The Burger Truck Detroit

I’ve been to this business twice within the last week and it still hit the mark! The first day we ordered the All American (two patties, American cheese, onions, lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, ketchup, mayo, and mustard), Chicken nuggets, and a Mango Dragonfruit refresher with (substituted the dragonfruit with strawberries)! Both were good! The second go round we ordered an All American, the BBQ Burger (two patties, American cheese, grilled onions, mayo, BBQ sauce, and turkey bacon), and fries. The fries were the kind with crispy crumbs on them. Again, it was delicious!

Just tried this burger truck for the first time and I was seriously impressed! The burgers were juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right—and the fries were perfectly crispy. You can really tell they care about quality. I had the chance to meet the owner, Kamal, and he was super friendly and welcoming. You can feel the passion he puts into his food and the service. Definitely one of the best burger spots I’ve had in a long time—can’t wait to come back!

super good! customer service was great. I called in my order, got there quick and the food was already ready. my burger was great. I got the mac and cheese bites and they weren’t good but that’s no biggie. I don’t ever have to get those again but I will be back to try another burger

Had the cheese curd burger, a little salty, but still one of the best burgers i’ve had in a long time! My boyfriend had the filet mignon burger, for him the portion was too small, but it was still good. We also had the mango and blueberry slushies which were super sweet but still yummy. My boyfriend and I are happy we stopped here and we’ll definitely come back whenever we’re back in Detroit.

Date night food truck edition 😋. King Lemonade and I decided to do a food truck this time. And we choose The Burger Truck Detroit. The food assistant was nice. Overall, the food was good. The fries really had no flavor to them other than the cheetos that were on them. The burger was ok, and the drinks were ok as well. Nothing extra, just an ok meal. @according2teau 👽🦄

So glad I happened upon this food truck in the middle of Midtown Detroit! Situated in a corner of a parking lot, I could smell the goodness as I walked up. I ordered the BBQ burger; two patties, grilled onions, mayo, and barbecue sauce minus the American cheese. I had read the reviews, but I was not ready! The patties weee seasoned to perfection and the grilled onions had just the right crunch! I literally sat in my car and demolished the burger! 😂 It was sooo good!

I can't stress how much I love a good food truck! The burger truck is exactly how it sounds & tastes even better. Mac was a pleasure to speak with; it's nice to see young business owners love what they do. The burgers are unique, & delicious. You're missing out if you haven't tried this local delight. Guy taking orders seemed irritated to be there. The wait wasn’t too bad. The truck is located in a paid parking lot. $10 to park unless you want to park on a side street and walk (we did that.) Burger was great!

I love that this truck is here. I went for lunch during the week and it was pretty busy and I had to wait about 20 minutes. The burger was pretty good but the Cajun fries were great - and the portions are huge.

I was at old Miami with some friends and we got hungry and saw this truck and immediately went over. It's a great location for a late night snack/meal. The service was good and the food came out pretty fast. The food itself was good but nothing extraordinary, good basic hamburgers, hot dogs, and fries. It REALLY hit the spot after the bar. I likely wouldn't seek it out, like go to midtown just to eat here, but if The Burger Truck finds me on another night out, trust I will be getting a hot dog. And fries. The fries were seasoned super good and an order came with a LOT.

Had the pleasure of grabbing lunch from here today. (It's a food truck, so I don't have anything but food to review.) Absolutely delicious. I normally steer clear of double patties or request that 1 be removed, but I devoured that entire burger. Arrived around 1230 & there was 1 other person already in line. I ordered a suggested favorite with additions. Food took about 10 minutes. Drinks available are bottled water, pop, & frozen (or slushie, i cant remember) lemonade.

Hola thēē Guys were sweet, accommodating, I like the location b/c that area needed another truck for variety! Ordered bacon cheeseburger double (all toppings on the side) & cajun garlic parm fries, shoestring aren't my preference. Try it out, they'd love ta have Yall!

Food trucks are always fun! Most often, they have great concepts and tasty good food. The Burger Truck did not disappoint. I experienced the parm fries and sliders. The fries were crisp and cooked in fresh oil. The parmesean cheese coating made them absolutely delicious. The sliders were surprisingly meaty, although served in smash burger style. Next time, I'll order with extra grilled onion. The menu offers various burgers and sides with trendy toppings of cheetos and doritos, jalapeños and nacho cheese. On my next visit, I plan to try the cheese curd burger. Apps include mac & cheese bites, cheese curds, nuggets, and a variety of fries. The menu also includes hotdogs and drinks. A "make it your way" option is available for the burgers and fries with lots of free and extra toppings. The truck parks here seven days a week. Tip: the lot on Cass is paid and there is paid parking on the street, but there is a small free parking section directly in front of the food truck where you can park and wait for your food.

Definitely delicious! You need to treat yourself to a great meal from this food truck. Customer service was amazing and the food was delicious. We will be making a trip there again soon. We ordered the Nacho cheese burger, sliders which came with 3 good size burgers and French fries. Thank you for such kindness! You made our trip to visit you guys so very much worth it.

I love their burgers. I went to the one on 8mile near Woodward. They don't have a location on here for me to review so I picked this location. I got the 3 sliders and the mango lemonade. Scrum-dilly-umptious. They are very friendly as well

I've been a big fan of The Burger Truck. I've been to several locations, always good until yesterday. I went to Cass avenue location and was so disappointed. My burger and fries had changed, the quality was not the same. The fries were different and the burger was different. I won't be going back. I used to always go if I had to go downtown for something. The service was good but that's not enough.

Excellent burgers, fries, and hotdogs. Easy free parking, just drive into the lot. The staff is very polite.
