We had an incredible dining experience! The lobster salad was fresh, vibrant, and perfectly balanced, with tender lobster that melted in my mouth. The steaks were cooked to perfection—juicy, flavorful, and expertly seasoned. The service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Every bite was a delight, and I can’t wait to return! Highly recommend this gem for anyone craving a fantastic meal.

I’ve visited for several years now. Last night was fairly quiet, being a Monday I guess. It was the best meal I’ve had there, and maybe my best meal in Vegas in 15 years. I had the 22oz bone in ribeye with fries, Brussels and lobster mac n cheese. My wife and brother had tenderloin steak with lobster tails and we couldn’t finish. Just delicious. Wine is pricey but an excellent choice. Cocktails at the bar first were also excellent Thank you CG.

Our server David was exceptional! I’ve been going to the Capital Grille in New York for more than 15 years and the food and service has never disappointed. The Las Vegas Capital Grille is beautifully located above the Las Vegas Strip near the mall. We had a amazing time and thanks to David again!

Jeff our waiter made some excellent recommendations. I love to ask the staff what their favorite is and WHY. The why is the most important part. If they describe it in a way that makes me want to try it, I will every time. Thank you Jeff for all of the suggestions tonight. Seat #1 was definitely pleased with the meal. Everything was phenomenal. Atmosphere, food, service. I will definitely be back every year on our trip.

Went on a Saturday night for my husband's birthday. They made it special with a birthday card, foil birthday confetti (not too much and it didn't take away from the classines), and a birthday dessert. The service was so great, from their front desk to us leaving. The staff was really awesome. The food and drinks were tasty! Steak and lobster were cooked perfectly. The clam chowder was pretty good. We will definitely go back. I want to try them at lunchtime.

Great atmosphere, amazing food, and extraordinary service! Our waiter, Mike Sabini, was top notch, answering all of our questions, and even accommodating a special request for an allergy menu. We definitely over ordered, because all 7 of us left full and happy! The South African lobster tail was to die for. We also got the special, The Oscar, which was the steak of your choice with a lump crab tooping, and bolognese sauce on a bed of asparagus. We were with family celebrating our anniversary, and my brother and sister in laws birthday. Special treatment all the way, even as the restaurant filled up.

I have been dining at this restaurant for over 30 years. My favorite spot for fine dining. I quickly learned about all the "celebrity" rip-off restaurants in Las Vegas. I stay with my tried-and-true dining establishments. This visit to Capital Grille was for my engagement. We were greeted with the best view table in the house, then compimentary tall flutes of champagne, and a decorated table with a Congratulations card atop. Hands-down best filet mignon in Vegas, topped with gorgonzola crust and bordeaux wine reduction. Magnificant! We had the prosciutto wrapped mozzarella sticks appetizer (all braised and wonderful), with baby gem tomatoes and balsalmic glaze. We could have had two. We finished with a compimentary "Congratulations" dessert with cheesecake and chocolate cake. The view from this restaurant overlooking is noting short of magnificent. We had 7:00 reservations so we could enjoy the full sunset on the strip. This restaurant has a valet parking next to mall, just off Las Vegas Bld. Then you take the elevator to 3rd floor, which is Capital Grille. I will continue to come back to this fine restaurant. Also, the motif inside is classy and relaxed.

Came here after shopping around in the Fashion Show Mall. We saw signs within the mall pointing in the direction of the Capital Grille, but had some trouble locating the entrance (FYI: It's outside of the mall on the second floor). We did not have a reservation and it was a Friday night but they didn't seem too busy and they were able to find us a nice table with a view of the strip! This is a nice steakhouse so I wish we would have dressed up a bit more (perhaps, next time!). First and foremost, the service was so so so AMAZING here! I am blanking on the server's name but I wish I could give him a shoutout. He was very patient with explaining the menu, personable, and attentive (refilling our bread basket/water without being asked). They start off with a bread basket which was just divine. And, after much discussion, we ordered the ribeye, au gratin potatoes, wild mushrooms, and creme brulee for dessert. Everything was just so well cooked and made perfectly the way we liked it. We will 100% be back. They were also kind enough to pack our leftovers which we had a lot of since I tend to over-order. And, to top it off, in our bag they gave us some extra bread and dessert (that attention to detail is just amazing). See you soon Capital Grille!

