Yelp
Totally surprised by how good the food is at Westfield Century City. I grabbed the lobster roll from Shuck House buttery brioche, fresh chunks of lobster, and a light salad on the side. It felt way more like a beachside cafe than a mall. Super fresh, not overly dressed, and actually filling. 10/10 would go back just for this.

Yelp
Definitely not the same space I grew up wandering in the 80's but still an iconic landmark and space!! So refreshing to see an active full scale retail mall surviving after COVID!! So many retail shops to choose from and department stores plus food food food!! Careful....Super easy to get lost!!! Very large space but super clean safe and booming!! Definitely recommended especially right now with foodie week going on right now with a great selection of restaurants participating!!

Yelp
This would be a great mall if it weren't for the deliberately unethical parking practices, designed to milk customers for as much money as possible. I got charged a whopping $14 today for exceeding a 3-hour validation by a few mins, and customer service was rude and hung up on me. Apparently even employees have to pay obscene parking rates! FYI, none of the shops and restaurants validate EXCEPT these 3 places. They each have totally different rules too, which keep changing. I only found out after calling to complain and, after being passed around, one agent finally apologized and was nice enough to explain. No signs anywhere in the mall, on machines or even on the Westfield website explaining any of this. According to today's agent: AMC - Free for 3 hrs with validation (movie stub required), $6 after Bloomingdale's - Free for 2 hours, $4 after Gelson's - Free for 3 hrs with min $10 purchase, but automatic $14 charge for the next 20 mins if you exceed those 3 hrs The parking office folks seems almost bored at the volume of complaints - they are obviously already aware that this is a massive issue for customers. You can email complaints to centurycity.mgmt@urw.com, I did, but I don't know if it will go anywhere. The "free first hour" is meaningless, you'll already spend at least 20 mins trying to park in the confusing structure even at quiet times. A real shame, as this is a beautiful mall. If you can get dropped off, perhaps you can enjoy a nice day here. Otherwise, avoid! *Adding this in response to the reply below: thank you for responding promptly Louis. However: 1) The claim that all stores can validate is simply a lie. Just today in several shops, they answered "no sorry, try Gelson's or Bloomingdale's". This has been my experience in the past too. Even the people at Gelson's know that the rest of the mall sends everyone there to validate. For the convenience of customers, if other stores are able to validate, why don't you list them here? Why not be clear and transparent on your website with all the information? 2) It is simply unethical and predatory to auto-charge $14 for even 1 minute outside the 3-hour free period. Gelson's have confirmed that this is parking management's policy, not a Gelson's decision, as the store was there way before the mall existed and the parking structure is a separate business they have a contract with. Their part is simply agreeing to offer 3 hours free with a min purchase, not what the parking company chooses to charge after that. Sadly for Gelson's, they face the brunt of customer complaints as the parking company always shift the blame to them. Even employees from elsewhere in the mall often come to validate there, leaving and reentering before the 3 hours just to avoid obscene parking fees which their employers do not cover. There's very little any of us can do, other than to let others know and avoid going to this mall altogether.

Yelp
One of my go-to malls in the LA/SoCal area! I love this mall! It's so clean, nice, and modern. It's like an elevated mall shopping experience compared to other malls in the U.S. I especially love the selection. Century City offers many unique and diverse shops and food. For example, they newly opened Chagee and Café Knotted from China and South Korea respectively for the first time in the U.S. They're always opening up new stores to keep up with growing trends which entices me to visit this mall more often. The only downside I'd give to this mall is the parking which can be pricey. For 2 hours, you can expect to pay $10 and if you stay longer, more. I wish there were options for reduced or even free parking since we are bringing business to the mall stores, but I understand if it's a strategy to maintain an elevated shopping experience. Overall, a great mall and I would love to keep regularly coming here and seeing what new stuff they have to offer.

Yelp
This is by far one of the prettiest outdoor malls i have ever been to. Everywhere you go there are cute shaded seating areas. They have a variety of great restaurants to sit down and grab a bite to eat. Or if you are looking for something more casual and fast their food court has a little bit of everything. Lots of mainstream stores as well as small boutique style ones. It has interactive maps to show you where you are and how to get to the store you are looking for. Parking is a bit on the pricey side. The first hour is free but after that it's $6 the second hour.

Yelp
First time at this mall. Upscale, outdoors with lots of shopping and dining options. Parking is paid, however the first hour is free. Several large anchor stores including Bloomingdales, Nordstrom and Macys. Nice clean restrooms. I'll drop by again if I am in this area.

