"Tucked away on a quaint cobblestone street in Minneapolis lies the plant-filled oasis Cabana Club. Low-lit with a glowing red bar, there’s something sultry about this space. Browse the extensive wine list (that includes nonalcoholic options) that ranges from a cost-effective $5 single glass pour to a seriously special occasion $500-plus bottle from the “Ballers” section. Sip a curated flight from the lengthy spirits selection, or grab a warm-weather-locale-inspired cocktail. Every Monday is half-priced bottle night, and check out the happy hour from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday through Thursday. Reservations are accepted through Toasttab." - Natalia Mendez

Early dinner, enjoyed a cocktail (Tulum and San Juan), both pleasant and tropical - nice on a cold winter night. We split the Cubano sandwich, the Papaya salad, and the Roasted Cauliflower. Definitely recommend the Payaya salad, the sandwich and cauliflower were just ok. Table next to us had the Brussel Sprouts - looked more delicious. Atmosphere is cozy even though it’s a big place. Steady crowd - will be a hit in summer with a large deck and views of the river.

Tasty, unique, and cozy dining! The menu has a nice variety of dishes and drinks, keeping with its travel theme. Everything we ordered was delicious and enjoyed in a good atmosphere with a stunning view of the city. Great spot for a date or just a cocktail at the bar.

Good food, tasty cocktails, and an unbeatable location. The atmosphere was enjoyable, and the service was attentive. Since it’s still a new restaurant, I’m sure they’ll refine some menu items over time. Overall, it was a solid experience.

Five Stars! This restaurant is a true gem. From the moment you walk in, you're enveloped in a unique and inviting atmosphere. The ambient lighting, coupled with the perfectly pitched background music, creates a space where conversation flows easily – a welcome change from the often-deafening restaurant experience. And the view of downtown Minneapolis? Simply breathtaking! The menu is a culinary adventure, offering a fantastic variety of global dishes that cater to every palate. The appetizer selection alone is worth the trip – so many tempting options, it was hard to choose! We went with the Brussels Sprouts, they were amazing and a good portion for 4 people. For the main course, we had the Shortribs and the Lamb Shank. Both dishes were incredible! For dessert, we chose the Lemongrass Creme Brulee with white chocolate and blackberries, and like everything else, it was incredible! We also appreciated the extensive drink menu, featuring expertly crafted cocktails and a well-curated wine list. My husband went for the beer and I chose a cocktail. Our waitress suggested the Victoria and  needles to say it was so tasty that I had two! What truly sets this restaurant apart in addition to the food and the view is the exceptional service. The staff is warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. They were happy to offer recommendations and answer all our questions with genuine enthusiasm. It's clear they take pride in what they do. The location is also ideal. Situated in an area perfect for pre- or post-dinner strolls, it adds to the overall dining experience. We also learned they have a patio opening in the spring, which we can't wait to experience! This restaurant is perfect for any occasion. Whether you're looking for a romantic dinner, a family outing (they are very kid-friendly!), or a gathering with friends, it checks all the boxes. It's a place where everyone, regardless of age, can feel comfortable and enjoy a truly memorable meal. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend it to everyone!

Great addition to the waterfront restaurants. Mix of different cuisines with a huge wine list and many by the glass. The Butter Board is 3 compound butters with focaccia and pop overs They had an orange rosemary, a sundried tomato and morel mushrooms. For happy hour only $10. The burgers both beef and impossible were very good and highly recommended.

DON’T WALK, RUN to try this new place out!! This restaurant, right on the river and by Stone Arch Bridge, is such a vibe (the blurry pics don’t do it justice), with a beautiful view of the city through huge windows, delicious cocktails (Oaxaca) and dinner (apps - butter board and cauliflower followed by short rib for my friend and I got the Cubano) and a friendly server. This place just opened and understandably the kitchen is making a great effort to serve timely; our server Gem was apologetic when food came out a couple minutes later than expected, but it was not an issue at all because we were enjoying the atmosphere so much. I was lucky enough to talk to one of the owners (Krista?), who stopped by our table to check in. She was lovely and had been a server then manager for several years before opening a place of her own, the food is based on her and her partner’s (the other owner) travels. Excited for the patio this summer, too!

We had great service from the time we walked in until the time we left. The views are incredible and the atmosphere is interesting, but also comfortable. Both the food and drink menus do a great job taking you to different parts of the world. We tried the Brussel sprouts, duck confit bahn mi, and wild mushroom fettuccini. The bread and noodles are all made in house so of course they are delicious! The sauce on the brussel sprouts along with the crunch of the roasted garbanzo beans make for such a unique and amazing experience! As for drinks, we tried the Mexico City, Ibiza, and Sicily. The taste and attention to detail were unlike anything we’ve ever tried. The Sicily especially was so good on a cold day. We will definitely be coming back to try more things and hopefully enjoy the patio this summer.

Perfection! I live near the restaurant, and have been looking forward to a new restaurant in this location since Vic's closed many years ago. The space is warm and inviting, the service was wonderful, drinks were tasty, and the food was great. I loved the internationally inspired menu. I particularly enjoyed the short rib done South Korean style with kimchi and a fried egg. My fellow diners enjoyed the burger and the jerk chicken as well. All of this punctuated by THE BEST view of the river and Minneapolis in town! We're pumped to hang out on the patio this summer as well. Kudos, Cabana team! Looking forward to our next visit!
