Borracho Eggs Benedict which was oh so delicious! Coffee was excellent too! I really enjoyed my meal here, and I don't eat out at restaurants often...if at all. LOVE!

Yelp
Fun, kitschy, retro decor blended with excellent service and great food options - the breakfast club certainly lives up to the hype. Get there early to beat the crowds or be prepared to wait as they don't take reservations. Tons of fun brunch cocktails that are both delicious and Instagram-worthy. Street parking is available as well as the Mosaic ramp for easy access.

Yelp
Don't let the 3 stars trick you, I enjoyed my breakfast and coffee - it just wasn't anything I couldn't get anywhere else, especially for that price! I ordered the "Plain Jane" - sausage, pancakes, and eggs so that I could get in some protein. Their menu was overwhelming with the amount of options, and definitely leaned towards heavy meals / high calorie options. My breakfast was good...but it's not hard to mess up meat eggs and pancakes. Pancakes were nothing special! My iced vanilla oat latte was probably the best I've ever had AT a restaurant (vs. a coffee shop). My family liked their food, mimosas were a fun (expensive option), and the chai latte was just OK. On principle, I don't like paying for parking. I had to walk a few blocks in the cold to find non-metered spots since I didn't want to risk it. To each their own! Staff was nice, but we had 2 waitresses until we asked who was actually serving us that morning. Not sure if I'd come back because of the price to quality but I've been to the Des Moines location and the uptown one is definitely quieter and it's easy to get sat right away.

Yelp
this is a great local brunch place with a very wide ranging menu with something for everyone. It also has an extensive list of cocktails. there is always such a fun vibe with the DJ being there. The first time I went, the music was definitely a little too loud, but this latest visit had a much more reasonable volume. The serving sizes are generous, and the plates are very reasonably priced. I had a the biscuits and gravy dish, and it even came with bacon, even though that was not on the menu. our server was very friendly and attentive. Thanks Aram! I really do wish however, that they took reservations. The waiting area is quite small and during the busier times it is definitely packed in there.

Yelp
Such a fun breakfast spot! I will be back for sure. Came with a friend when we had a monday off. We split the breakfast corn dogs, so nostalgic. I got the s'mores hot chocolate, it was good but I feel like it was lacking s'mores flavor and the s'mores aspect was just the marshmallow on the rim. I got the pancake sandwich, a fun twist and tasty, with a side of bacon. There are definitely some other things I want to try, including the NA mimosa flight, so I will be back! Staff was super friendly, our server made recommendations and I could hear the other staff doing the same so they are doing a great job.

Yelp
A friend recommended we go here and I am so glad she did! The service was fantastic and the atmosphere was so fun. We went before a Vikings game and even with the crowds, we were seated quickly and the food came out fast! They have a ton of options and you really can't go wrong. I even love that they have NA Mimosa Flight options!

Yelp
Have breakfast here with my adult kids. The place looks nice with the entrance, decorated for photos taking, nicely decorated with comic books art in the interior. The place will lit and clean, very nice ambience. The food was good. We order a couple of different breakfast dishes and we try each other dish to test out. It was pretty good. Mix of American breakfast with some fusion of Mexican flair and a little Asians mix. It's nice that they have breakfast menu mixed with lunch. The food was good but a little pricey on some of the dishes, but still affordable. Customerservice with could, waitress is attentive. I would definitely go back again.

Yelp
Sitting here on a Monday thinking the restaurant would be slow but boy was I wrong! This place is obviously is the place to be because nearly every table is full! From the moment we walked in, every staff member was super nice and our waiter was outstanding! The staff was always moving and being attentive to the guests. Even the owner, Mike, was helping with cleaning tables, removing dishes, seating guests and checking on tables. That's awesome to see that the staff has ssupport. The amambiance is bright, fun and super cute. The artwork is retro pop that brings a touch of nostalgia. The music is fun and you will catch yourself singing along to the old school hits. Now, the food....I had a hard time even deciding what to order because every single item looked and sounded so good, thankfully, our server, Blake, recommended some awesome entrees. The Cajun Skillet was nothing short of delicious! No extra seasonings needed - just a dash of hot sauce! 10/10 My friend had the chicken and waffles and she rated it an 8/10 but said it was tasty and good well! The mimosa flight- just do it!!! I had Creamsicle, watermelon, blueberry pomegranate and guava mint. My favorite was the blueberry pomegranate and the guava mint. Overall, I don't think you will be disappointed if you pay this establishment a visit!!

