They have great food. Everything we buy is always fantastic even though we can not afford these things that are very expensive. Great prices on chicken and pork. Ground beef on sale this week and you can't beat the price! Great London Broil. And beautiful corn on the cob! One of only 2 places I go to by my fresh meat! We love everything we have tried!

It's simple folks. They have high quality meats at great prices. Ground beef for 75% the cost of the big stores. I got 3 lovely jumbo steaks there and they were great! I also enjoy their huge selection of spice mixes!

Stopped by on Memorial Day around noon to get Cajun sausage. Sold out but the kind butcher said she would have some ready in a couple of hours. Arrived at 4:00 and able to grill tonight. Best service in Pensacola!

Excellent selection and fantastic service! I've been a customer here since moving to Pensacola several years ago. I've tried other places in town, The Butcher Shop is clearly the best... hands down. They can accommodate any request I throw at them, from special blends of ground beef to special orders I've placed for parties. This is the best place in Pensacola!

The Butcher Shoppe has a great selection of meats. I shop here weekly and love the fresh variety of beef. This week I plan to try their lamb chops. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The Butcher Shoppe has become more about mail order and the shop seems to be the leftovers. The service has become horrible. I was in one day at 3 pm and they refused to cut some steaks for me as “we already started cleaning up because it was slow”. Sam’s club has better prime steaks for half the cost. If you want Wagyu or some other specialty meat then head to Costello’s - they are very nice and provide a great service for the community.

What do you say about The Butcher Shoppe that would promote this establishment to a higher level? I say, try their Waygu burger meat, I made me cry, unbelievable flavor, melt in your mouth deliciousness. I had to swing by a second time while passing through to pick up 10lbs to gift family, while heading back to Arkansas from a Florida beach vacation.

I will never buy my meats from anywhere but here. I placed an order for the meat box last Friday and picked it up on Saturday and I was highly impressed. The meat looked absolutely beautiful and tasted just as good. The customer service was impeccable as well. I’m going to order again on the 28th. I highly recommend The Butcher Shop for all of your meat needs. 10/10

A hidden gem in Pensacola, the butcher shop offers premium meats with service that is remarkable. they offer sales that make it worth the drive from just about anywhere and their selection of meat is unbelievable. The atmosphere in the store makes you feel welcome and a valued customer.

The absolute best Wagyu steak that I've ever had. They have an amazing selection of choice, prime and Wagyu beef. They have so much more. I have gotten the Wagyu fillets twice now and they have been fantastic each time. Cooked a Wagyu chuck roast last night for birria tacos, and it was juicy and tender. They are always friendly and offer to help each time I've come in. I drive from Mobile, Alabama to come to this butcher.

Best cuts of meat in town. They always treat me like a good friend and that kind of service keeps me driving out of my way to go back to their store.

Prices for prime ribeyes are competitive with anyone. Steaks were very tender and delicious. Will go back for certain.

Favorite place to get fresh meat. You can taste the difference. Love the selection there and everyone there are super friendly and helpful. I usually go there for their bison, wagyu, rib eye and chicken breast. It's a must if you want to get no antibiotic added meats.

I love the butcher shop but it's NOT consistent! I live in Pace and travel to THE BUTCHER SHOP for my meat and I've been very dissappointed lately. This is the one of 2 places I will buy meat and it hasn't been very good recently. I feel like it's every other time I go. The meat is phenomenal when it's good but I've thrown out so much meat simply because of the smell. I usually buy Wagyu Skirt steak, pork chops, black garlic and chicken. The pork chops are to die for, the bacon is delicious, but sometimes the texture of the chicken is off. I'm sorry for this review but meat is expensive and when you also have guests in town and rave about this establishment and it doesn't own up to its reputation, that's also disappointing.

Great spot for absolute top-notch red meat selection, good prices, and friendly people. I always cruise by after I land at the adjacent airport and bring some steaks home. The place specializes in Wagyu and their meat has some lovely marbleing. I really hate to do much other than sear their meat because it's so good by itself.

All their meats and spices are spot on. Customer service is great. We tried their corn on the cob applewood smoked bacon and it was amazing! Highly recommend .

