During our latest trip to Las Vegas, we drive out to Boulder Station for a birthday dinner for one of our friends at The Broiler. We were a little worried that we were able to get a table for 7 without a wait and that the restaurant was more than half empty when we sat at 7:30pm. However, we were pleasantly surprised by a friendly and attentive staff that served some of the most amazing dishes of our trip! First, they brought a basket of warm rolls and biscuits that were full of flavor. Next, we had their famous Tableside Caesar Salad where they brought out the ingredients on a cart and built the salad next to your table. For the main dishes, a few of us had the Wednesday special which was the Crab Stuffed Maine Lobster. It was absolutely delicious with a great mix of crab and lobster. One person in our party had the prime rib which was also great. The rest of us went with our server, Kenny’s suggestion of the Rib Eye Steak. Kenny was on point as this was the best steak I’ve had in a very long time. The steak was marinated, then smoke grilled and garnished with a garlic cilantro sauce. If you like steak, you cannot go wrong with The Broiler’s Rib Eye Steak! Finally, a big shout to our server Kenny who was funny, friendly and topped off a great dinner with great service!

We went on a Friday night and the place was empty. The food came out insanely fast. Their prices are amazing. Steaks come with sides and they have a ton of great specials depending on the days of the weeks. The steak was cooked perfectly and tasted great. The lobster had great taste but was slightly over cooked. The mashed potatoes are very garlicky. And the Mac and cheese was good but nothing spectacular. The brownie was customizable with all the toppings and it was HUGE. overall excellent dinner.

Just so you know...thru the main entrance then hang a left then past Guadalara then vear to the left to find it. It was a slow Sunday. We got our pick of tables. Claudia greeted us warmly serving up the water and bread basket with butter. Kenny was up next to take our drink order. He was super accommodating and quick with my drink...super yum! Then he was back for our order. We had the porterhouse steaks and they were cooked to perfection- this place knows what a true Pittsburgh style should be (pic provided)! And, not many do. Our individual sides were all spot on delicious. Next time we'll skip dessert. Besides that, an all together enjoyable night!

All food we had was great. Table side caesar was a must try! Steak was perfectly cooked. Went for unlimited crab legs and it's definitely worth it! Service was lacking a little as it was very busy there but waiter was very friendly.

Thursday all you can eat crab legs were the best.. the mac and cheese do not agree with but love the crab legs they were so beautiful ❤️ love the environment. Service is elegant ✨️

I want to start by saying that the Service was outstanding, I’ve dined all over the world and the service here was at the upper end of the bar.. The food that we ordered was also well prepared and very flavorful.. Now my only real complaint here is this… My Family and I were staying on the strip.. we wanted “good Prime Rib” for our last meal in Vegas and naturally we did a bunch of googling.. This place came up with great reviews but it was in old town Las Vegas and about 7 miles away.. So we made reservations and grabbed a taxi to get us over there… the cab ride was $55 one way…no problem we are getting Prime Rib as we wanted… We get sat, order Wine, cocktails, salads and apps, and when it came time to order entrees we were informed they were out of Prime Rib for the night! We purposely made a 6:15pm reservation and arrived at 5:55pm in order to get Prime Rib… this was a gut punch for sure… Our last meal in Vegas and we spent $55 to get there from our hotel only to be told they were out! Oh and the place was not busy, we darn near had the entire restaurant to ourselves.. SO I guess if you want Prime Rib here call ahead and make sure they have it!

I came here for the first time and it surely won't be my last. The food was delicious, but the service was above and beyond. The shrimp 🍤 pasta and Cajun shrimp 🍤 were both worth the price. I recommend this restaurant if you want to be treated like royalty. Thank you, Lindsay, for the best service. I couldn't ask for more.

Google
they recently launched from sea to table specials starting every wednesday - sunday! really enjoyed their crab stuffed maine lobster for $39 (wednesday) and ayce snow crab legs for $39 (thursdays)! pretty good deal!

Yelp
Hidden gem. Old school, classic Vegas style steakhouse. Great Food! Great Service! Reasonable prices! Highly recommend.

