I come here often with my kids, the staff are super attentive and make us feel really welcome. They’re always very patient with our list of alterations on the order, nothing is a problem. We went yesterday and said we were hungry so the food came pretty quick. Everything was delicious. Such a great spot for the family!

I had a very pleasant experience here and would absolutely go again! I came in for a smoothie and wasn't sure about some of the ingredients as I have some allergies. The woman at the register was so educated on all of the products they use and so friendly and warm. Ultimately I got the best smoothie ever and will definitely be back!

Came in for a last minute bite after Halloween festivities with my friends and we were greeted with smiles. Wasn’t too thrilled about a peach iced tea but they gladly took it back and replaced it with a different drink of our choosing! Customer service was a big plus not to mention the food was so comforting. I ordered a buffalo chicken quesadilla and it was just too good. Great service, great food, all in a great area. Thank you!

Waitress was nice and friendly,though my order for a breakfast sandwich was for sausage and I got break your teeth bacon instead. Received it quickly,in my opinion because of the fact the bacon was so over cooked. And the eggs under cooked. The place looked nice. I can give the benefit of the doubt on the order,being that I asked for both. Doesn't excuse the poorly prepared food. The break your tooth bacon and the undercooked eggs. The waitress was very nice, bilingual, good looking,seem to know what she was doing will give the place another shot!

Buffalo Kabab was okay. Suggestions: The chicken kebab should not be cut into sharp squares. It should have a natural Kabob shape. No music or ambience. Dead quit is an understatement. Staff was nice.

Always have amazing experiences here! The staff is super friendly, and the food is a total hit. This place really has amazing service regardless of the time of day. Even their delivery service is quick which is an amazing plus. Great place overall.

Such a staple for the west end! They have everything you could want and didn't know you wanted. Breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, you'll always get a great meal that won't disappoint. They also have smoothies that are really good! Go their or order out, you won't be disappointed.

This comfy spot is at the heart of my local dining. I love the very diverse selection of items ranging from breakfast wraps to fish tacos and smoothies! Beverages are awesome too and the staff is super helpful. Highly recommended to all.

My girlfriend and I came to the bungalow one afternoon to grab a quick bite to eat and try a new place. I haven't been to. We come into the establishment and there is no one here. With no one being there, it either means that we are going to get great service or it's a bad sign. Unfortunately, it was the later of the two. Essentially the service was extremely slow, I have to mention again we were the only ones there at the restaurant, the food was way below par and there was a lot to be desired. Usually food in Long beaches, more expensive than other spots on the island, but you expect it to be decent at least. The bungalow is a combination of two things you don't want from a restaurant, bad food and expensive food.

I went here for breakfast with my boyfriend and it was alright. To be honest the worst part about it was our service. Both the lady at the counter and our server were on their phones the entire time. When we wanted to order, needed more drinks, needed the sauce (that he forgot) and even when we needed to pay we had to waive/yell for the server to come back and serve us. The food was okay but definitely overpriced for what you get. Paying $12+ for a small breakfast sandwich with no sides is way too expensive. Probably won't be going back here soon

This was a great place that we stumbled upon for a late lunch/early dinner. They have a little bit of everything on their extensive menu, so you can literally pop on in whenever for whatever you might like to eat. At first glance, we were under the impression that this was a quick to go spot, but we were pleasantly surprised when we learned they had sit-down service. At the time we went, there weren't many diners, but we opted to sit down outside where a table was set up for four. It was quite comfortable as we were under an awning and had plenty of room. Menus were brought out, and this was a monstrosity of a menu. Although the breakfast items looked amazing, I was feeling more of a lunch vibe. I decided to go for the "Honey Mustard Chicken Panini". I had the option to choose grilled or crispy chicken. I went with crispy chicken and it made for a great choice! Our food came out relatively quickly. My panini came with tortilla chips, which I am partial to instead of fries as I never usually finish my fries. The panini itself was huge and very tasty. You can definitely tell it wasn't just microwaved or sloppily put together. I am intrigued and would definitely like to try other menu items. The place itself has a VERY beachy vibe and a great spot to stop at after all day in the sand. My only critique was that even though the service was good, I feel like they weren't really very friendly. You can tell that it was their "job" to be working and to serve us. This would not defer me from going back there, as they were still attentive. The food also spoke for itself and gives me motivation to try this place out again!

