I went when they first opened and it was terrible. Took me a long time to try it again but finally did and keep coming back, wings have not disappointed. I like that you can get flats or drums, but that does cost a little extra. Love the garlic parm and mango habanero. Fries with the chicken on top are good too.

I ordered the buffalo fries and a Oreo shake. The fries were crispy and the chicken was juicy I ordered the sauce on the side which I think was a good idea bc it would’ve made the fries soggy. The sauce was good tho. Also I’d like to add that they added that little sticky note and it was really nice. I’ll definitely be ordering from here again oh and the shake was a 10/10

Today we ordered through Doordash, received a partial order. Complained to Doordash. After eating some of our partial delivered food, we noticed our lemon pepper wings were not cooked all the way through. Have tried calling the store at least 20 times, only to get a busy signal every single time. So disappointing because we have had such great food from here. Hoping no one gets sick.

I ordered my food 45 minutes ago and have not received the restaurant is empty and it’s not like there’s a lot of people in here why I don’t understand As you can see the restaurant is empty so if you’re in a rush don’t come

I have been there couple times and today I got some weird looking fries and tastes weird. Definitely will not want to finish them.

Shared some Parmesan chicken fries with my sister. A large order was more than enough for us but it could’ve been served hotter.

Overall taste was good, but the presentation was horrible. I ordered 20 flats plain, the look of the chicken was if it was freezer burned and dark blotches. So, out of the 20 pieces I was only able to muster up to eat 12 of them... I wonder if I had ordered a flavor the sauce would have covered up the bad looking chicken. I didn't complain because the cashier was a pretty cool dude... But all an all, I don't think I'll be coming back.

The food used to be good. I ordered buffalo fries and they were hard, had very little chicken and had completely no sauce. This is the second time this happens. I probably will not coming back.

This is maybe my sixth time here and I can honestly say they have stayed the same consistently with flavors and service. It is always good to walk into any fast food establishment and you are greeted with a smile. And it is a plus to know you are getting good food. Keep up the good work guys I will be back

Don't come here! It's a waste of time. The workers are rude and take their sweet time. The buffalo spot in Moreno Valley is better.

Terrible service most of the staff is extremely rude and take their time with everything didn't even want to serve me my food at first till I started demanding them

Came in at 9:35 (closes at 10) and they were mopping the whole place chairs perched upside down on all the tables and no place to sit, so I sat on the patio outside. Had bad attitudes. Do your business hours say 9:35 or 10pm? Went to get a refill and at 9:56 the girl said we're closed! What a joke.

The chicken was cooked perfect. And the two flavors was unbeatable. The cashier was extremely nice and offered flavor samples which was dope cause I didn't have to do a random pick and SEE if I liked it or not after I order. Sports on every T.V and the restaurant was very clean will return again.

I was looking forward to trying this place out. It took me to be a bit pricey for the amount of food you get. Its main competitor is Wingstop, so it being pricier I expected better results. The cashier was knowledgeable about the product, but when I ordered, she completely bumbled it. When I got my order, it was wrong. Unfortunately, the line was long and the wait was already burning into my lunch period that I wouldn't have time to eat it if I corrected my order. It's unfortunate, but I think I would avoid going back

If I could be a no star I would paid extra for extra chicken and special sauce got no extra chicken got ranch instead of sauce due to the servers gossiping called to inform about the order asked for a manager was told he wasn't there asked for a call back and was told he doesn't call back asked for the refund and was told to take my food back after I drove 20min for my food do not go to this place dry wings, bad customer service and wrong order. 100% do not spend your money here

Wings are so dry extremely EXTRA fried LOL HARD! Come on guys do better:/ It's ridiculous!!!!!!!

We called 30 minutes to closing and they were so friendly and quick with our order. The ratio of wings and fries is perfect. We got atomic hot (hot) and garlic Parmesan and everything was delicious. The restaurant has ample space for seating and is an excellent spot to eat wings.

I order on Uber eats a Trey of fries and a smoothie and the smoothie never shows up this is like the 5th time now

Small order of buffalo fries $10... literally a hand full of fries and chicken not cooked all the way.. never again.

