Bizarre vibes in this upscale florist. Felt like I was intruding their space. Not even a hello. The lady in the back seems like the boss and looks mean. Feel bad for the kids working there in complete silence. Pricy but they look nice. They didn’t even offer to cut the stems until we asked after they wrapped the flowers up, which they did a mediocre job doing. You can find wild flowers sold on the side of the road at farms for 1/2 the price in the Summer months. I would go elsewhere for your flower fix. Bouquet pictured was almost $80.

Wanted a bouquet for my anniversary, simple request, no arrangement in that shop should have cost 190 dollars, especially for walking in and purchasing it. Lesson learned, will never go again and will steer people away from there.

Horrible. My mother sent me surprise flowers on my 30th birthday. This florist was somehow unable to get the gate open at the house we were staying at after I gave them the code multiple times. They claimed they tried to deliver the flowers many times, including when we were home (we saw no one so I'm not sure the times they gave me were even accurate.) They called me yelling at me because they could not deliver them. I honestly couldn't believe the way they were speaking to me. You would think as a florist they would have experience dealing with complicated delivery situations as most of the time flowers are a surprise and the recipient is not sitting by the phone/door waiting for them. Finally, I told them i would pick the flowers up on sunday, but when we arrived at 2:45PM the shop was already closed. They refused to refund or even discount. I had them refund my mother and paid for them myself. Extremely unfortunate and disappointing.

***BEWARE -- FULL OF FAKE REVIEWS!*** Listen and pay attention to the 1-star reviews...trust me when I say that they are here for a reason! Over the weekend, I came across this florist by way of Instagram in search of a beautiful arrangement. Their feed was inclusive of the style we were seeking, so after narrowing down to a very specific image on their feed, I called to place the order by phone and spoke with their staff member, a female named ALEX. I asked her to pull up the image and told her that this is what we wanted delivered. It was a very tall arrangement; give or take 2.5-3-feet in height. I also made mention that this was an arrangement that would be filmed for television, so there was an emphasis on it being extravagant and beautiful. As the arrangement in the photo I saw was made exclusively of peonies, she said it couldn't be done to replicate exactly because peonies were now out of season and they didn't have many left. She said that instead they could gather other flowers such as hydrangeas and other florals that would follow the same blush-pink look to give the same feel. She said to keep in mind that the hydrangeas weren't naturally as full as peonies, but that the additional florals would make up for the volume. She gave me pricing for the mix florals, versus an arrangement of exclusive hydrangeas, and after agreeing to the mixed - I left it to her to proceed and do their thing. The arrangement instead that was delivered was not even a foot tall. Completely different and short of expectation of anything that was discussed. Nothing that would even stand out in a filming. We called the store and Alex kept repeating that she said the arrangement would be smaller. I reiterated to her that she stated that the flowers to be used were smaller in bloom, she said nothing about smaller in height. After getting in about 5 words with her, the owner MICHAEL grabbed the phone out of her hand and literally screamed on the phone at me saying that he didn't care about what the flowers were being used for; he went on to say that he heard Alex quote me $450 for that arrangement and that I was being adamant about a $200 budget - NONE OF WHICH IS TRUE BTW lol - and he kept rambling and literally screaming saying he didn't care about anything I had to say, and wouldn't even let me get in a word. I had to hang up on him. That's how loud and rude and non-stop he was being. My friend called and he did the same exact thing to him on the phone. It was insane. Not only could I not believe that this was the owner of a Bridgehampton business, but I also was in shock at the degenerate display of behavior and insane lack of even the slightest ability to attend to a customer concern by this man. "RUDE" doesn't even meet him half way - that term is far too nice for him. He was more of a savage than anything else with absolute zero discretion or attempt to even try and remedy any sort of concern. I seriously hope NO ONE even thinks of supporting this business in any way - he does not deserve a dime. And Alex if you're reading this: I feel bad that this is what you have to deal with on the daily. THE ABSOLUTE WORST.

I used them for the first time, the flowers were beautiful, but the arrangement was extremely small for the price and I was not told about the delivery charge. I have used other florists in the area and the delivery charge is always disclosed. I used Bridgehampton because it was close to the delivery destination and it was more than the florist 2 towns away. Called to complain and was not given good customer service-use another florist-there are plently to choose

The flowers I had sent for my sister's birthday were absolutely beautiful! They delivered to Sag Harbor Elementary for me. Worth every penny if you want to shop local. They were even great about changing the delivery date. Thank you!!

