This place is AMAZING!!! The store is very clean and inviting. Their Buffalo chicken fries is so delicious and mouth watering taste 😋 . I never would have thought chicken and fries together would taste this good!! My wife and I had different sauce flavors of their Buffalo boneless wings and chicken tenders . Everything was so fresh and juicy, but not to much saucy , perfect balance of sauce and flavor. The staff is super friendly and helpful and we definitely felt welcomed and appreciated. It is tasty, and unique, and friendly, and an all around cool business. My experience there was beyond great!!! I will definitely come back again. I highly recommend this place to everyone. I can’t wait to tell all of my friends and family about this phenomenal place .

Place was super clean, staff was beyond friendly. Food was affordable and delicious!!! We had the 25 pcs family pack with Mild, garlic parmesan, and Lemon pepper. They were cooked perfectly. My new favorite wing spot. 😋

My son and daughter went last night to get the party box chicken and fries. (Our first time) here, and we are all sick! My husband and daughter are throwing up, my son has diarrhea I had only a few fries I feel ok right now! We will never go there again!

We were so stocked ! We found The Buffalo Spot out here in Vegas. We are from San Diego, Lemon Grove and the one that use to be on Euclid Ave, where our go too before we moved. My husband actually worked for a long while for the location in Lemon Grove. 3 stars for this place because my wrap was super good, fries were good, service was not so good. The cashiers name was Kiana N. From what my recipe said, she was not inviting and seem to have a bit of a attitude, us knowing how some days can be in food service. We were ok, the problem began when my husband asked if there was someone who spoke spanish just to make it a little easier. She said "yea that person is busy" We noted that, that's when her attitude started, while ordering. she said we could not get the extra chicken that was going to be another flavor on the side. Which we didn't understand, we were paying for the extra chicken, so she then turned around rolling her eyes and being somewhat loud asking the person running the kitchen if "we could" he was polite and said it was all good. Then she brought us our drinks and pretty much just shoved them on the table. The guy running the kitchen, later came out to greet us at our table. Other than her service everything else was great!

It was my very first time ever trying this place out because I heard so many good things about it but my experience makes me want to not come back. I came in with a smile and I wasn’t greeted when I walked in as a matter of fact I felt like I was unwelcomed there the entire time I was in there. When it was time to place my order I was nicely asking questions because I’ve never been there and the girl helping me out seemed to be annoyed with my questions. You call that customer service? I literally felt like I was unwelcomed there. I even told her I’ve never been there so yeah I have tons of questions! Now to the food... I got my food five minutes later which concerns me if there food isn’t made to order. When I went to start eating my fries were soggy and cold i kid you not. Mind you.... I got my food around 5 minutes after I ordered. I went to my car and tried some and it was soggy and cold. I am very disappointed.

This chicken is delicious. Full of flavor and the chicken meat is never dry. The side of onion rings are crispy to perfection. And the fries are better than potatoes themselves. Highly recommend this to any chicken eating enthusiasts. It's a great spot to eat and you will not be disappointed 👌🏼 #TheBuffaloSpotTeam

I dont write reviews very often but this has gotta be the worst Ive been treated at a restaurant. I showed up prior to the posted closing time and not only were they closed but they had made my food and still closed the store. The woman I was speaking to even said that they were out of diced chicken. This is ridiculous as a business practice and as a principal

I wanted to like this place. I saw some bad reviews and I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt. I should have just listened to the reviews. The good ..the service was the good. The bad... the chicken was med and but the sauce was flavorless and watered down(chipotle, pineapple jalapeno). This was such a disappointment. The best part was the choco banana shake. To be a wing spot and the shake be the best thing is kinda sad. So I know if I want a shake I'll come here, but I'll probably just go elsewhere. I may try other flavor.

Tonight I tried calling in to place an order but for some reason the line kept telling me they were closed.. so I drove over because I was craving some of the buffalo fries. I was kind of upset that I tried calling but to I pull up and see they were open. I calmly let the server (I believe his name is Kevin) know that the phone line was not working and he let me know that they've been having issues with the phone. I place my order and the way he carried himself was really calm and respectful. Very accommodating, just an all around nice person. There's only two guys working which I know cannot be easy but you can see both of them working really hard and still very friendly. I wish I would have gotten the cooks name too. I just wanted to say you two are doing a really good job and your patience and kindness is very much appreciated. Keep doing what you're doing.