Came here for my girlfriend's birthday, We spent an hour at the bar prior to our show. Our bartender Ademir did a great job going over the drink menu with us. We tried their most popular cocktail The Doli and we also tried the Passion fruit mojito. The Tuna Tartare with Avocado, Mango and Sriracha was delicious and light on the stomach. Ademir suggested creme brulee cheesecake, so good! Amazing restaurant with a great view of the strip and great service, would love to come back and have dinner here

I'm shook I haven't reviewed this spot- one of my all time fav's. The valet service always smooth, professional and welcoming. The decor @Capital Grille is timeless yet sophisticated with a nod to Vegas history. Ambient lighting with crisp white linens set the tone. Although, on this evening we chose to dine at the bar. The bartenders are prompt, knowledgeable and professional creating a relaxed yet upscale atmosphere. Our party ordered: *The Tomahawk- A massive masterpiece thats beautifully seared, and bursting with flavor. * The Filet- Velvety tender with a perfect crust and deep, savory flavor. * The Salmon- p Light and bright, glazed with a subtle citrus finish that brought out its natural freshness. Whether you're looking to impress, celebrate, or simply treat yourself, this place absolutely delivers.

I've always been a big fan of capital Grill, but I forget that they're open for lunch so today we're shopping at the fashion show mall and decided to go. Let's start off with the service John our waiter was on point, Never had to ask for anything The lobster bisque was perfection with a touch of Sherri and lots of Lobster. Nice chunks. The ribeye sandwich should be outlawed. It was ridiculously delicious. I can't believe I don't come here for brunch more often. The lobster salad was on a bit of avocado and some other items very fresh crisp and large chunks of lobsters you can tell.. Capital Grill is always a five star experience

We came for here a birthday party. As we walked to our table, we noticed that there was a birthday card with confetti that right there was already so sweet and thoughtful. There was a variety of alcoholic drink selections and we got their cocktails which thank goodness had a good amount of alcohol in it We started off with pan fried calamari : I must say this dish was absolutely unique compared to other calamari we have had at other Italian restaurants: it's flavorful, crispy, spicy and tangy. Literally kept thinking about this dish when I got home Tuna tartare with avocado: delicious. Fresh tuna and fresh avocado gives a refreshing taste in our mouths Caesar salad: loved the grana padano cheese on top! add black pepper for extra flavor my favorite entree was the ribeye Omg charcoal on the outside and honey glazed as soon as you chew it and absolutely tender. Literally so addicting with every chew. The risotto with scallops was also so delicious! creamy risotto balanced by the asparagus and elevated by the well cooked scallops I feel like I could write a whole mini book but we truly enjoyed our experience Special thanks to our waiter, Nelson, who made our night so amazing! He made us feel welcomed and values! Thanks Nelson!!!! We love you!

We went for Mother's Day brunch and had a great time. Started off a bit weird because the valet was closed, the escalator, was down as was the elevator. So.. lots of stairs. The female host was not very friendly either. But, then we got our server Nelson who was fabulous. We both ordered the pre-fixe brunch menu. Filet with soft fried egg or lobster frittata both with truffle hollandaise, asparagus, cheddar hashbrowns. Also came with choice of clam chowder or cured salmon avocado toast. All of the food was excellent. I had a good glass of wine. They do comp the valet but as I mentioned it wasn't open when we got there. Overall our food and server made up for the weird beginning and we will definitely be coming back. It was my first time at the location. The restaurant is a bit upscale, clean, and very classic steakhouse feels. If you park in the corner of the parking garage and take the elevator up to level 3, it opens up to the Capital Grill. Otherwise, you can go through the mall and go outside into the Plaza and up.