Yelp
Used to come here every month years ago. Food and service was excellent My wife and I went last week, boy have things changed. Prices are insane Food portions very small Service terrible On top of everything we both got sick that night The shrimp scampi didn't taste right but we ate it anyway and got very sick The salmon was so small and no flavor I guess things changed Stay away.

Yelp
Two years ago I came here and loved the place. They had a crab stuffed lobster special for 39 dollars. All the daily specials are no more.... Had a 5:15 reservation and when we entered, I remember how much I loved the ambience and the music. We were both excited to order, but finding that the menu had changed our hearts or at least mine sunk a little...no more Lobster special....that is ok..make the best out of it and order a filet mignon. We both got a glass of Kendall Jackson Cabernet and it tasted nice. They also brought over some rolls and biscuits for bread service...also nice. Hub and I both ordered the filet, medium rare for me and medium for him. The steak comes with a side and he elected to get the baked potato while I picked the green beans. Food arrives, but no green beans...two potatoes instead....server looked really rattled and apologized as he ran back to fix the order. By the time the green beans did come out we were nearly done with our meals...but the beans were the best part of the whole meal. Filet was awful...weird taste, definitely not a premium cut..I would say it was probably the worst cut...42 dollars for this...most of the menu items are under 40 dollars... The steak was so bad, we just could not embrace the rest of the meal...even though the potato and green beans were good. Maybe it was an off day or may be it will be my last visit here..why would anyone want to eat a subpar steak....charge more and get better quality meat. What a colossal disappointment.

Yelp
Oh! Crabs heaven. I was in on their AYCE Crabs Thursday. You choose 1 side and unlimited crab legs. Service was great considering how busy they were. I highly recommend making a reservation before you go so you can sit in a comfortable booth. They served warm croissants and herb bread with butter. char broil oyster 4 pcs perfect seasoning, garlicky delicious. The West Coast oyster is also a great size for this dish. I can't wait to return for other daily specials which I have attached a menu for everyone!

Kris R.

Yelp
Absolutely awesome service and food. I go there for special events and recently ate there for Christmas.

Andrea O.

Yelp
Came here on a Wednesday with my husband for the lobster special! The food was delicious and the lobster did not disappoint. Better than California lobster in my opinion. I loved the way it was prepared. The steak was superb as well, and the bread was so good I couldn't stop myself.! The service was excellent. Our servers were Carlos, Claudia, and Ramiro. They were all very attentive and friendly, and so helpful and polite. I absolutely recommend this restaurant for quality food and amazing service. Also, the prices were very reasonable!! Check them out.

Yelp
This Station's Broiler Steakhouse was the only one I had never visited and I decided to try it tonight. It was a mistake. Right after being seated, I was asked by my server if I wanted to order an appetizer. After asking about the size of the fried calamari, I went with the loaded potato chowder which is meant more for one person. After bringing my iced tea and giving me time to look at the menu, my server returned. The sizes of the steaks are not listed on the menu so I asked the size of the NY and the sirloin. The NY was 12 ounces so I ordered that cooked (BLUE). I placed my order, but no appetizer was forthcoming even though it was ordered at least 5 mminutes earlier. I waited for quite a while when a runner brought the soup. It was lukewarm, the first of what would portend a less than satisfactory dinner. It was very different in presentation. The menu says--russet potatoes, bacon, cheddar fries, scallions, and sour cream. I started to eat the soup and about 5 minutes into it, the same runner came with my steak, looked at the soup I had left, said,"I'm sorry," and moved some plates to make room for the steak and the asparagus. I was going to hurry to finish the soup, but I thought the steak was more important. Placing the soup aside (see photos), I started in on the steak which was more rare than BLUE. The steak was OK. The winner of the meal was the asparagus. A few things about the meal: 1) Aide from the soup being lukewarm, it should be named overloaded potato soup. Under the onion straws were three (I think--I didn't finish it), waffle fried potatoes. That along with the bacon, scallions, and regular potatoes was overload. 2) Chefs, please don't overdo steaks that are requested BLUE. If on some strange planet, this was not cooked enough for me, you could add more heat to it. You cannot undo the cooking you already put into the steak. 3) Servers, be aware of what and when you bring food to tables and manage timing. The food and beverage manager was there and when he stopped at my table I mentioned that a steak should never be brought while one is still eating an appetizer. He disagreed with me. I could agree if the person had some salad they had not yet finished. But soup (which is meant to be hot) is also meant to be consumed before the main course. I was not on my phone. I ate at a quick pace which is normal for me. It turned out it wan't quick enough. Dessert was chocolate lava cake. It was good but lava cakes are so last year! I tried the Broiler at Boulder Station but I won't be back. This is a one and done! There are so many better options.