Ughhkkkk!!! I had such super high hopes for this place! I kid you not, when I seen their photos it reminded me of those Carl's Jr ads you see on tv, and it looks so juicy, tasteful, full of flavor! So you go to get that burger! As you begin to open that wrapper BEHOLD!! And to disappoint, it looks like your mom sat on it when she got in the car. All that to say my god it looked no where near what I seen on the advertisement. Felt like a bait and switch. Everything was fresh but the quality and orientation was disappointing. The ambience is nice. I loved the décor and spacing. Lois of outdoor seating and the neighborhood is some what decent. I'm going to try this again but this is where I stand right now. The portions could be better. Especially when the price is compared to carls Jr.. one will get you somewhat full.

Was really hoping to like this spot. Unfortunately, the wings have too much skin...and it makes it chewy. 1. The menu is pretty straight forward and the staff was on it. 2. The location and ambiance are great. 3. Flavor? Ok, not bad...overall. However, everything was incredibly oily. Like it dripped oil. The fries were ridiculously soggy and full of oil. The oil literally gushes out as you're biting into them...it was disgusting. The Original Hot...wasn't very hot. The best part was the ranch. The ranch was pretty good. I was sad to see I asked for my full order extra crispy and it was by far that. Glad I tried it but won't be coming back.

Do not eat here or order delivery they will send u the wrong order and lie to you and tell you they are refunding you and never do it!!! I've been waiting for my refund for damn near 3 months now and nobody replies now how convenient!!! This is my hard earned money shame on the management at this establishment this is so scummy would leave 0 stars if I could have been eating here for a long time but will never return.

Really great wings and the prices are fair for the wings. I have seen some places charging $1.50-$2.00 per wing. Buffalo Spot food quality is very good. The wings taste fresh, not frozen. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and they offer a great selection of sauces. If your living in Rialto, or just visiting, I would recommend The Buffalo Spot for wings, chicken and fries. Prices $$

The milkshakes are bomb. The customer service is terrible. The girl behind the counter was rude. She seemed mad we were there. Probably not coming back. Ambiance was a zero !

Order from here more then 10 times and I have to say the majority of the time I get my food it's cold and it's not me because I live 2 minutes down the street and the times I did get it fresh they're piping hot by the time I'm home still. They're stingy with how much meat they give you even when ordering extra chicken. This place is hit or miss for me. Would like a refund with this seriously

Go somewhere else to have wings. These were probably the worst wings I've ever had. I also ordered traditional wings and order some for my dog, he took a bite and spat it right back out. I took a bite of the boneless ones and there was something clear inside. GROSS!

Came in to try this new spot located in Rialto! At the moment there is NO dine in but the staff is ready to help take your order & was super friendly! We were asked if we wanted try some of the dressing before order & ready to give recommendations too! Order came fairly quick and will update the tasty results! The fries were delicious when given to try with the dressings - habanero mango & Jamaican jerk! Yum

Approximately 9pm, I ordered 2 small chicken and fries meal, (jerk and pineapple & jalapeño) sauce. I paid for EXTRA chicken on both meals and requested the House Sauce on the side. After I got home and opened my bad, I realized I did NOT get extra chicken. There were no house sauce. These young people they are hiring are not focus because the are still teenagers. I go to this establishment once per week,and something is MOST of the time missing. If my orders continues to be incomplete. I will start going to Wings and Rings.

This place offers some really fun looking and super tasty fries! My fiancé and I were #starving after moving and unpacking (one of those "we're too tired to cook days") so we hit up YELP for some ideas ;) He placed the order online for the Boss Fries, you get up to 4 sauce options for the bite size boneless chicken wings; we chose original hot, Jamaican jerk, bbq, and chipotle. I'd say that's the order of our preference too, for some reason the chipotle had a fishy smell and flavor -- we didn't have more than a bite each of that section (which is why i gave 4 stars). We had the Special Sauce served on the side because we weren't sure what it would taste like: ranch + chipotle and quite yummy. The order was ready within 20-25 minutes despite Yelp's estimated time of 45-55 minutes. We drove over and picked it up, came home and got full really fast lol. I posted before and after pictures. My fiancé also ordered chocolate milk shake, there was something off about the flavor but still good--just not In-N-Out good :/ the prices here are super reasonable, Boss Fries ($29.99), and Shake ($2.99). Really enjoyed the fries and we def wanna try out other wing sauces so stay tuned!

