If you're looking for a delicious, bite-sized, sweet treat — this is THE place. The co-owner, Kimmie, was the absolute sweetest. So kind, so full of love, and she was so excited to give us the rundown on all of the daily flavors. We ordered the Tuxedo and the Strawberry, and I truly melted after the first bite. Cheesecake has been my favorite dessert since I was a little girl, and this was genuinely the best cheesecake I've ever had. My only regret is that we didn't order more, but we will definitely be back. I cannot recommend this place enough. Tell your friends, tell your fam, because no one else does it like The Celia Jacobs Cheesecake Experience.

WOW!!! Sorry half didn't make it to the car. These are AMAZING!!! Hands down a family favorite dessert stop. As a family of 6 being able to get a variety of delicious cheesecakes to try at an affordable price of 4 for $12. We got 8 for just over $25. Crunchy but crumbly crust, soft smooth cheesecake that packs a punch of flavor, plus they look great and taste so much better. Truly a dessert that doesn't get enough justice from the pictures. All this while having the best lady showing us all the options. We were super excited about cheesecake and she made made sure our excitement was returned. These are made with pure love and joy. The butter crunch is a must if you have a butterfinger lover in the family!!

Goodness, I wanted cheesecake and went here on a whim and wow… I was not disappointed. You can easily eat 2 without feeling guilty, and then feel guilty about the third. The crust is flakey and good, all the flavors I had were great. Surprisingly in a rare win for vegans, the best flavor I had was the vegan cookies and cream but all of them were good. If you want some cheesecake these are reasonably priced at 3$ each or 3.75? For the vegan ones and you can eat 2 without feeling guilty (3 is pushing it, save it for later). This place is great and if ya want cheesecake check it out! They have 60 rotating flavors so it’s random what you’ll get depending on the day. Today I was lucky enough to try there orange dreamcicle

These little cheesecakes are super fun and really good! They’re small, so you can get a bunch of different flavors. Every flavor I had was delicious. I was really impressed with the warmth and cincerity from the lady working the truck today. 10/10 customer service. Will definitely be back!!

We had the pleasure of trying a variety box from Celia Jacobs Cheesecake and were absolutely amazed! Each mini cheesecake had an incredibly soft, melt-in-your-mouth texture that was simply delightful. From the rich chocolate with mint chips to the light and creamy coconut, every flavor was spot on. The strawberry cheesecake was fresh and fruity, while the crumb-topped cheesecake offered a wonderful balance of sweetness and spice. Even the classic plain cheesecake stood out with its perfect smoothness. Every bite felt like a little piece of dessert heaven. My sister was in town for her birthday and cheesecake is her favorite! I did a search for cheesecake and found this place in The Thicket. I called in explaining I needed cheesecake for a birthday. My order was last minute and filled super quick. They put personalized happy birthday stickers on the boxes and had them ready to go when I arrived. These little cheesecakes are delicious and everyone loved them. I highly recommend Celia Jacob’s Cheesecake Experience!

This place is so cute and SO yummy. Kimmie is a sweetheart who clearly loves what she does, it's felt in her warmth and you can taste the love in the cheesecake. It's also named after her mom which honestly touched my heart. Love a good homage. Truly a WHOLE experience. We will be back soon :)

Celia, you didn't have to do it to 'em. Commuters passing this Cheesecake Experience endure a similar strain as sailors passing the Sirens. Had a good day? Three dollar bite. Had a bad day? Three dollar bite. It's always a play. Swinging by this food truck sanctum, my party enjoyed themselves a trial of five flavors. While not all were showstoppers, each played a part. Our crew liked these tasty treats so much that we got some for the road. Celia liked our crew so much that she comped the box, what a legend. Snag a pre-order of your favorite flavors and eat them on the drive home. The wife and kids will never know you actually bought two boxes, cmon now!

THE BEST cheesecakes I've personally ever had! And the owner is super friendly and kind, she definitely made the whole experience better! I love that there are some regular flavors, but also some seasonal ones! And the options of vegan as well for whoever prefers! Do yourself a favor and stop get some cheesecake here! You won't regret it

100% hands down best mini-cheesecakes in Austin. Omg, the mangonada?! Are you kidding me?! The best. Even the plain NY style was good. We went back for seconds and got the amaretto and peanut butter and had no regrets. Assuming it was Celia herself who was so wonderful and kind!! Cute little food truck inside the Thicket.

