I have been here and handful of times. The food is great and I’m always acknowledged by the front workers. I find the posters funny and sometimes the television questionable but the food always makes up for it. Not sure if it’s due to the oils but the food tends to leave me full. AND ITS ACTUALLY GOOD!!! I had a server “Luna” and she was great, showed me the best menu items and answered my many many questions 😓😓

Food is horrible, wings are swimming in oil and French fries are really bad too, California burrito not good. We wasted our money here, never again

This the spot to eat during lunch. The food is great and the service is amazing. The cashier lady is always so nice, patient, and confirms everything is correct. The service makes the atmosphere a great place to take a break from work.

Great place for buffalo wings and fries. Wings are huge compared to other wings specialty restaurants. Many flavors (sauces) available. The buffalo chicken fries are to die for. They are extra crispy....a crunch in every bite! Three locations to serve you. The original location in Long Beach (across from Wilson High school), Los Angeles, and San Diego. Will definitely stop by again again when I am in the neighborhood. Restaurant is clean. Parking in rear.

Place is clean and well maintained. Crew was professional but not the best service I've had. Placing my order was easy and my food came out quick. The buffalo fries were hot and the taste was okay. The honey bbq and lemon pepper boneless were old/cold and didn't have a good taste. My order was $25 but almost didn't eat because I had a $100 bill but they have a "policy" to not take anything over $20. Thankfully I had some change to pay. Looked around nothing posted about this secret policy. I won't be coming back.

Instant Classic! I loved it!!! I have eaten here several times. Never had a bad experience. Always clean, food is always fresh and delicious. Very good prices. I'm so happy they are now on uber eats! I cant imagine anyone having a complaint about this place. They have a variety of different choices for the chicken that is used on the buffalo fries. I ordered honey bbq, which is my favorite. I have also tried lemon pepper, teriyaki, buffalo (mild) they have never let me down. They have some other locations. I been to the location in Compton and the other day I was in the Lakewood mall and I am almost positive I seen one in the food court.

Food: "Buffalo Fries" are my go to. I ask for medium (spicey) sauce and extra crispy fries. A large bed of fries topped with all white meat drenched in buffalo sauce then drizzled with their "special sauce" is amazing!!!! On Tuesdays, their buffalo nuggets are 22 cents. There are about a dozen flavors but I like the "Medium" and BBQ. Also, the "Special Sauce" is a must dipping sauce. Service: Always polite and welcoming. During peak hours they can get busy but they have you out fast. Final thought: A solid choice when it comes to wings and sauces. A choice for everyone.

Tried the buffalo, chipotle, and honey bbq fries. They were really good. We had never been here and cashier was nice enough to offer us free samples of their different sauces to help us decide. Ask for ranch dressing for the buffalo ones it was delicious and cuts down on some of the tanginess.

This place is one of my guilty pleasures lol I used to order from here on Uber eats weekly for their chicken fries. This was the first time I came in and grabbed food. They have private parking in the back. It was actually really crowded when I came in. Mostly packed with people waiting for to go orders and Uber eats drivers. They have kiosks to order on but since I had a birthday coupon I had one of the staff members take my order I ended up getting a coupon for my birthday by signing up for their emails. So I came in and got one order of chicken fries (garlic Parmesan) and then another order (BBQ) and two drinks. I also love their chipotle sauce flavor. They actually have a pretty good selection of flavors to choose from I always order the boneless chicken because I don't like having to work that hard for my food and having to pick chicken off the bones Not going to lie, this place hits the spot after a long day. I always order their boneless chicken salad which is amazing, their boneless chicken wraps and they have great shakes (they also have little pieces of cake for sale up at the counter) I'll always continue to order to go from here. I noticed there is seating outside but I'm not sure if it's for the place next door or they all just share it. Because there's only a limited amount of seating inside

Visted November 2024. Before diving into the review I have to note that the customer service greeter Luna was amazing, she answered my questions, knew the menu, and was a delight. The food itself was good. I gotta say that shake was stellar and I LOVED that it didn't use a strawberry concentrate but real jelly which included cut strawberry slices within the shake. The same can be said about the chunky peanut butter including its peanuts. The fries were crispy on the outside while soft on the inside. However, it was the seasoning and sauce that were extra super duper yummy. I believe it was their special sauce and Cajun seasoning. I ate it up... The overall restaurant was clean, the restroom itself had a tissue or two on the floor but I'd assume that's because of other customers- not the restaurant workers themselves. Additionally, I counted three of them so I'd give them a break anyways. While the whole graffitied is not my style, I and other costumers enjoyed the sport playing TVs & the funny chicken posters. 5/5 Recap: Yummy Sauce w/ yummy food but needs more funny chicken posters

