10/10 experience! The venue is STUNNING and in such a great location. The food was the best wedding food we have ever had & were told the same by guests. Jennifer and the team made sure the event went off smoothly and took such great care of us. Would get married here again & again!!

We had our wedding at The Carlisle Room and would absolutely recommend to anyone! The event manager, Jennifer, was very helpful and quick to respond whenever I contacted her. We were also very pleased with the catering and bar package. You can’t beat the location in downtown Dallas, especially with guests traveling in for the wedding.

I love love love the Carlisle room! My wedding reception turned out so beautiful. My wedding guests could not stop telling me how beautiful and unique the venue was. The food from beyond the box catering was absolutely fantastic. Jennifer and all of the employees there made everything so seamless and special. We are so glad to have shared our special day here!

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this venue! From the moment I walked in, I knew it was where I wanted to say “I do.” The ceremony and reception spaces were absolutely breathtaking — every corner felt magical. The food was beyond phenomenal, and the service made the day even more special. But what meant the most was Jennifer , she was a dream to work with. She went above and beyond every step of the way, making the entire process seamless and completely stress-free. Thanks to her and the team, our day was everything we hoped for and more. And the photo opportunities? Endless! Every single shot looks like it belongs in a fairytale.

The Carlisle room is an amazing and elegant wedding venue near the middle of Downtown Dallas. The Reception is great and provides an amazing setting for someone looking for that classic gorgeous look for their wedding. As a photographer I do want to let you know that the ceremony space below the reception area, while still gorgeous, is rather dark. I don't say this to deter anyone from booking this amazing venue but to tell them to make sure to hire a photographer who they believe can handle it if those pictures are something important to you. The venue is also within easy walking distance of the Statler, which is a perfect location for getting ready.

We had our wedding at the Carlisle Room, and I can’t recommend the experience enough. Jennifer, the event coordinator, made the entire experience easy and seamless. The catering team was amazing. We had a seated, plated dinner, and our guests had many wonderful things to say about the food and the staff. The drinks were amazing, and it was easy to request the exact signature drinks we wanted! The space itself is beautiful and speaks for itself. It’s tough to find such a spacious venue with a perfect location in the heart of Dallas. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience on our wedding day!

We recently had our wedding at The Carlisle Room and it was spectacular! The venue itself is gorgeous and so unique compared to other venues in Dallas. We loved that it has a separate ceremony space and reception space so we could do both in one place but not have to flip the room. It has so much classic charm, so you don't have to spend as much on decor to make the space beautiful. They were flexible with our requests, and did not nickel and dime us for every little request or change, which we really appreciated! Jennifer, the venue coordinator, was great to work with and always quick to respond to any of our questions throughout the planning process. The food was delicious and so many of our guests continue to rave about the food. And the bar manager, Matthew, was so fun to work with on our cocktails. He helped us craft our specialty cocktails and went the extra mile to customize them for us. We loved that it is close to many hotel options so our guests could stay nearby and we didn't even have to arrange transportation because they just walked 1 block from the hotel. I would absolutely recommend this venue for your wedding! The entire team made the planning process easy and the day went perfectly!

Wow your guests with The Carlisle Room. It's simply stunning with the pillars, high ceilings, and details of the entire place. There's a nice variety of photo spots both inside and outside the venue that you'll love, especially if you want a downtown feel. We were told the ceremony room totally surprised guests as well with its beauty and uniqueness. Although it's tempting to do a classic black and white at this venue, I promise having color makes the whole place even more extravagant. Jennifer and the team are extremely helpful and want to make your day perfect. We felt the cost of the venue was reasonable compared to other locations in Dallas. Where it gets a bit more expensive is Beyond the Box catering who you are required to use, but honestly it was worth every penny. Several food and drink packages with flexibility regardless of if you go with buffet, plated, action stations, etc. Multiple gluten-free options. We were told it was the best wedding food some of our guests had ever had! As a couple who goes to 5-8 weddings a year, we absolutely agreed. Everyone wants to hear that and experience that, haha!! We knew at the taste testing that no matter what we selected, it was guaranteed to be delicious. Would highly recommend booking The Carlisle Room for your big day.

I absolutely adore The Carlisle Room. The Director of Catering, Jennifer Moore, is a pleasure to work with. As are the leads of the Operation Team there, Marco and Arturo. They are so friendly and helpful! Not only is this venue classic, but it also holds a lot of history behind how it came to be. As a wedding coordinator, it's been a great venue to work with. I would say you don't even need a lot of decor because the entire venue already looks dressed up in its own unique way. Everything is very clean and accessible. The main hall is upstairs, but downstairs they have a gorgeous white, filled with mirrors, ceremony hall. It's breathtaking. I would highly recommend this venue to my future clients! Lastly, this is the only venue that I've seen that has the best little nook for a cake table. Best touch!

The Carlisle Room is a wonderful venue. I recently hosted The Dallas Cotillion Club's Annual Charity Gala, benefitting Genesis Women's Shelter, at this venue. The venue fit the theme, A Night in Old Hollywood, perfectly. The Room is beautiful, with historic charm and Art Deco architecture. Further, the Room recently underwent a major restoration project, where all of the gold paint and accents were retouched. The room photographed unbelievably well and had the ability to accommodate all of the guests while maintaining an intimate atmosphere, unlike so many of the generic ballrooms I've been to for other charity galas. The Carlisle Room staff is spectacular. I was able to enter the venue at 12 pm on the day of my event, leaving me plenty of time to set up. Further, all of the tables, chairs (ability to upgrade certain items, such as dining chairs - I chose to upgrade to the gold chivari chairs) and linens were set up perfectly by 12 pm. The venue coordinator had made my customized floor plan two weeks prior, which allowed for flawless event set-up execution. There was staff on site the entire day and evening, available for questions and last-minute needs!! Beyond the Box is the corresponding caterer for the venue and the food was fantastic!! We served roasted chicken, with a salad to start. The food and drink menus were extensive, allowing me to choose from several options. I was also able to order a late night snack, fried chicken sliders, for my guests to be served at 10:15 pm; how tasty and fun! I would certainly recommend the Carlisle Room for special events.