A lot of fake 5-star reviewers on this yelp page. Look at the timing of the reviews! The most unprofessional business practices in the floral business. I guess since their clients include D-rated TV stars they can treat other people like pieces of meat. I can't believe surprise birthday flowers with a tough delivery situation could create such a monster florist. I've never seen such a high level of arrogance from a florist in my life. Aren't flowers supposed to make people happy? Especially since you work with them on a daily basis?!Why would surprise birthday flowers and a complicated delivery issue set off a florist so much? Isn't this something they are used to? Long story short they couldn't deliver surprise flowers to our home with a gate code as we were not there. The gentleman proceeded to call and yell at my wife multiple times because we were not available to accept the flowers. Horribly rude!

I bought 2 huge orchids 700$ and one lasted a month I brought it back and he tells me the pot was wrong. Well why did you sell me the pot? I asked for him to replant the dead stems as there were 7 stems in this plant. He refused. I bought another 300$ plant no discount I will never buy another thing from this establishment. Sag harbor florist will repot it if it dies in a trainable amount of time. Don't go here

This is absolutely the most wonderful flower shop. And its not just flowers, they have an incredible selection of gifts, cards, candles. And then there are the people who work there. I'd be hard-pressed to find a nicer a group of people. I did recognize one of the owners from Ina Garten's Barefoot Contessa TV show and he was so nice to talk to. Beyond that their arrangements are simply breathtaking and their service and attention to detail make me wish they delivered to the city.

A lot of fake news here. They delivered an arrangement that was night and day different from what i discussed with the girl on the phone. When I called to sort it out there was not even an ounce of empathy. The phone was handed off to the owner Michael, who was incredibly rude and disrespectful. I own multiple restaurants and deal with customers all day, I could never imagine yelling at one like the did to me. I was baffled. I didn't even care to sort it out at this point, even though the garbage they sent cost me $250. Overpriced with a HUGE ATTITUDE.

A friend used this florist to send two huge arrangements to me at a nearby hotel. While pretty arrangements, when I went to remove the 3-stem orchid from the box, the pot was completely cracked. I called and asked them to please report the plant and they told me no. I could come by and they would do it, but they wouldn't pick it up. I didn't have a car to deal w this but borrowed one to handle it the next day. The older gentleman in charge was SO RUDE. I honestly couldn't believe how they treated me. They said this one time we will help but next time it's on you. Guess what- there won't be a next time.

Everyone that works here is extremely friendly and helpful. I live all the way in Florida but use them for my loved ones that live in the area and they have never let me down. Everyone raves about the flower arrangements that come out of this shop. I highly recommend them

I am yelper who only leaves 5 star reviews but this experience was so horrific I have to write it here. I was here to purchase flowers for my son's FIRST BIRTHDAY family party, lady florist and I discussed which flowers and colors will be arranged and I of course said I trusted her that she would make it beautiful and colorful. I came back and flowers were beautiful, but there were one color which we did not discuss and I really did not like that color. I was paying 100+ for this bouquet and did not wanted to be bothered by that color all day. I kindly asked if it was possible for her to change those (3 flowers) to the one we discussed then, this older man (owner I believe) started yelling and getting really upset. Disrespectfully, he told the lady "get her out of here!".. WOW I mean, he was like a child who really got offended by someone's critique. I tried to apologize if I have upset him in anyway but told me to BE QUIET. How can you yell at your customer and be so rude? He was so stubborn and evil he should not work with beautiful flowers. I had to just ignore him because he would not stop and thank the lady who helped me (she changed it for me quickly) and flowers were more beautiful at the end. I did not want him to RUIN MY SONS FIRST BIRTHDAY celebration so I laughed it off but he should never raise his voice to another customer.

I sent my best client an orchid for $150 and what arrived was appalling inadequate. When I then took it back to the nasty shop keepers, they refused to stand behind their product and acknowledge the total lack of value. When I tried to exchange it, they refused. Terrible service. Terrible product. Embarrassing to me and my business.