Yelp
If you start your day at the Breakfast club, you know you're going to have an amazing day! It has quickly become our favorite and go-to breakfast joint! Parking can be a bit of a pain but everyone is so incredibly friendly and lovely to be around. We've only been on Saturday mornings but love that there is a live DJ spittin out fire and creating such a fun vibe! I kid you not, I literally CRAVE the monkey bread from the breakfast club if it's been awhile since being here. It is so fluffy, sweet but not overbearing and just so delicious. We've also had the mimosa flight which is fun to share & try! Other entree favorites are the steak & eggs, chicken & biscuit, huevos rancheros and notorious B&G. Everything here is phenomenal so you can't really go wrong!

Yelp
My friend and I stopped in yesterday for brunch. Abby, the bartender was incredibly sweet and knowledgeable, gave us recommendations on food and drinks. I would come back just on her service alone if nothing else was good. But we enjoyed both the drinks AND food. My cajun hash was delicious...I loved the gumbo gravy on it + the hollandaise since I am a sauce girly. Ambiance is amazing, super colorful and fun. They have cartoons and music videos on the TV which is perfect for the Saturday morning breakfast feel I will be back.

Yelp
We arrived and were quoted a 30-minute wait, but were seated after about 15 minutes. Our waitress was nice and the service was quick. You can get a flight of four mimosas (pictured) for $17! My eggs Benedict was good, they kindly accommodated my request for hollandaise on the side. I only wish I had had a little more ham on my Benedict. The restaurant is 80's themed with pop music playing -- it can get a little loud.

Yelp
Super late review to start this. The food was very delicious had to order extra orders to try the different styles of breakfast. With the help of Jane it was a super helpful experience , Jane was super sweet and a very good help with a large cherry of great customer service. My daughter lives here full time and it was a must try we were all very happy with the good food and great ambiance. My daughter and partner, and I loved the food and experience. If you go to the restroom, don't forget to hit the disco light bulb button. It's the best thing on earth.

Yelp
Came here on a Monday morning and it was decently busy, we had a large party and were sat right away. Our server was very kind and informative. They have so many options and it was hard to choose. The service was great would definitely recommend trying this place out. The decor is amazing, check out the bathroom once you're here!
google avatar

Yelp
This place feels like the 80's. They had a DJ and tv's playing Cartoon Network and music videos. Even the colors scream 80's. They were busy when we went but we still got great service. The biscuits and gravy were fantastic. The service was very friendly and fast. Definitely need to try this place if you are in the area.

Yelp
Conveniently located in Uptown with construction on every side however signage was big and easy to locate the restaurant. I've heard rave Instagram so decided to check it out. Food* drinks 4/5 Shrimp and Grits were well seasoned. I was pleasantly surprised. That's always a hit or miss in MN. Carmel Iced coffee was a great recommendation by wait staff Abbie. Rum punch drink was refreshing and my bill was about 50 including tip. Ambiance 5/5 Bright, fun, and photo worthy place! Bathroom ballroom button decor was super cute and it was playful. I felt teleported to anotha time and place with all the 70's and 80's hits and music videos. We sat inside our 2nd visit and the bar my first visit. Booths, high tops, tables, and a patio options available. Service 5/5 Abbie was an rockstar. Very personable, chatty, and attentive. She also was transparent about food and gave great recommendations. Abbie also provided a bogo appetizer card which was nice. Overall 5/5 would definitely return and my kid loves the concept. Great service all around.

Yelp
This place has such a fun atmosphere! From the moment you walk in, the cool vibe sets the tone--cartoons playing on the TVs and an awesome 80's music playlist that makes you want to stay and hang out. Our server was attentive and responsive. We tried the breakfast egg rolls, and they were a fantastic start--crispy, flavorful, and perfect for sharing. The lattes were smooth and well-made, a great complement to the meal. The chicken and waffles were spot on, with crispy, juicy chicken and fluffy waffles, and the chicken fried steak and eggs were everything you'd want in a hearty breakfast--crispy, savory, and satisfying. If you love a fun, upbeat atmosphere with great food to match, The Breakfast Club is definitely worth a visit!

