The company I work for has utilized The Catering Company for both boxed lunches as well as hot buffet lunch catering close to once weekly, for the past two years. We have been very pleased by the quality, timeliness and flexibility with special requests and and on occasion, short notice. Their staff is always friendly, professional and interested in a positive experience. For me, having a catering company I can count on is most important. They have never once been late, no excuses or explanations needed and when I call, I speak to a live person and never have to push buttons for help. Vivien is terrific! We are a very happy customer and will continue choosing this company, for our catering needs, for the foreseeable future.

We routinely use The Catering Company for lunch meetings. Their hot entree meals are a hit every time! Fresh, gorgeous, and perfectly laid out. I once even ordered with less than 24 hours notice for a 60 person luncheon, and they totally came through. I highly recommend.

I've had several meals from here and they are all... fine. The strong points are that they are on time, deliver food that looks visually appealing for a catered business lunch, and are professional and easy to work with. However, none of the food we've had from them (which is a lot) has been anything worth writing home about. That said, I don't think anything has been bad either. Overall it's a safe place to use for a catered lunch.

This company gets five stars for a reason. Tasty food, great service and on time. We hired them for a corporate women's lunch yesterday. They followed the instructions and used our loading dock to bring up the food, and beautifully set it up in our kitchen, ahead of schedule. The food was delicious, salads, a sandwich bar, bagels, spreads, chips and salsa, potato chips, drinks all laid out perfectly. My only complaint, and it's small, was there could have been a bit more dessert. Desserts were bite sized and wonderful! We are so happy that we can count on this business!

If you are looking for a catering company right now... STOP. Just STOP and hire these folks. They are so kind, so patient and just so cool. They offered advice, helped me with my first catering order. They went above and beyond for me. Took time out of their BUSY day to write proposals after proposals to help me with the budget, how much food would actually feed everyone, and getting the most for my buck. Seriously, it was like i was hanging with a family member.... like in Olive Garden - when youre here, youre family. But they are better than olive garden. I love the bread sticks... dont get me wrong.. but HIRE THESE PEOPLE!

Today, we had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional service and delicious food provided by THE CATERING COMPANY. From start to finish, my experience with this catering company was nothing short of excellent. Firstly, the communication and planning process with Mitchell was seamless. He helped me taper down my breakfast menu items to fit the number of attendees. I tend to order too much (it is better to have too much than not enough and run out), but he assured me the quantities he suggested for my group size were just the right amount of food. On the event day, the catering team arrived well in advance, set up everything beautifully, and was ready for our starting time right on the dot! The presentation of the food was elegant, showcasing their attention to detail. Communication along the way (the many emails I sent to ask questions) was promptly answered. The food was outstanding, and the catering staff were a delight to work with. Enrique was on time and professional and set it up just the way I requested. His attention to detail, from ensuring dietary restrictions were accommodated to the food place cards identifying each item. I highly recommend THE CATERING COMPANY! They are my number one go-to cater when I need a breakfast or a lunch set up. I like the convenience of checking their calendar online to see if the dates I want are available. Good food with several choices for mains. The Catering Company brought their truck to our company party at Vasa Park on Lake Sammamish. We had chicken with pineapple, pulled pork and cauliflower steaks, super yummy. They also had fruit salad, buns and a couple choices of sauces. It made our party great! The driver who set up and cleaned up was really helpful answering our questions and taking care of everything.

