The Brooklyn Sweet Spot

First, let me say, I have been a baker myself professionally for the past 9 years, and the texture, freshness, and flavors are on point 100% The banana pudding, red velvet cupcakes, and carrot cake slices are divine. Soft, fluffy, and the textures are spot on! Baybeee, the cinnamon rolls are to die for!!!! It's tastes like a brioche dough base, which shows they take their time to prepare the desserts with care. Loved it! Will be back when I'm in Brooklyn again. Thank you for doing things the right way!

The desserts are on point in here. I honestly wanted to buy everything, but I decided to buy a slice of cake and a cookie this time around. I have to go back to try the cupcakes. I would recommend the apple crumble cookie. So delicious, and not overly sweet. The strawberry cake taste homemade (which I appreciate when cakes tastes like this) and was also yummy.

On Sunday, my fiance surprised me and took me to The Brooklyn Sweet Spot since I've been sharing all their Reels from Instagram. Nice neighborhood. The BSS shop selections are tasty looking. I just wish the sweets were all labeled because the associate seemed bothered by us asking what the items were. I worked in customer service experiences for over 20 years. If the associate had worked by engaging us, the customers (while nobody was in the shop), she could have gotten us to buy 2 or more of everything. We're a big foodie & sweet treat couple. I thought we would've gotten a better experience since the owners' Instagram page reel/post are fun, upbeat, and inviting. *He loves the lemon coconut cake slice, and we both loved the mini pies😋*

Absolutely love Brooklyn Sweet Spot. Best bakery in New York. The Red Velvet Cupcake is definitely my go to, but everything I’ve had from Kym has been delicious. If you love sweets you have to make your way to Brooklyn Sweet Spot.

I had the banana pudding and carrot cake and both were excellent- super fresh and tasted delicious. But the real treat was the exceptional customer service from Bobby. He went above and beyond to help coordinate a delivery for me and was so kind about it. Hands down the best experience I've ever had as a customer somewhere was because of him.

Baby when I tell you this red marble cupcake combo (I think that's what it was, they had me at red velvet lol) owe me nothing. It's was everything. I found my new favorite sweet tooth craving spot. Everything in there looked and smelled so good. I will definitely be back. I had my eye on a couple more things.

Earlier I was just at Brooklyn sweet spot after a long day and I unintentionally met the owner kym. Based on the reviews, the place meets the hype. I had briefly spoke to kym and mentioned it's my first time there. She mentioned the goods she has in the store and recommended to me the banana pudding and the mini sweet potato pie. I got home and ate the pie and working my way through the banana pudding... the banana pudding is worth gold. I just sorry it wasn't my pay check day 😂😂😂😂😂😂. The mini pie was delicious as well and I don't play with my sweet potato pie. The banana pudding did something to me like something I never tasted... this has got to be the best banana pudding I ever had.

I live down the block and always walk buy. The smell of baked goods is irresistible. I've had almost every flavor cake slice, cookie and pie. The carrot cake is superb and everything else is delicious.