I drive past this spot all the time and every time I get to the light I tell myself, "I have to try it." But for some reason I never do. Last week, I was out running around heading to book club and needed food, so I decided to try this place. It was on its way and easy enough to make me on time. Well, it backfired on me in a big way. Astonishingly good customer service was provided to me. A friendly smile and a warm welcome greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. My orders were correct and a friendly, attentive, and efficient staff supplied everything I needed. In the back, there are about ten parking spots, however, they might fill up quickly and street parking isn't the best option. The patio is limited however well-maintained, with maybe a few tables and chairs. It's an alright spot to enjoy a meal on a warm day. There is minimalist decor inside, with modern furniture and plenty of legroom, along with a public restroom. They had my favorite type of fries, but I don't know the brand, so I'm just going to call them fast-food fries. It took about 10-15 minutes for the 3 tender combo with BBQ sauce to be made, so I waited in the lobby for about 10-15 minutes. In the meantime, I decided to try a Fri, because they were right there, while I waited for my Target pick-up order. It completely underwhelmed me. Despite my high expectations, the fries were a major disappointment. In addition to the texture being unpleasantly rough, the flavor was nonexistent and crispy, but not in a good way. Additionally, the chicken tenders themselves were disappointing. I found them overbreaded and the texture wasn't very natural. Aside from being too crunchy and overpowering, the breading made it hard to enjoy the chicken itself. The chicken was complete lack of seasoning. The biggest issue was the sloppy BBQ sauce. It was like they poured the sauce straight from the bottle into the container without considering the texture or presentation. And don't even get me started on the taste - it was like they just used cheap, store-bought BBQ sauce that lacked any real depth or flavor. The most disappointing part was the price. Tenders and fries cost almost twenty dollars, which is highway robbery. I've had better at a fast food joint for a fraction of the price. Which is why I choose to return the order. One thing that really impressed me was the way the cashier dealt with the situation. Instead of getting angry or upset, he remained calm and professional, offering a refund and was willing to let me keep the food, but I chose to return it. Overall the service was excellent, but I do not plan to return.

One of the best places in Long Beach for wings. Service and quality is excellent. The staff is super friendly and very welcoming. The atmosphere is ideal to sit and watch a game and enjoy some delicious wings.

NEW FLAVORS ALERT The Buffalo Spot just dropped 2 new dry rub flavors and you need to try them ASAP!! The first is a lemon pepper butter rub and it has that delicious tangy and peppery flavor we've all had and love The second is a tropical heat rub that has the perfect balance of spice and kick to it The cool thing is that you can even add the dry rub to your buffalo fries I got there around 11am and there was no line, and I was helped right away. It's a little store, but it was nice and clean. Definitely check them out when you're craving some solid chicken

Buffalo Spot is a great place to get some affordable quick take out. They specialize in their "buffalo fries" which ultimately is a side of fries with some flavored popcorn chicken on top. My go-to is usually the Cali Burrito which is the same ordeal as the Buffalo Fries but just wrapped in a burrito. I've been coming here since about 2016 so I'm not sure if today was just an off-day or if the quality has declined throughout the years as the chicken in my Cali Burrito tasted chewy and was just overall rubbery. It was quite empty upon my visit which is surprising as they're usually pretty popular. I would suggest the owner to stay on top of their quality control in order to avoid serving meh food and to draw the crowds in. Going forward I'll probably order my chicken well done to prevent this in the future. I do encourage people to come try it for themselves though! Their fries are really good and the chicken is usually not this low-quality so again, maybe I just came on an off-day.

Amazing wings and hot crispy fries. I was lucky to go on a Tuesday when boneless wings are 60¢. The salads are also amazing if you are visiting & don't want wings. The employee T went above & beyond and let us try the different sauces. It was hard to choose but we got original and mild. I will definitely return. Sorry I passed so many times without stopping.

Came into Buffalo spot and wow what a large menu with fun shake flavors and lots of wing flavors aswell. It was my first time there and an employee named Layna was really nice and answered all my questions and helped me pick out the garlic wing fries and a chocolate shake which were delicious! My go-to restaurant for really yummy wings! The service is always great with helpful and welcoming employees. Highly recommend to eat here at The Buffalo Spot for a solid meal, it will taste great Everytime!!

Buffalo Spot to satisfy that wings craving. Go on Tuesdays for their boneless wing day for 60 cents for each wing. Not sure what flavor you want? You are able to try the different sauces along with the fries. The fries are cooked perfectly unlike other wing places. (looking at you wing-stop) Our food came out surprisingly quick. Along with the great breadsticks it's definitely a place to check out along with the friendly staff.