Love the Butcher Shoppe! Their meats are incredible and they offer a lot of great items! Unfortunately, the pre packaged Smoked Chicken Salad and Jalapeño Pimento Cheese now have high fructose corn syrup and a bunch of other crap in them. The pimento cheese is now made with processed cheese food. Come on man!!!

I bought my husband a Teager smoker for Xmas. do yall sell a variety package of different cuts of beef and pork? like pork ribs, Boston butt, beef brisket and something else that he can cook on his new smoker after Xmas. Thanks Linda

I'm not crazy about a lot of the products they sell here. Some of the frozen goods seem outdated/frostbite frozen. The Chateaubriand we purchased, we hated it, in comparison to the grass fed Australian Chateaubriand we usually get elsewhere. However, the Wagyu they carry is Fabulous. LOVE the wagyu! LOVE the wagyu! LOVE the wagyu! I come for the wagyu & so should you! :)... Recommend.

The Butcher Shop has great meat and the prices are usually better than your local supermarket. Friendly staff, always helping the customers.

I have purchased my rib roasts here for several years now. They are usually around 15 pounds, prime cut, and well worth it. I can cut the meat with a fork. Even my wife who likes her's well done (I know), has tender servings. The staff is helpful, friendly and welcoming.

The meat is amazing. The service is top notch. I have ordered from them many times and never disappointed!

Ordered a Christmas Prime Rib Roast. What a great location and some of the nicest and helpful people work there.

Great shop to get the best meats possible. Went there last week and was blown away. Briskets looked fantastic including the Prime. Ended up getting some Dino Ribs. Seasoned them with SPG and smoked them on my Weber Kettle with Pecan and Apple. Associate told me to cook them like a brisket and the ribs were fantastic. I will definitely shop here for all of my higher grade meats. Great inventory and great staff.

Go to Sam's Club for Prime beef that is $10/lbs less for fresher meat! ($15/lbs at Sam's versus $25/lbs at Butcher Shoppe for ribeye). Check out the meat. Some of it is worth the price but a lot is about to turn. I have had several prime and wagyu steaks that tasted off. I won't buy the ground wagyu anymore. Most of their business seems to be not the retail store and the get a bad attitude sometimes.

Great selection of meats , spices and sauces. Also have small bags of pellets with many different types of wood.

Whatever meat you choose here is top notch. I haven't had a local butcher since Abernathy's closed in Tuscaloosa in the 2000's. The quality difference to the chain stores is huge. I love to walk in with my soft cooler on my arm and explore. I have some stock items I always grab (ground sirloin, pork chops, corn). I will grab a local pie from the cooler in the front of the store on occasion. I'm glad I checked Yelp after I moved here last year looking for a butcher.

I will not go anywhere else for meat. I used to buy from walmart/target etc and noticed it was making me sick or always had a smell etc. I started going here instead. The prices are so good, the quality of the meat is unmatched, the customer service is always amazing. I will only buy my meats here from now on.

The. Best. Ever. My wife and I walked in and were immediately greeted by the welcoming staff. They don't hover but they are always close by for any questions you may have. The prices can't be beat. We walked it to "just look around" ended up needing a basket (do yourself a favor and grab one on the way in). So as we found our way in the steak section we saw the wagyu beef steaks and immediately wanted to try them (seeing as they had two for the price you can only buy one else where). Well we have the sirloins but saw the Denver cut of wagyu and asked the closest associate for help. He recommended the Denver cut, boy he was right! The steaks were tender and melted in your mouth and it wasn't the chef because I am by no means a world class grill operator. Now my wife is wondering why I've been feeding her the scraps of meat our whole marriage when they have these steaks. Haha. But seriously check it out. They do not disappoint. Thank you to the helpful and friendly staff. We will be back!

A friend told me about this place he found on Facebook. I am not a Facebook subscriber, and got the phone number from my friend. When calling they were very helpful as what product to select and the grades of brisket. I ordered A9 brisket and some prime beef short ribs. They ship on Mondays and I was told I would get an email with tracking numbers. My only issue that kept me from going to 5 stars is I never got the email. I called 2 times to see where my order was. They looked it up each time. As it turns out my package arrived on Friday of that week. I was worried in the current heat wave if it would make it. As it turns out it was just cool and all was fine. The meat was wonderful and a crowd pleaser. The only other issue was many of the cold packets we're thawed and had leaked on everything which caused me to have to wash all of the product. Will I purchase from them again YES!

