This place was awesome! My husband and I had our 3 youngest kids with us. Our twins have a dairy and egg allergy and the staff were so incredibly accommodating! We don't go out to eat often due to their allergy and so it was really nice to feel the inclusivity. They have a cool robot also and that was a pretty neat experience. I'd give this place 10 stars if I could. We live a couple hours away and had an appt for the kids at Children's and I was so stressed out about where to take them to eat. We will be back! Thank you so much for the incredible hospitality.♡

Super cute little eatery in downtown with ideal times for late night eats out with your friends or family. The chicken and waffles is delicious. The kids pizza taste like it's made from scratch. The loaded tots are fire and the cinnamon rolls are crave worthy. The staff are super kind and helpful... and did I mention the robot that delivers your food to your table... so cool. Give this place a try!! It's something different and the food is a hit.

Great food and service! They have a cool robot to bring out your food. I’ve now visited twice and both times were great! Both the chicken tenders and pizza are great choices. They also offer an amazing selection of soda/pop, including multiple diet and zero sugar options. There are also non soda/pop drink options. The Dole Whip is also very good!

Totally did not expect this type of service or tasty goodness. How freaking cool is this? A drone/robot delivers your meal to your table with cheerful music. Such a delightful experience, what a joy. The food is extremely good and comes out piping hot and fresh. Come for the experience, stay for the food. Excellent, excellent, and excellent.

Great vibes and food. Had a lovely chicken and waffle sandwich delivered by the robot! The staff are also very friendly and reccomended the sweet chili sauce to go with the tater tots

This place is SO. CUTE. It’s beautifully decorated and full of fun details and plants! My husband and I got the foodie box with four entrees and two sides. The portions were huge and we definitely needed boxes! I got the waffles and the sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit, and my husband had the chicken biscuit with gravy,and avocado toast. The biscuits are definitely the best I’ve ever had! The best part is, of course, the kitty robot that delivers the food. Her name is Bella and she even sang happy birthday to us. You can pet her and she reacts too which is so fun. Parking is free on Sundays and it was astonishingly not busy when we arrived a bit after opening. This place is definitely a must go!

Wow, what a nice surprise! Omaha really needs more brunch options especially with vegan and gluten-free options. We really enjoyed our food. The mac & cheese was wonderful, so was the biscuits and gravy! The Cute robot was a nice addition! The cinnamon rolls a tasty treat! Definitely a fun spot for a quick bite to eat! The breakfast sandwich was really good too!

Stopped at the bunch box on the way to airport and had quick and kind service. The place is chic but gives aunts kitchen vibes as does the food. It's home cooked brunch meets restaurant. The portions are medium/small but filling! Will be back sometime to try the boozy froyo :) + unique drink selection that we loved!

The service was extremely friendly. Staff is very knowledgeable about their food. Food is also very good, especially for the price. Portion size is a nice bonus. If I lived here I would definitely come back. Everything can be made gluten free!

The Brunch Box -Chicken Ceaser Wrap -Chicken and Waffle Sammy -Avocado Toast -Alcohol infused Froyo Honestly, this whole experience was amazing! It's family-owned, and the employees were so sweet and helpful! They also have food for many dietary preferences, and a robot delivered our food, which was super cool! It's worth going! Super kid friendly as well!

Ahhh Stephanie Goodrich I remember when you were the new kid in town.. downtown no less... with bright yellow walls, neat ideas, your spiked FROYO... promised that OEU would leave you be, while you got some bills paid.. AND TONIGHT WE STOPPED BY! OooOo girl, those waffles. I was racking my brain about what flavor I'm tasting, but neither of us could name it! Literally perfect and uniform in shape/bake way possible. They weren't soggy, they were hard as week old loaves, they were PERFECT. They're on the dense side but moderately drenched in yalls syrup... KNOCKED them out of the park! That cinnamon roll, one of the sides you can get when you snag "The Brunch Box" was ammmmazingly light... almost, no I can't even describe the texture of it BUT it was delish! The frosting is your traditional take; even the hubs liked it and he's more a whip fan! Now if you could just find away to sell 6 and 12 packs, that would be awesome; thankyouverymuch. We also ordered the breakfast burrito, filled with all sorts of flavor and HOT food (temperature and most definitely spice) thanks to some great chorizo! Some scrambled eggs, tots, and a special mix of pepper-jack and nacho cheese... so you can imagine how that Sobe wasn't quite quenching that spice (I'm a ween!). Next time we stop by we're definitely going to have to try their biscuits and gravy.