Invited to lunch at work put together by The Catering Company. First time I had their food, and I had a little sample of a few things. All of the food was really good! Beyond that, the services they offer are wide and quite accommodating! The items that I tried were: Malbec flat-iron steak medallion - Tender, juicy and cooked just right. Chicken wrap - Good! Oriental chicken salad - This was great. Italian greens salad - Simple but good. Skillet bistro chicken - Spiced well. Chocolate brownie - One half of a square was plenty for me, dense and tasted great. I took some other baked goodies back to my team like their lemon bar, muffins and sweet breads. Everyone told me they really liked them and asked me where they were from. A few of my colleagues have ordered from TCC, and they all told me positive things such as the food is great, the service is wonderful, they arrive on time and one gal told me that she called them once the morning of an event for lunch and they were able to fit her in. That is a life saver. They have a large catering menu, the biggest one I have seen for the Seattle area. They offer free delivery with no automatic tip being added, and they will deliver as few as just 2 box lunches! They also are able to do catering with minimum notice. The sales director was on site, and he explained that for special occasions or holidays, they will have special menu items available such as king's cake during mardi gras, just give them a call and let them know what you're looking for or ask what the specials are. They will also BBQ for you in the summer, set up live cooking stations, and have great table settings and compostable dinnerware if desired. TCC also caters breakfast. They have vegan and gluten free options. They have a lot of appetizers and full bar. They will provide everything you would want for snacks from the most casual to hot passed apps. You can also order online to save time. Will definitely be ordering from TCC for the future.

We had our Firm's Staff Appreciation luncheon yesterday and it was delicious. We had a chicken/beef taco bar and vegetarian spinach enchilladas. The food was delivered, set up by a really nice man, table was decorated in a Mexican theme and the party was a hit. This would be a great Cinco de Mayo setting. This was the first time I used them and will definately use them again in the future. I have no complaints or suggestions. It was top notch! Kathy Brady

We decided to work with the catering company for our wedding although they don't normally work with weddings! They completely stepped up to the challenge and blew our expectations out of the park! The chicken piccata and brown butter steak were tender and super flavorful! Cathie worked with us to ensure we had enough food for all of our guests and helped to make sure there were options for the kiddos! The two gentlemen working the wedding were awesome! They were super kind and professional and made sure everything went smoothly! We couldn't recommend them enough!

This is my go to caterer- for every and any sized event! I work for a large tech company and have a regular need to order onsite catering. Over the past couple of years I have used The Catering Company and I could not be more pleased. The Event Managers are willing to work with you to find the perfect menu, service solution, and other needs. They have experience with all sizes of crowds (my events ranged from 20 - 1200), are comfortable in various event locations, and provide top of the line day-of service. Cost comparison when considering other local caterers, they have always been in top competition without sacrificing quality of product or service. The employees are AMAZING! from the event managers, servers, to even the owner :) George (owner) was even on-site st my last event putting in manual work! Now that's a man who is passionate about his workers and customers!

We have used this company personally over the past year for lunches and dinners. Their family meal packs are such a great deal! For $99: -it feeds a family of four for 3 dinners -pick your main dishes, sides and desserts from a variety of items -food is always very fresh -great serving sizes -boxed very neatly -delivery times are convenient and as scheduled We love their box lunches because with 2 parents working from home and 2 kids remote learning, this is a great way for us to have a complete meal (everybody can pick what they want), and the pricing is very affordable. Highly recommend!!

Working in marketing, I setup event catering from time to time. For our most recent event, we needed boxed lunches delivered on-time that would also accommodate dietary restrictions without breaking the bank. The Catering Company has a simple online ordering process allowing you to order without back and forth emails to a catering coordinator. Lunch was perfect and delivered on-time without disrupting our event. I was really impressed with the quality and quantity of the food - each box included a side, chips, and even dessert. We will definitely be using them for our other upcoming events.

Long overdue review. I love this company! I have been using their services professionally and personally for a few years. Recently, they provided food and service for a 50 person evening party. Nearly every guest approached me to tell me how great the food was. My mom said it was the best catered food ev-ah! The staff took excellent care of us during the event. I have been an event planner professionally for over 10 years and feel that this is the best catering company by far. Great food, great service, great people, and fair pricing. I just now booked 3 more events with them.

