Staff was very helpful through DMs (they respond quickly) and in store. Balloons were nicely done and still look good on day 4. Friendly customer service and great candy, dessert bar stands/trinkets, and piñatas. I like them so much I've pre-ordered my Halloween piñatas

Nope. Never again. Owner is awful. Take your money to a corporate store rather this trashy local store in this case.... watch your $$. bad customer service. we need a different store with better service and better quality.

I purchased a 2 and 0 balloon and the 2 was defected. It had a small hole that grew until the 2 was completely deflated. I noticed this in my car and drove back to the store for a replacement. The workers were extremely rude and disrespectful. They said it was my fault and they don't do refunds. I had to buy another full-priced 2 balloon. Then, I tried to cancel a future order and they said "we can only do a refund in store credit". This business is pathetic and they are extremely unprofessional. Their policies are ridiculous and they didn't bother to apologize or show that they care for a second. I will never buy from here again. I urge all of you to do the same! It's not worth losing money!!!

Got a 13 delivery to our house and within 45min the 1 was on the floor. The owner said "it was my kids who probably did it!" Haha... very rude and said I took them like that! And she looked at her cameras and said they were perfectly fine when they left her shop! I took them back and she said she would do it this time! Very poor customer service!The owner didn't even care she delivered them this was and was pointing fingers everywhere else but them selfs. And the stars and hearts haven't even been outside for 2 hours and they are already falling! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!! Go somewhere else, where they will make your special day special!

Horrible customer service! Long story short I placed an order for a pińata and it wasn't ready when promised when I went back it was not what I had ordered. It was still theme of the party so it wasn't a big deal. What bothered me most was the owners attitude. She was extremely rude and very unprofessional. She argued with me about the order rather than satisfying the customer or us coming to an agreement. Although I wanted to shop locally, I will not be coming here again.
