The location is perfect for exploring Wrocław on foot, everything is within easy walking distance, making it an ideal base for discovering the city. The room was beautifully designed, combining modern elements with tasteful traditional touches. It was very spacious and thoughtfully laid out. The bathroom was equally impressive, large, with an excellent rain shower and all amenities provided. I especially appreciated the blackout curtains, which allowed for complete darkness and a very restful sleep. As a Platinum member, I received a small welcome gift, which was a thoughtful and much appreciated gesture. Parking in the underground garage is convenient and adds to the overall comfort. The spa area is also worth mentioning. The sauna facilities offer three options – a 90°C sauna, a 60°C sauna, and a steam bath, with plenty of space to relax. The only minor disturbance was the water dispenser in the spa area, which produces a constant humming noise similar to a fridge. Replacing it and perhaps offering some tea would further enhance the experience, but this was truly a small drawback.

This hotel is a very pleasant place. But the restaurant manager should rather work in Kebab. I asked if I could get tea outside, and he offered to me that I could pick it up at the bar and take it. I understand that the bar outside doesn't work, but I don't think anyone would have a crown if they had helped to get money for it, especially the person who should have given an example and only exposes his posture and smile. Today I carried tea with a jug, and the Lord talks to the staff as if without shame making jokes... If you're counting on locations, this is a good place. If you're hoping for service like a 5-star hotel in Western Europe, go to Monopol Hotel...

This is a wonderful place , one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The room and the candle-style lighting above the bed are a real design highlight, creating a beautiful sense of atmosphere. The hotel also has a luxurious spa: spacious, clean, and very pleasant. The view of the university is truly impressive, with large windows that bring in a lot of light. Overall, the atmosphere here is exceptional.

We had a fantastic 2 night stay at the hotel. It's in a super location close to the cathedral, and a lovely 15 min walk to the main square. Our room was a good size, very modern and immaculately clean. The staff were wonderful. We ate at the restaurant (Valentines day) and the food was exceptional, superbly complemented with the alcoholic pairing. A special mention to our waitress at dinner who was incredibly knowledgeable about the wines which accompanied each course and looked after us wonderfully all evening. She is a real credit to the hotel (apologies we didn't get her name).

We stayed here the weekend before Christmas. The hotel felt new, clean and well designed. The rooms were a good size and had modern facilities. We had breakfast which was great, lots of options available on the buffet and we also ordered from the menu. The food generally looked and tasted of good quality. The location is handy, sitting just outside the city centre, over the bridge it's all a quick walk away and you benefit from it being a quiet area. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking to experience Wroclaw.

Our stay at The Bridge Hotel was absolutely superb from start to finish. Even before we arrived, the communication via email was professional and helpful, setting a great tone for our visit. ​Unbeatable Location: The hotel is located in a stunning area right next to the Cathedral. It’s a beautiful, historic spot—you can even catch the traditional lamp lighter right in front of the hotel! The Rynek (City Center) is a scenic 20-minute walk away, which we loved because it allowed us to cross the famous bridges, enjoy the architecture, and spot the famous Wroclaw dwarfs along the way. ​Modern Design & Rooms: The hotel’s design is modern, unique, and very stylish; you feel that "premium touch" everywhere, including the rooms. Our room was well-designed and worked perfectly for our family of four. Additionally, the housekeeping was excellent—our room was cleaned daily, even on the days we had a late start. ​Outstanding Staff: The staff were truly the highlight of our stay. A special thank you to Katherina at reception for being so friendly, patient, and helpful—she is a credit to the team! The rest of the reception and dining staff were equally professional and welcoming. ​Dining & Bar: Breakfast: Highly recommended! It was delicious, the variety was great, and the service was attentive and friendly. ​The Bar: Don't miss out on the cocktails—they were very well-made and the lobby area is a beautiful place to relax. ​Summary: Whether you are traveling as a couple, solo, or with kids (like we did), this hotel is highly recommended. It was a very pleasant stay!

First time in a McGallery hotel, 5 stars but i didn’t like exactly the concrete walls up in the ceiling and on one wall, although decorated with some art. In any case the amenities were correct, the weather was cold so… going to the spa area with superb view as well as the gym, along the same corridor was great. There are three relax areas: dry sauna, dry sauna with herbs and humit sauna with aromatherapy. Didn’t smell exatly but it was cool with great decoration. Too much window glass which prevents from heat. What i really didn’t like was the slow service in the restaurant for dinner, as it was poor, with very young staff, but the dishes and the cuisine were superb. Right in front of the cathedral and 20min on foot through bridges to market square.

Unfortunately, we were woken up around 3:50 AM by a very loud high-pitched noise in the room and had to move to another room in the middle of the night. The reception told us it was a technical issue. Having to pack and relocate at nearly 4 AM significantly disrupted our sleep. The only compensation offered was free drinks, which were not useful for us as we were travelling by car. For a five-star hotel, I expected a more appropriate response.