Tried this place for the first time and everything was good EXCEPT the wait time. The food was good, even the strawberry blast shake. But we got there ordered food and literally waited 30 mins just to find out that one of the orders wasn't even being worked on. When it was realized they laughed and still took their time. I appreciate the food being fresh but geez. Even call in orders were complaining about the wait. I highly suggest you call in your order before going in. Other than that the food was delicious.

The place is nice and the staff was friendly. However, our chicken was cold but the fries were warm. They remade two of our orders just to have both the chicken and fries come out cold again. Flavor was great just cold. Very disappointed, since my niece had been here before and had hot food.

5 stars for service and food. My family and I stopped by this morning to try this place out. We were greeted by JASMINE this young lady was polite and informative on the menu items. We ordered the "Boss Fries" we asked her for recommendations on the flavors and went with her choice of Mango habanero, Chipotle and original we added mild too. The portions were well distributed in the massive pizza box it came in. "Kudos to the cook". All 3 of my sons play sports so this was perfect and including my big kid husband...lol... there eyes lit up when we opened the box. And it tasted the way it looked. Delicious food very welcoming and clean location. If your near by and want a chicken fix lol stop by and try it out for yourself!!

I ordered a side of onion rings and this is what I got. Wings were ok. Not like I was expecting.

after purchasing my food with my debit card. I kindly asked for a ranch and told me I had to be charged again. I purchased a large order of buffalo fries. I was taken back considering the fact I just spent almost 15$ bucks a for a meal. the meal it's self was not tasty and made within 2 mins. which tells me there's not real recipe or cooking heart that goes into their meals. terrible customer service and should consider stepping it up if it plans to stay in business. I give it another year before this establishment gets replaced. best of luck.

Really fast and friendly service. They allow you to mix the flavors if you want now and the food was amazing. Will choose to come back to this location before others.

Food is ok,for a place for wings,they need improve the flavor and quality,dressing is to weak,I ask for a different dressing,and they wanna charge me more,I just got the food,well I ask a exchange for one of mines,girl at the register,first was nice taking the order,then..she was on her phone,No putting attention on the tables or the customers,no wonder why the place looks lonely,well ..maybe next time they improve the service and flavor,thanks Julianne F,you leave me thinking if I came back again!!

I'm a regular here. Cashiers are always friendly and nice. I love coming here. Food is always good and fresh. The only reason I'm leaving this bad review is because I went in today and was helped by Maria, and I saw that one of the cooks raised his voice at her and was very disrespectful towards her. I hope management sees this and trains that cook properly because that was not appropriate.

I'm very surprised this place has poor reviews. I've been to this spot a few times and it is soooo good. It's definitely one of my favorite wing spots in the area. I've never had issues with customer service. I always order over the phone and pick it up. The wings are soo crispy and they make their wings saucy, just the way I like them. It definitely beats wing stop.

We stop for lunch and ordered 15 wings with lemon pepper and pineapple jalapeño sauces. The sauces had little flavor. The fries with the Jamaica jerk sauce and the milk shakes where the stand out of the meal. The music playing was too loud. We had to keep asking the person who took our order to repeat herself.

The Buffalo wrap was garbage But the wings are pretty good The five stars is for their chocolate banana shake straight gas

First time here. I had some guests (family) over and decided to try the Boss Fries. I will say they were rather good and extremely large. It definitely fed my family with some left over. We will have to come back again to try other items.

Not a fan, I got 2 flavors for my wings, they were mixed in 1 container. I couldn't separate the flavors. Wings are under cooked. Lastly 7 onion ring for $4...

Good wings and fries are bomb! I this this place way better than wing stop.only complaint i have is that I wish they still offered their boss fries. Cajun boneless wings and fries are a must if u stop here.

I ordered 3 ranch dips and only wings no drumsticks extra crispy I ONLY GOT 1 wing. I did not receive what I ordered. I was so disappointed when I had 25 pieces with one ranch dipping sauce and saw a bunch of drumsticks. The wings were not crispy they were soft and fatty in texture, not pleasant to the bite. When I'm paying $53 for a service I expect to get what I ordered. I will not be ordering or visiting this location again. You are better off going across the street to Food 4 Less and buying the wings in they're hot food section. A total waste of my money. I had to order chicken elsewhere to get everyone fed.