Came here after a day drinking in long beach. The food was decent and the staff was friendly. It was a little dingy inside and the food was overpriced for the quality but it was a nice food option to have in the heart of Long Beach surrounded by busy bars, rather than just a fast food joint. Lots of seating for large groups of people and diverse food options.

Fun, friendly local place. Great menu and super for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Whenever I visit Long Beach it's a no-brainer choice.

The menu is huge with a wide array of food to pick from. I've eaten there several times and never had a bad meal, from empanadas to salads to sandwiches. Their customer service is great- Bungalow Wast has a great bar to come in and enjoy a drink with the friendly staff.

Everything I've had here has been highly enjoyable and well executed, as far as mexican goes. Just one caveat is their prices have really hit some kind of next level high, compared to other places on LI I frequent. Bar is always friendly with people to chat. I would probably bring a girl here for lunch or something.

Such a great breakfast/lunch/anytime place for a quick bite!! Their menu is so broad, and everything I have ever ordered has always been so good! I really enjoy the Baja Shrimp Burrito and the smoothies are also a great choice with breakfast!! And I don't know about you, but free refills on ginger ale on a hungover morning makes my heart (and my stomach) happy :)

Great place! Came in with my fiancé and mechanic to test ride my boat for any detailing needed, parked right on the dock and walked in for brunch. I HIGHLY recommend the mussels! I'm a huge frantic and they beat my favorite spot to go to for mussels! Staff is super! They have banquet style dining available, which I will be utilizing when I plan another trip with a group of friends. Everything was great, the drinks need work but can't go wrong with wine and champagne. Good on the other hand was great, portions are very nice and filling as well. Came here with my friend and we got wraps. They have quite the extensive menu and choices to choose from! Deciding will take awhile I ordered the thai chicken wrap. It was good but no where did it have thai flavors. More mexican with rice and peppers. So that was a little disappointing..the size was huge so i could only eat half. We took the food to go but the inside is really cute tiki bar feel! Next time i will def order a diff wrap.

Food is awesome both dine-in and takeout! Breakfast and dinner are equally as good. Best iced coffee ever!

You cannot beat $1 flat delivery - especially on a Friday! We spent Friday night working on homework (riveting, I know), and were not in the mood to cook, and couldn't decide on a type of food, so decided to give the Bungalow a try and am super happy we did. I got the black bean burrito with avocado and it was SO good - I'm excited to get it again (I'm always in the mood for a good burrito). We also got an order of sweet potato fries, and regular fries - because of the delivery they were a little cold, but still pretty solid. Between 3 burritos, two sides, delivery and tip it came out to $50 - not bad for dinner for 3 on a Friday night. They have a huge menu, and the smoothies look like they may be something I go back to on a warm day, but I don't doubt I'll be ordering from here more regularly.

Food is great, and the menu is huge. I honestly think there is very little this place does not make. Definitely recommend.

Having recently become LB locals, we were told by many of our friends to stop by the Bungalow for lunch. Today we finally did! They have a HUGE menu with an unbelievable amount of vegetarian friendly options (score!). We all had a tough time choosing between smoothies, omelettes, wraps, paninis and even burritos. I ended up getting the butternut omelette and we shared the guac appetizer (which was actually pretty big). Mine was delicious and a pretty decent size too. Perfect for lunch! Definitely stop by if you're in the area - the Bungalow has something for everyone (and is reasonably priced on top of it all).

