The Breakfast Spot Opens in Roxbury | Eater Boston

"A recently opened, self-described “breakfast paradise” in Roxbury that focuses on customizable morning fare, from a core lineup of breakfast sandwiches (scrambled eggs, cheese and assorted meats on rolls, bagels, or English muffins) to pancakes, grits and chicken-and-waffles. Highlights include slow-simmered grits topped with salted butter, cheddar and jumbo Cajun shrimp, pancakes served with eggs and sausage or turkey bacon, and traditional egg-and-home-fries plates; there are also daily specials and a selection of sweet treats. The menu stretches into lunch territory with sides like chicken wings, biscuits and beef hot links, and the shop runs a Friday fish-fry special featuring fried haddock and grits. It operates Tuesday through Sunday from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m." - Dana Hatic

Very nice breakfast spot 😊 service was amazing. Staff very fast and friendly. Food was pretty good. The breakfast tacos were so good. I do wish the French toast had a little more topping on it but that's okay. The Cookie butter French toast was delicious! Drove about 40 minutes to try this place. Wish it was closer.

The food is not good here at all and the drinks are even worse the strawberry lemonade doesn't taste like lemonade at all and the waffles are worst than box waffles and 10x too thick with no flavor. The pancakes are not any better. The stuff looks nice when it comes out but that's about it. Service is good but you can't come for the service. We were starving and couldn't eat the food straight off a flight! The pictures fooled us now we have to go and get food elsewhere!!!! Never again, we will stick to what we know in PA like Pamela's diner which is amazing and never lets us down!

We ordered for the First and LAST from this restaurant. I read reviews first which were good but they were dine in and we ordered delivery method. Totally NOT worth anywhere near the $60 we paid for the two of us. My first bite into my scrambled egg was a crunchy bite of egg shell and just to the left of my portion another big piece of egg shell cooked into the cheese and visible so that tells me you're CARELESS & DON'T CARE about how you feed your delivery orders. Fruit $6 each for soggy, over ripened, barely cold, very small portion. I ordered bacon & turkey sausage, got all sausage. We ordered toast, where the condiments for that and it wasn't even toasted, just bread?? Disappointing is UNDERSTATED after waiting 1hr to eat. NEVER AGAIN!!! HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!

I absolutely love this place. The building is not very big and it's decorated beautifully. It's cozy, quaint, and cute. The staff is so friendly. The coffee was hot and fresh and so delicious. The food took a bit to come out but it was really good. I got a pancake flight and my only minor complaint was, they could have been warmer. My husband got a meat lovers omelet and it was one of the best he's had. We drove about 40 minutes to try this place, it's was worth it and we will definitely be back.

We were in the area and this was the first breakfast restaurant that popped up in the gps. So glad it did! First thing we heard when we walk in is ‘Hello! Welcome!’ coming from two smiling faces in the open kitchen. My kid had the Hungry Man Combo and it was all delicious. I had the french toast sliders and oh my goodness it was fantastic. Service was wonderful. I did have 2 chocolate milks ($3 each) and a side of home fries ($5.75 I believe) which added extra cost to our meal. I am so glad we found this place. It was beautiful, clean and cheerful and absolutely delicious. A nearby table had a birthday breakfast and they even played birthday music for them! We will definitely be back!

Google
The left pancake is the strawberry shortcake the middle pancake banana pudding. The right one was a strawberry cheesecake pancake. All the pancakes were very light and fluffy and the toppings were very flavorful. The strawberry shortcake was probably the weakest of the three but still good. The cream cheese for the strawberry cheesecake pancake was slightly sweetened and was super creamy. The pancakes were great. They're corned beef hash actually sold out by the time I was able to order and all they had left was the salmon hash so I gave that a shot just to try. I have never had a more flavorful creamy Rich hash as that salmon hash. The hash was done perfect. The sauce made from the salmon was fantastic. The chunks of salmon that was in the sauce was still nice and tender. I don't know if they made the bread themselves but it was very fresh and it was like a thick slice of Texas toast but rye and just a very nice deep flavor to it. What I didn't find out until after I got finished eating is they have a secret menu on Instagram so only their Instagram followers see it and they don't advertise it. I only found out about it because the table next to me ordered something that wasn't on the menu which was a Cinnamon swirl coffee that was served with a little mini cinnamon bun on top of it. And it looked fantastic and apparently they found out about it because of Instagram. It's either top five or top three of breakfast places I've eaten at based on The hash and the pancakes like I didn't even really need syrup with the banana pudding or the strawberry cheesecake pancakes. The strawberry shortcake pancake I needed syrup because the topping was was strawberries and shortcake so it was a little dry with without syrup.

