Friendly helpful staff, clean & painted facility, grounds groomed, safe location, and Good Working Equipment! I happened to go on a whim about a week or so ago and met Rich. He was very helpful and was kind enough to walk me through all of the amenities. He even provided a few complimentary New User tokens! I am eager to go back and keep my car clean there. I like the self- serve wash. Strong pressure and all of the cleaning elements. I highly recommend at the car wash off of Plank Road, by Costco. Thank you Rich!

Came here because I saw a review that said this car wash supports the local car community. Ol girl hasn't ran in a year and a half so I needed to give her a good wash. This was the best self serve I have been to in a while. Everything seems to be in good condition from the sprayers to the vacuums. 1$ a min for the wash a 2$ gets you 6 minutes on the vacuum. Change machines on site as well as vending machine with cleaning supplies. Also a drive through wash connected. What more could I ask for? A BMW m4 and an m3 pulling up and revving while I'm washing my car?😂yup got that too. 5 stars for sure.

Highly recommend this car wash. Very pleased with results and even more impressed with the customer service. We were having trouble at the kiosk and Rich came to our rescue. He was so helpful and nice. We will definitely return for another car wash!

Very convenient car wash. The place has been refreshed recently and is kept clean. A little cheaper than some other places with all same stuff. Recently had an issue with a self service bay that wouldn’t end when I pressed the “stop” button and racked up a bill double what I normally pay. I called the number on the machine and the manger/owner was very helpful and sent me a refund on the spot. Incredible service for a self serve car wash and I won’t wash my car anywhere else. They also support the local car community and allow meets to be hosted there for time to time which is awesome.

Everything you need is there. Excellent soaps and waxes for us handwashers, but really impressed with the job from the automatic, or drive through wash too. Also, I never get stuck with weak vacuum cleaner here! Everything works great, the lot is always clean with no trash, and the staff is kind and helpful. Best wash by far.

Awesome car wash! Best in Fredericksburg! Customer service is top notch! Always helpful and friendly. The tunnel washes extremely well. I highly recommend this car wash over any other I have used! @The Car Wash

Great self service car wash. Wheel cleaner was fun to use. Didn’t see any trash cans for disposal but there’s vacuums separate from the cleaning bays.

Twice now whenever I go through the auto wash, when I'm driving forward to dry off my car, it'll shut off a whole minute early. Which means I'll get about 15 seconds of dry time. Not cool.