Yelp
Came to Minnesota to visit a friend going to law school and decided to try this place out after a 6 mile run! This brunch spot was across the street from where we were staying at so I decided to full send it before I catch my flight back to California HAHA. The mimosas were surprisingly great and the service was super friendly! I'd definitely come back if I ever visit Minnesota again!
google avatar

Tatiana A.

Yelp
We wanted to love this place, and it's super cute with GREAT service, but ultimately we found the food underwhelming. I got the sourdough breakfast sandwich which sounded great on the menu but didn't work as a sandwich. The runny egg made the bread fall apart so I ate it with a knife and fork. My partner had the huevos rancheros with veggie patty. It's was ok just nothing to write home about. But the place is super cute and Insta-worthy so it would be a fun place to bring a group. Loved the 80s music videos.

Yelp
This place is a whole vibe when it comes to breakfast places! If you wanna a photo op plus walk out full... please go here!! We had mini smores donuts which did kinda throw is both off as we didn't expect the big chinks of graham crackers but more thinking of a dusting of graham crackers. The crackers were a mix of soft and kinda stale. Sooo maybe a hit or miss. Did we eat them... yes! Mini got the avocado bagel and had nothing but good things to say while she killed it! I got the Chicken and Biscuits and holy crapola its a lot of food and will he my go to here! It ls def a shareable meal! We did a have a few asks where our server said he would grab something and then never came back... as soon as food was dropped it wasn't until we needed the check did we see them again..

Yelp
Amazing breakfast and the server was over the top awesome!! Went out for breakfast with the Red bull team after the wings for life run last weekend and had a blast. I had the cappuccino and the cordon blu skillet. Amazing food and coffee. Everything on the menu looks good. I will be back again!

Yelp
Love the ambiance and bit of retro flair of this place. I visited on a Thursday morning (maybe around 8:30am?) and the place was almost entirely empty. it took a bit to get someone's attention to get seated, but service was pretty reliable after that. I mainly came here to try the non-alcoholic mimosa flight - I tried the creamsicle, mango habanero, peach bellini, and guava mint. Out of all 4 flavors, the mango habanero was my favorite - a bit of a kick from the habanero, and the mango flavor was there. The guava mint was also quite tasty. The creamsicle and peach bellini flavors were good, though perhaps a bit indistinguishable as their individual flavors? That said, I appreciate the fact that they have a non-alcoholic mimosa flight on the menu. My eyes were definitely bigger than my stomach when it came to ordering breakfast itself. I ordered the breakfast eggroll, but didn't realize it was basically 3 eggrolls cut into halves. Waaaaaaay too much for little 'ol me... that said, because I had no idea of the serving size, I also ordered the breakfast tacos (without egg... which, I know, kinda defeats them being breakfast-y, but I have a weird thing about eggs and scrambled eggs were already going to be included in the eggrolls). Once everything was delivered to the table, it was OBVIOUS that I was never going to eat it all - the servings were really significant. I tried to get a taste of everything though, and ate a couple (2 or 3) of the eggroll halves, as well as the two breakfast tacos. Everything was tasty... even if a bit greasy. Everything together - including tip - came to ~$60 (which felt reasonable for what I ordered and noting the larger servings). I left about half of what I ordered on the table, but I'm not even mad about it because I was SO FULL. Honestly, I'd recommend coming here with some friends and ordering various items to split. Also, get the (alcoholic or non) mimosa flight!