Google
The food was hands down amazing! I will definitely enjoy their food again. The service was good. The only issue is the music was way too loud, had to really raise my voice to talk to my friend. Other than that it's a great place to eat.

Google
Went here with my family for breakfast and it was fantastic! The hostess, server, food runner, and busser were all friendly and provided great service. Everyone loved their meals! We had the blueberry pancakes, breakfast sliders, a French toast flight, and the crack of dawn platter. We will definitely be return customers!

Yelp
(BLACK OWNED BUSINESS) Located in carrick.. I will get the salmon hash every time it's really that good! Even tho they switched from whole potatoes to shredded. The flavor profile is still there! ANYTHING BISCOFF IS FOR ME!! 10/10 The service is friendly and very accommodating! Any issues you have they'll fix expeditiously!

Yelp
Stop searching for breakfast!!! Get here now!! Even their "dessert" like breakfast wasn't overly sweet. We ordered the French toast sliders with sausage, French toast flight, Philly cheesesteak omelette, full order banana pudding pancakes and full order of cinnamon swirl pancakes (we're bodybuilders, don't judge) basic coffee was good too. Jasmine did an amazing job! We asked for our sliders and flights to come out first which didn't exactly happen, but she jumped on our order once she realized our stuff didn't come out as planned. Service was amazing and so friendly! It was a perfect breakfast and perfect experience! Thank you breakfast spot!

Yelp
For once I finally remembered to take a photo instead of diving in face and fork first! The problem with breakfast places offering a variety of toppings usually leaves one with a crucial decision of what to get. Blueberry or chocolate chip pancakes, decisions decisions. Well The Breakfast Spot fixed that, you can get whichever flavors you want when you order the pancake or french toast flight. All of it was very delicious. I thought this place was going to be overhyped but they are the hype! That is REAL banana pudding on my French toast. The sausage patty, that is exactly what I want when I order a sausage patty, it should be SPICED. Also, while I didn't get grits, they sell grits. Barely anyone sells grits for breakfast in Pittsburgh. The music playing was lovely and upbeat but did not drown us out like some places. Also, your phone won't work in there, which is good. We should be eating, enjoying the meal, and if you come with someone(s) conversing with them. The staff, omg I believe her name is Maya. She was so nice and very attentive while also leaving us alone. All of the servers were nice and helping each other. Also when you walk in, you're greeted by the staff with this warmth. Okay so my final thoughts.... Food Staff Service Wait time OH, There is PLENTY of street parking.

Yelp
Had an amazing experience here this morning! Gia was a wonderful waitress and you'll be well taken care of! I had the Crack of Dawn with sausage, hash browns, and the waffle and it was amazing! My wife and her family had steak and eggs, the pancake flight, and the breakfast sandwich on a waffle!
google avatar

Yelp
This place is always busy so that is a good sign! We were seated right away though and didn't have to wait. I wanted to get the strawberry shortcake French toast. They were tasty but they definitely added way too much topping to it so it was a bit overwhelming to eat. The iced coffee is okay...they gave me the wrong flavor but I'm not big on complaining much...it was still good just overly sweet. Staff are friendly and food comes out pretty quickly. There were many birthdays the day we were there and I like the song that they used for the guest! Very live! It's still a new place so I see a lot of potential with food being prepared better!

Yelp
I loved this spot. The service was superb. It's a nice restaurant with a chill vibe. The food was delicious. It came out quickly which I appreciated. Our server Trinity was great. I had the French toast flight (strawberry shortcake, cookie butter and blueberry), scrambled eggs and turkey sausage. I will definitely be back!

Yelp
This is a small location with a lot of heart! Please be mindful that there are no reservations, so on weekends you will probably wait about an hour. We checked in at 11 and were seated by 11:45. It took a bit for our waitress to come over, but she was literally back to back with tables. Once she came over she did apologize for the delay. I ordered the pancake flight and it was the absolute perfect way to try a little bit of everything. Most places up charge you if you want specialty pancakes and this was $10 for any 3 pancakes you want. My husband had the chicken and waffles and we shared a side of home fries. The chicken was juicy, crisp and the powdered sugar added a nice touch! The waffle was fluffy and cooked to perfection. My pancakes were cooked golden brown, the strawberry shortcake one was my absolute favorite! I would get those again for sure! I liked the Cinnamon roll one as well as the fruity pebble, it just like the cinnamon swirl was a little heavy. I do wish there was a menu or list of iced coffee or specialty drinks they offered. I only asked because I had previously seen a cookie dough latte on their IG. I had a salted caramel iced coffee, which was a little on the sweeter side, but over all good. Overall it was a great experience, the staff is attentive and amazing! We will absolutely be back!

