The Brickhouse Bar and Grill

The atmosphere here is genuinely great. There was a dart board drawing a big crowd, which gave the place a lively vibe without feeling chaotic. Even with constant drink orders coming in, the staff handled everything smoothly and never seemed overwhelmed. Food-wise, it was average. I ordered the wings — the chicken itself was cooked really well, but tossing hot, fresh wings in cold sauce definitely took away from the dish. Flavor was solid, but the temperature contrast killed the overall experience. Still, it’s a spot worth coming to for the energy and the service. Just keep in mind that the crowd can get loud, especially on busy nights.

This is quite literally the best buffalo chicken wrap of my entire life. I pride myself on being a connoisseur of this classic pairing of crispy chicken hand tossed in buffalo sauce, and wrapped to perfection. This place does it as good if not better than anywhere in the country. The biggest hesitation I have in leaving this review is that the word will get out and it will become too popular/ they will be able to increase prices due to overwhelming demand. @brickhouse - please don’t let me down!!

Love the environment of Brick however, do not trust the drinks. Every time I have had their mixed drinks me and whoever I’m with get super sick with a bad headache. I am positive that they are not pouring what it says on the bottle but filling the bottles with bottom of the barrel booze. I’ve tested it out many times and have felt this way even after only one drink! Kinda crazy

Ordered delivery, very nice man. Unfortunately the 2 orders of fired pickles were baked HARD mainly just crust w poor remnants of pickles, the 2 chicken wings left out ordered sauce and skin parts hard crispy:) like a bone. Disappointed

We stopped here for drinks and appetizers and we sat at the bar. This was a very popular and loud place. On this night, they had karaoke. For as busy as this place was, we were served pretty quickly and our waiter was always available. They had many selections of beers. We ordered potato skins for appetizers and it was probably the best I ever had. This place was mostly young people and it appeared to be a local happening bar. This was a fun stop but too loud for us to enjoy.

Wings were perfectly cooked (both bone-in and boneless), beer was ice cold. Great atmosphere, although a bit on the smaller side, the wings were probably the best ones I’ve had in Stamford. Pictured are buffalo & garlic parmesan boneless, side of fries, teriyaki bone-in, beer and a Dirty Shirley.

Food was great!! Wait staff from the bar she was amazing, I only gave a 4 star cause our food took so long that our 1 hour meter ran out right before we got out food. The bar itself is a such a cool atmosphere, the wall art, etc literally made me want to return! LOVED IT! Hopefully next time I’ll give 5 stars 💕