Yelp
Well I've been wanting to try this place for a while. I have to say I was skeptical given the location. Now with that being said I know that can mean nothing. However this place just isn't good. I had a filet, fries & mac and cheese. My steak was cooked perfect. But for a filet it was fatty and a small cut, 7oz for almost $50. My steak had a weird consistency to it as well, just a cheap cut. Mac n cheese was not good at all. The fries were fine. There was nothing about the place that I enjoyed other than the service. Service was very on point. I'm giving 2 stars only for the service. Overall location is terrible with a smoke filled stinky casino, with lots of homeless and seedy people all over the property outside. Definitely won't be back.

Raechele L.

Yelp
This was a great place to eat, food was excellent, staff were attentive and very kind. The prices are great, especially for Vegas. Highly recommended! Definitely will be going back again. Carlos was amazing

Ditas C.

Yelp
Excellent food. Service is always great. The place has an old Vegas vibe, beautiful and clean.

Yelp
What a great all you can eat! I had a friend from California visit this past Thursday and told me about this restaurant offering all you can eat crab legs on Thursday night. She called in advance to make reservations for six of us. our reservation was at 5:15 pm and we got to the restaurant at 5:00 and were sat right away. Our waitress came right over and started with drinks and she took our order right away. we all ordered the all you can eat crab legs it comes with one side of your choice. I decided on the loaded baked potato and also ordered the wedge salad. The waitress brought out the most amazing croissant rolls and biscuits which were delicious , they served them with butter. Dinner came out quick, crab legs were hot and side dishes were amazing. This dinner was the best value for the money. You can not beat the price of 39.00 for this feast. Warm ambience in the restaurant and all around great experience.

Sabrina C.

Yelp
Came here last night for dinner & let me start off by saying the place is a nice old vegas classic! I loved it! The service was amazing now let me get to what really matters. Hubby & I ordered 2 cocktails. I ordered a dirty martini & it came without the dirty lol it was just a vodka martini no olive juice or vermouth. The waiter acknowledged it & just brought me a shot of olive juice! My hubby ordered a sangria & apparently it's served the same way wine is served. Meaning they only serve 4oz of the sangria. No ice no fruit just a small 4oz pour. You can see in the pics out drinks. Our steaks come out perfectly cooked medium rare but literally had ZERO FLAVOR! I had to add butter, salt & pepper to both steaks! Other than the service being great I wouldn't recommend this place. Everything is cooked properly just no flavor & the cocktails are just as bad. Only reason why I'm giving it a 3 star is they had good service.

Heather B.

Yelp
Amazing food, amazing service, calm and lovely atmosphere. One of the best steaks we've had our entire trips. The staff is attentive and friendly. Worth the drive. The only problem was we were so full we couldn't try the dessert. Ah shucks, I guess we will have to come back.

Lee B.

Yelp
The food and service are very good here. The decor is old Las Vegas, really cool. I got the salmon, Caesar salad and Mac & cheese. Probably the best Caesar I've ever had! And they make it fresh at your table. The only reason I gave 4 Stars is the smoke in the air from the casino. Other than that I highly recommend this restaurant.

Autumn M.

Yelp
All you can eat crab night is a must try! $39.99 for AYCE snow crab and one side dish. The brownie sundae cart came out and my niece built this monstrosity. When the bill came I almost laughed....it was $10. I was expecting at least $30!!!! The only downfall of this place is that I have to drive to Boulder station to enjoy. Not exactly the safest place in town to be at night.

Michael P.

Yelp
We heard about the AYCE snow crab for $39 and decided to give it a try. As soon as we walked in, we got an old school vibe from the room and it's decor. When we sat down, we noticed that everybody around us was having crab. (part of me thought crab deal wasn't true.. LOL) The wife really loves crab legs but some of the buffets that offer them are over $100. Needless to say, she was a very happy girl.. The service was good. Both the server and the busser were very nice. The crab was great, served with melted butter choice of a side. I had the creamed spinach which was a little bit salty but so good. And she had the baked potato which she loved. The manager Rob was very friendly and cordial. We will definitely be back again.

