The Buffalo Spot - Inglewood

The manager was very pleasant and helpful for my first visit @ The Buffalo Spot! I got 2 BBQ wings for the Monday special 6wings for $6 and 1 (6count) hot flavor for my husband! I will return because I enjoyed the experience!

Ordered from grub hub, a "family pack". Don't waste your money. The wings are tiny and they give you less than a single order of fries. Definitely not enough to feed a family. Misrepresentation and overcharging at it's finest

Not recommended. I came to this Buffalo Spot at 3386 W Century Blvd, Inglewood, CA 90303, to eat lunch. I ordered Chicken sandwich, combo. The Chicken sandwich was very dried. The burger breads were also dried. The only thing in the sandwich was a very thin slice of lettuce. The sandwich hadn't any tomato slices nor pickles. The sandwich hadn't any sauce either. When I asked for mayonnaise, they haden't any. The amounth of salt in the sandwich was very high. There was a sause with side, which also was very salty! Same sandwich at KFC, Burger King, McDonald's, Wendy's and at any other places tastes way better! Will not come back. Not recommended! Here are some photos taken by me.

My son is really into wings. He had the original hot & the original bbq & loved them. Wants to go back try all the other flavors , starting with jerk chicken & spicy lemon pepper. Terry was so professional & polite & it only took 10 minutes for the wings. Also, on Tuesdays they have 60c boneless wing special.

I ordered the original buffalo fries and I get to work and start eating my food as I move the food around it’s a piece of black hair in my food and I know it’s not mines because my hair is red

The food was terrible at dislocation my lemon pepper wings taste like it. Have water mixed with them. Disgusting. Never will come back.

My experience at this establishment was absolutely terrible, along with the service. I see now why this establishment has only 3 stars. The manager Terry B was unhelpful, unprofessional and extremely rude. I have never had such a dismissive experience in my life. I do not recommend dining at this location, I would recommend taking your business elsewhere, the slauson location is way better.

The chicken was dry, barely had any sauce on it and the fries were cold and soggy as if they weren’t even cooked! Plus i paid extra for cheese and they didn’t add it to my food. I had placed pick up order online so they give you your order in a stapled brown bag so once i checked my food it was too late since we had already left. I definitely do not recommend coming here! Definitely not worth paying over $12 for some frozen/ flavorless chicken and fries.

First off I didn't think I'll be paying $25 for 10 wings. Then I'm sitting inside as I write this waiting for over 40 mins. I don't think I'll be coming back. This is insane. And I'm still waiting, waiting, waiting even more. Trying to be polite.

I ordered 2 combos and we didn't receive our drinks. When I asked the worker for our drinks he said it didn't come with drinks. So we bought a drink. I then asked about it again to which he realized we had combos and then gave us our drinks. BUT HE COULD NOT REFUND OUR MONEY FOR THE OTHER DRINK WE BOUGHT CUZ THE MANAGER WAS NOT THERE. So I was not able to get my money back. Not only did they STEAL MY MONEY but the food is trash. DO NOT COME HERE.

This place for the wings was nasty it's like old wings keep in the freezer for many months and serve I waited for like 20 mins got home to be disappointed my chicken was looking white and raw I came in last week on wed at 9:15 pm I try to contact them Thur emailed and phone but no reply pls don't waste your money here

We dropped by this "spot" on Thursday around 3pm. It wasn't really busy but as time went by it, did pick up. The dining room is a bit small, but they have take out so you can eat in your car or at home if that's what you prefer. Everything we got was tasty and more importantly, it is RIGHT NEXT TO SOFI STADIUM! I would highly recommend anyone going to a night game or concert to eat here and then walk to the stadium because it's a lot cheaper, and because it's bomb. We walked in and we were greeted by Terry who was really friendly, and is always ready to give his recommendations to newbies. We ordered the buffalo and lemon pepper fries, kogi sauce and garlic parmesan fries, a bbq and buffalo wrap, and a strawberry and chocolate peanut butter shake to go. We got some sides of ranch, special sauce, and even the new Kogi sauce (shoutout to LA's Roy Choi) to dunk our food in. The fries were crispy and the chicken was saucy, and we really liked the portion size. This is their specialty, so I recommend this for sure. I also recommend to add a side of cajun or lemon pepper seasoning for even more flavor! Their "cali burrito" (fries inside!) was hot and juicy, and perfect if you are on the go. Their shakes are also top notch, and handmade; there's actual chunks or strawberries in the strawberry shake and chocolate peanut butter crumbles on the other; way better than a drive thru place. Overall, I really recommend it here, especially if there's anything going down at Sofi or the Forum after, or even just a movie night. Give it a shot!

If you're looking for some buffalo with fries, this is definitely pretty good. I ordered their most liked, popular meal which was the large buffalo fries. Decent though. I'll most likely come here again sometime. When I was picking up my order, the workers were nice. There was no line when I got here which was on like a Sunday evening.