I hope this place sticks around and grows, I would love to see this in Des Moines. Service was great, the guy who took our order walked us through the menu and let us know that anything can be made Traditional, vegan, or gluten-free, the price point was excellent, and they have a very wide option for drinks, and great choices of sides, but you must try frozen body froyo, don't leave without getting one of those. I love a robot that sings Happy Birthday to you while delivering your food! I got a biscuit in gravy and a side of fruit. You would be surprised how many people can mess up a simple breakfast dish like biscuits and gravy. But this was on point.

This was just a very unique place overall. Has a lot going on with brunch options (no cocktail menu) and frozen yogurt. I didn't realize it was fast casual which took away from the overall dining experience. I wanted to come just to see the robot deliver our food and we were told it was "sleeping" today because a long weekend. So that was disappointing. We ordered the Foodie Box which was 4 entrees and 2 sides. We ordered the loaded tots, biscuits and gravy, Mac and cheese, and burrito for the entrees. And for our sides we had the cinnamon roll and fruit. The coffee was self serve keurig and packet hot chocolate. This was a little less than $50 with tip. It was a lot of food but nothing was much of quality unfortunately. Felt similar to a continental breakfast The staff was great, very friendly but this unfortunately not be a place I would want to come back to.

I'm giving this place a 5 star review out of overall satisfaction. Truly, for the price you're getting a great bang for your buck. I really like that you can pick any entree with any side and then any drink. It was a complete meal! I had the spicy chicken and waffles and the waffles were so fluffy! I am not normally a waffle girl but they really hit the spot. I had a side salad and a Starbucks bottled coffee from their fridge. The robot server is silly and fun and plays its own music when bringing the food to your table. I would absolutely come here again for an easy brunch!

Fast casual for breakfast is not a good thing. This place was sub par at best. Not to blame the staff because they tried hard. They were friendly. The place is small, but adequate about half dozen tables. The food is just not very good. I don't think the waffles were freshly made. They were square and seem like they were pre-formed. The chicken was not whole muscle and just a little bit better than a McDonald's chicken patty. The waffles were cold when we got them. The butter was still frozen so we sent it back to get it warmed up and I think they just microwaved it gave it back to us. The portion sizes were not bad. I got a boatload of tots. But they were slightly undercooked looked good, but not very good. I think this scrambled eggs was the only thing that maybe didn't get messed up. Anyway, I'll leave it at that. Don't think I'll be coming back.

I stopped by this morning and was so pleasantly surprised to see that the restaurant was full. I grabbed a breakfast burrito with a side of a cinnamon roll to go, and I was not disappointed by either. The breakfast burrito is messy, but wow is it good. The cinnamon roll is also perfectly cooked and has my absolute favorite type of icing on top - and a lot of it!

Nice place to pick up some brunch, and even froyo! It's counter service, so you place your order then you grab a seat. A server comes out with a little robot guy assistant. Food was good! Chicken and biscuit sandwich with the gravy was really good. I had the chicken and waffle sandwich which was good, but I would have preferred the waffles to be a bit crispy; they were soft. The cinnamon roll you can pick as a side was really good too and not as sweet as I thought it'd be. They also serve dole froyo, and it's pretty top tier in my opinion. They also sell DogGurt if you want to pick something up for your little (or big) four legged furry friend/child. Parking is all street parking with meters, so anticipate that. Single-use restrooms are also available.

Quirky vibes. Walked in and was greeted by Bella the robot waitress. Then was greeted by water leaking from the ceiling onto the froyo dispensers. Staff was friendly and energetic. Food was pretty mediocre. Gravy and biscuits are good, but nothing special to be said with the frozen chicken strips, waffles, etc. Would go to Casey's for breakfast pizza over here. Maybe this is a great spot for vegans, but for everyone else, I wouldn't recommend despite the friendly staff.

Highly processed food. I ordered takeout, I was looking for gluten free food and this got the bill. Until it made me sick later. The gluten free cinnamon roll was a soggy, greasy, sickly sweet mess of a hockey puck. If you want food like this, go to the frozen section of a grocery store, buy what you like and microwave it for way too long. That's what it all tastes like. Never again.

Interesting food choices on the menu. I really did like the morning frozen yogurt, something a little different to start the morning!! The amount of tables is slim so if you're hoping to dine in I'd get there early.

We had a really nice time at The Brunch Box the other day. My son especially loved the robot server. The eclectic, welcoming ambiance was so cheery and enjoyable. Our food was all really good. The biscuits were especially notable. The cinnamon roll was a little lacking in cinnamon flavor but overall had good texture and the frosting was great. We'll be back!

A gluten free dream, honestly. Might be the best gf biscuit I've ever had. Everything was fresh and the staff were knowledgeable about my gluten allergy. I felt safe eating there and didn't feel sick after.