The most consistent great experience and service that you'll find at a chain restaurant. We have dined at this location often for around 15 years and love going back for more. We've had lunch, dinner and big parties here. The group menus have great options and not as expensive as some other fine steak houses can get. I do wish they never took away the corn that came with the lobster/crab cakes but it's still delicious. Off menu item that's a must order is the lobster bisque. Kids menu here is the best deal around and the chicken strips are so good you'll try to order them as an appetizer. Can't go wrong with any of the dessert op

Came here on Valentine's Day. Made reservation weeks ahead of time and everything went absolutely terrible. First - reservation was for 7pm. Showed up on time and had to wait 35 minutes to be seated along with many other people in the same predicament. I would gladly sit at the bar and wait but that was not an option due to many other people waiting! Finally got seated and our server was MIA most of the time. It was so bad that party of 4 next to us got up and left. We were getting nervous. Finally server took our drink and appetizer orders and brought us what we asked for. However it seems that white wine and red wine are served in same glasses???!!!! Strange. We ordered fish as a main dish and that took 40 minutes to arrive. Fish was served with steak knives but they forgot our sides. Happy we got food - we dived in only to discover that it was the worst meal you can get. I had salmon she had Chilean Sea Bass. Both tasted like sole of an old shoe, likely as it was either pre made and heated multiple times, or just made out of plastic! It was awful. At this point I filed a complaint with manager Randy who apologized and took care of the dinner. Still we were left hungry and disappointed. I tipped the waiter as I didn't expect to have free dinner and to be cordial as well. We left for a neighborhood Italian restaurant that got us superb service and food. Looking back - as the first time customer I didn't know that Capital Grille parent company owns The Olive Garden which explains perhaps our experience. They oversold and underdelivered, counting on volume and denying dinning quality. Restaurant looks fancy - but that's all too bad as experience is the one I would prefer to forget!

Always had good experiences with this restaurant back East, and elated to have the opportunity to try it at Vegas. It was not disappointing at all, even after so many years. All the dishes we ordered were above and beyond expectations, except one dish, which a couple persons in our party felt the same, too. Other than that, five stars ratings all the way; I gave it the benefit of the doubt here. One praiseworthy note. We ate way past their closing time and yet, they never rushed us to finish our dinner and get out! That alone earned my sincere thanks to the staff and the management. You all were fabulous!

We made a reservation at Capital Grille to start off our Anniversary celebration! It was absolutely wonderful. Excellent service and we received such a warm welcome from the staff. You cannot go wrong here, we had a couple of beautifully curated & delicious cocktails and a couple of perfectly cooked steaks and a side! Everything was Top tier. Everything was savored and devoured haha! We came in around 2pm so it was very casual and the ambiance was low key. I can def see myself coming back for a romantic date again or a girls night. They have a beautiful bar too so I am excited to check that out! Thank you to Daniela and the rest of the staff for the great service! Believe it or not, great service and hospitality is becoming rare out here in Las Vegas. Thank you for making our special day extra special!

Stopped here to have lunch with friend. It was a perfect lunch spot. Service was quick and the food was delicious. I ordered the Maine lobster salad that had fresh tomatoes and avocado. Topped it off with the crème brûlée dessert. Jim our waiter was very patient with my 10 water glass refills. Vegas makes one thirsty! Perfect spot for a business lunch or a meet up with a friend. Also, they validate for valet parking which is amazing since they have an elevator that goes right to the restaurant. No need to walk miles to this destination.

All the food we ordered are delicious, we ordered lobster bisque, wedge salad, filet with lobster and scallops with lobster. They are cones perfectly, the steak cooked as how we like it, medium rare, and very flavorful. The service was excellent. They gave us complementary champagne and dessert, which made our anniversary special and a day to remember. The restaurant is big enough to accommodate groups and they even have an area at the back for privacy. The restaurant is not too noisy, it's a relaxing experience. As locals we are grateful to have this in Vegas. Thanks Capital Grille.

I've never had a bad experience or meal here. Always perfection and not too expensive. This was the first time we tried Easter brunch and it did not disappoint. $60 per person for a 2 course special menu served with blueberry bread and the regular assorted bread. Delicious!