Yelp
I was pooped and got pickled at the 10th Annual Picklesburgh, so my buddy's buddy took us here for a hearty breakfast before my nearly pulse-less body drove us back to where we came from. The Breakfast Spot's yinzer staff greeted us with no hesitation after we made our presence known in the dining area, and the ambience tickled me like what too much pickle juice does to my gag reflex - except pleasantly. I'd move to the Pittsburgh area in a heartbeat just to experience that hospitality again. The Western Omelette and home fries were fantabulous, and the Heinz Ketchup made me forget about the new name for the Stillers' home turf. I plan to be back before I pull a Kris Letang and miss most of my future pickle riding seasons due to a stroke.

Yelp
I went on Mother's Day last year and we went the second it opened since we had a bigger party It was the day after our friend's bodybuilding show and she obviously loved it but everyone had a great meal I had Oreos pancakes, strawberry shortcake, an omelette and biscuits and gravy. The pancakes were good but nothing to write home about. The omelette was cooked perfectly, eggs fluffy and great filling Our waitress was super polite and the owner came out and thanked us and made sure we enjoyed everything. It's very clean inside and you can tell they care a lot about their business For being so critical of food and specifically pancakes/breakfast food, I'm shocked at how many people told me they weren't a fan of this place It's def worth a try but is a tad bit pricey

Yelp
This was such a cute spot for a breakfast/brunch date! My friend and I showed up around noon on a Saturday and there was only about a 10-15 min wait. There isn't much waiting room space which is a bit tough, but it's worth it! I highly suggest ordering off of their specials menu! My friend got the french toast sliders, which say bite size but they're a decent size for one person! I went with the breakfast tacos that have french toast as a shell, and I could've ate those all day! It all had a nice balance of sweet and savory, and tasted fresh. We both started out with the cinnamon swirl iced coffee that they were featuring. I was worried it was going to be overly sweet, but it was very refreshing, and the mini cinnamon roll was a nice little appetizer before the main meal! Keep in mind the space is pretty small and it doesn't seem to be air conditioned, but I don't think any of that is a deal breaker. They also have a cute little bar counter that you can eat at. Even if you don't want to eat inside, I suggest you at least order for pickup or delivery!

Yelp
There was a wait but it was worth it. Food and service was top notch. All I needed was a peach mamossa to go with it.

Yelp
There's a nearby public parking lot just up the street which is free on Sundays, and tends to have plenty of space. This restaurant is *small*, and that leads to some gnarly wait times and a packed entrance. You can pretty much expect to wait ~45 minutes to an hour. If you don't want to wait, they do seem to be on a delivery up, because I saw quite a few delivery orders piling up from the kitchen. When you are texted to come in, do make sure you get someone's attention. They can be *super* busy and sometimes the wait staff get focused on what they are doing. Despite them being pretty busy, their cooks work pretty hard and get food out pretty reasonably. All that said, I think the wait and hassle is worth it. There's a lot of diners in Pittsburgh, but tend to serve pretty similar things. Not only is the food just really good and filling, but they also have some unique and interesting menu items. I went for the french toast sliders. Really fun and tasty. Also I am the one that drenched it in syrup. Fortunately I can swim :D

Yelp
Seemed like a very standard and budget friendly diner kind of place. I wanted to pick up something quick and cheap for breakfast, so I stopped by to try out their bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on a muffin, not really expecting much from them. Well, I was surprised by how good this was! This sandwich had everything going for it. The price was super reasonable and so was the portion. But, most importantly, it just tastes great. The bacon was perfectly crispy and salty. The muffin was fluffy and didn't overwhelm the sandwich. They include a very fair amount of egg and cheese, both cooked perfectly. So tasty, and very fluffy eggs as well. All in all, a wonderful sandwich and a very nice breakfast spot. Would like to try the sweet options next.