Great smoothies, thats the best thing you can get there. The entrees and apps are average. Breakfast is popular, but theres nothing special about any meals here. Its a bit over priced for what you get, however. Environment is nice, tiki bar style, a plus in summer. This is their differentiator.m, and its nice. Location on too of high speed traffic on East Park Avenue isn't nice. Eating outdoors in Long Beach in summers is nice in general, and they make a good effort with palms and flowers, but sitting a foot or two from disgusting piles of garbage is sickening. After experiencing that twice, I haven't been back. Its smells and is really gross. They also have an annoying $15 or more minimum on credit cards. Fine for a restaurant, which they try to be --but when you run in for a pricey smoothie, its an inconvenience that annoys me in a world fast abandoning cash only. Another reason I haven't been back in months --and I used to have breakfast, lunch or a smoothie a few times a week during the summer. I realize they cant handle the business in the summer and probably don't care, but losing regular customers (Im one of at least half a dozen I know of) over filthy smelly piles of garbage directly adjacent to an eating area, frustrating payment methods (including no Apple Pay) and average food at above somewhat average prices makes a three star review more than generous. If I hear they improved basic customer service and cleanliness fixed, Id try them again. Not before, unfortunately.

Food= 5* our server= 1* had to seek her out after 10 min, and for every time we needed water. Rum drinks that boast their strength= 0 more like a shirley temple

The food is good but service is not. The girls working at pick up need to be more professional and use gloves. Kitchen is slow

This is my go to place for a quick healthy meal. Kitchen is consistent with making great food. Only recent downfall for me is that they changed the fries. The new fries look great but greasy. The old fries were my go to cheat, no guilt after chowing down a few of those. Other than that, love, love, love this place.

The Bungalow is one of my go to spots in the west end. It is open early and has breakfast options all day unlike many other places in the west end. Also they have many options and food is always good. My recommendations are the fries, bean burrito, chips and guacamole, and their french toast. However there service could be more attentive, prices could be lower, and I do not like their smoothies. All in all this place is still a nice place to stop at!

I've only eaten food from The Bungalow on a few occasions, but it was either to go or for breakfast, so I can't really comment on the service because it's usually pretty quiet at 9am anyway. Either way, the menu is exceptionally vast as far as sandwiches are concerned - you can really get anything you are craving, because they probably have it in a wrap or panini. Their breakfast menu is also amazing - lots of breakfast burritos, pancakes or even shakes for all of you health freaks to choose from. It is a little pricy for just a wrap, but maybe I have been living outside of the US too long, which is why I also think the size of the wraps are humungous! Only one complaint from my English hubby - no brown sauce (HP sauce)! But that is easily fixed by bringing your own bottle if you need it that badly on your eggs!

I've been sitting here for a hour waiting for my food, if I had the ability to give 0 stars I would, I asked for a drink and they were made but forgotten at the table and not given to us till 20 mins later, we order a BLT and they put egg on it.

Great go to in LB. Haven't had a single item I didn't like. Their fish tacos are great.

I used to love coming here but recently found out that their beans, both red and black are not vegetarian. I also think that since they increased their prices their food is just too expensive for what it is. A panini for $13+ is a little much. Especially for such a beachy, low key atmosphere.

I really hate to do this bc I own a restaurant as well but I have to. This is a reflection of the employee working at 5:30 on 8/23, whoever was answering the phones. I was told it would take 45 minutes to get my delivery, showed up freezing cold in 1 hour and 47 minutes. Not a single apology, nothing. Full price for a cold soggy burrito that I'm not even going to eat. I understand that things happen but to charge full price and not apologize is just insane. They aren't picking up the phone anymore so I'm assuming they don't want the business. It's a shame bc I've been going to this place for a while now but I can't after what happened today.

Craziest experience I ever had ordering delivery. I called for a delivery and a woman picked up the phone, when I asked for delivery she said okay hold on and put the phone down. She did not put it on hold so I could hear everything. I heard her making smoothies or something and talking to people. So I hang up after a few minutes and called again and she literally did the exact same thing. So I gave it one more shot since I really was craving the place and she did it again. I couldn't believe it I hung up and called again and was gonna ask to speak to the manager and now the line was busy, obviously from her leaving three lines open. I gave up but I tried to call back 30 mins later to complain and the line was still busy. Can you believe that, because I truly couldn't. Completely unacceptable, I will stick with the east end location.