Went for the bar/lounge only Wagyu & Wine pairing, Enjoyed a dinner with friends here on a weeknight . The restaurant has an upscale vibe while remaining somewhat casual, which makes sense for the location. The Strip view is great, and we were lucky enough to get a table by a window. Our waiter was helpful and we received good service overall. I found the food prices to be relatively moderate for the experience, and cocktails were also priced as one would expect at a fine dining restaurant on the Strip. My espresso martini was good but I wasn't blown away like I hoped to be! My entree, seared tuna, was pretty amazing! Definitely one of the best I've had. My dining companions also enjoyed their meals, and we had coffee after our meal to enjoy the view a little longer. They close at 10 on Thursday, so the place was emptying out when we were ready to leave.

This is a great restaurant with fantastic food and fabulous service! Tonight we put them to a test with our holiday party in one of their private rooms. I would highly recommend Capital Grill not only for a small intimate dinner or for larger parties as we did tonight! Our servers, Katie and Jodie, did an amazing job!! No one wanted for a thing all evening long! The cocktails were flowing, the food was not only spot on but all were served in unison and everything was delicious! What more could you ask? Kudos to all! Many thanks also to the managing partner, Randy, for arranging our evening! Everyone had a great night. Thank you all.

Terrific service in a comfortable room. Shrimp cocktail was off the charts amazing. Tomahawk cut of the ribeye was tender and delicious. Unfortunately no room for dessert. I have been to Capital Grille's in a few cities. One of the few chains that are consistent and superb.

The food was superb everything literally melted in your mouth. The staff was very polite and offered light conversation if your into that . Ambience was a 10/10 Ohh and try the Paloma its like it brings you to "sitting in a beach vibe" very refreshing

I love the capital grille, my wife and I always go there for our special occasions. Yesterday it was her birthday & we decided to take my kids. We are hesitant with taking our 4 & 6 year old boys to nicer restaurants. While being nervous and unsure about it our server Derick Luu was amazing. He was understanding, took his time, gave the best service we can ask for. He's a rockstar and wanted to give him a shout out. The food was amazing as usual. Delicious lobster bisque and tomahawk steak! We will be back again soon. Thank you guys!

Came in on a whim while shopping at the mall. Was hungry for some lunch and felt like a steak. Wife and I headed over and were seated right away. Nice window seat looking north down the strip Waiter came over and quickly took our drink order. I had the margarita and wife had a dirty martini. Both were excellent The service here is great, one of the reasons I like a nice restaurant is the level of service. Food order was taken quickly, wife got the salmon salad and I got the chowder and ribeye sandwich. Chowder was good, creamy and delicious. Ribeye sandwich has always been my favorite lunch item here. Wife's salad was good with a large piece of salmon over a tasty salad Was pleasantly surprised they had the grapefruit soda back, was off the menu for a while and it's always so good! Great time and a nice surprise for a random lunch date!

Such a quiet well needed break from the Las Vegas strip. We ended up on the opposite end of town for a timeshare presentation. We decided to walk back to our original location even though its a looong walk. By the grace of God- we came upon our favorite restaurant! Service is always exceptional. It was very quiet late on a weekday afternoon. Usually Capital Grille is a splurge. Here it is absolutely the most economical choice! We spent the same amount here as we did at the super overrated netflix bites. Eat here if you are in Vegas. I was not overly impressed with our waitresses hospitality (which is super rare for a capital grill) but I will say everyone else in the place treated us like family even though I looked a hot mess. Literally, it's 113 degrees here. Everything is overpriced in Vegas EXCEPT this Capital grille. Get yourself some real delicious food for what you would pay at anywhere else in this tourist trap.

Always a great experience here. This year's generous pour wine event is not to be missed. Great selection from the Kendall Jackson family. Our absolute favorite was Legacy, Cabernet blend and bootleg prequel. We also loved the Matanzas creek sav blanc and copain rose. Our server Luis was absolutely amazing, great knowledge of the wines and very efficient and friendly. He knew all the dishes on the menu and made great recommendations for vegetarian options for me.

A casual Thursday night with my daughter before we went to a concert. WOW! The service was amazing. We shared a filet and a couple sides. Eric was our server and paired wine with our choices. For a steak house on the strip. You hit it out of the park! Well done! I can't wait to come back! Thank you CG for an exceptional experience!

Update Another wonderful evening at this restaurant. However, one of the steaks was overcooked. That was rather unfortunate. Otherwise, everything was very good as expected.

