Such a delight even in a day not so warm. Rustic brewery on a small holding - great in and outdoor space with pleasant sounds of nature - the wind in the trees and the birds chattering. The cheese platter is simple but the cheese is amazing. The beer is a good local craft. Don’t miss this local treasure 🍻🧀

Nice stop, the cider was preferable to the beer. The cheese platter was interesting with some different ingredients. Would recommend it for a snack stop enroute.

We stopped off to give the locally made brew a try. The cider was refreshing, but the beer was not for me. We didn't try the platter but saw it coming out and going to a table. It looked pretty good. Bought a takeaway bag of coffee beans that they roast there for home because it smelt delicious. I'm still enjoying thale beans:-)

So cool to be back after our last trip 9yrs ago. Not much has changed which is actually not a bad thing. Andre and his wife Yolande still own the Brewery and Andre is looking more "wise". great spot to sit outside and chill and try the different beers, ales and ciders; and decent selection of homemade cheeses with homemade breads. Well done guys was great to connect with you again. Walking distance from town (1km) across the suspension bridge.

The idea of a rustic brewery and loads of good reviews left us with high expectations. We were disappointed with the cheese platter. Mediocre at best. The salami was not nice but the sweet dogs they have really enjoyed it. The beer, Honey, was not nice. The cider was ok. The staff were very friendly and attentive. But it wasn't for us, unfortunately.

Was great to be back there and enjoy the platter. You get some homemade rosemary infused bread with some farm butter. Also you get some kudu salami as well as some homemade cheeses. Pickles and olives with feta also on the board. Great sharing meal. Wash this all down with your kraft beer of choice. A cider is also available. Rustic and chilled setting. Well done Andre!!

The cheese platter with freshly baked bread is always favourite of us. There are various cheeses, kudu salami, olives, jams, pickled gherkins, soft cheese served with honey and one with sweet chilli sauce. A big variety!