Maui_Girl C.

Yelp
September 13, 2023, we had a very delightful and delicious dinner here tonight. I had the large Prime Rib-Medium Rare with Yam and my boyfriend had Pork Chops with Spinach. Very much sumptuous and tasty dinner. We enjoyed Claudia's service. I really want to nominate her to be one of your Employee of Month. She is well deserved to win that title. She's a very talented and hardworking person. Your place is beautiful from the outside and inside. Perfect place to have a nice time. Thank you Kenny for your excellent service and Claudia-superb hospitality and exceptional service. Thank you so much

Gwen A.

Yelp
The service was great, very attentive staff. The food was not! We had AYCE snow crab legs on Thursday night. The first batch was cold and seemed like it had been sitting for a while. I chose a loaded baked potato to accompany my meal, it was cold and I had to have my server re-heat (microwave) it and it came back cold again. I just simply gave up on eating it. The next batch of crab legs was hot, but very disappointing. Very poor grade crab, not sweet and savory, but tasteless, had to drown in butter and lemon. I've just had so much better tasting crab legs at other casinos. This was my one and only time going to The Butcher at Boulder Station. I should've known I would be disappointed but I had to try it once. Never going back there.

Steve F.

Yelp
Great rib eye.never disappointed.kika is a wonderfull waitress. Lovely steakhouse.prices are reasonable for such good dinner.mushrooms were quite tasty

Steven M.

Yelp
Staying at Boulder Station, the Broiler is an amazing steakhouse with an old Vegas vibe. They do table side Cesar salad and shrimp scampi (they call it sizzling shrimp). I had the filet mignon medium-rare, it was soft and buttery. My son had the New York strip, and my wife had the sirloin. Both were amazing choices.

Deborah A.

Yelp
Best gourmet restaurant for the price and great place to gamble a great local spot .. I had the lobster and filet mignon with Bernese sauce and it was charred on outside and yet juicy in side both lobster and filet mignon ! Never forgot this place and ate many places that cost much more ! Will go back this fall !!

Rayna R.

Yelp
This place is absolutely amazing. The service when you walk up to the desk to the servers was impressive. The restaurant is dimly lit which adds to the romantic yet relaxing atmosphere of the restaurant. Then the food. OMG!! The FOOD was delicious. We ordered a wedge salad, double pork chops with asparagus and a sirloin steak with macaroni and cheese and a loaded baked potato. When my husband first tasted the steak he just put his head back with joy. You know food is good when the salad dressing is just as delicious as a steak. This is definitely a hidden gem in the madness that is las vegas. This restaurant outranks any buffet on the strip. Prices are good. Food is delicious. Service is top notch. Definitely our new date night restaurant.

Heather D.

Yelp
Personally, I enjoyed the new menu!! The country fried lobster spoke to my tastes as a southern girl. I don't even like pork chops, but this one is my favorite things at the table! The sizzling shrimp and Caesar salad tableside was also great (didn't have photo to add). The only bad thing was the Mac n cheese.. just not enough flavor for me.

Daniel S.

Yelp
I would give this place 10 stars. Took my Daughter for her 21st birthday on Sunday. We were a party of 7. All staff and servers was super friendly always kept our drinks full. Food was excellent and at a great price. Kenny and Ramon were awesome !!! Will definitely go back when in Vegas.

Joahn O.

Yelp
My fiancé and I have been coming here for the last two years. The food used to be amazing. We loved the oysters, escargot, bacon wrapped shrimp. The steaks were delicious with 4 types of steak sauces. I don't know why they haves changed the menu, but it was NOT what we were used too. All the food we loved is gone. The steak was mediocre at best. There was no steak sauces. The calamari was over cooked and rubbery. The reason for 2 stars and not 1, is because of the service. The service staff are still excellent.

Shareece L.

Yelp
Brought my family here for a birthday dinner, it used to be my favorite restaurant with a variety of options. Now the menu has changed and is very limited. The food we received was sent back several times as my parents requested their steak well done. I also had an issue with my "seafood boil" dish. The service was good and the ambiance is nice.