This is by far the best cheesecake in Texas. I love cheesecake in general and have searched for the best cheesecake I could find all over Texas, with this unsuspecting hidden gem to take the cake (pun intended!). I'm not an Austin resident and have admittedly taken multiple roadtrips here just for this cheesecake, and it has been worth it every time. The flavors are so rich and the texture is so smooth. The crust is the perfect consistency to complement the cheesecakes and their weekly rotation of flavor selections keep things fresh and exciting! The service is also amazing; I would give more than 5 stars if the system allowed it. I have never met anyone so kind and sweet, who remembers the little things about her patrons. The cheesecakes are so affordable and the perfect meal finisher. To anyone around the area or visiting, this destination is a MUST to visit!

I love that the cheesecakes are small so I don't have to feel bad eating more than one! The classic cheesecake is perfect. I've also had the turtle cheesecake and it's also perfection. The woman that runs this truck is super friendly as well. Love this food truck!!!

I'm extremely picky about my desserts, having started my career in baking, and especially when it comes to cheesecakes. I'll rarely attempt to order one off a menu at this point, given how many poor examples I've had throughout the years. The Celia Jacobs Cheesecake Experience, however, gives me hope. Why is no one talking about this little trailer camped out at the Thicket Food Park? I had never heard of it before and wouldn't have thought there was a single option, but lo and behold, they offer over 15 different flavors that are 100% plant-based! What's even more mind-blowing is how FANTASTIC they are. I tried the tuxedo (AKA chocolate and vanilla swirl) which far exceeded all expectations. It's creamy and rich, dense but not cloying, sweet but not sugary, served chilled for a refreshing grand finale on a warm spring evening. Flavors vary and now I just want to stop in everyday to try all of them.

A perfect concept for cheesecake - with individual pies that allow for tasting all of the different flavors of the day. We sampled the pineapple, original, and chocolate - but the peanut butter and vegan flavors looked enticing as well. The standout was the kind owner of the business who made the entire experience even sweeter. Would recommend to support a lovely small business!

Cheesecake tastes so good and she is so nice, but i ordered pumpkin and white chocolate raspberry flavor - got home and opened my box to turtle instead of pumpkin and I don't eat chocolate make sure to check ur box before you leave !!

Was so excited to try this place for a baby shower. I called and spoke to the owner and she explained all their options to me and emailed me the flavor list. I emailed and put in an order. Never heard back from them. I followed up via email several times and with phone calls and voicemails and never received any communication back. What a shame. Terrible customer service!

This is the best cheesecake I've ever had. I never even knew I was a cheesecake person before finding this food truck. They are so stinkin' nice too, which is a bonus.

Want to start off by saying we just happened to stumble upon this hidden gem by accident of a terrible date night ... but to our Delight this place saved the whole night!! We ordered Oreo cheesecake and Peaches and cream and they were 10/10!!! Celia was the nicest lady ever and had a smile on her face service was 10/10 ... it also was in a cute little food truck park that had somebody playing guitar setting the vibe !!! Highly recommend going and getting the best cheesecake in Austin!!

If you're in south Austin and craving cheesecake, do yourself a favor and hit this place up! They are located in the Thicket Food Park along with several other food trucks. It was my first visit here and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the customer service Kimmie gave. She was so patient and understanding as me and my friend went back and forth trying to decide which ones to try. She gave us some great suggestions and even told us we could reach out and ask for other flavors from their menu be available for purchase. We made our selections and headed home but there is plenty of park bench seating at Thicket. I'm a HUGE fan of pumpkin cheesecake and it was by far my favorite with the raspberry white chocolate taking a close second. They were all delicious and I can't wait to go back and try their other flavors!

amazing cheesecake! i was hesitant to get the vegan chocolate chip but it was the best cheesecake i've ever had. probably the best cheesecake there is. and i can imagine the dairy cheesecake is amazing too. service was very kind she said i could come back and get the other flavor i was debating between if i ended up not liking the one i chose... but that wasnt even a problem! also very original cutely painted truck that stands out!

These little bites of goodness were perfection!!! My husband and I stopped by in the evening for a sweet treat and were pleasantly surprised with the variety the menu offered. The owner was also SO kind and helpful when going through the different flavors and giving us a rundown on all of them. We got four different flavors and they were all winners. Both sweet and sour, the perfect combo. Will definitely be coming back to satisfy our sweet craving.

As someone who doesn't particularly love cheesecake, I'm obsessed! I ended up getting the Lemonade, and it was absolutely fantastic. A little sweet, a little sour, but still a true 'cheesecake' finish. The owner was so kind, and offered to make me a special batch when I went back a few days later as Lemonade was no longer in rotation. "Great service" feels like an understatement as the owner is just incredibly kind and friendly. Definitely check out this dessert truck, and don't sleep on Lemonade if it's available!

