This used to be such an amazing building, but the new staff is so disappointing.
The property manager is completely absent— it’s been like six months, and no one has even seen her, let alone met her. She seems to do nothing but collect a paycheck and let issues pile up.
The front desk staff are also rarely at their post. As a result, packages accumulate at reception and deliveries are missed because staff members aren’t available to sign for them.
There used to be a warm and friendly vibe here, but the new employees avoid residents and don’t smile or greet when they see you. When you make a request or ask a question, they act as if you're bothering them, and usually, they don’t know the answer anyway.
On top of all that, the elevators and gym equipment are constantly breaking down and go for months without being repaired. This place no longer feels like a luxury building worth the high cost, and, worse, it no longer feels like home.