Yelp
This place had been on 'the list' for a while. I finally got around to heading over for a weekday brunch, and man, have I been missing out! First, the menu is huge--traditional breakfast fare as well as some great new takes on breakfast items. I had the Seoul Food Hashbrowns. It was a nice take on a loaded hashbrowns with Kimchi and Sriracha on them. Well done and Minnesota spicy safe. For drinks, I had the Blood Orange Crush--not bad but a little on the sweet side for my taste. Also, love the big bar space and the focus on bar over restaurant but still having a great menu. Oh! and the fact they serve brekkie SEVEN DAYS OF WEEK until at least 2pm. Bravo!
google avatar

Yelp
This was a last minute find and boy am I glad I found this spot! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted and seated! It was game day and they still seated us with no wait time! The food is more hip hop themed and music thumping at a medium roar for a nice comfortable atmosphere ! There's cartoon characters all over the walls and I just loved our waitress Jane!( I just pulled her google card out the back of my phone right now lol)- man, just come on in, they serve breakfast alllll day!
google avatar

Kaylie B.

Yelp
What a fun restaurant! From the servers to the food, everything was great! It is first come, first serve so keep that in mind. We only had a 10-15 min wait for 3 ppl on a Saturday morning but there were a lot of people in the waiting room the entire time we were there. The whole restaurant is comic book themed which created a really lively environment! There is even a party button in the bathroom that drops down a disco ball lol so fun! We shared a mimosa flight and I would highly suggest it! The Guava mint was my favorite! I also had the breakfast tacos which were very messy because the eggs weren't scrambled. Unique, but I probably would try something else next time. The only downfall was the limited parking in uptown. There is so much construction that parking is a nightmare. Once you find a spot, make sure it is legal because there were a ton of cars that were towed in the area, including my friends! I know this isn't the restaurants fault, but something to think about! Overall this was my favorite spot to go for a fun brunch! Would recommend!

Yelp
Be prepared for a PARTY!!! It was loud! I know it probably isn't always like this. The DJ was playing great 80's tunes! Not at a loud level, it was just the combo of all the people... and the alcohol on every table? ;) Arrived at 10:30 Sunday am and there was a crowd gathered outside waiting. The word about the fun at this place has traveled thanks to Yelp and Insta. We took our picture in the oversized chair in the lobby while we waited. The hostess was super happy and really added to the fun vibe of the place. I got the blueberry pancakes and my friend had the breakfast burrito and tots. We both loved our food and coffee. We were practically the only table without alcohol. Will have to go back for that!
google avatar

Gennie L.

Yelp
The breakfast club did not disappoint! This brunch place has been on my list for a long time and I'm so glad I finally got to try it! My friends and I got the crepe flight, Jamaican me hungry and the basic B (2 eggs, meat and hash browns). The crepe flight has 3 types of crepes: lemon mousse and mixed berries, Nutella, honey and bananas and maple cream cheese, roasted apples and walnuts. I wasn't feeling adventurous, so I just got all three crepes with Nutella, honey and bananas. Service was excellent! Our server offered to substitute meats and eggs for any dish can be made any style that you desire. Overall rating: 10/10

Yelp
I recently tried the Breakfast Club on a Saturday and wow, I loved it! Super cute decor, delicious food, great service, and there was a DJ! There was an hour wait for our group of 5 but we were thankfully able to find a spot at the bar while we waited. I would recommend literally everything we ordered, but here are my top picks: - Breakfast burrito (classic) - Farm boy skillet (the smoked Gouda sauce was delish!) - White hot (healthy & flavor-filled) - S'more pancakes (sugar rush) Parking in the area is metered and I'd definitely go back to try more of the options on the menu!

Yelp
This place has very fun, vibrant and energetic atmosphere that draws you in as soon as walk in the door. It's very spacious and colorful with a mix of seating for groups, small gatherings or going solo. The restrooms have a communal handwashing/drying area with a champagne button that activates visual bubbles that makes it look like you've just walked into a party. I thought it was a little odd, but my wife said the ladies did have a sink on their restroom but I didn't see one in the men's restroom. We were a group of 4 and we were all first timers. We ordered the mimosa flight (non-alcoholic), monkey bread, Totchos, chicken and waffles and eggs Benedict. The Totchos with the green sauce were on point!! I was sold when I saw the description on the menu and I wanted to split it with my wife, but then we saw it was an appetizer...for $15. So I was going to pick another option but our server said the portion size was big enough for a meal, so split it we did, and it was soooo good! Midwest Breakfast with a splash of Spanish and I was a happy man. My wife rates the restaurant a 9 out of 10. She loved the mango habanero mimosa flight drink, she raves about, said it was like a drink she had in Mexico with tajin in it. I did not enjoy the drink though, the after spice felt like heartburn, or imitation strep throat burn, I just couldn't get with it. But to each their own. I would come back.