I stopped by a couple of weeks ago as I was craving some of there chicken tenders. To my surprise when I drove up it looked like they were closed. I got out and sure w. The doors were locked and the place was cleaned out. Permanently closed. Very sad as I liked this place. I didn't frequent enough and it wasn't a good location.

So this my first time here and I was SUPER impressed.. The location is clean, the BATHROOM is clean and the services was great. Hunter and Nancy were the only 2 employees in and the service they provided was super friendly, knowledgeable & helpful since it was my first time .. The food was great the fries we amazing.. Hunter & Nancy thank you for making my first experience great.

I am a fan of The Buffalo Spot. I love getting the buffalo fries with atomic and extra lemon pepper seasoning. Mckenzie was very nice and the register. I just wish the regular size came with the larger side of special sauce. The sauce it comes with is not enough for the food. I always have to order an extra side, which I guess is probably what they want.

First time at this place and their buffalo wings in the fries are their must try!! They taste so delicious! We were also able to try their wings and those were very good as well. I'm from California, and I go to Las Vegas very frequently and I will definitely stop by here to get their food. Their employees were very nice and suggested their favorites to us. I love when employees are able to name their favorites because you know that they have tried it and love it. And about 100% of the time, they make amazing recommendations.

Wow! This place was amazing. Chicken breast pieces with French fries and sauces. The workers there were great - Anthony and Daniel. They helped us pick out the perfect meal. I got the medium buffalo fries with pineapple jalapeño sauce. Wow, it was great. The sauce was perfect. Not too spicy but just a little bit with a sweet twist. The finishing cream sauce on the top combined with all of that was so good. Once again Daniel and Anthony should be commended for running a great shop.

Wit me being a Los Angeles native, i instantly found joy when i seen that we had a buffalo spot! After a few stops i will never come to this location again. This was my second visit and it was horrible. The food was actually prepared fresh. No problem in that department. The service is where is gets funny. The workers were polite but i do not believe health is important in the establishment. I had hair in my food and i actually have photos. I tried to pull it out and it broke as if it was layered into the plate. The place seems desolate and i see why. The first time i had bones in my boneless chicken. I love the brand but i will never come back. This was very disappointing and sick

Definitely not the same experience as the first time around. You can repeat the order a handful of times, but chances are you still should check before you grab and pay. Quality of the food and service has dipped a lot and it's a disappointment. The wings taste like they're almost boiled and sauced after they have been sitting there. Flavors aren't really appealing and neither is the texture. We also ordered all flats, but definitely didn't get that. Not too big of a deal, but the fries were stale, the wings were not very good, and my boyfriend and I definitely won't be recommending it so highly since it seems quality is different each time we order pickup. Try another spot!

Found a hidden gem BEST tasting buffalo wings bone in or boneless in all Nevada. I recommend the buffalo fries. Had a Reese's milk shake and it was amazing as well. This will be a weekly spot to eat for me moving forward.

Ordered for delivery. Didn't get any ranch for my wings. Didn't get any dipping sauce for my onion rings (like the website said was included ). Plus, I didn't get the cake I paid for.

I've been here twice and both times have been lackluster. Cold chicken, hair in my loaded fries.

Tried this place earlier this week, twice, for the first and second time. First off, their shakes are amazing! Probably top 3 in our list of favorite shakes. Their customer service is great! They are always so helpful whenever you go in. Their food is amazing. The chicken fingers are a bit on the smaller side, but they have an equal amount of crunch and tenderness. Everything tastes fresh and my husband loves the sauce they put on their fries. We will definitely keep coming back here!

Buffalo wings are my favorite food. So, of course I had go try out The Buffalo Spot. Friendly customer service: The cashier took the time to answer my questions about the menu, provide her recommendations, and set realistic expectations about my wait time. Price: I feel that the price was fair. Buffalo wings are costly, so I didn't think I overpaid for the quality. Food: And speaking of quality, superb! I ordered 5 traditional wings, lemon pepper. The lemon pepper is "wet", which I wasn't expecting but thoroughly enjoyed. The wings aren't over fried, but still have a soft crunch to them which I enjoyed. And the size of the wings weren't that bad. The Buffalo Fries, their "claim to fame", did not disappoint. I ordered a small, original hot. The fries were crispy (even after a 10-minute drive home) and I had just enough chicken. At first, I thought I didn't have enough, until I realized there were same hiding on the sides and the bottom of the container. (Trick: When I got home, I added crumbled blue cheese for a more epic taste experience.) Overall, I'm very pleased. I'll definitely be back!