Yelp
What a delicious hole-in-the-wall place! The wait staff were friendly and attentive. We ordered the French toast sliders with sausage and breakfast tacos with turkey bacon. The sliders were like homemade McGriddles but better! The tacos were yummy as well! Would highly recommend, and we're so happy we live close because we will definitely be coming back.

Yelp
Amazing food!!! Will definitely eat here again. The French toast sampler was delicious.

Yelp
The Breakfast Spot was very clean with warm greeting smiles. The service was great very pleasant and on top of things. Plus the food was awesome I can't wait to go back and try a few more things on the menu. I highly suggest you check out this spot if you're looking for a great breakfast thumbs up I truly enjoyed myself.

Yelp
I ordered a take out order, so I can only provide a review based on that. I was able to place the order conveniently through the toast app, so that made it easy. It looks like they recently added peach cobbler pancakes to the menu a little over 1 month ago, but I couldn't find it as a stand-alone option to order on the app. It was available when ordering the pancake "flight," so that worked. My food was ready a little before the quoted time, and I received a text notification when it was ready, so the communication was great. My order was correct and boxed properly, so the presentation was nice. When I arrived my food was sitting on the counter, which was ok, but it would nice if they can invest in a warmer to keep the food warm, especially if the order is done earlier than the quoted time. Ok, now the food was awesome. There is no contest on that. For the pancake flight, we got peach cobbler, strawberry, and pineapple upside-down. These little babies were the star of the show. They were like little mini desserts in every bite. I absolutely loved the peach cobbler flavor. I also love that they have turkey and vegan options for those who do not eat pork. They had thick cut turkey bacon, full of flavor and not over cooked...done just right. We definitely would like to come back to order as dine in guest, so we can try it while it's hot and fresh.
google avatar

Amber H.

Yelp
Let me start by saying, if there is a line it's WORTH THE WAIT! The food was absolutely delicious that I want to go again tomorrow. My mom and I ordered the peach cobbler pancakes (which is a seasonal item) and it was absolutely amazing. No syrup or anything additional was needed as the pancake was made to perfection. We also got the western omelette which was really good and the hash browns were seasoned to perfection. We went on a slow day but I still believe the wait staff was extremely friendly and very thorough on explaining the menu options and answering our questions. If you haven't checked out this spot RUN, before the rush but if there is a line add yourself to the list relax and get ready for a good hearty meal.
google avatar

Halie G.

Yelp
The Breakfast Spot is located on Brownsville Road.  They do not take reservations and sometimes there is a line, so arrive early!  But the wait is so worth it.  They have savory and sweet menu items as well as some speciality/ seasonal features.  Very welcoming and friendly staff who are very knowledgeable about the menu and eager to explain the menu options.  Tried their NEW coffee flavors, and OMG! The coconut was perfectly sweet and topped with a chocolate coconut cookie. The caramel tasted like real caramel and was topped with caramel candies. And the Butter Pecan was buttery and oh so delicious and topped with a piece of a pecan roll. The breakfast tacos were part of their specialty menu, choose between bacon and sausage, scrambled eggs all inside a slice of French toast! Both savory and sweet, flavors hit the spot. The pancake flight was a must- they've got so many pancake flavors, both on their regular menu and specialty menu and you can mix and match! We got the triple berry, peach cobbler & chocolate chip. I can't pick a favorite- they were all amazing!!! The breakfast sandwich was a classic. Choose your meat, choose your bread/bun and choose how you want your eggs served with American cheese! I loved my experience and cannot wait to go back!!!!
google avatar

Yelp
Customer service, food quality, and environment was all on point staff was friendly and attentive! Food was Fire and I would recommend trying this spot!
google avatar

Liz M.

Yelp
Great service, great food, great price! Music is just a tick loud for conversation at 8:30 AM on a Sunday but they played soul classics and some r&b at least! We'll be coming back for sure! Thank you for a good experience!
google avatar

Jilly B.