Yelp
Came here to meet family with children while in town in Minneapolis. We chose this place because yelp said it was family friendly. Food was great, our server (Cole? ) was super friendly and brought my nieces burnt marshmallows to top their hot chocolate. Very sweet. They did not however have any crayons or paper to keep the kids engaged. Children didn't seem to mind but I thought that was a marker of family friendly ( I don't have kids so take from the what you will). We arrived at 9am with plenty of seating for a party of 6! But by 11 when we left there was a wait outside the door! So get here early. Overall great food, fun colorful vibe, very friendly and responsive staff.

Yelp
This was recommended to me by a friend who's been to another location in a different state. The spot is brand new so everything is clean and new. Colorful and cute decor. Street paid parking is what you can expect. They have a decent sized brunch menu. Service was good and fast. Our group ordered the Seoul food loaded hash browns, 2 of the southern belle benny, 2 flights of mimosas so we could sample each flavor, a pancake, and a waffle. The Seoul food came out without the hash browns, they caught their mistake and replaced it before I even realized. It tasted quite salty (bacon, kimchi, and soy reduction are all salt based). The eggs were perfectly cooked and so was the hash brown. We enjoyed the southern belle and the a la carte dishes (pancake and waffle). The portions are substantial but not massive. They delivered a huge mimosa with cotton candy and a stick of rock candy. It changed color when you swirl the grape cotton candy in it and then again when you swirl the rock candy stick. They're new so there are some kinks to work through but we had a grand ole time. Will definitely return.

Yelp
Such good food and awesome 80s atmosphere. The servers were so kind and attentive, I loved everything about this place. Will come again next time in visiting Minneapolis!

Yelp
Cool breakfast restaurant located in the Uptown area of Minneapolis. They have a retro 80s theme everywhere which is cool. It's a little pricey but the quality is good and you get big portions. I got the breakfast egg rolls, something I never had heard of before, and I couldn't even finish them all. They have a big varied menu, and have alcoholic drinks if you're doing a brunch. I'd say it's a pretty cool place to check out and bring friends if you're in the area and looking for a place for breakfast/brunch.

Yelp
Got seated fast at the bar, the theme of the place was colorful and fun, retro vibes! Food was awesome and customer service was on point!!
google avatar

Yelp
The restaurant is brightly lit with fun 90's music playing. I loved the gluten free waffle and the menu has so much choices. This didn't get a 5 star review because their house coffee was pretty terrible- tasted like gas station coffee. Parking meters nearby.

Yelp
Such a cute place! Came here for breakfast and the vibes were so immaculate. Our Server who I believe was named Molly was so informative and genuine to us! She also had some great recommendations for the menu as well as anything that was going on in the city for events :) I got the Tipsy Turtle Coffee Cocktail and the Breakfast Burrito. My bf got the Dutch Apple Cheesecake French Toast. Everything tasted so great and it came out in a pretty good amount of time considering how busy it was for a Saturday Morning. Our server came to check on us periodically to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely coming back!

Yelp
Place is as cute as can be. It reminds me of a diner we ate in NYC. I met my friend for breakfast and we both love that it opens nice and early. We got there at 7 and were the first ones there. It's bright, and charming and of course we each had to push the button in the bathroom for the ambiance. Lots of room, spacious and tables are nicely spaced so you're not on top of each other. Food ordered: Basic B breakfast which looked good. Never Benny Better- good, but a bit pricey for eggs benedict. Other than the whimsical name, nothing really blew me away for that price. It was good, but eggs were a bit too runny. Dirty bloody mary was great. One of the better bloody mary's I have had. My friend ordered a strawberry mimosa which she said was good. Service was great! Would stop back to try other things. Great menu, but some things are a bit pricey. Loved the 80s music piping in the background with video... so did the table singing next to us.