Very unprofessional employee with all the makeup has a very poor attitude . Acting very childish and cussing in front of customers. Will not return . Also her hair is down and can get in the food . Not ok.

So yummy!! This place is great all around. Our favorites include the garlic parm chicken fries. When your done with that, the shakes are AMAZING! I recommend it 100%.

About the worst meal we've had delivered in a long time. The boneless chicken was fibrous, undercooked and tough. The salad was old, lettuce was brown. Received no dressing for salad or for the wings. The breadsticks were greasy, tasteless and pretty sure they were frozen and microwaved. Even the Nemo's cakes were stale and dry. $60 wasted. Very disappointing.

The last couple of times I've gotten a wrap here it's been a little disappointing. One time there was so much lettuce you couldn't even taste the chicken. Another time the chicken was hard. And a third time the wrap itself was hard. Also the wraps have been wrapped loosely that they just fall apart. While the service friend enough I'm not sure what is going on here when it comes to the quality. I honestly loved this place but I'm convinced the workers just don't care about the quality.

Wings were really good but I was disappointed with the Ferrero shake. I thought it would have hazelnuts or look like the picture but it was more like a regular chocolate shake.

Great deals on Tuesdays on boneless wings friendly service and the wings are served with enough sauce... I just wish the containers were mark according with the sauce.. .... Ps It will be nice if you guys get an stamp on red with the bussing name on the paper to go bags... Just on idea no to expensive..

I tried this place last weekend. Ordered online which was easy enough and when I got there at the scheduled time I still had to wait- but not a big deal when I can just go next door to Dutch bros while I wait. Got mango mango habanero and garlic parm with Cajun fries. The wings were giant and the garlic parm was def some of the best most flavorful wings I've ever tried. I could see bits of melted parm on each wing and a great garlic flavor. Ranch is bomb!! Fries were good too but maybe next time I'll dine in so the fries are more fresh and crisp. Overall really great option that's close by and wings+ Dutch bros you can go wrong

This place a total miss for me. I placed an order in their website. I chose a 10 pc traditional with mango habanero and Jamaican Jerk, along with an order of Cajun fries. I received a text that my order would be ready at 330. I arrived at 330 and I was told it would be 10 minutes. No problem. The drink station is a disaster. Did you see the photo of the nozzle in her cup? The nozzle is still missing. Several of their spouts are not in service, but no signage. The iced tea tasted like it was weeks old. The blue cheese had a few tiny blue cheese crumbles, really undetectable flavor, it tasted like plain Mayo. The fries were soggy, almost as though they were cooked in oil not hot enough. And although you could see the Cajun spice, again, it had no flavor. I selected the button "well done" on the order, and I again wrote "extra crispy" in the request box. Nope, never happened. They were slimy. The sauces were ok, sweet but no heat. I actually threw most of out. If I try again, I will order to eat there to ensure the wings are cooked crispy. These are easy fixed and a lot of potential. Manage my needs to spend more time on site.

Ordered a salted caramel shake and a chocolate banana shake. Both were mid. The salted caramel shake tasted like they dumped a cup of salt in the shake and the choco banana shake was way too chocolatey. Prob won't order again here.

Hidden gym dont sleep got the Original hot Buffalo fries and they didn't disappoint this place is amazing highly recommended.

The fingers are good the customer service is lacking, I have been in 2 time in the last 2 weeks both times they have messed up my order. Not sure I am willing to give them a 3rd chance.

I wanted to like this place soooo bad because I had heard good things and love Buffalo chicken. Unfortunately, I did not quite enjoy it as much as I expected. First I want to say that the employees are SO nice, caring, and friendly. I'm thankful for their kindness! The food on the other hand really did not cut it for me. I ordered a Buffalo chicken salad wrap with original hot sauce, my fiancé ordered the 5 piece tenders with Mango Habanero sauce, and we got a side of small "world famous Buffalo fries" with Pineapple Jalapeño sauce and cheese on top. We waited for our food and once it was done and bagged, ate it out in our car. Although it looked SO good and picturesque, the food itself did not impress. My fiancé had tenders smothered in sauce which was great, except the freshness was now lathered in sauce making the "skin" soggy and mushy. My wrap was also super drenched in sauce so upon taking a bite, I noticed the wrap wasn't full enough to stay wrapped at all. The amount of sauce was overpowering and I literally drank half of the wrap. (Pictures of the wrap that completely fell apart and was my meal and vinegary drink). The fries unfortunately did not have the cheese on top that we paid extra for, so when an employee came out we asked if we could get a cup of the cheese to put on top since it was missing. I would've rather been given a cup of cheese so we could put it on ourselves & not have to wait to eat it, but they kindly made a new one for us and upgraded our fries to a large (Thank you kind employees!) Unfortunately, it still lacked in flavor and was very "one tone". Maybe adding something to give it another note would've helped? When I ate the leftovers at home, I added my own spices + green onions and different sauces to help this poor thing out. I'm unsure if we will be back to give this place another try. If we do, I'd probably go to see if their wings are any better.