3 stars because Customer service ruined it: We were really excited to see this new Wings eatery in our town. We drove in from running errands all afternoon but made it a point to pick up dinner here. We were greeted by a few cashiers, we were patiently allowed the time to consider our order & placed our order with zero issues. Because we drove in from Rancho I asked to use the restroom & a kind young lady said they routinely can't allow but made the exception. I was immediately impressed by the quick service, the kind genture from the cashier, but it quickly diminished when a pink haired worked asked me if I used the RR. I said "yes". She rudely shouted at me I wasn't allowed. I just spent $60+ family packs yet she was going to point out a slight exception made by her peer. Very disappointed. Wings were good but pink haired girl ruined the experience. It's become the bigger part of our feedback to friends & family. Pink haired girl needs to be trained how to address customers or better yet, put her on bathroom duties since her only skills is obviously BS

This was my first time and we order the boss Fries and they were pretty good. The only thing I wished they put Buffalo sauce on the fries. Yes I would go back. You can order online as well.

The food is great. & when you order ahead the food is always done on time. The reason I give 2 stars is because of their customer service. Even if you pay for something if it's not on their stupid ticket they won't give it to you. They're always fighting you "iTs NoT oN tHe TiCkEt" & when you show them your order online and that it shows everything you're asking them for they just say "oh I see that." Then look down at the ticket then say "iTs NoT oN tHe TiCkEt" I ordered the "We're in this together" meal and it includes Buffalo fries it clearly says it in the order. But when going through it doesn't tell you to choose anything for it. When I showed up and showed them that it included the fries they said "yeah we know but since the online doesn't give you the option it doesn't show up on the ticket. But we do know that it's included. We just can't give it to you because it's not on the ticket"

Cashier by the name of Lisa. No customer service. A very immature attitude. She made my first impression of The Buffalo Spot horrible.

Amazing!!! The food, customer service and ordering online were amazing! When we arrived, I saw that had a new milkshake so I asked the lady at the register if I could switch it. She said yes since they hadn't made it yet. Sweet!! Definitely going back soon!

First time at this location ... Server brought our food to the table and there was an earwig bug crawling on top of the fries and wings. Nasty as F*** ! Never again.

Went in at 9pm an hour before closing on Saturday night and they were already cleaning the ice cream machine and I couldn't get a milkshake. Very frustrating when the employees try and clean early instead of offering their products all night losing buisness and money.

I thought the Buffalo fries with the original hot sauce and their special sauce were fantastic! Exactly what you want out of Buffalo fries, and some of the best I've had. Plenty of chicken, and great portion sizing. A large was enough to stuff two of us by itself if we tried to finish the whole thing. And very reasonably priced for the size. We also got the lemon pepper wings and garlic Parm wings. The sauce ingredients were clearly fresh, not from mixes or just seasonings. Loved how much of a zing there was from the lemon. It's rare to see a wet lemon pepper sauce, so that was unexpected. I might prefer a rub for that flavor, but they did a great job. The wings themselves were a bit small and not of the best quality, but the restaurant prepared them excellently. I just wasn't thrilled about the actual wings they use. The lemon pepper fries were great as well. I also appreciated the little touches like all their custom boxes and cups, and that they automatically gave us napkins, straws, and cutlery for take out. We had the food delivered via an app and everything was still hot and fresh when it arrived. I'd recommend checking them out, but I'd err towards their fry options over their wings, personally.

If anybody in Rialto, don't waste your time. Rather make the trip to Colton or Rancho. Rialto has terrible customer service, ditsy cashiers, need staple training classes because their spending long amount of time fighting with a stapler just to staple bags. Cooks disappearing, forgetting orders and think everything is funny, back there laughing and constantly cursing, when customers waiting already 30 minutes. Told the girl to make my shake when my order is ready to go, so it can make it home for my kids, and she made it immediately and it melted as long we was waiting. So she had to make me another one. The whole staff (besides the older cook that disappeared) are young. Was pretty much very irresponsible. For my first time, and was looking forward to trying The Buffalo Spot, they a gave me a very poor experience.

So we tried these wings during November 2020 we fell in love with them at the time. Fast foward april 2021 we looked foward to it however they lost their touch. Wings were cold and the portion and size of wings severely changed. We ordered buffalo fries very good and flavorful however like I mentioned before only had about four pieces of chicken in them. When you spend 50 plus bucks for takeout u expect a lil better service. Hope they go back to there old ways. Probably would give it one more shot in couple months see if they shape up