Yelp
This place is a Gen X'er and Millennials dream spot! The atmosphere is poppin! Music is bouncing and the decor is super fun. Benji was a fantastic server, even though is was busy, he was so attentive. The menu made it so difficult to choose what to have. I settled on the Cajun Hash. Oof it was so good and filling. The egg was cooked perfectly, the gumbo sauce was deliciously spicy, and the queso was a brilliant surprise. The hash sticks and the s'mores are definitely items to share with a few people, they are both rich, but superb. Go with friends and share everything, you'll want it all.

Yelp
Glad I was finally able to check this place out! We came on a Saturday morning which was pretty busy, but the wait was actually shorter than expected (told 20 min, only took 10 min) and they will text you when your table is ready. The restaurant has cool funky decor and a very lively vibe including 80s throwbacks music. There is a ton of variety on the menu and many things I wanted to try, but ultimately I settled on a classic chicken fried steak & eggs. It was well seasoned and definitely satisfied my craving - great with some local Cry Baby Craig's hot sauce on the side too. Maybe could use a little more gravy. Otherwise the food and drinks are all reasonably priced and our server was good. Parking was a little stressful but hopefully will improve once the construction is over. Definitely adding The Breakfast Club to my brunch rotation!

Yelp
Really good breakfast/brunch joint with amusing neo-diner-kitsch vibe. Extensive menu, including many brunch booze offerings. Nearly the best "diner coffee" I've had (take it from a snobby NYC transplant). Super servers with smiles on their faces. Not a bargain, but well worth the price.

Yelp
Looking for a fun and bright place to get a mimosa? Breakfast club is the place to go. This mimosa flight was hand picked by me, they offer a variety of mixes and you get to choose 4 for about $17. Always fast and hot food and friendly staff.

Yelp
If you haven't given this place a try yet, you are missing out! I picked a Monday morning (I hear weekends are almost impossible at this place) and was able to be seated right away! The first thing you'll notice is all the fun colors and decor! They are playing 80's music and have TV's that are playing the music videos to go with! What a blast! My server was training someone in and they were both very pleasant! I was watching other servers and they also seemed wonderful! The food: the N.A. mimosa flight was good! The only one I didn't love was the orange creamsicle because it didn't really have a "creamsicle" flavor. There are multiple flavors to choose from though! The blueberry cream cheese pancakes I have mixed feelings. The top pancake that was able to soak up the syrup was AMAZING! However the two below it were tough and almost rubbery... I wouldn't get that again. The strawberry shortcake waffle has a lemon mousse (it was more like a custard but still delicious!) GET THAT!! It was soooooo good!! The bacon and hash browns were also done perfectly! Definitely give this place a try! It was a fun experience overall!

Yelp
The food was delicious. The space was big and cute! The service was a little slow but it was quite busy. I loved the servers t-shirts! I didn't push the champagne button in the bathroom but I plan on going back to experience that silliness.

Yelp
We stopped in Breakfast Club in Uptown a couple of weeks ago for Saturday breakfast. We had the chicken and waffle and the chicken and biscuit sandwich. There are not a ton of options for those who do not eat pork, but I made it work. The chicken on the sandwich was juicy. The biscuit was buttery. The chicken on the waffle is a breast instead of wings. It comes with a sausage gravy. Hubby said the gravy was good, but he would never eat it with the waffle and chicken together so it's good he got it on the side. Overall the food was good. The atmosphere is loud and busy, but cute for pics. There is not enough appeal for me to have to go back.

Yelp
This place is adorable with solid drinks. It's a vibe, I went for brunch with a friend and you can bet we ordered the monkey bread - delish. The breakfast club was packed, but service was still quick and our waitress had us cracking up. Definitely planning another visit soon

Yelp
Found this place online prior to visiting MN- and I'm SO glad I did. AMAZING food. The breakfast egg rolls were the best! Crepe sampler was amazing! The breakfast corn dogs were good, the hashbrown sticks were my least favorite (tasted a bit too oily for me) but my friend loved them. I would definitely return. I wish they had an appetizer sampler platter- as we ordered 4 different appetizers to share because we wanted to try it all- and it was a lot of food for 2 people to share. Chai martini was SO GOOD. Could've drank 8 of them!