It was my first time trying and the cashier was very nice and he was aware that it was our first time and let us try all the sauces there was to choose from for our wings The food itself was good I just wish the portions for the famous Buffalo fries were better I had a lot of fries and a little bit of chicken pieces but it had good flavor My bf and fam got wings and those were good I can't remember what sauces we got but overall it's a passable place

So I've been wanting to come to this place for a while now and finally had the opportunity to do so. The only reason I wanted to come check it out was to get it out of the way from restaurants I wanted to visit it and deem it as one I would never come back too. Well I was wrong.. so I was expecting prices to be slightly high with small portions which is usually why I never come back to revisit most places. I got the Large Buffalo fries with mango habanero sauce and I must say.. it was really good. They did not go light on the fries Or the boneless wings/ chicken. Every bite I had from the beginning of my meal to the end of my meal I had both fries and chicken which means it was a well balanced portion. The fries were also not soggy and very crunchy. Needless to say, I will definitely be coming back. I'm not sure what people mean by portions not being enough maybe they ordered something different, but the Large fries will definitely fill ur hunger. Thanks a lot for the wonderful experience and I'll see you guys again soon.

Super disappointed. Store was clean and employees were wearing masks. Only one other person in the store when I came in. Prices seemed a little high but I do love chicken wings. Our wait time was ridiculous. 30 minutes! High prices, strike one. Super long wait time, strike two. When I got home the portions were super small, so that makes the prices even worse. This could all be overlooked if the food were amazing. Nope! My boneless chicken was WAY over cooked. I only ate one of the five. The piece was full of what felt like bristles from a wire brush. They weren't of course, but that's what came to mind. My mango habanero fries were small but decent. There are many other wing joints out there at the same price or cheaper but certainly better quality.

Finally a piece of LA brought to Vegas!! The best chicken fries with the LARGEST selection of flavors to choose from. The chicken bites are generous and the sauces are absolutely incredible. The only minor suggestion I would give would for the chicken bites to be a bit more crispy, or the option for well done. Aside from that this is the best thing that has come to Vegas lately and prices are extremely reasonable !!

First of ALL.... If I could leave ZERO stars that's exactly what I would do. I've called in to make a phone order for their Buffalo Shrimp Fries and from the beginning the gentlemen who answered the phone (to take my order) barely could understand anything I was saying as his English wasn't all that great. Anywho, we get to the restaurant and my husband decides to go in to grab my order as he has to use the restroom. He walks in, as I'm watching him and no one's in the front at the register so I watch him just walk away to the restrooms, seconds later, an African American Gentleman by the name of Patrick (whom is the manager) rushes to the restroom, pounding on the door telling my husband, that he needed to open the door now or Patrick was going to open the bathroom door himself as he had the keys. My husband begins to explain that he's a customer and is currently using the restroom so he can't unlock the door (as his hands is full) as my husband finishes explaining Patrick continuously pounds on the bathroom door threatening to open the door as my husband is using the restroom. My husband finally comes out (seconds later) as Patrick has begun to unlock the bathroom door. He then begins to scream at my husband that "The bathrooms are for customers ONLY" ! My husband explains that he is a customer, we have a pick up order and that NO ONE was at the register so my Husband ran to pee quickly. Patrick gets in my husbands face saying he thought my husband was going into the bathroom to (quote on quote say... have sex with someone) my husband says, as you can see I was in there by myself, so who am I going to have sex with? Patrick continues on (trying to defend himself as to why he was going to illegally unlock the bathroom door as my husband was using the restroom) WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED !! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE RESTAURANT. NEXT STOP IS TO... SPEAK WITH CORPORATE as this restaurant does not deserve to stay open ANY LONGER !!!