Food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. CS is always courteous and prompt. Online ordering is a breeze. They are right up there with some of the bigger/fancier companies for a fraction of the cost. I ordered a tray of gourmet sandwiches, trio of salads and a platter of assorted cookies for a recent corporate lunch meeting and it was fantastic. Delivered on time with no issues, and the portions were very generous. Would definitely order from here again. Thanks!

The website and what I actually got was just ok the dessert were worse than store bought nothing seemed freshly made the lasagna had no tomato sauce the chicken marsala was gross your website doesnt really show what I'm ordering and what it should look like I cook n have two family members that are chefs n this was expensive for such poor quality food!!

You guys are amazing!! We have utilized your services twice in the last 3 weeks and everything has been awesome from the delivery drivers to the catering setup setup and presentation to the taste of the food. I want to give a shout out to our delivery driver today (2/5/2020) who was Doug. He was very patient with us, as we were still getting in when he was delivering and he had to wait on us to let him in. He was very efficient, cheerful, professional and a great person to work with. After the event, we have awesome compliments from our clients about the food setup to the taste. They asked who the caterer was and we passed on the information. This place is #1 in our caterer go to now.

I used The Catering Company for a birthday party. The owner was very helpful with planning and accommodating last minute changes. The staff was very skilled and the food was amazingly good. I had such a great experience, and got lots of compliments on the food and service. My guests were impressed! I will definitely use this service again.

I can't wait any longer to post a review stating HOW INCREDIBLE AND AMAZING THESE PEOPLE ARE, but I don't have time to add a lot of details...so edits to follow, but basically: 1) totally affordable (notice I didn't say "cheap," because the quality is not.) 2) customer service is off-the-charts fantastic, particularly from Gregg who coordinated my orders (I'm placing a third one now), and Troy, the on-site staff/server/delivery employee assigned to us. 3) Everyone loved the food, of course. I feed 120-140 hungry engineers/sales people/executives/etc each week who have a variety of dietary restrictions and high standards for catering. The Catering Company is a life saver. I've already recommended them to a friend looking for catering for a memorial service because I trust the Catering Company to deliver with the upmost care.

The Catering Company just dropped of some Kansas City BBQ ribs with fresh fruit salad, corn bread and potato salad (courtesy of my husband's employer). WOW! Delicious and everything tastes very fresh! Ribs were amazing, sauce is great. Made my day! Trying to figure out what we can cater this summer so that I can have another taste!

You know what I hate? I hate it when I lock my keys in my car and it's RAINING!!!! You know what else I hate? Trying to find a caterer for an event for 150 people that's happening in 5 days (well, maybe hate is a bit strong- I strongly DISLIKE it). BUT, Gregg and his team at the Catering Company handled it in stride. Gregg talked to me over the phone to assess my needs and offer some tips and BAM! Made it happen, and that's what I LOVE- making things happen. Since I work for a non-profit, he even worked within our limited budget and made an event where we honored outstanding individuals around our community who help those in great need, even more special with some great breakfast food. We ordered the classic breakfast option, and the food was delicious- hot eggs, bacon, potatoes, sausage and some pastries. Thank you SO much The Catering Company- I think you should rename yourselves THE Catering Company- with heavy emphasis on the hard E vowel. Will DEFINITELY use you guys again and will definitely give you a call way farther in advance!

Good was catered by them during our training in Kirkland and the beef teriyaki was so good. Good quality meat and was grilled nicely.

We placed our order this weekend and it arrived on our doorstep at 1 PM today! It was so nice to come home from work and just heat up a meal for our family of 5 made from scratch. The chicken enchiladas were delicious. The side portions are huge! We cannot wait to try the other meals! I called today and talked with Vivian. She was incredibly sweet and very accommodating when I asked if we could modify our order next time. We are definitely ordering from The Catering Company again and are hoping that they will continue the home delivery service after Covid is over.