I came in to get some food for my husband and came in to order , the cashier was the worst. She was sitting her bottom on where they serve the food. NASTY. Plus she looked like she was either drunk or drugged because she was mumbling the whole time to her self. I love the buffalo spot but it took so long for the food to be brought out to me. It was done fast but the food was just sitting there for ten minutes? While the cashier was just on her phone talking to herself? Do better buffalo spot.

Love Buffalo spot but I'm not going to pay $1 for you to put more ice in my drink especially if the soda is hot like if they left the soda in the sun . NEVER have I ever gotten charge for ice in any fast food . Employee had a nasty attitude towards my husband and I when we asked for ice Nichole A. was her name . I let her charge me for the ice and still received the same thing light ice . I asked for my receipt and she wanted to act surprised because I asked for it . I need to know she actually charged me for a ice and nothing else

If you eat here just know your stomach is going to hate you I went there got the buffalo chicken and fries and it took about 17 mins and it was my first time there I got my food and I was eating it and it's hot I mean yeah it's original hot but it was to hot after I got done eating it not even 2 hours later my stomach was just in pain I think I got food poison Cause I was throwing up for a long time my stomach has been sore for a hour now don't ever eat there unless you wanna throw up or have stomach pain

Food had no flavor fries were soggy the milkshakes taste horrible I don't know how this place can serve food like this and charge these high prices first time trying this place smh ‍ fyi the chicken was supposed to be lemon pepper

I spent $22 on a combo and this is all the fries I received. I will be going to a different wing spot. Also the pineapple jalapeño wing have no flavor.

If I have to be honest. I love ordering here. And having my lunch/dinner made. But only certain days, I love it when. The cook lady is there I believe her name is Zulema Every time she cooks my meal. Everything always tastes Fresh and made perfectly I've been here a couple days and I don't see her in the kitchen and I get upset. Food is not bad but I know she gives that extra kick to the food and even if she's in the back you can tell she has great service always. Smiling to customers and try's to interact she always goes above and beyond managers need to give her a raise and hire more employees like her

Service was SLOW for my to go order. 2 people placed orders after I did, but received their orders before me. One of those orders was larger than mine (but placed 6 minutes after I placed my order). I hope the food tastes better than the service.

This is the first time I've eaten from here. I ordered 5 pieces of lemon peppered wings. The order was made online for pickup. It took about half an hour to receive my food, so I just sat there. It felt like a long wait for what was ordered. Pretty clean place and nice people. They made sure to greet every customer. When I finally saw what I got, I was a bit surprised. I was under the assumption that lemon pepper is a dry rub, but it was not. It seemed like this seasoning was soaking in butter, which made the skin look questionable. I almost didn't eat it. It was still hot and tasted good enough, but the skin was a little bit of work to rip off. My stomach didn't really feel good after, most likely due to the butter.

This restaurant is pretty good. Hits the spot every time. They have decent serving sizes & a variety of options. They are cooked to order so you may have to wait a while. Other than that, no complaints.

Cada día está peor este lugar una vez me pasó el pollo estaba súper lleno de salsa barbque que no se podía ni comer y ahora el pollo parecia sobras súper tieso tostado cortado en pedacitos bien pequenos que tampoco se podía ni morder que asco tener que pagar mas de 40 dólares por una cena así. No vuelvo a regresar a ese lugar.

Just ok , the fries were cold . The meat was OK. A little chewy wasn't that impressed. Service was just OK. Not sure if I would go back.

Pretty disappointed. I order 15 mins ahead of time, to be able to pick up. When I arrived, they didn't even begin to prepare my order. Food could be mediocre and customer service can make an experience worth it...but they get 2 stars because of my wait , and the lack of urgency. Won't be returning .

Honestly I don't ever eat food like this (fast food) but I was so starving and I didn't have many options so I decided to try it out and as soon as I bit into my food I realized I was back in California over priced nasty fake food! I would never eat this again and I gave it two stars just for the shake but the straw is so small it's like turning me into a fish just trying to drink it like if a shake is thick the least you can do is have a normal size straw, my fries are undercooked and the meat just taste like fake chicken that's been frozen. Waste of 20$

Food was okay, asked for extra chicken and didn't get it. Really off putting since it feels like they're just stealing money. Been to other locations where they definitely give you extra chicken and this was NOT IT

Horrible service. Spoke to a manager about receiving the wrong flavor and not liking the flavor I received. I simply wanted a remake I have the full entire order he refused and told me buy a new one because he'd be losing money to make it over for me. Food was cold anyways.

First time going to the Buffalo spot to try the chicken. It was pretty good. I ordered the Boneless wings and fries. I came in on 1-10-22 and the person who took our order was Dariana A. and she was nice and friendly. Looking forward to going back and trying it again.