Yelp
Seemingly family run fun "breakfast spot". The staff are attentive, kind, fast, and have a sense of humor. They serve the basics and have a few unique offerings on their specials menu! There is something for everyone. This was a great budget friendly brunch date! Everything was spotlessly clean. It is street parking but we found a public lock one block away so it was a easy walk.
google avatar

Yelp
Wish I could give this place no stars bc the service here sucked!! We asked for two ice coffees never got em bc they ran out of ice? And didn't say anything. Asked for a coke got water instead bc they ran out of coke but didn't say anything till we asked again? I ordered waffles with bacon and hash browns. Only got my waffles. They were very unorganized didn't know what drinks or food went to what table. They dropped off an orange juice that wasn't ours and didn't know if they were giving us the right eggs Benedict. Overall really sucky experience. This is one of those places you just come once and don't come back. We drove out 45 mins bc it looked promising. Never again. *****edit***** I had to pull over and throw up my food bc I had a stomachache after leaving. Don't come to this place ever

Yelp
My fiancé and I got on the waitlist and waited in our car nearby the restaurant. Once we got the text a hour later that our table was ready we went back to the restaurant and was inside less than 2 mins after receiving the text . 4 mins later and I get another text That I'm no longer on the waitlist.. we asked the hostess how come we received this text and we didn't get a real response. She offered to put us back on the waitlist but didn't want to say how long or how many parties are ahead ,but we figured another hour wait . I'm just shocked how fast they cancelled and we was only waiting in the car due to the lack of space and the fact It was during a thunderstorm so didn't feel comfortable outside.

Susan N.

Yelp
We went about 5 months ago and did not have a good experience. I wrote about it here. The owners offered a gift card to return which was nice but we didn't take it. We decided to give it another try and boy are we glad we did! They were very busy (Sunday morning) so we sat at the counter. Every server was very efficient and friendly to all . Mya was our server and she was great. Other servers also would ask if we were ok. Food was VERY good and filling! It was a great experience this time around and will definitely recommend to friends. The ambiance is great but being older I would suggest turning the (great) music down just a bit!!! Five stars for you!

Reggis J.

Yelp
The food was amazing.. The service was on point.. like the food took just about little under 10 min!! Place look small from the outside, but they have about 15-20 tables! You have to check this place out!! Was going to take a pic of food but I eat all of it...
google avatar

Morgan B.

Yelp
My original review was based on the restaurant "Gary's" that was there several years ago. Not for the new place, the breakfast spot. I don't even understand how they were able to steal the good reviews for a business that wasn't theirs but just in the same location. I tried to remove my review for Gary's, but Yelp kept having an error, so I am resorting to this. I have not tried the breakfast spot, so I can't leave a good review, but it is bothering me that the new restaurant was able to take on their review identity.
google avatar

Carly D.

Yelp
Husband and I went to try this after seeing all the hype on Instagram, and it didn't live up to that hype. Unlike other reviews, we didn't have to wait long for a table - maybe 15, 20 minutes. It felt like there was no AC in that building (Pittsburgh humidity) - so it was miserable sitting there. For how many folks they had working, the service was extremely slow and seemingly unorganized. The food was underwhelming at best. And for what we paid, just not worth it. Not the worst dining experience I've ever had, but definitely not good enough to go back.
google avatar

Kamalani M.

Yelp
Service was great! Food was okay, but it gets packed quickly! Go early!!! Would go again if in the area but wouldn't make a special trip. ‍

Yelp
My friends and I discovered The Breakfast Spot through Instagram and had to check it out! We went there on a Sunday morning and were able to be seated right away. Our waitress was very nice and welcomed us. She gave us a lot of recommendations after we told her we found them through Instagram. I had the cinnamon swirl pancakes. They were so delicious and very filling! I probably didn't need to eat all of them! My friends had other breakfast items like the strawberry French toast and Hungry Man Combo (a little bit of everything!). My other friend ordered the turkey club and was a little disappointed in it. As I mentioned before, our waitress was very nice but once it started to get busy she seemed very overwhelmed. She would check in but often forgot to come back with what we needed or asked for. Just seemed a little chaotic towards the end. Their food was tasty and I would come back to try some of their other dishes!
google avatar

Angelique T.

Yelp
To keep it straight to the point, BEST PANCAKES IVE HAD! Havent had grits in years and this brought me back to when and how I enjoyed them. If I could I would come back every time I wanted a good breakfast! The staff were so pleasant and attentive. The wait time wasn't long, and the restaurant was clean and so was the bathroom!! Thanks guys!

Salaat T.

Yelp
Everything from staff and customer service to the hospitality and food was absolutely amazing! will be returning!!!

C S.

Yelp
This place has no air conditioning! As a restaurant owner myself I don't understand why you would not prioritize your customers and staff. No one wants to sweat while they eat. And, your staff should not be working in these conditions. Do better.

P B.