This is the place with THE BEST CINNAMON ROLL EVER!!!! The service by the electric cat was fun! Everyone is kind and helpful. The ambiance is trendy and fun!

Came here with a friend and we had a great time, but I was not wow-ed by our experience here. Their menu was pretty small and didn't have a lot to choose from, but it was cool that they had options for gluten free and dairy free people, which my friend is. But they did have a lot of variations you can do! The vibe here was very unique but not my style personally; it was very millennial feeling. They have a robot bring your food out to you which is kind of cool but a little different. They use paper plates and plastic silverware, not fancy by any means. The food was good, nothing I was thrilled about, but it was good. But the people were kind here and that is always a plus! I will say the cinnamon roll was delish.

I could eat here every day. So many different delicious menu choices. This was our go-to place for both days of a short trip to Omaha. Great service, fresh food, cute robot.

Food was ok. Nothing special but it was fine. Poor seating. Only coffee available was from a kurig. Just very underwhelming for a brunch place.

I really wanted to like this place, but with all the options for amazing brunch in the Omaha area this isn't one I would recommend going to. The food was overpriced and is mostly just store bought microwaveable and fried foods. A friend ordered the gluten free chicken and waffles and they were actually Eggo gluten free waffles with gluten free chicken tenders from the grocery store. The alcohol froyo is unique and I haven't seen much of that in the area, but it wasn't worth the $9 for a small cup. The inside was very nice though. Their tables were brand new and stylish, and the robot delivery was good for the kids and a good conversation starter. Even though they followed it out and just handed it to us anyway. Lol

I'm Not A Breakfast, Lunch Or On Extremely Rare Occasions A Brunch Girlie! Some Friends Took Ne When We All Met Up On A Recent Trip Back To The " Big O" To Soend Some Time With Each Other! We All Reside In Different Cities And States After High School And College!

Food was unimpressive. Service was typical for an order at the counter restaurant. The robot was silly, considering the staff followed it to the table to drop off the food. No water refills or drink service (self-serve coffee). Overpriced in general. There is not much to report on ambiance. I wish the robot didn't play music and the booth seats aren't secured to the floor. Staff was fine, forgot one of our sides, which isn't the biggest deal - I'm a server, and those accidents are forgivable. It's definitely a place suited for out of towners and vegan/ GF specific people. If you're a local, you know many wonderful places to grab brunch with better food and service for a similar price.

I finally had the pleasure of visitng The Brunch Box - and was super impressed. The owner, Stephanie, is extremely kind, and has gone out of her way to create a space that is warm, fun, inviting, and helps support local kids / children with disabilities. If you're looking for a small business in town to fall in love with, and support - this is your spot. Her space is fun, warm, and inviting - it features comfy chairs to sit and play games in, delicious froyo, AND A ROBOT THAT DELIVERS YOUR FOOD! A few unique things about TBB - ALCOHOL INFUSED FROYO! I had a couple samples, and not only are they pretty strong, but they're also delicious. The cookie dough froyo does infact turn your entire mouth blue, and it also tastes EXACTLY like cookie dough... I was pretty surprised with my first bite. - They are open until 2AM on the weekends.. meaning you can snag some delicious breakfast food after a long night of drinking before you go nighty-night (conveniently located on 13th and Jackson, right by all your favorite drinking spots!) - Their Mac N Cheese is BOMB. - They have several gluten free and Vegan options

My boyfriend & I were given a free frozen yogurt coupon by a really nice staff member while we were walking downtown so we decided to try it! We were greeted with a warm welcoming & the staff was nice and friendly. The flavors we tried were vanilla, pineapple & raspberry. Super refreshing & tasty. We will be coming back to try brunch! Love that they are open late on the weekends as well for late night munchies.

Fun little brunch place right next to the Old Market. The food is served by a delivery robot! The restaurant was a very kid friendly establishment with games and activities. Was busy when we went but didn't take to long to order. Both the burrito and scramble hit the spot. The portion sizes were small which is why this place isn't a 5/5. The dole frozen yogurt was an unexpected touch and hit the spot! There are vegan and gluten free options available for every menu item. We want to come back and try the alcoholic frozen yogurt sometime.

Food is ok. Think good cafeteria food and u wont be too far off. Service from the people is friendly. The robot bringing the food table is unique. Its a fine place to start the day but some of the locals over hyped the robot.

The dine-in experience was a vibe. The restaurant has a fun esthetic. The food was just alright , we tried a scramble and loaded tots. Service was poor, I ordered extra topping for my loaded tots. They forgot to bring my extra topping (paid extra) one of which was green peppers. Instead of offering to remake my meal with cooked green peppers they brought out cold green peppers. You pay before your food is ready so I was disappointed that I tipped high.

