I would give a "0" if I could. We had some extra vinyl siding left over from repairing our home from Hurricane Ida. We brought it back to the brick yard where we purchased it from "cash" because they charge you extra for use of a debt card. The sales person said yes this is our product. We couldn't find the receipt ( it was a little crazy during Ida.) They unloaded the 2 boxes of vinyl a he said they would look for the reciept. I figured they would have a record ...but maybe not on cash sales. My husband whom is a very laid back guy, contacted them as well as going to the store several timesover several weeks. They would aways put him off by excuses that the "boss" would have to approve the refund ...the "boss" was never there. He was off or on vacation or at a convention so on and so on. He told the sales person we would forfeit the refund if he just gives us credit to to get 5 pieces of siding an 2 pieces of j channel for a project we were doing...which is alot less than the refund would have been. So my husband went there this morning because the boss was suppose to be there. The boss I assume the owner (whom had a very nasty additude) told my husband that he was done talking about this situation. So my husband said we'll just take my vinyl back. He told him no he wasn't a storage company (them putting us off is the reason it was there so long) and that he was keeping it and opened the front door and told my husband to get out or he was calling the police. They would not give us our vinyl back, I'm pretty sure they already resold it months ago. Please beware of this company they don't care about there customers at all. My family, friends and myself will not be giving them one penny of our business again.