Yelp
Very good place for breakfast. Very reasonable and clean with friendly and attentive wait staff. I had a very simple breakfast. My only, very slight complaint is that while I got everything I ordered, things on the margin were a little cheap. I'm a tea drinker. I got a cup of tea, not the pot I'd have gotten at IHOP. Granted, it was $3, not the $4 IHOP charges for the pot but they also give you better tea. Then there was the "wheat toast" I ordered. One lone slice emerged from the kitchen. I can't remember ever seeing that before; maybe they were short on wheat bread!
google avatar

Geoff S.

Yelp
I was really hoping for more. The place before was a lot better. The waffles were good. Lots of big parties of people for a small restaurant. Waited about 15 mins for a beverage, they said they had to wash more cups. Prices high compared to other local breakfast spots.
google avatar

Catherine E.

Yelp
Very friendly staff, fast, and efficient. The food was creative and not overwhelming. It was delicious and flavored perfectly. Our table had the triple berry pancakes which were so fluffy and the fruit was fresh, French toast which was not soggy and grilled perfectly. The cornbeef plate came with a twist, it was a cream sauce and the meat lovers omelette was devoured by a teenage boy who is a connoisseur of bacon definitely ask for the secret menu! We will be back!

Allison A.

Yelp
Cute little spot in the south hills. Breakfast was good and the coffee was great. The place was busy and it was a Wednesday! The music playing overhead was my favorite.
google avatar

Cheryl R.

Yelp
My family chooses a new breakfast spot (no pun intended.. lol) each week. We've gone to so many different restaurants at this point, we forget which are Top 5. HOWEVER, this restaurant...though not local to us (Beaver County), made our top 5, and won't easily be forgotten! 3 out of 4 of us ordered the Crack of Dawn breakfast. We ALL said our eggs were amazingly soft and fluffy, bacon was crisp, grits were AMAZZZING *cheese were added to mine, and hash browns were great too! It also came with your choice meat (my sausage was delish!), and either pancakes or French toast (way too much for me to eat! I highly recommend, and plan to be back!

Karla G.

Yelp
Pancakes were light and fluffy, and chicken and waffles were good. Would have liked some hot sauce but I should have asked for some. The home fries were not home made they consisted of factory cut potatoes which were burnt ( black). The grits were like elementary school paste. It's a Weds. so maybe the staff is different on the weekends. I felt like I ordered the wrong item from the menu. I was underwhelmed. I am glad I did the Trial run. The food looked great on the Talk show. One of the owners asked us about our experience, I just said it was good. The venue is nice, clean, bright cheery. Mid week is not the time to visit.
google avatar

Travis B.

Yelp
Walked in to order takeout. They didn't notify my when the food was ready, so I got it after coming back in to ask after it had been sitting for an unknown time. Got home to find that half the food from one of the orders was missing.

Hannah C.

Yelp
Delicious breakfast at reasonable prices! Friendly service and a great atmosphere to boot- worth stopping by to give them a try!

Barbara B.

Yelp
Writing this review while still standing outside after 45 minutes (being told that the wait was 20-30). We've observed the entire kitchen staff standing in the alley next to the restaurant smoking while people milled about outside hoping for breakfast as trash from the street blew by assaulting hungry patrons. This does not give me a warm fuzzy feeling regarding the cleanliness of the establishment. We will be leaving to dine elsewhere. ***EDIT- we left and had breakfast somewhere else, but still did not receive a call that our table was ready after 1.5 hours. Beyond unprofessional.

Yelp
Saw this place on IG and I have to say. Best little breakfast spot yet!! I got a bacon egg and cheese sandwich and it was probably the best one I have ever had here in Pittsburgh!! My daughter got French toast that she loved and she took a bite of my sandwich and almost cried because it was so good and she said it was because she wished she could have had both I have been recommending this place to everyone I know!! Our server was so nice and fast and the restaurant itself is a cute little place. We will absolutely be back if not become regulars it's that good!

Yelp
It opens at 7:00 am. Thought I'd try it at 7:30 this am. No one there. As I was getting back in my car a female came and said she would be opening up soon. I left anyway

Yelp
A group of 12 of us went to The Breakfast Spot on Mother's Day. The food was amazing. Highly recommend the pancakes, the omelettes, and the steak and eggs! Friendly service. Definitely a repeat spot for sure!

Yelp
Staff, food, and environment are all on point. I appreciated that the menu is not overly complicated. We ordered the salmon hash, vegetable omelet, and shared the cinnamon swirl pancakes. Everything was delicious, made to order, and felt well worth the price. We will definitely be back again. Hoping this small business is able to thrive!
