Review of Our Stay Our recent stay was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service that set the tone for the entire experience. The location is absolutely unbeatable—nestled right in the heart of city, it made exploring the area effortless. Everything we wanted to see was just a short walk or drive away, yet the hotel itself felt like a tranquil oasis. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special, attending to every detail with such care and professionalism. From helpful recommendations about local attractions to ensuring every need was met during our stay, their hospitality truly exceeded our expectations. Our room was beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and offered stunning views. It felt like a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The amenities were top-notch, and the little touches—like the thoughtful welcome gift—made us feel incredibly valued. We also enjoyed the restaurant for breakfast which was exceptional in The food was delicious, the atmosphere inviting, and the staff continued to impress. We left thoroughly impressed. It’s clear that this hotel places a high value on excellence in every aspect. We can’t recommend it highly enough and look forward to returning for another unforgettable stay.

The hotel is beautiful in a super location on Cathedral Island. A short walk away from the Market Square, which had the biggest Xmas Market we've ever experienced. Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable with an enormous super king bed. The bathroom, very modern with a great shower, very nice toiletries and super soft towels. We made use of the gym and the tranquil spa which was never busy. A fantastic stay, made extra special as we celebrated NYE at the hotel and had the the most amazing night. The Craft restaurant was fantastic as was the entertainment and the firework finale. Would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends and would love to return one day soon.

a wonderful hotel, given the location you have to take a short walk into account if you want to get to the city center. The staff is very friendly and the spa and sauna area leaves nothing to be desired. The bed itself with the mattress was simply perfect. What wasn't good were the pillows, which were way too high and therefore very uncomfortable. What's also not good is that there is no Smart TV. Otherwise everything was perfect. I would love to come back again

Great experience overall, will definitely stay here again. Rooms and all public interiors looked very fresh and stylish, all facilities in the room worked as expected. Had my dinner twice in the restaurant and the food was good, especially the Christmas menu served at that time. Breakfast was also good as you would expect from such place. Location is absolutely amazing, quiet historical district with churches near the river, Christmas decorations around made the atmosphere truly fabulous.

The hotel was easy to get to from the airport using the 106 bus and then the no. 2 tram. The hotel is just around the corner from the tram stop. The first thing you will notice is the amazing scent as you enter the hotel. Our room was a good size with a huge, comfortable bed. Nice bathroom with lovely Caudalie toiletries, good hairdryer, thick towels and good water pressure. Water was provided each day of our stay which was great. Lovely breakfast buffet with egg dishes available to order from the menu. The bar was a nice place for a drink and the bartender mixed some good cocktails. The hotel had a very nice ambience and was decorated for Christmas which added to the atmosphere. Staff were pleasant and friendly and very efficient. We loved the location as staying on Cathedral Island was very atmospheric at night. Overall we would say that The Bridge was a great hotel and would highly recommend.

Beautiful bar (with excellent cocktails), Large rooms with really comfortable beds, and a great spa/wellness area. Breakfast was fantastic. The only reason why I don’t give them a 10/10 but 9/10 instead, is that I found very confusing the buffet-style breakfast, the menu at the tables (which is also an option) and the fact that the waiters ask you whether they can serve you something to drink when there is a buffet. I think it will help a lot if before you enter the restaurant you are explained very briefly how it works exactly.

We had an excellent stay at The Bridge. The suite room was amazing and decorated thoughtfully. It had a slight smell due to recent renovations, but it was nothing that we couldn't handle. The service was great, both at the hotel and at the bar/restaurant. The staff takes the time to answer your questions and give you recommendations on what to do in the city. The location is not too central but we really appreciated being away from the busy city center, especially in this Christmas period. Walking around this historical neighborhood in the evening with all the Christmas lights around was really a wonderful experience. We will keep it as a fond memory, that we wouldn't have made had we stayed in a different neighborhood.

I‘m torn. But because it’s a 5-star hotel I am leaning towards disappointment. Pros + receptionists were serious, but friendly + very well located, close to the central train station + amazing bathrooms + great showers + speakers in the bathroom that play the TV sound + panel for controlling the lighting, fans and privacy + conscious, reward you for skipping daily cleaning + welcoming message + free water Cons - terribly uncomfortable pillows - very weird room design (creepy candles and painting) - multinational TV channels (👍) but sadly no smart TV (👎) - needs more vegan options - interesting cocktails, but needs more standard options Spa and breakfast not tried. Was told that the breakfast is amazing tho.