As much as I love chicken, this place is fairly good. Not greasy or drenched in saucy sauce(you like the sauce, huh?). Unless request for it prior to placing your order. They will prepare your wings and fries upon ordering. This way, it's fresh and good. So do expect a wait approx. 15 - 20 minutes. I ordered the FP Traditional Wings(25), with Atomic Hot and Original hot flavors with a side of fries and two drinks. Great value. They have great deals on Tuesday and Thursday, so try to come during those days for the best price and experience. This location has rewards programs, so if you're a big fan of wings, it's so worth it. This place is unique in their own way, from design and presentation, it's pretty nice. My GF & I's go to!! We've literally been here about 4-5 times in July alone lol. Our work just moved to LB from Costa Mesa so Buffalo Spot is way more accessible! Every time we've been here the service is excellent. They welcome you and serve you right away. Their extremely helpful too, they'll run through the menu with you or if you want to do it yourself they have a self serve kiosk. I use the kiosk because it's just easier for me and I don't have to talk to anyone. I like it mostly because whenever we come in we're usually in a hurry and the kiosk is always open. The food is always on point; everything is so hot and crispy! The fries are delicious! One of the times we came in we tried an Oreo shake. That was pretty delicious! I'll most definitely try another shake soon! The inside is really cool, there's some TV's that play a show or movie and they have some dope art work on the walls. I love Buffalo Spot! I really wish we had one in Anaheim/Orange area. Irvine is just too out of the way. LB is cool with me for now!

Writing this review because Leslie provides A+ service. What a pleasant experience at a fast casual spot. She was so friendly. Now about the food. Tropical heat dry rub chicken tenders were good. The tenders are a good size, tender, and juicy. Blue cheese dipping sauce had good flavor and chunks of blue cheese. Breadsticks were good as well. I wish they had veggies as a side option and wish they had Coke products instead of Pepsi, but obviously that's just personal preference. The shakes looked so yummy but I was full after 1.5 tenders, fries and a breadstick. I'll have to go back to try a shake. I also wish there was more detail on the level of spice for the spicy flavors. Since they push the kiosk ordering. It would be good to know if it were mild, med, or hot.

First time in California and stayed in famous Long Beach and grabbed a bite here and I can honestly say, "their customer service was AMAZING. Food was fresh, greeted and served in a timely manner. Everything was well prepped and DELICIOUS. Thanks so much Trina for such a great service after a long plane ride. BUFFALO SPOT I WILL BE BACK!

Food was great. We had the Buffalo Fries with a Peanut Butter Cup shake and a Cookies & Cream Shake. Really good and has some terrific fries.

Horrible customer service and horrible people. The atmosphere is terrible. Go if you'd like to be cussed at when you're trying to order and then get cups thrown at you!!

I really wanted this place to be a new spot to frequent but it was very average. Got reg buffalo chicken and fries, their standard plate and it kinda disappointed me. If you're known for your chicken and fries, they better be fire. I feel like my batch was the bottom of the barrel chicken bits and fries that had been sitting there all day. The restaurant was clean. The music was too loud (for me!) and spiked my anxiety (usually from auditory overstimulation). The employee that took our order was nice enough and between the two positives that's why this place gets the stars it does. I wanted better for this place because it looked bomb! I hope it was just me that had the bad batch.

Man food takes forever for some mid food, 100% they only tend to serve high schoolers that have all the time in the world. Plus food taste like school food

Guys! BEST Buffalo spot We got the usual Cali burrito with chipotle sauce and extra chicken dipped in Buffalo sauce! BOMB! The cooks today made the burrito so good it was extra special today ! And we got greeted by Luis he was so nice and gave us great customer service. We appreciate being treated like this as a fast food place Hire more people like Luis !!!

I really like their lemon pepper tenders!!! Usually is a to-go order for me. Customer service is always very nice and enjoyable. The place is clean, located on a busy street so sometimes street parking is a challenge. They have a private parking lot in the back (shared with the taqueria place). Very recommended!!!!

This is our favorite spot in Long Beach for wings. They have the best crispy wing skin with a lot of good meat that almost fall off the bone. The sauces are excellent. The staff friendly. We order takeout fairly often. Only had an issue paid for an up charge for all drumsticks and was not what we got so we just don't pay for that up charge anymore. I also wish they had carrots and celery on the menu. But so worth the wings.