I have been very impressed with The Catering Company! Excellent customer service from responsive email, professionalism, and service that "caters" to the customer. The organization that I work for has a diverse group of people and we do not have an office manager that organizes our meeting lunch ins. The Catering Company has been excellent at being willing to accommodate that one person we forgot to get lunch for, accommodating the picky eater who wants their meal customized to them. I had the opportunity to work with The Catering Company in December for a Covid friendly, socially distanced (individual cubes) Holiday office party for 63. After reaching out to several local companies I was shocked at the overall response I received. The Catering Company took my call, took the time to walk me through & personalize a menu that would work for my staff. This honestly was what stood out the most as I was being directed to online create your own portals. I will always support a locally owned company because they take the time to make each experience personalized and special. The Catering Company went above & beyond in every aspect. They established clear communication from the beginning, were friendly, understanding and knowledgeable in their field. As we are in the midst of a national pandemic I recognized a large order might be challenging, however they KILLED it! They delivered 63 sandwiches to our office campus right on time. We did have one error (totally understandable). When I reached out to the team, they remade our sandwich and personally delivered it within 15 minutes of the original order. They provided delicious sandwiches, outstanding customer service and were budget friendly; everything you could want! My entire staff was THRILLED. Having sandwiches in individual cubes & a virtual google meet was the closest thing we could get to "normal" this year. The Catering Company made that moment special for us & I can't stand by supporting them enough!

My #1 go-to for any catered event. Their staff is fantastic, food is delish and they can accommodate almost any request. Combine this with very reasonable prices for their food and you have a winner in my book!

These guys knocked it out of the park. We've been using them for over a year now and everytime they have more than exceeded expectations. Our companies people have raved about the cuisine and friendliness of their staff. They provide a competitive price and a five star experience. We will not be looking for a new catering company. You got try these guys!

Great Company to Cater Your Wedding - The Catering Company. We booked The Catering Company from Mackinaw to cater my daughter's wedding. The buffet option is what we chose and are glad we did. They provided a taste testing of entrees and side items to help us make the decision on which caterer to pick; which is what they sold us on, as the taste of their food was outstanding. The Catering Company was one of the more reasonably priced caterers we came across as well. Donna and Earl helped make the day, by being well organized beforehand. The wedding day was the true test. They accommodated us by moving up the dinner time by 20 minutes as we had finished the pre-dinner activities early and our timing was off. Once the food was served on the buffet, everyone got to see for themselves that the food was not the ordinary kind you see at weddings. We had grilled chicken, Roasted Red Pepper Ravioli, a great mixed salad, garlic mashed potatoes, corn O'Brien, etc. They were very well organized, and the icing on the cake -we did not run out of food. We had 150 people attend the reception and heard nothing but great things about the food. If you are looking for a caterer in Central Illinois, give Donna and Earl a call so you can see for yourself how great they really are and the right choice. P.S. They also cut the cake for free, meaning no additional charge. The other caterers we looked at generally charged between $2.50 and $4.00 per person.

I used The Catering Company for a function in my home and they were great. I actually found them on Yelp and had read the reviews and because there were only a few I was a little nervous. But I worked with Bandi (one of the staff members there) and she was able to help me with food, staff and rental (cocktail tables etc). The food was great (all my guests commented on how great it was) and the staff that were brought in for the party were absolutely lovely and did an incredible job. I am not a local so I wasn't sure about what catering company to use and so I was a little nervous. I would absolutely use them again and I recommend them highly.

We have ordered box lunches for office delivery and have been thrilled with each order. The food is fresh, hearty, generous portions and delicious! The staff is very friendly and helpful and delivery was at the promised time. I ordered the Mediterranean turkey wrap - this sandwich was so big I ate half for lunch and the other half for dinner. The side of pasta salad was so good! Our only complaint is that we didn't get more pasta salad - it's the first thing we all ate! I heartily recommend them - you won't be disappointed!