This is the worst wing spot. We went here because it's close to our house and we wanted somw wings. I rather get wings at Domino's then this shit place. The gentleman who took our order, was on a FaceTime call the whole time. Very unprofessional. The lady who was cooking, left for a smoke break, came back and didn't wash her hands. A health code violation. The chicken is way over cooked. We got garlic parmesean and mild flavors. The garlic parmesean taste like the most processed sauce ever. We couldn't even eat it. The mild ones are just as bad. In order to eat any of the wings we had to dump other sauces on it, just to choke it down. The loaded fries, the fries are overcooked and dark brown. Now what i wanted. I would never go here again, even if i was starving. At the bottom of the reciept has a QR code stating to give feedback. And when you scan the QR code it states the page is not found. I would never recommend this place.

I was craving wings after a long day at work so I called in an order to the Buffalo Spot, which was the opposite direction from going home, but I was willing to go out of my way to try a new wing spot, I was unfortunately disappointed. I ordered plain wings with ranch on the side because I don't like sauce on my wings plus I am a wimp when it comes to spice. Well when I got home, much to my disappointment, I was given Buffalo Wings! Noooo! I tried one wing and it was too darn spicy for me. So I had to try to dap off the excess sauce. Beyond the sauce issue, the wings themselves were not that large and meaty for the price: $17 for 10 wings. Unfortunately, overall this was a disappointing experience. It looks like their "World Famous Buffalo Fries" might be pretty good but I can't eat potatoes so I can't try them. If you do go to The Buffalo Spot that might be worth the try but the wings have a bit to be desired,

Very affordable place to dine in at with a nice menu selection. Ordered the Buffalo fries and the chicken was good not dry. Flavors complimented each other. Good portion size

Price has gone up maybe due to inflation but they give way more fries than chicken and very greasy ended up giving me bladder stone pain

Would never recommend in over a million years, my hubby has been in the hospital due to food poisoning after having there so called famous Buffalo burrito and shake. I wouldn't be giving a star but sadly there's no other way of leaving a comment without giving one. Please be careful to who ever wants to try this place!!!

Food was okay. Wings where ordered boneless received bone in. One order only contained one flat. We decided to just eat them. Flavor was okay not super pronounced. I was expecting more spice on the Jamaican jerk. Fries came a few mins afterwards. Cashier or something is lacking in the whole process. We said hi how are you. " ya hi thanks " ordered boneless received bone in didn't receive dressing We ordered. We are one of two customers at the time. While we waited for our food ordered for dining in the cashier handed me someone bag. We opened it 2 boxes of dry wings. 1 2 oz sauce 2 napkins and a fork. Maybe that person ordered them dry but it mirrored our order with not giving one dressing per entree Not super impressed food was okay. Customer service and attention to detail lacking. Ticket times are very high.

The only reason I'm giving this place a 1 star is not because of the food is because of the customer service . It doesn't apply the company Mission at all. First time going there and the girl was unprofessional and rude . If you don't like your job don't work here. Food is not the best to be honest . Mackenzie was extremely respectful and nice even after they had to deal with a customer that wasn't very nice. Food was hot and fresh also amazing. Of course we had to try the buffalo fries and we had to try one of the milkshakes (peanut butter cup) highly recommend . Order didn't take very long to come out and everting was packages neatly :)

Food is delicious, it is a little bit on the expensive side and located pretty far out from the strip area... I'm sure You will find the food is well worth the weight

This was my first time here and will definitely be my last! I placed an online order and drove to the restaurant. Upon arrival, no one had even started my order and it took an additional 35 minutes. To make matters worse, I was the only customer and it still took a long time. The cashier was unfriendly & no apology was given for the long wait. I requested my wings to be cooked extra crispy which they weren't! Very disappointed!!!

I ordered wings off Uber eats. Opened the container, and there were no flats!!! I can't believe it. As a wing place, wouldn't they know flats are superior?? Crazy. Anyway.. I ordered atomic hot. It is super hot but not in the Buffalo hot way. Also, the ranch they give out is like a THICK hidden valley bottle type of ranch. Not like a normal wing place where they do their own buttermilk ranch and the consistency is very thin and it's amazing. It's a MEH wing place. 3/5.

First time coming here and we absolutely loved it. The customer service was amazing. The guy who helped us was very friendly and made us feel welcomed. My favorite was the Buffalo fries. I can't wait to come back!