Decent wing option if you're a fan of Buffalo wings. I think their regular Buffalo sauce is the closest I've had to what I'm used to eating from when I was living back in Buffalo. Their blue cheese also is decent with good chunks, so be sure to ask for it. The garlic parm wings were deliciously crispy too. The place lost a few stars for their "Buffalo chicken" fries, which were just not tasty, nor crispy and super soggy. Not worth it at all. They were also confused about giving me a drink, and despite ordering an Arnold Palmer on the phone with the combo, wouldn't have gotten it without double checking their order. I'll probably be back sometime when I'm craving that Buffalo wing sauce though; the Frank's they use is legit and I think it's mixed with butter; definitely one of my comfort foods.

I'm for the tenders so can't tell you about the regular wings. I don't care much for wing hot sauces so won't be covering most of those for you. I do go for the Garlic Parmesan and Cajun style flavors and they both work on the chicken tenders. I like that the cheese they use is the shredded kind. For dipping I get the ranch. An order of fries with the chicken does the trick. Maybe you'll try the World Famous Buffalo Fries. The bread sticks were okay and made the meal too much for me. This location gets busy and the staff on the other side of the counter are working it to get the orders out. Good service with a little wait while your stuff is cooked and prepared. What else, oh they got salads too.

The food here is AMAZING!!! I've been coming for years, also the service here is great. The cashier Luna was so nice and helpful. It's always clean and good atmosphere with the music.

I ordered what they were known for the buffalo fries and I'd say they are pretty decent. I was hoping the chicken pieces would be crispy but it's like that soft soggy in the sauce chicken but the quality is still there. The flavor and the crispy fries make up for it. Will be back :)

Jonathan hooked me up with the NEW blueberry redbull shake!! Highly suggest you get this shake if you can!!! This is because last time they gave me a FLAT DR. PEPPER which costs $3.25. This time we also bought a LRG DR. PEPPER. Thanks to his wonderful customer service this trip here was a breath of fresh air compared to others.

Been coming here for years, ever since it opened. Moved away a few years back and came back today for the first time in a while. I love the new clean look and the customer service from Luna was so good. She was greeted me as soon as I walked in and was very sweet when taking my order. The food itself is always so good and fresh. Can't wait to come back.

Do not visit this place. Their customer service is not good, no smile, no greeting, no eye contact. Cashier was just rude, felt off. Food is okay but not good either.

I've had The Buffalo Spot about 3 times and I can see why the concept of buffalo fries is appealing. It's perfect for those days when you're craving oily unhealthy foods LOL. I usually do feel kind of bloated after the buffalo fries but honestly it's pretty worth because the sauces make it that much better. Most recently I got the mild sauce for buffalo fries and it was pretty fire so check this place out if you want a delicious meal full of fries and chicken! One worker was super nice and gave us free additional sauces. Parking is available in the lot behind the stores!

I admit to having 2 guilty pleasures in life. One is watching the Real Housewives of Anywhere and the other is French Fries. I LOVE anything potatoes and in my opinion, french fries should be considered a food group. Mix french fries with my other love of buffalo chicken and you have The Buffalo Spot. The World Famous Buffalo Fries are the best. It's a big order of french fries loaded up with buffalo chicken bites and drizzled with their buffalo sauce. I personally like the "medium" sauce with my order. I've never had a bad order at this location, although the service is a bit lackluster and the facility a bit sketchy at times and not as clean as I think it should be. This location shares a small parking lot with a Starbucks and other businesses which is a drag, but hey, it's typical Long Beach bad parking.

Tried this spot while I was visiting my brother in LB. Loooove the buffalo fries! We had some garlic pamesan wings too Was too full to have a shake but I gotta try to make room next time because the shakes look bomb too

this buffalo spot used to be so good /: now my order is almost always wrong in some way, whenever i ask for well done chicken it is NEVER well done, in fact i honestly think sometimes it's borderline undercooked. the fries are soggy and the quality is over all sooooooooo so bad especially for the price! i really hope they improve soon cause i used to love buffalo spot.

The service here was absolutely amazing!! The Manager Ken was definitely a great help, a good guy with a great personality, he made me a & party feel very welcome & appreciated. You can't go wrong with this location, the music was cool, the place was clean, the wings are amazing, but the experience even better.. 5 stars for sure. Bomb Buffalo Fries! I felt it was a bit sketchy at night sometimes but during the day time we're good. Next to Taco Masa.

The new blueberry red bull shake!! It taste as if you're eating a blueberry muffin! It's definitely an after lunch treat. They don't overpower the red bull in the shake so they give you the rest of the can for yourself!! Thank you to Fred for making the food and making sure everything came out well!