Horrible. Walked in no one greeted us the two servers had their faces buried into their phones. We finally sat ourselves and eventually the waitress begrudgingly put her phone down to take our order. The first dish came out relatively quickly the second dish which I ordered (a salad) took more than 20 minutes (it was not busy at all). The person I was with was nearly done with their meal when mine finally appeared at the window. The whole time both servers were sitting at the counter once again faces buried into their phones one even had ear buds in. We had to call over the waitress to tell her my food was was ready, essentially doing the job for her, she brought it over then went right back to her phone. So pathetic. Was in plain sight of paying customers. Another person came in, sat next to them at the counter but neither one of them seemed to realize. After waiting patiently he had to walk over and ASK to order. Complete disregard and disrespect. Worst part was I could see through the window into the kitchen that one cook was completely unmasked while the others had masks around their chins and noses. Disgusting, reckless and dangerous. Never returning and will spread the word to friends and family to avoid this place. I am making a complaint to the DOH for the lack of mask wearing. I am sorely disappointed. FYI the food was mediocre at best not worth the COVID risk or terrible service.

Need to work on answering the phone. The amount of orders they miss because of it is ridiculous. Good management would make this place a gold mine!

Just a decent place to grab a sandwich if you don't want to belly up somewhere. Bungalow is basically a diner with a beach theme, the menu is sandwiches and burgers and quesadillas. They serve breakfast too, eggs, pancakes and the like. Everything I've had there is just....decent. It filled me up, it was satisfactory, can't really complain. If there was one thing about bungalow that stood out...smoothies. They make excellent fruit smoothies that are surprisingly helpful to your Sunday hangover. And if it's a weeknight and you've earned a protein shake, they make delicious ones. I recommend the vanilla butter, and have heard the blueberry butter is good too. Bungalow...you're solid.

Awesome menu with something for everybody. The staff is super attentive. We make the trip from Rockaway here once a week. It's so good! My favorite is the shrimp skewers. Hubby loves Carribean tacos !

Great spot for all types of food! A nice large menu with a variety of options: pancakes, eggs, burritos, tacos, salads, burgers, shakes and more!! The best part is they serve breakfast all day! With everything going on in the world they've been very diligent about contactless delivery and super friendly. My favorite breakfast is the strawberry/banana pancakes. So delicious. I definitely recommend!

I am a huge fan of this place. I love their Chai tea lattes, and their breakfast tacos were on point. The atmosphere and staff are both laid back and chill. I will be here again and again!

Really nice service and the tiki decor is chill. However the food is standard fuel fare, nothing too interesting but not bad by any means. Felt comfortable staying for a while and it has a neighborhoody vibe.

Worst service I have ever experienced in Long Beach. We walked in, only to seat ourselves. Waited while four employees sat at counter talking with one another, giving dirty looks to the patrons. When our waiter decided to come for our order he stood and said nothing. Then he was disrespectful as he said "patience" to my friend. The manager clearly couldn't care less about customer service because she never once left the end of the counter and her cell phone. If you are looking for a meal before hitting the beach be prepared to be there a while. If you want to sit at a "diner" for a long time then here's your place. Nothing special but the decor. I'm still shocked by the service!

I have given the Bungalow East so many opportunities to impress me. Their food falls flat every single time. Everything tastes the same - dull and bland. I have had quesadillas, burgers, wraps and paninis. If I had a blindfold on, I would not be able to distinguish each one. I will say one positive comment - their shakes are very good.

We have dined in and ordered out since they've opened but we've had a hard time with our last few orders! I had a very peculiar omelette with undercooked whole vegetables placed inside, the eggs just folded around it. And most recently we ordered takeout- two burritos and a chicken tortilla soup. I've had the soup before, so I'm thinking maybe it was just a mistake-The broth was thin and clear, the beans, chicken, an veggies looked like they were just dropped in. The burritos both had a little lump of chopped shrimp in them, maybe one good bite. Three stars because we've had good food before, and loved the menu. Disappointed!

