The Bryant Park Hotel

This is an outstanding hotel in a perfect location. Central, near transit and walking distance everywhere. Room was simple elegance, exceptionally comfortable, spacious suite with wrap around windows and park view. Staff was fantastic. Would like spacious bathroom (great tub) to at least have a shelf (counters too small), free breakfast muffins were sad, but that’s the best improvement I can think of. Will definitely be back—didn’t book for the free muffins. ;)

After a visit with family in NJ, we came to the city to celebrate my husband's birthday. The Bryant Park Hotel is a wonderful little hideout in midtown, close to the theatre district, Times Square, 5th Ave shopping, great restaurants and more. Rates are competitive but not as high as you might expect for a hotel of this quality.|Rooms were spacious and spotless with every amenity we needed. Most of all|we commend the staff, Jo Kinsella and Alyssa especially, for their thoughtfulness and excellent service. They went the extra mile to make sure my husband had a terrific birthday weekend. We will definitely return!

Fabulous hotel. Really friendly staff, especially Jo on the front desk. Had a room overlooking the park. Bed very comfy & bedroom clean. Huge bathroom, also very clean. Coffee, muffins available in the morning downstairs. The Bryant is well placed for everything, Times Square, Empire State, Macys, Broadway etc. Lots of places to eat around the area. We had a very enjoyable few days here that finished off our holiday to Canada & the US. Thank you..

Although I didn’t have the chance to stay for very long, I would first like to highlight the kindness and thoughtfulness of the staff. From the moment I arrived, I felt that I could rely on everyone I met to make me feel genuinely welcome and cared for.||I would especially like to commend Josephine for her outstanding helpfulness and warmth. She had the most thoughtful and encouraging words when I told her about the reason for my trip to New York, and she truly went above and beyond to help me with the many small but burdensome tasks and concerns I didn’t have time to take care of.||The kindness of the staff is not the only strength of the Bryant Park Hotel. The historic building, the quality of the accommodations, and its unbeatable location are all reasons why I would gladly stay there again on my next trip to New York.||I didn’t have the opportunity to try the bar or the restaurant, but I can attest that the complimentary muffins baked fresh each morning are absolutely delicious ! ||I can’t wait to return to this marvellous place — the perfect home base for exploring the Big Apple !

This was our second time visiting NYC and the staff at Bryant Park Hotel completely won us over. The hotel itself, including rooms and amenities, met all of our expectations. And the location can’t be beat.||But what really compels me to write this review is the hospitality shown by every single person working at the hotel. I CANNOT oversell the friendliness and attentiveness we were shown every single time we walked in and out of the hotel. The team even went out of their way to engage with my children at their level, leading them to feel like they had genuine friends that worked there.||I wish I had everyone’s names but shout outs to John, Shannen, and Georgie. And a huge shout out to Richard. I’m pretty sure my sons are going to be sad to not see him around for some time.||To any employees that read this, thank you so so so much for the experience you provided my family. This has been one of the most memorable family vacations, and we are guaranteed to stay here again, hopefully sooner than later.||Cheers!!

Absolutely fantastic hotel! The location is perfect - right in the middle of Manhattan. Close to Times Square, Broadway, 5th Ave, Grand Central Station, only a 1 mile walk to Central Park, and lots of coffee shops and restaurants very close to the hotel. The room was great - the shower was absolutely incredible and a very nice, spacious room. The service was also fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel

The hotel is lovely and in a great location to walk to restaurants and plays near Times Square (Note: Maybe, Happy Ending and The Outsiders were terrific). The staff in the hotel were amazing and three (3) of them stood out from the minute and smile we walked in and the frown when we left, those being Georgie and John at the Front Desk and Richard at the Front Door. Lastly, the KOI restaurant on the lobby level was one of the best sushi restaurants we have ever enjoyed. Overall, you can’t be anything but a WINNER if you stay at THE BRYANT PARK HOTEL !!!

What a wonderful place, highly renovated rooms, caring to every little detail.|Amazing staff, especially Jo Kinsella, who welcomed us for the second time and made sure we had all we need, and attended to every single thing with patience and care. |We stayed for couple weeks in the amazing junior suite and enjoyed every moment.|Highly recommended. That's our home in NYC.|Fantastic location.