Deanna V.

Yelp
We had dinner on Wednesday night. Four of us. We ordered the special Crab stuffed lobster! It was excellent and like always the service was a solid 10! It was my birthday and they recognized it as well with a lava molton cake ( complimentary)! A real treat! The manager working that night Rob was so friendly and inviting. So was the host Stephany, KiKi the server, Thomas the chef and Claudia the busser. They gave us so much attention and made everything so pleasant. It was a beautiful evening and we enjoyed ourselves immensely! 5 Big Stars. And we'll definitely be back!

Juanita G.

Yelp
We ate there last week on Wednesday, crab stuff lobster day for only $39.99! It was totally worth every cent and more! It would have been double that at other nice steak houses! Fast and super friendly service by the entire staff including the manager Rob, server, chef and hostess. It was a lovely meal in a lovely atmosphere. We've eaten here before and it just better and better. We will certainly return to try more of there specials! I feel this is Vegas best kept secret steakhouse! If you haven't eaten here before you are certainly missing out! 5 huge stars!

Jennifer M.

Yelp
Came here with my husband after seeing they serve prime rib, and we were not disappointed. The place isn't very big, but it has that old school steakhouse vibe to it. The place wasn't busy at all. Our server, Kenny, was extremely pleasant and attentive. We both got the prime rib medium rare, and for the price you get a decent slab of meat. It was very tender and flavorful. We were both very pleased with our experience here, and will be returning for sure.

Maria M.

Yelp
So we meaning me n the hubby went here for our anniversary and it wasn't that great the food was so so service sucked so not too happy with it

Sara S.

Yelp
Had the crab special last night. Everything was horrible. Service slow took 45 minutes to get the first plate of crab. Refills came much quicker but I didn't want any. Crab was cold, salty and not sweet at all. Each serving was only 5 or 6 legs. Was very poor grade crab, all loose legs many damaged or missing parts. Highly not recommended!!!

Bruce H.

Yelp
We ate here Friday 6/10.The dinner rolls were like croissants and the were very good.We split a wedge salad ,it was excellent.I had a 1/2 rack St Louis ribs and a loaded baked. My gf had the salmon with grilled asparagus both were excellent as well.Carlos was our server, and along with the busser did a great job.The hostess was very pleasant and chit chatted a little. She set the tone for an excellent dinner,an extra star for her.

Danielle A.

Yelp
Our first night here was last night and we were so happy that he decided to go! The food was great! We loved the sizzling shrimp and smoked chicken dip. My husband and I both loved our steaks, my husband said the rib eye was one of the best he's had. The service was great as well, the whole wait staff was so kind and attentive. We can't wait to go back!

Steve M.

Yelp
Cute old school place, but the menu has changed and isn't very good now. Salad bar isn't coming back ever either. Luckily for them, the servers are friendly so they'll manage to keep some customers, but not this one. Seems that they don't care what people think and wanna drive this place into the ground. Sad, because it used to be great.

Ashley R.

Yelp
Was amazing, came here with the family for Valentine's Day. Absolutely LOVED everything. Amazing vibe, amazing staff, just a great experience. They even gave everyone at the table their very own long stemmed red rose. The kids loved it

Jasmine P.

Yelp
Kenny is the best server out there....so honest. Went with a large party during CES. Although this is in an old hotel which I have no idea how my friends found it was ok...it was giving very local Vegas. It was super clean and the service was fast. The food is far less expensive than the strip. The bread and pretzel sticks were good. The bacon wrapped shrimp is the best app...I got full early sampling the bread, fresh oysters, oyster rockefeller....the baked sweet potatoes were really yummy too

Lazaire G.

Yelp
This restaurant was definitely a hidden gem. The ambiance was 4 The staff was friendly and attentive. The food was excellent. I would highly recommend a date or family night here.We ordered many wonderful appetizers to sample their menu and was not disappointed. My personal favorites are a tie between the calamari and the brisket sliders The only feedback was that the bacon wrapped shrimp was just okay because the bacon definitely overpowered the shrimp. Overall I fell in love with the wine list and could've taken down two bottles if my boyfriend didn't intervene I would recommend this restaurant if you are looking for an affordable upscale dining experience off the strip.