This location had the most friendly and social workers. They were very fast and efficient with my oder. Chris had the best attitude since we walked in the door. He provided exceptional customer service . If I can give him 10 stars, I would, but since it's not possible, I'll just make him employee of the month.

This was disappointing. I'll never come back to this location. The one on Crenshaw & Slauson would never be this stingy. There was little to no sauce and they literally counted the chicken they put on here. Waste of mon

First time trying this place out and it didn't disappoint. The chicken was moist, tender and perfect amount of sauce. Even better than that was the service. Christopher T. was very friendly and whoever the cook was too. Highly recommend

These workers are HUSTLING!!!! And talk about teamwork... I love the dynamic the crew had because they all worked as one. They were friendly, welcoming, attentive, and even though it's 9pm they act as refresh as if it was the beginning of their shift. This is hard to come by in most fast food places, so what a way to set the bar!

Such good food! Service was a little bit slower but this is Covid-19 times now and it was probably a total of 5 minutes we waited. For $25, we had plenty of food for 2 people for dinner. Will definitely go back.

The cashier was so rude, as soon as my boyfriend and I walked in she didn't even bother helping us or greeting us, so we placed our order through the kiosk. We chose the print receipt option, which she later handed to me with an attitude. Once we got home to eat our meal, we found a HAIR in our meal. Gross, unprofessional, and rude. The name on the receipt said "Terry B"

Great food, amazing service but it's truly baffling how there isn't a tipping option when paying with card. Also, there isn't a tip jar. Really suggest management looks into this matter and rectifies this issue. The staff was amazing; you guys rock.

I had a terrible experience with the service and the food. I ordered 15 minutes before I arrived and they didn't start working on my food till I got there. When they handed me my food I told the lady it was the wrong shake it wasn't even the correct color. But she insisted it was correct. I put my straw in and drank it and all I tasted was the wrong flavor milkshake. I had the lady change it and she still had an attitude like she didn't mess up the order. Now when I actually got home and tried the food, the food is TERRIBLE. The breadsticks have no taste and just straight suck. And the chicken sandwich had ZERO flavor, and the half of the meat was just fried breading, you could barely see the meet it was so small. Don't go to this place. Im a bad cook but even I could've made something faster and better tasting than what I wasted my money on at this place.

This review is based on the boneless chicken for 55 cents. Know before you go but you have to order at least 5 pieces per flavor. They also sell out towards the end of the evening. This happened the first time we stopped in. The second time they had them in stock. I got the original flavor and jalapeño pineapple. So here's the thing. It appears the quality of chicken is good. I'd say it's more healthy then wing stop or your standard fried wing location. The problem is that these are lightly breaded so your don't get that nice crunch and they're not that flavorful. Which is disappointing. As for the service. It was fine. With all that being said and other options in the area. I wouldn't recommend this spot.

I love the original bbq with fries. I usually Uber eats it so I don't know what to say about the actual place but food is amazing !

Ridiculous!!! I don't know how many ways I can say "WELL DONE" "FRIED HARD" or "EXTRA EXTRA CRISPY" to get some food that's not soggy. The more I say it, the more they do the opposite. Officially sanctioned!!!

*UPDATE- Management was very quick to respond and fix the issues I had before. I am very excited for the new Buffalo Spot app that is so much more user friendly than the delivery apps.

Today was my first time patronizing here and unfortunately it will be my last. The young lady who took my order her name is Ashley. I didn't like that in the middle of her taking my order, the phone rang. She answered it and began taking a new order on her kiosk. I found that very rude and unprofessional. She didn't even offer an apology after or anything. When ordering a large fry with chicken, she made a big deal about me wanting the chicken on the side instead of on top of the fries. Her response to me was that the chicken comes on top. I know that which is why I'm asking for it to be on the side. I don't know if she needs more training or manners but I won't be back.

Great food; Cali Burrito = Delicious. Nothing bad to say; I highly recommend the food and this location.

My family and I order regularly from this location. The staff was very courteous. The food took a little too long but we know everything is made to order so it takes a little longer. I personally love the traditional hot sauce and lemon pepper sauce. Our kids live the buffalo fries. I would highly recommended if you like fresh made wings. And try their shakes, they are very good as well.

delicious traditional wings!!! the original hot buffalo blew my mind. must try!!! they are small and get crazy busy fast so be nice about waiting! it's worth it order for pickup if you hate waiting.

I had a cashier name Alex who was so hardworking. She was tackling so much costumers and had great consumer service. She was super friendly and answered my questions patiently.

Terrible food quality and really pricey. If you want to spend money on REAL BUFFALO WING, I definitely recommend Wings Stop! Better quality and way cheaper.

Terry was so much help. I accidentally ordered the wrong thing and he fixed it right away. Made me feel like I was at home. The shrimp are absolutely amazing
