⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Butcher Shop on 96 is amazing! They have a huge selection of fresh meats—seafood, chicken, beef—you name it, they’ve got it. I love that they also carry spices, desserts, and even premade meals you can take home and cook. Everything is super fresh, and the prices are really fair for the quality you’re getting. The Butcher Shop is our go to place for meat. I haven't had a hamburger in years that I enjoyed until we started getting our meat from here. Ask the meat tastes like it did years ago when it wasn't treated with who knows what. The breakfast sausage is lovely too. I highly recommend you so here and try anything! You won't be disappointed.

Let me start by saying that im super picky about meat and where I get it simply because my family raises Angus cattle so I know a good deal about quality meat products. While I haven't purchased any beef from here (we raise our own) i have purchased countless other products. The Cubano roll is absolutely delicious. Boudin and gator sausages are killer. They have a great assortment of different sausages as well as pre seasoned meats. Their entire selection is on point! They also have pork skins that are top tier and their flavored butter is also delicious. Their customer service is also top notch! Thanks Buther Shop for being so amazing!

First time stopping by and I’ll have to say I’m impressed with the selections, seasonings and store cleanliness. The staff doesn’t pressure you and is very knowledgeable. Bought some porterhouse chops and the monthly special. After trying for some time to get out of the box retail meat sections (I’m not real sure where their meats came from) I think I may have found my butcher shop…

Had our Christmas party catered, and everything was perfect. The room was silent while we ate, and this is a lively bunch.

***updated*** 8/5/23 **Visited yesterday. Still doesn't disappoint. The Filets are delicious..a little white truffle salt, onion and garlic. The 500 degrees. We have purchased Filets from them several times now. They are consistent everytime. Tender. Easy to cook. The wife loves the Baked Potatoe Salad. The wings are great as well.

This place is AWESOME! I'm a bit disillusioned with the meat options at the grocery stores lately and I was on the search for some fresher cuts of meat. In particular, I wanted to buy some oxtail! I called The Butcher Shop to see if they had any and the guy who answered the phone was so kind and patient. He took the time to answer all of my questions. They do sell oxtail for $16.99/lb. I arrived to the store and to my surprise, they have beef bacon! I LOVE BEEF BACON. It's so hard to find it now a days, but when I do find it I definitely treat myself! I can't wait to cook it for breakfast tomorrow. Highly recommend The Butcher Shop and I'll be back soon!

Visiting from out of town. Wanted to grill some steaks with my family. Stopped in here after my cousin mentions Banana pudding with nutter butter cookies. Surprised with and amazing selection of protein, sides and all bbq needs. Fresh and frozen proteins available. Sausage, seafood, beef, pork and chicken. Picked up a ribeye and the banana pudding for dinner. Ribeye with some salt and pepper, grilled to perfection! Tasted amazing. God it was good. Thank you!

Overpriced for the quality meats that they sell. Better going to the grocery store to buy a good quality meat. Plus I bought ribeye that was freezer burnt. Only reason I give 2 stars and not 1 is because of the dog bones they sell aren't horrible priced and I don't have to go across town to get my dog a bone.

Seriously the best option around for all of your home cooking desires. They have a wonderful selection on the shelf, yet they are able to order anything I've ever asked for. Getting truly fresh seafood is a huge plus for me, and they flat out have the options if you ask. Nothing like fresh, raw oysters with the comfort of being at home! I have yet to leave the store without trying one of their flavors of sausage & have yet to be disappointed!

Good pork chop, but for $18 a pound, the NY strip was marginal. Poorly cut and not much flavor. I won't be going back.

Went by on Saint Patricks Day (my birthday) for something special for supper. We got a bunch of meat, but the highlight was the sausage. Alligator, Hawaiian Mafia, Devil in Georgia, Jal. Cheddar...they were the best sausages I've ever put in my mouth. Great job y'all! The employees were a true refreshment to deal with. Knowledgable, caring, honest, and truly seemed happy to be there. This is by far the BEST butcher shop I've been too in a long time! You tend to think that the grocery store has the best meat because it looks fresh, cellophane wrapped, etc. After getting several steaks & crab cakes I have had a difficult time getting my steaks from the grocery store! I've yet to try their house marinade, because my hubby makes a mean one himself, but I will definitely be trying more meats from them! Oh & did I mention how super, duper nice everyone is there!? Love this shop!!

My family has been patronizing this store since they opened. Clean, friendly and always have what we are looking for. The meat is grade A++ and the pre made sides are amazing. They also have pre made sandwiches for a quick lunch on-the-go.

Great Jerky! I love beef jerky, but not the moist mass production stuff you usually find. I tried their hickory flavor and was very impressed. About as close to perfect as I could imagine. It was dry but not hard to chewy or tear. It had great flavor but wasn't overly salty. And they didn't give me a hard time for using a credit card to "sample" $4 worth of jerky. (I'm picky and had to know I liked it). Well it's awesome and if it's any indication of the other meats in the shop, I'm sure they are all great quality and well worth the visit. I'll be back again soon for my favorite road trip fare!

This is by far one of the best butcher shops I've been in since moving to Georgia. Excellent customer service and the quality is exceptional. Will definitely be back!

As a single mother I always look for the best deals to make money last when it comes to food! ! This place is exactly that. They have amazing package deals and the best part is of part of the package is not something that you eat or like they will gladly substitute it for any product on the store of equal value. They were friendly helpful and overall a great company ran by great people. I will definitely include them in my weekly and monthly shopping trips! ! They have package for any size budget and the quality is out standing! !

There's not a better place to go or better people to buy from than The Butcher Shop!!! The selection is always the best. Fresh meats always on display for you to select from. Friendly atmosphere from the time you walk in to the time you check out. Prices are competitive and the meats are always better.
