Very underwhelming experience, especially for the price. The food was okay, and there are far better restaurants at this price point. Nothing we had justified the hype.
To make it worse, this isn’t even a place you can walk into—we had to make a reservation months in advance, only to be completely disappointed. Expectations were high because of how hard it is to get a table, and the experience didn’t come close to matching that buildup.
We went here to celebrate a birthday, and it wasn’t acknowledged at all—not even a simple “happy birthday.” For a restaurant charging these prices, that lack of basic hospitality is unacceptable. Management should consider something as simple as generic birthday cards or a small gesture to make guests feel recognized.
Service timing was poor. We had our drinks and appetizer, then the bread was dropped off with the comment, “I had to fight for the bread for you,” which felt unprofessional. Our sides arrived first, and then we waited another 10 minutes before our steaks were served. Completely disorganized pacing.
The decor is nice, but the restaurant is extremely loud, and the overall atmosphere caters to a snotty, see-and-be-seen crowd. It feels more like a place to take pictures than to enjoy a quality meal.
We spent over $700 for 3 people, and on top of that were charged an additional 3% fee just to pay with a credit card. At this price level, that feels excessive and leaves a bad final impression.
The only positive was the bus staff, who were attentive and did a great job.
Overall, not worth the hype, not worth the price, and definitely not worth planning months in advance to celebrate special occasion.