What a sweet lady! Asked how we learned of her - Yelp, of course! And how we knew it's National Cheesecake Day - her Facebook page educated me. And whether we were regulars. Well, soon to be! I'm generally a purist when it comes to cheesecake and find that adding "flavors" only takes away from it. Not here - she's masterful at integrating flavors and still preserving the soft cheesecake texture. My favorite was the cookie dough followed by, no surprise, New York style. She's constantly rotating menus so you can't go wrong! Oh, check her Facebook page for the most updated information on hours. So satisfying and just the right size and price ($3ea). Finally, she can also do gluten free cheesecake with some advance notice.

Every time I show up during their normal listed hours of operation, no one is there. I've left messages with no return calls. It's happened on several occurrences now. Not worth the drive.

I headed to this place on its opening day at the Thicket Food Park. I had already planned on making dinner, but who doesn't enjoy a Friday sweet treat after a savory meal? These little cheesecakes are perfect. I went to the trailer. The owner, Celia, is so sweet. She was so excited to be opened again for business (previously located at a different location). She had 5 options of cheesecakes. I went with the Turtle and the Caramel Apple - there was no way I was just choosing one. Oh man, were these cheesecakes amazing! The base is delicious and sweet to balance out the tartness of the cheesecake. It is apparent how much care goes into making these little cakes. They are the perfect size for a light dessert. If you are polishing off a meal at Thicket, pop into Celia's place and give one of her cheesecakes a try. They are phenomenal and very satisfying.

I normally don't spring for cheesecake since the slices are so big I could never finish the rich dessert. After eating at the thicket I noticed group after group going to get cheesecake with such excitement, I decided to check it out. Everyone in line before me was a repeat customer and raved about different flavors they have tried before. It was a perfect little treat to post meal without having to invest in a giant slice of cheesecake. Loved every bite and will be getting one every time I grab a bite to eat at the thicket!

Everything about these cheesecakes is wonderful. The funky airstream, the charming owner who puts love and joy into her exquisite creations, the intense and distinctive flavors... I bought an assortment and have savored every morsel. This business is precious and exactly the kind of business we should support.

I was craving something sweet and found this gem on Yelp so I decided to check it out and I was not disappointed! Everything was WOW from the service to the taste. I was presented with four different flavors and of course had to try all four. They were all amazing and even though they are small, four was a little too much for one setting. They are very rich. I loved the NY style cheesecake the best but the other flavors were amazing as well!

Ummm AMAZING! The lady was a sweet heart and the cheesecake was soooo good. It's a food truck and this cheese cake was as good as some of the highest rated cheesecake I've had in NYC. I will come back when I'm in town!! 12/10! Come to Houston!

I can't rave enough about these mini cheesecakes. The flavors are outstanding and always consistent with texture and taste. It's a destination for Austin for sure. In a cute little south austin food truck park this place stands out and should be a must on your visit. The absolute best and not something I usually go for was the classic cheesecake and it was better than ever. Celia is just as sweet and savory as her cheesecake and she is also a reason to visit with her kind service and genuine positive attitude.

This cheesecake was so delicious and creamy. I normally get nervous about trying new places but I believe I spoke to the owner and she was very helpful and walked me to through all my options. We got this for a bachelorette party and I kid you not, we had girls up at 3 am devouring it hahaha

We wanted to have cheesecake to celebrate my daughter's engagement ceremony (it's my future son-in-law's favorite dessert) at their church in Dallas. My sister is an Austin resident and on her recommendation, we ordered from CJCE. Turned out to be a great choice. Driving up from San Antonio, we stopped at Kimmie's food truck to pick up the 100+ mini-cheesecakes. She had them securely packaged and ready-to-go in covered foil pans and even lent us a great cooler in which, with a bit of dry ice, they made the four-hour trip to Dallas very nicely. Everyone loved the Lemonade, Raspberry White Chocolate and New York Style mini-cheesecakes--a perfect portion size and so easy to serve. Thank you for helping to make this a wonderful event for my family!

Wow, where to begin. My boyfriend's birthday was coming up and he hates regular cake but loves cheesecake, which means he has it every year. But what better way to surprise him with not one cheesecake, but 12 mini ones in 12 different AMAZING flavors?? We got so many (pics included) but some real standouts were amaretto, dark forest, dark choco raspberry, and caffe latte. Aside from that, I was communicating with Kimmie (who has been running the food truck) and she was so incredibly accommodating and thoughtful throughout the entire process. We had a slight communication mishap and even though everything worked out perfectly, she still gave me a (unnecessary!) discount and was so kind. 10/10 experience!! This place is definitely an undiscovered gem, I will be recommending to everyone. Can't wait to go back!