Daniel B.

Yelp
I have dined at every station property steakhouse & this is by far the poorest experience I've had. 7pm reservation & they kept us waiting 40 minutes while seating other people. The manager & hostess kept apologizing. Restaurant was not full when finally seated. I believe they were under staffed. Server was friendly but overwhelmed. Food was average at best. The salads were very good but after that, no. Ordered my steak medium rare. It was medium well at best. Friend ordered the ribs. They were burnt. Just dined at Palace station steakhouse a few weeks ago. Everything there on point. Go there instead.

Tonya T.

Yelp
Service was great. They were Covid safe and practice recommended guidelines. The food was delicious the steak were perfectly seasoned and cooked.

Jennifer B.

Yelp
Came here for my birthday a few years ago. Nice, conveniently located steakhouse in east Las Vegas. I ordered the ribeye and it was delicious.

Scott G.

Yelp
I have loved the Broiler at Boulder Station for over 20 years because it's close to my house, had a great salad bar, and while a bit upscale, it was still affordable. So I was excited to see them promoting "all you can eat snow crab legs" on Thursday night for $39. I went tonight with great expectations based on my past experience with this restaurant. But, I was disappointed that they still haven't reopend the salad bar, and for $39, don't even offer a side salad with the entree. They offer 1 side and that's it. So they bring the first plate of crab legs out and they are mildly warm, very small, and the meat won't come out of the shell easily. They prepped the crab legs with a big knife slicing sideways across the tops of each leg making it almost impossible to get into the meat. Then they cut too deeply into the legs so that you can't pull the meat out in one piece like you can almost any other all you can eat crab leg buffet in town. All in all, I sadly give them two out of five stars. The wait staff is pleasant, but they need to make a change in the kitchen staff to get my respect back.

Jason M.

Yelp
MATT my server was fantastic. The food was delicious but Rhee service from Matt hands down made this joint pop! Thanks so much for being genuine and making me feel like coming back!

Rick D.

Yelp
Trying to give this place a chance. Went there recently. My wife loved the crab legs. I wasn't to happy with the burnt roast chicken. Being fare we went back a week later just to be ignored by the hostess, we ended up going somewhere else. We may or may not try again.

Vic M.

Yelp
Sadly the menu has changed, no more lobster, the steak sauce is also off the menu. This was a great place to eat, first Covid took away the salad bar, now a new menu it's sadly all coming to an end. Truly amazing place is no longer here. They still have lobster however no lobster tail, they batter the lobster and deep fry it, no thank you. The server are great, the food not.

Daniel K.

Yelp
$120 for 3 legs. No crab utensils. Crab overcooked to heck, was tough and rubbery. No restroom in restaurant. Never will i return.

Shirley P.

Yelp
Only a couple times that our food wasn't on the money but most of the time it was amazing. I guess it all depends on the chef.

Jackie B.

Yelp
They no longer have oysters, bacon wrapped shrimp and the bread that was so special is different. The manager Holly was very nice and really tried very hard to make us happy. Very nice booths good atmosphere, but music was very loud! Was the first night of a new menu.

Justin C.

Yelp
Good dinner with family. We enjoyed a glass of vino and dad had a couple frozen margaritas. Instead of aides we decided on the salad bar and soups. Nice salads with chilled plates and plenty of options and dressings. The soups were chicken noodle (delicious, had two bowls) and an unmarked mystery soup like pasta e fagioli. The bread came and was sour dough loafs and pretzel bread sticks served with butter. For entrees we ordered the filet mignon and salmon filet. The steaks were both very good and he salmon filet broiled just right served with lemon. For dessert they brought out a nice Birthday treat of creme brûlée topped with blackberries and strawberries. The plate had Happy Birthday written in chocolate sauce. A nice time had by all. The server was attentive and helped us with any needs. Thank you Krystle.

Pauline B.

Yelp
We had a reservation for 8:15 pm Friday night. The restaurant was extremely empty but that just meant we had the cooks and wait staff's full attention. They did an amazing job with their recommendations and the food was amazing. We all agreed it was one of the best steaks we have ever had. The filet and rib eye was so tender and juicy. I would definitely recommend!