Come for the experience and the alcohol-infused froyo! Bella, the lovable robot, is serving hot brekkie until 3am for your last bar hop stop. Recommend the waffle sammie with a hot coffee. All entrees available vegan and gluten-free.

The best little brunch place. The service was awesome. The lady was so sweet and when asked for recommendations she had plenty and was so helpful. Tons of options. I was blown away by the burrito I got and that I could get anything made gf/df!!! The place was so cute and cozy! Also great prices, very reasonable. Would recommend.

I don't understand the concept of having a breakfast restaurant without having hash browns or breakfast potatoes . I ordered the scramble to go no potatoes with the scramble no spinach . Cinnamon roll was decent seemed undercooked . Wouldn't come here again. I want a traditional breakfast plate

As someone with a food allergy, it's incredible that anything on the menu here can be made gluten free or vegan - it's really rare I have the option to order anything I want on the menu. I visited Brunch Box near dinner time and got the vegan tater tots with jalepenos and tomatoes plus a flight of alcohol infused foryo. I liked the tater tots, especially the dairy-free cheese on top, it's some of the best dairy-free cheese I've ever had. I asked and apparently it's made in-house. The froyo was excellent - most flavors were diary-free and you can barely taste the alcohol. The vibe inside is bright and fun and the robot waiter is a fun perk!

I was happy with my food, their little robot waiter is adorable! I have lots of friends and family that are gluten free and vegetarian, so I like that they have those options!

I had the chicken wrap it was so good. I went there for work. We had a class field trip. The owner is so nice and the food and the froyo 5/5. Also dog friendly.

A fun place near Old Market in Omaha that had a neat variety of food. And for a bonus, it comes delivered to your table by a robotic cat! We would definitely recommend for a quirky and unique place to eat!

We came to UNL from NJ for a college visit and drove to Omaha to explore. We stopped at this place Bc they have GF food. The staff were so friendly and the owner was too. We got to asking about GF food and she made waffles that were delicious! The atmosphere was fun! Loved the decor.

This is our second time here - well worth the drive to downtown. My pre-teen daughter with celiac has had the GF items: Mac n cheese, chicken strips, cinnamon roll and several fro-yo cups-all "delicious!" Dedicated GF fried and work spaces. No gluten reactions either. My teen son with a dairy allergy devoured the milk free sausage gravy and biscuits -"best I've ever had". The tots are great too. It is so nice to be able to eat out without the hassle or worry of allergic reactions. All of staff has been welcoming and helpful and I love that their part of their mission to support special needs adults to do meaningful work here. Cute decorations and clean facilities. Our family sat at one of the GIGANTIC booths which was fun. Bella the robot server is delightful. Thank you! :)

The vegan food all seems to be frozen stuff, and nothing was made from scratch. The vibe is cute but there's a robot server which was weird to me. probably won't revisit as the food just wasnt anything different than I'd cook at home

I really wanted to like this place, but as others have mentioned, they are legitimately selling grocery store frozen food. We had the breakfast burrito, the breakfast sandwich and the cinnamon rolls. The breakfast sandwich is Jimmy Dean and the cinnamon rolls are Pillsbury. The breakfast burrito was decent and probably homemade. I saw a waffle get brought out that was very clearly an Eggo. The service was good and the robot waiter was interesting. The environment was neat too. I can't imagine this place is around for long if their food does not improve, though.

The owner was so unbelievably rude. Don't expect to stop in & use the bathroom or sit & wait on someone without ordering, even if no one is in there and you'll be 1 minute... She literally told me I would have to leave unless I bought something. terrible service, really showed her character and what kind of business she's runs. I've never had the food, but after that I will never be coming back.

We spent $45 and it took 45 minutes to get our food. Fine, it's hard to be a new small business. Food costs are up. The food however was frozen tater tot's and frozen waffles smothered in fake syrup (inedible). Felt like the good parents leave in the freezer so their kids can feed themselves over summer break. We took one bite of our waffles and left the rest, ate as much of the tater tots as we could. It was really disappointing and not worth the cost when there are other restaurants that make their food and don't just heat it up.

This place is fantastic!! The alcohol infused froyo is so yummy and fun! All of the food is yummy but the spicy chicken and waffles is my favorite. The staff is friendly and the owner is awesome! The inside of the restaurant is bright and a fabulous place to hangout.

Breakfast burrito was bigger and more delicious than expected. Side of potato-olé-style tater tots also very good.

We went this weekend and based on many of the reviews, we were thrilled to try this establishment. We were all four very disappointed by the quality of food and overwhelmed by the prices. Our meals averaged $20 each. We would have had a better meal at McDonald's for a hell of a lot less money. We won't be back.