The owner was amazing and super friendly! When you come to the truck there is a tray that has all the cheesecake bite options so you can see exactly what you are getting. The gingerbread was cheesecake bite was so delicious! I also appreciated that there was one strawberry cheesecake option that was vegan as well.

Some of the best cheesecake I've ever had. She was super nice to us and loved my girlfriend's enthusiasm for cheesecake! When we got home, I shared that enthusiasm because it was pretty incredible. It's not cheap, I just wish I had a huge slice!

Wow, these are truly amazing! Incredible texture and flavor in a perfect size for trying a bunch of flavors. The prices are very fair, the customer service was extremely friendly, and the trailer is adorable! Huge fan!

AMAZING! got the original, gingerbread, hot cocoa, and truffle espresso and all were soooo yummy! Great contactless service and they always switch up the flavors so can always try new ones! $3 per mini cake so snag a bunch of these for your next get together everyone will love.

I have heard nothing but good about this place, so I made a few attempts to visit. Make sure to check Facebook for hours before driving over. Right off of Congress, maybe 2 blocks South of 290. I think I can't say enough good things about the service. One of the nicest, most sincere people I've ever met. They definitely deserve the rave reviews, for the service alone. I tried 5 flavors, shared with a group of friends. I think amaretto was the agreed favorite. Next the classic NY cheesecake. I also enjoyed cookies and cream. The orange cream was worth trying, very enjoyable. The crust was everyone's favorite part. Thick, firm, flavorful. I wish I knew the secret, I'll be working on trying to replicate the crust at home. So, I need to be honest...I got just the tiniest hint of a soapy flavor with each bite. But it was only me, and I have no idea why. No one else could at all. All my friends, husband and kids loved them. Maybe my tongue is weird (like people who think olives taste bitter). Maybe with covid going on I got some kind of chemical/antibiotic on the pieces I tried. Obviously, the vast majority have never experienced any problem with the flavors, so don't let my very odd experience deter you from trying it. I will be going back.

Let me star off by saying I have been a customer for years. I have tried to find something that compares and I have not found anything close. The cheesecake is by far the best cheesecake I have ever had. The crust has some type of extra sugary crunch that is addictive. The cheese cake flavor is off the charts and it is smooth and creamy and the density-divine perfection! Every flavor is stellar! The cheesecake is so good I could care less about the service, they could throw the cake at me and I would still return, HOWEVER the service is AMAZING! Kimmie is sweet, warm and personable and always makes guests feel welcomed and appreciated. You can tell she's genuine and lovely in even a short interaction. This business should get infinity stars Welcome back!

Yeah, ate this too fast to take a picture. Literally the best cheesecake I've ever had. I had the "Honey" flavored one, because I wanted to get a good feel for how the normal cheesecake tasted without getting the plain one - amazing. Mind blown. Creamy texture, chewy bottom layer, perfectly sweet - seriously just perfect. All of these are super mini sized, so you can try ALL 4 of her rotating flavors for the day. This does not bode well for my diet, though.... A resounding 5 stars.

Kimmie makes the most marvelous tiny cheesecakes! These little round perfect cakes are visually stunning and orally addicting. Her friendliness and attention to detail adds to the wonderful experience I have always had with her and her yummie cheesecakes. She caters weddings and other celebrations so we are so lucky to have her tiny cheesecakes in The Thicket, food truck park.

I don't wanna get too personal on here but my vacation apartment is 2 blocks away from Celia, and when I say "vacation apartment", I mean my regular apartment... but I see life as a vacation so, yea. Anyway, Celia's experience is real. Her cheesecake is Fuego I grabbed a solid clutch worth (6). Obviously, "tapa-esque" dishes are trendy-dendy right now, so--as she continues to garner hype let me be one to tell you that it's a great experience, and she's a lovely hippie behind the window there to enjoy capitalism all the while serving cheesecake with a smile and awaiting it's demise.

JUST DIVINE!!! The cheesecake is just amazing! The crust has the perfect amount of cinnamon and the cake was perfectly sweet. We tried one of each flavor. The flavors rotate. One of the owners we got to meet was so kind! Definitely coming here again.

CJ Cheesecake was my first choice for my wedding desserts and let me tell you that it was the best decision ever made! The tasting process was wonderful, my husband and I were able to taste a dozen flavors of our choice and we had a really hard time narrowing down our flavors! We sent a final number and flavors a few weeks before the wedding and Kimmie had everything delivered on time. The MC and coordinators approached me following the wedding to let me know that they eat A LOT of cake, but that the cookies and cream cheesecake bites were the amazing. It was wonderful hearing that compliment from people that work in the industry. We also had several guests compliment the cheesecake bites. I would 100% recommend cheesecake bites for anyone to have at their wedding in lieu of traditional cake.