I was back in Las Vegas over the weekend selling my house, so dinner with the in-laws was on the agenda as well. My mother in law has been wanting to give this place a go, so even though I live right next to one in Los Angeles, we headed to to The Capital Grille for dinner anyways. I'll be completely honest here, I had little faith in this place and chopped it up as a generic American style restaurant that would be nothing more than fine......well, I was very wrong. From the outside, this place looks very nice as part of the Fashion Show mall and gives you a pretty nice view of the Las Vegas strip. The inside of this place is absolutely beautiful and is filled with old school looking wood and nice looking art. The Capital Grille menu has a solid selection of appetizers, plenty of steaks, seafood, pasta, and plenty of salads, soups, and deserts to fill out any three of four course meal, so here's what I thought of the various things I consumed during my visit. Caramelized French Onion Soup- The cheese was gooey, the soup was burning hot, and the taste was very, very good. Double Cut Smoked Bacon with Korean BBQ glaze and pickled shallots- Calling this bacon is cutting it short. This extremely thick, extremely juicy bacon is insanely good. The sauce was incredible, the meat was incredible, and this is a must order. Parmesan Truffle Fries- I only ate a few of the french fries, but mother of god, these are probably a top five all time fry for me as well, so freaking good. Lobster Mac N' Cheese- Simply put, this was the best Mac N' Cheese dish I have ever had from a restaurant. The cheese had such a good flavour, the noodles were soft, and the lobster mixed in was absolutely incredible. Seared Tenderloin- A small, but very good steak. Ordered it medium rare, probably got it Medium but it still had a great flavour looked fantastic as well. Butter Poached Lobster Tails- Two large, delicious, mouth watering, buttery......okay, I'm drooling just thinking about it. These lobster tails were absolutely delicious. Overall, The Capital Grille is a perfect restaurant for me. Every single thing I ate was delicious, the staff and service were delightful, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit, and the place itself was beautiful as well. If you are staying on the Las Vegas strip and end up at Fashion Show, this restaurant is going to leave you as full and happy as you could be.

Attended a pharmaceutical presentation in a private room at this restaurant. The room had a beautiful view of the strip and encore hotel. They fit four round tables that seated about six people comfortably. Spring salad - big portion with a tangy dressing. The salad was fresh, but nothing really special about it. I would rate it 7/10. Filet mignon was a decent portion and it was cooked perfectly. I asked for medium rare and I barely had to use my knife to cut the steak. It was seasoned well I would rate it 9/10. The cream spinach was delicious. It was flavored very well. I would rate it 9/10. The mashed potatoes were creamy and seasoned well. I would rate it 7/10. I also had a glass of cab, I believe it was a brown heritage brand and it was delicious and went very well with my steak. Lastly, we had a flourless chocolate cake which was rich, but was perfectly balanced with the whip cream and berries. I would rate it 9/10. Service was great, the waiters really knew how to serve while not disturbing the speakers. Our waters were always filled, and our wine glasses were filled as well. I would definitely come back to this place and other dishes. There is valet parking in the underground parking garage. You should park underground in the red zone area and there is a elevator that takes you straight to capital Grille. The elevator is in the parking garage opposite the mall, so you would walk towards the street and you will find the elevator . The restaurant does validate Valet parking, you have to ask the hostesses for a ticket.

We were doing some shopping at the Fashion Show mall and wanted a bite to eat. Capital Grille is a legend in steakhouses and this one was no different. Without a reservation we were seated promptly. Our server Luis, was very nice. I like that our sodas and waters were never empty. We had calamari, shrimp cocktail, and mini tenderloin sandwich's. But the stand out was the chicken with mushrooms and risotto. Omgggg! It was delicious. If be back just for that entree. I was a regular with the location at Millenia in Orlando before I moved to Vegas and I can tell this one will be my new go-to. Good food, elegant vibes, and great service.

Our server Jeff exhibited a level of attentiveness and interpersonal acumen that bordered on the preternatural, orchestrating the evening's service with an almost synesthetic choreography of grace, efficiency, and anticipatory precision. His dexterous command of hospitality transformed a mere meal into a veritable symposium of gustatory delight! We will most definitely be back!!!!

