Overall we enjoyed the food immensely, they made an off menu Singapore sling which was fantastic, and the atmosphere was lively. We had the gnocchi and the lamb which were both fantastic. Overall we enjoyed the food, drinks, and atmosphere; however we felt that it was overpriced for what you got - especially the focaccia and the lamb. I’d have hoped to get a side of veg or carb with the lamb.

Had a wonderful dining experience at the Butcher’s wife last week. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu and went out her way to ensure we enjoyed everything. The food was delicious and we loved everything. My friend is Coeliac and it was such a treat to not have to worry about cross contamination. For me though I was so impressed with the food that I would make a return trip.

Amazing restaurant for celiacs. Having everything fully gluten free means every dish can be shared. The restaurant is quite fancy and the presentation was right on point. Some dishes taste great, while others were a bit blunt. Overall, we had a good experience

The food is really good, gluten-free. The service is really good as well! They gave us 2 Dodinhos to try for free, it is really nice! Must order next time. They also made us 2 special cocktails for a special occasion. Great and will return!

Love the vibes, interior, food, drinks, and service! It was such a great experience there and thank you to the team for the awesome service and free birthday dessert, making my partner’s birthday an extra special one! 🫶🏻 Would love to try the other dishes, and will pop by again one day!

One of the best steak places I’ve visited in a long while! Every dish came with its own character and the main star (550g steak) was simply mind-blowingly, heavenly, cholesterol sacrificingly delicious. Will definitely return for a meal, thank you for taking such good care of us!

Highlight of the meal was the kombucha! Tart and refreshing, a perfect complement to the meal. Definitely a must-order! Food was good. The Miso Corn Ribs was delicious, though a little too drenched in butter which got cold quite fast under the strong AC. The Mushroom Forest had interesting flavors which went well together. Seafood Moquca was really good too, though the flavors weren't as strong as I thought they would be. Overall a good dining experience in a nice atmosphere, though the cushions look like they've seen better days.

Great food and comfortable ambience in a quiet space! As recommended, tried their new grilled whole sea bass which came mostly deboned. Convenient to eat and extremely fresh. The sauce paired with the light fish really well!

All in all a wonderful brunch. Star of the show was the Beef and Octopus. Weakest link for us was the croquette. Small portions which we prefer so we can taste more items. Though a 2 hr seating time food and service was prompt so no stress to finish your food. Got to say food was unique, cooked on point and tasted wonderful. A solid 5 star establishment worth a revisit.

Food was so so. A couple dishes were good, some were not great especially the lamb which was fatty and quite raw. The portions are quite small compared to the prices for each dish. We did like the squid and basket of bread. Service was not great, hurried and short since we sat outside and was not easy to get their attention. When pointed out one of them was very good to make amends. Ambiance is nothing much to shout about. The 5-stars review was a little misleading to me.

dinner at butcher's wife the other night. food is very focussed on brazillian fusion i must say, with 80% of the names i cant pronounce. in layman's term, the cheese bread was savoury tasty, the seafood stew was hearty and the octopus' soft and tender. weirdly enough, the mango komboucha was very good without overly & annoyingly fizzy. . make sure to get the choc lava cake to end the meal. butcher's wife is definitely a good option if you're in tiong bahru neighbourhood and want a decent meal without breaking the wallet. overall a 3 1/2 star so im going to push it to 4.

Very interesting restaurant that serves gluten free food and natural wines. Contrary to the name there are a ton of vegetarian friendly items. We really liked the Cassava chips, ceviche, sweet potato and buckwheat gnocchi and chicken dosa. Will be back sometime to try the rest of the menu as some really interesting options are there!

This place is phenomenal!! Great service...great food. Not sure what all we had...a beet salad, grilled veggies, some chicken something served in a taco-type vehicle. We also had the bread basket. Oh...and we both had juices. We got here right at 6pm when they opened. By 645, the bar was lined with grab orders. My hubby is a no-gluten naysayer...and even he loved the food. This place will not dissapoint!!

This place is a godsend on a lovely little street in Singapore. The entire restaurant is gluten free so there is no fear of cross-contamination. The food was sublime, the staff were knowledgeable and friendly, without being obsequious. I would eat here every day if I could.

The location is off the beaten path, but we were all pleasantly surprised by this little eatery. We had the green pea hummus and focaccia bread to start and both were fantastic. The main course selections (octopus, sea bass, veggie burger, and beef burger) were the perfect size and very well prepared. We will be back and highly recommend this place for a quiet dinner with friends.

Loved the menu! Totally worth it to go and taste amazing flavors.. The gluten free burger bun and chips were my favorites.. try sausages with green pea sauce..