My family has been enjoying their Home Delivery menu since the coronavirus stay-at-home order began. We've had both the dinner and breakfast options, which feed several people and include a great variety of items. We really enjoyed several dishes including the beef with broccoli, veggie fried rice, meatloaf and mashed potatoes, veggie quiche, and of course fresh-baked cinnamon rolls - which my kids loved. We had to order more! I've referred a friend who has also now ordered multiple times. Saves me cooking time as I'm both working from home and home-schooling two kids. I'm delighted with this service!

They did a great job on for my company's holiday party! The menu was spot on for the holidays and every dish was delicious. The entire company was impressed and happy with the food. The staffing was wonderful, helped in every way imaginable. Also, with the inclement weather, the team was very responsive in dealing with last minute changes and requests and handled every issue perfectly. I will definitely use them again.

Used The Catering Company for a work event. They were so awesome and helped us customize a BBQ menu and even provided doggie bags so our group could do a picnic. From Bandi to Chris, everyone was awesome and my teammates raved about the food. The price was very fair and the quality was fabulous.

The Catering Company is awesome! I was introduced to them through work and the catering events we had with them. I ordered from them directly a few times and since then have been receiving their emails/newsletters on specials they are offering. Since COVID and folks working from home, they have moved pretty quickly to get creative to catering to folks working from home, and providing flexibility and guidance on how to work with them on catering private events. I ordered their Mother's Day catering special and recently ordered boxed lunches for a social distancing Baby Shower I threw. We picked up for Mother's Day, and for the Baby Shower since pick-up was not available we did delivery. Ordering is a breeze as the people that work here are so friendly and customer oriented. The quality of the food is fantastic - very fresh and tasty! They have become my go to Catering company for all events, etc. I highly recommend you order from them, even for small family meals or little get togethers. They can accommodate big or small groups and will ensure you are happy with your order. I'm planning on ordering their 4 course Holiday Dinner next for 4-5 people. I know the food will be great and their prices are very reasonable. All of the above will keep me coming back!

The Catering Company catered my organization's special event last week and did a fabulous job! From scheduling, to keeping on budget (I work for a non-profit, so this was EXTREMELY important), to set-up and the food, everything was perfect. Our on-site server was amazing too, he did a wonderful job from start to finish! He even helped clean up a bottle of wine that someone else spilled and he made the garbage cans look pretty using table cloths. I'd definitely recommend them.

The food selection and quality was great (so delicious!), and the staffing was on point as well. We'd definitely work with them again and recommend them to others!

The most reliable catering company I've ever worked with. Extremely affordable and always on time. A pleasure to work with. Bandi is always on top of it! We had three events in One week for 25 people each, and they took care of us. We got boxed lunches that came with cookies, silverware, mints, wetwipes and napkins, as well as a catered buffett dinner with open bar. The mashed potatoes were amazing! Bandi was really great to work with and helped create a custom menu for our event. Will definitely use them again!

I have worked with The Catering Company twice and both times they have FAR exceeded my expectations! They truly do it all and do it well - Not only is their menu selection better than most other companies, but the prices are great and they are really easy going and flexible to work with for just about ANY occasion. They are quick to respond and have great suggestions to help make your event perfect. My experience both times has been ON TIME and ON BUDGET and their level of service and quality of delish food will make you (the party planner) look like a rockstar. Also, I really love that they come prepared to leave you a wealth of to-go containers so the leftovers aren't wasted. They really do serve awesome ---- I would trust them with any event.

I was down to the wire & I had to find someone right away to cater my event. I called them up & they were more than willing to help me. Everyone was super nice & helpful. Not only that but they are located in Kirkland they were willing to deliever for us in Seattle with no delievery fee! We called several places & the delievery fees are outrageously expensive!! WE will DEF use them in the futher!!!!!!

Bandi is wonderful to work with, and Gregg's staff comes through every time with consistency. They work with me to provide a variety of options for my attendees, including regular, vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, nut free and dairy free, always using high quality fresh ingredients. I will continue to depend on The Catering Company for my events ranging in scope from 25 to 1000 attendees and look forward to a long and successful relationship.