Every cut of meat I have ever had from here has always been FANTASTIC/DELICIOUS/FRESH. And the staff is always super accommodating. I mostly frequent the Fairfield location but every time I've been to the Langley location it's always been just as pleasant. This place is the spot. In the photo uploaded I steamed a rib roast in wine and a light beer on a low/med heat for a few hours and then threw it on the grill to char the outside it was amazing! Although I recommend using whole onions if you like them, they turned out amazing but a little soft while the roast was a perfectly beautiful med/rare (garlic salt+pepper, thyme, rosemary, sage) mm mmm mm.

Glad that these fine folks brought a store to the east side of town, because the west side is quite a haul from Milton. You can walk in and get just about anything that you could want and experience instant gratification. If you don't see what you desire, just ask...chances are that they can get it for you. I've bought wagyu steaks, prime steaks, and heritage breed pork ribs. The wagyu is pricey...but where else are you going to get it? The prices aren't out of line for the quality that you get, so I'm okay with that. There are veggies, too. And spices. And local honey that you can buy in bulk. They mark down meats if they're reaching the sell-buy date. The store is impeccably clean and the folks are nice. In addition to the fresh meats, there's a wall of freezers with frozen stuff and prepared gourmet meals. It's really worth your time to stop in and see what they have. If you are a carnivore, you'll leave with something to satisfy you.

I went the the Butcher Shoppe today hoping to buy ground pork. They told me, without explanation, that they could not grind any for me. I was shocked, as I thought that was what a specialty meat store should do.

Heads up foodies! OMG - This is a real find. An authentic meat market in the panhandle of Florida. They carry great product. Including prime beef, high quality pork, veal, and chicken. I gladly drive from DESTIN to shop for the best beef in the panhandle, period. They provide great service. Over the top helpful employees that know their products. Enjoy!!

Best butcher shop in town by far. Always been about locally owned, and I got exactly what I'm looking for. Great prices on Waygu beef, great seasoning selection, overall wonderful experience.

If you want quality meat then The Butcher Shoppe is the place. They are extremely helpful and informative. From start to finish this is a class act.

Best selection. Best prices. I had to add a review because some reviews said there was a limited selection. Unreal. They have quite literally every cut. They have cuts not usually done in the US like picanha. If its meat, off a cow, they have it. They also have a range of beef grades like prime and even wagyu. They sell "prime" for what the grocery store sells "choice" or "select". That is a steal. Ignore all negative reviews. If you're buying meat buy it here.

Fantastic butcher and meat selection. Excellent service and the prices are generally better than Publix, but with a better selection and the ability to purchase exactly what you need, rather than a big package meant for a family of 6. They will cut or package anything to order. Then again, if you need to cook or smoke meat for a crowd, they have an amazing selection of pork and beef cuts you won't find anywhere else. They have a lot of competition level pork butts and beef brisket. Wish they were in Gulf Breeze! I would shop there every day.

I guess it's okay. Not too much of a selection, but there isn't much of a choice in the Pensacola area for a butcher shop. Came from the Cleveland Oh area, and there are so many choices for fresh meats and deli. But that is there.

The employees are always very friendly and helpful. I went in with a special request to have my meat cut a certain way and despite them not being familiar with what I was requesting, they did their best and knocked it out of the park. They always have a great selection in meats and the quality is amazing. My only wish is that they would have a military discount.

This is the best place for fresh meat without steroids and hormones. They have affordable prices for high grade meat. Our health is priceless so I'm thankful for The Butcher Shoppe and their staff is friendly and helpful.

We've only shopped at the Butcher Shoppe maybe four or five times. I can tell you that we have never gotten anything bad there. The meat is always melt in your mouth tender. The staff is always eager to help you with any questions. If you've not been you don't know what you're missing. On a scale of 1 to 10 this definitely gets a 10

Us Puerto Ricans always have roasted pork shoulder for Christmas, I looked everywhere for the right cut and weight. The reviews led me here, my first impression when I walked into this shop was "WOW" This is a real butcher shop! Not only did they have the cut I needed but the weight exceeded my expectations, which was a bonus because of the amount of people I was feeding (50). Quality was A-1 , I recommend this place above all other places in Pensacola. Also, the staff was just as good as the meat