This place is awesome. Walked in not too early on a Satuday morning (maybe 10 AM) and there wasn't any wait. It has this vibe that you're in a kind of tiki bar which i thought was really cool. I ordered this omelette with grilled onions and mushrooms and a side of whole wheat toast with butter. Best omelette that I've ever had in a while. I'm moving down to Long Beach in a few months and I can definitely say that I will be coming here once I do.

I have a confession. I don't like burritos. Or wraps. They get too full and they break and it's just sadness all around. But the Thai Chicken wrap sounded delicious, so I got it as a rice bowl! They were flexible with the ordering and all of the ingredients were fresh. The chicken and peppers were chopped small enough that you get a taste of everything in one bite which is awesome. My mom got the Cuban panini and the plain cheese quesadilla. It was our first time having anything from here so we didn't know. We weren't warned. It all happened so fast. So. Much. Food. We could have propped up the quesadilla and camped under it. Two days later and I may just finish this rice bowl (which was only 9.95 ) for lunch. Delivery was quick (30 min). The guy that delivered our food was nice. And handsome. I tripped going out the door to sign for it. Still picking up the remains of my dignity off my porch. And having my neighbors sign for any future orders.

Love this place! Personally like this location more than the one on the east end (despite the parking situation) its just a bit more spacious and cleaner. I always get the Jetty Juice, medium is the way to go because the price is right. Best smoothies!!! The tofutti is everything. Perfect lunch if you're coming back from laying on the beach all day. I always get a wrap, its just so fun and easy to eat on a hot summer day. I recommend the South of the Boarder wrap with avocado, or the Baja Shrimp wrap.

Three stars because I absolutely loved this place. Clean, great staff and food and coffee consistently good. But-- Went there this winter during cold/flu season and there was a visibly and audibly sick worker in the back cooking area. He was coughing constantly and even took a moment to walk to the bathroom (which is in the dining area) and spend 5 minutes coughing up phlegm that the entire restaurant cringed with. He went back into the cooking area coughing and blowing his nose. Now I love to support local (and consistently great) businesses but why would they have a worker on premises who is obviously not healthy during flu season and in the cooking area for that matter? To me it shows something lacks with the health codes of this place for a manager to allow this. We cancelled our order and walked out along with another couple. It's a shame, I want to go back bc I love it there but I can't shake the lack of judgement of that one. ‍

Super chill atmosphere all the time. Great food. Oh and their protein shakes ! Zomg. Get the coffee flavor with an espresso shot and you won't even need food, or to sleep. But I always get food anyway.

I love the food here which is why I keep coming back. It is delicious! Breakfast wraps , smoothies and salads are excellent. However, almost every time I order delivery, the order is wrong/ missing something. I ordered to the beach recently and spent a decent amount of money on lunch for 3 ppl. I had no napkins, Forks, knives or straws. I called back and it took an additional 15 minutes for them to bring those items. (This was on top of the hour we already waited for the food). I am leaving this review in hopes that their delivery/to go service pays more attention to details because I truly think they have a great product!

I have had bungalow west twice. Being honest, food was average both times. Nothing special. Service was also just ok. Nice people but it took a while and food was room temperature by the time I ate it.

I ordered the other night for the first time. Everything was great! I will definitely be ordering the chicken skewers over rice again!

Love it. My boyfriend and I have breakfast here frequently. We absolutely love it. We get the California and the veggie omelets. Awesome. Cute ambiance inside and the coffee is good. The staff is always sweet and it makes the experience that much more pleasant:)

They have a vast menu so even the pickiest person can find something they would want to order. Ranges from healthy shakes, to burgers for the health conscious person or the person who wants to splurge. The paninis are a little over priced since they do not come with fries or a side, but the turkey panini is my favorite!