I love coming here but we came on Christmas Eve so it wasn't too busy. We decided to get a bite at the bar while we took a break from shopping. I ordered a glass of Cabernet and we split a Ceasar salad. I also ordered a French onion soup and my boyfriend got the clam chowder. I usually love coming here in the summer and have some lunch. I love the feel of this place. It is great for work lunch's, families, or just a drink and bite at the bar.

We came to Las Vegas for a pre 30th wedding anniversary celebration. Had dinner at Capitol Grill. From the initial contact with the host, our interaction with our awesome server Rob and manager Corey, the wife and I send out a big THANKS.

Absolutely loved my experience at the Capital Grille in Vegas! I am always a bit hesitant to go to a chain restaurant on trips but this location knocked it out of the park. To start, our waitress was very attentive and helpful. She recommended the shallot butter to accompany the petite filet and it did not disappoint. The food came out at a great pace as well. The view from the restaurant was beautiful, we saw the wynn/encore properties and they put up the blinds so we can watch the sunset while we ate dinner. The rest of the restaurant was very classy and classic. The drinks were so worth it, strong but tasty cocktails (my favorite being the capital cosmopolitan). The shrimp cocktail appetizer was massive, definitely a great portion size. The filet was perfectly cooked and just the right size for my appetite. They also gave a complimentary dessert because we were celebrating a graduation! Must try: Capital Cosmopolitan, Lobster Mac n Cheese, Creamed Spinach, Shrimp cocktail

Capital Grille is located in the Fashion Show Mall above Maggianos. There a a valet parking stand just to the west of the exterior elevators that I recommend using. They validate so the valet is free, make sure to tip the valet attendant. We came to The Capital Grille today to celebrate Father's Day. We had a 545 reservation and we were seated promptly upon our arrival. The establishment was busy. We were immediately asked about water, sparkling or flat and then drink orders were taken. I ordered their take on an old fashioned called "In Fashion." The drink arrived and it was delicious. For appetizers we ordered the seafood tower. Lobster, crab, shrimp and oysters. It was fresh and flavorful and the portion was ample. For dinner I ordered the Gorgonzola crusted New York strip and my wife ordered the scallop and lobster with asparagus risotto. Both dishes arrived hot and both were excellent. Perfectly cooked scallops, lobster and risotto and the steak was deliciously moist and flavorful. The Capital Grille is an outstanding place to eat. First time diner, but I will see tai Ly be back. The staff was attentive, the food was delicious and the atmosphere and view were excellent as well. Great job.

I was blown away by my first experience at Capital Grille. I mentioned to my siblings that I was craving a good caesar and steak. I haven't lived in Vegas for quite some time unlike my sibs, so they decided where to go AND it was their treat. :) Food and service was well above average and we had a good view of the strip. My family makes eating out an olympic event, so a lot of food was had and shared: Grand Plateau seafood tower, caesar salad, French onion soup, steak au poivre, the sea bass, porcini rubbed rib eye, brussel sprouts, mashed potatoes, and finally, creme brulee. It's a lot to get into but altogether, this dinner was exceptional. The seafood tower was fresh, the caesar salad could have had more garlic, but was good. The onion soup was delicious and cheesy, the broth had a great savoriness that I almost didn't want to share. The au poivre was not lacking either. We opted for the courvoisier cream to be on the side and the meat to be medium rare, but it was closer to a medium cook - still good though. The porcini rubbed rib eye was almost overcooked too and it was a bit balsamic heavy, meaning the sauce was sweet and could have easily overpowered the rib eye. The sea bass was also borderline overcooked. Luckily, it was still quite juicy. Either way, everything was delicious. I would order all of this again. If I was dining by myself I might order the NY strip (or lamb chops) and definitely get the onion soup and creme brulee.

Dinner here was quite disorienting for me as it was with a very large group and I was in conversation the entire time. So I will focus on what I can remember well. The staff was unmatched, extremely knowledgeable on every question our group asked them, professional and courteous! The food was excellent outstanding!! One of the best steaks I have ever eaten! And I have been to some great steakhouses around the US. The drinks and selection were top notch as expected in Vegas! The decor, views, and ambiance were impeccable! I cannot recommend this enough! Fair warning, this is not for those on a budget! Expect to pay a premium, but you'll get what you pay for!

Dinner for my wedding was in this place , I have no words to describe how delicious everything was, the great attention, the place is magical. I'm so happy that we chose the perfect place to eat something delicious after such a busy day. Thanks to the whole team of the place who received us with their love and patience. I was there for my birthday dinner I had a reservation at 6:30pm but we got there by 6pm and we still got sat right away. Our server gabby was amazing and very nice the ambiance is nice and a great view. I will go there because of you. Thank you gabby

So I got an Invite to the Wagyu and Wines pairing event and became enticed to give it a try. We have had this upscale Steakhouse on our radar for a bit now so it must have been fate! We entered the elevator to the third floor and then the vibe was Ultra Cool! Greeted by super nice hostesses and promptly offered a seat in the Lounge! The walls are adorned with oil paintings featuring some Las Vegas characters. There are Bronze sculptures abound and very classy and comfortable seating. The lighting is set at a soft glow and the music level was at a tolerable background level which still allowed for conversations. Our server Jamie was great. We started with a couple classic cocktails and let him know we were not in a hurry to order food. We were never rushed. So Burgers and Wines? Yeah it works, very well in fact. There was no problem with a slight menu alteration either. We were served our wine and then after a short few moments the food arrived. It was amazing! My Blue Cheese Truffle Burger was perfectly seasoned and the flavors were well balanced. The fresh Chips were light and crispy and paired perfectly with the Caviar and Onion Dip. The Wagyu Cheeseburger was equally delicious and perfectly cooked. We ordered a dessert and a couple more cocktails. We had such a great time we are already planning a trip back for dinner in the main dining room!

Let's start to say that I love capital Grille I've visited this chain in a few other states and have yet to be let down. I typically would go for the lobster Mac along with the calamari as I believe they have the best calamari it's so yummy . Was recently shopping and decided to stop by to have lunch for my son's fifth birthday where our server I believe his name is Darius. I hope I'm not wrong but he was in his late 20s early 30s. He was our server and was an amazing host. I started off by ordering a passionfruit lemon drop which he suggested and it was so delicious!!!! Thank you I want another one..... then we followed up by ordering our son tenders and fries before we ordered our food. I snuck a bite of his tenders in to say the least it was probably the best chicken tender I've ever had kisses to the chef the food was made with love. I appreciate that. How could something so simple taste so good and my son who does not eat chicken tenders loved them aswell We ordered calamari which came out perfect like always along with the chefs special ribeye steak for his dad (it's his absolute favorite) it was cooked to perfection along with the lobster Mac that I've been craving I believe they may have changed the noodles since my last visit to say the least I'm not a fan. But that's ok it won't stop me from visiting them just would opt out of getting it. Overall great visit ambiance was super pleasant, very enjoyable with a great view They brought a coloring packet out for my son to enjoy along with a complementary dessert courtesy of our waiter Definitely worthy of a visit

Five of us went to Capital Grill last evening specifically for their Generous Pour wine dinner. It was fabulous! They have the best calamari anywhere, the salads, steaks and sides were sumptuous, and the staff took great care of us. Thanks to Nikki (hostess), Jon (server) and Chef Swanson for a truly remarkable dinner!

Service is impeccable . Ambiance, - fun Food - scrumptious We made reservations for NYE dinner with the Fam. Table was ready in an almost private room. We were seated in a big table and there were two other smaller tables there. It felt so exclusive and the attention from the server was amazing. She made several great recommendations and our dishes were on point. The lobster bisque was creamy and tasty with few chunks of lobster. The sea bass was soft and seasoned well. The lobster tail was huge and meaty cooked perfect with light translucent. The medium rare wagyu was solid. Marbleized and melted in your mouth. Definitely a place to be in Vegas.

Wow! For a restaurant with multiple locations I'd like to say this is the BEST CAPITAL GRILLED ever. As you may know, I always sit at bars and today Jimmy and Giambrone were GREAT... guided us into picking the right wine for dinner and the most delicious food ever. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in Vegas staying at North Strip.