Yelp
I love this mall! It's always packed, lively, and has everything you need! The parking situation can be a bit annoying, and the idea of malls charging for parking IRKS me, but the time I have usually outweighs the inconvenience. I came to attend a Pixi Beauty Yelp event. This was my first time visiting their flagship store, and I love it! It's so cute on the outside with the mint green decor, and the entire inside is dreamy! The service was A1, with both workers giving makeup swatches to match your foundation, and the prices were extremely reasonable! After I bought a few beauty products, I walked around a bit. It's one of the few places window shopping is actually rewarding. The food court has plenty of options, and the whole place is super CLEAN! There's even a Gelson's in the mall, which is super convenient if you need to grocery shop and make it a self care day!

Yelp
Absolutely beautiful mall! My bf and I would come here just to walk around and hang out. They don't really have many stores that WE like in particular but since Pop Mart has been our thing lately, we come by every now and then to check it out. Lots of good food and dessert spots here and just a vibe. It's a mall full of high end shops. Nice and open and just gorgeous to look at! Parking is the absolute worst BUT worth checking out this mall at least once. IG: @ammysalamii

Yelp
This is a high end shopping center as it is nearby Beverly Hills, Westwood, etc those LA surrounding areas. Parking is free for the first hour after, you can ask for validation if you're shopping for longer. This was my first time visiting the outdoor shopping center and it also has an AMC theatre so that's always a plus. I came for an event at Hokey Pokey and I must say that although I didn't spend longer time walking around the center, I did appreciate being there and absorbing all the LA VIEWS at night. They have beautiful palms and plants that decorate the mall so beautifully. They have seatings all around the shopping center offering spectacular views if you are on the second floor. Definitely popping here there was a ramen spot that appeared busy and popular, Hokey Pokey for dessert, and so on. It is an outdoor shopping mall that attracts that boujee crowd for sure. I will be coming back to explore more and give an updated review then.

Yelp
I have to say that this Century City mall in Los Angeles is probably the finest outdoor mall in Southern California. I prefer it to the Grove because it has great food, great shopping options, and they have rotating seasonal experiences that make visits here unique. Today, for instance, I saw Beis have a "human claw game" where they lowered people down into a pit to grab full-sized luggage. I didn't do this, because there were dozens of people in line; however, it was very fun to see people do this. What brings us back to the Century City mall are the food options, Eataly LA, and the fun mix of shopping options that range from affordable to high end. If I have my niece and nephew with me, the CAMP is pretty magical. There's also no shortage of places to window shop. Great way to spend an afternoon in LA!

Yelp
Went here on Saturday for a late lunch and traffic inside the parking structure was an absolute nightmare! There was traffic to go up and down. We had to go all the way up in order to turn around. Once we saw how bad it was, there was no changing minds for valet. It took us 30 mins to park just because we had a handicap placard and a spot opened up. The actual mall is nice with plenty of stores and restaurants. I will probably avoid this place unless I absolutely have to go. Next time I will for sure use valet.
google avatar

Alex K.

Yelp
One of the best outdoor shopping and dining experiences in LA. There's plenty of underground parking. As well as valet service and a drop off pick up uber section. The stores are all great with optional for everyone. Ranges from single mom and pops stores, chain retails and high end department stores. Amazing food court with a great outdoor dining area. A massive movie theatre's as well as grocery store. It's basically a one stop shopping center. There's everything here.

Yelp
I had a good experience. the service was great as well. the only bad part was the wait I guess they were super busy
google avatar

Michelle T.

Yelp
Clean mall with lots of stores. The only bad thing was the parking. I was able to get 3 hr parking validation for spending $10 at Gelsons. Good selection of stores. The Macys here had a good selection of clothes.

Yelp
Westfield Century City's flagship shopping center in Los Angeles brings in a design team that includes Kelly Weartsler (a renowned interior designer) to re-imagine the existing outdoor retail environment for the modern shopper, with plazas, terraces, gardens, and water elements that evoke the casual elegance of Southern California outdoor living. A rich carpeted paving pattern with clear Mediterranean allusions and a rich array of outdoor furnishings such as hammocks, ceiling fans, fire pits, and potted plants aptly express the scenes of Southern California patio living. Because it is a remodeling project with limited changes to the space, the design essays are primarily in patterned and furnished interventions. Carefully designed plantings throughout the project reflect a modern natural aesthetic, with olive groves paying homage to Southern California's Mediterranean heritage, and sculptural topography covered in native grasses providing seating assemblages situated in pergolas or shade trees, creating comfortable Southern California shaded lounging spots. A canopy of palms floating above a pool creates a tranquil urban oasis, reflecting light and shadow to create subtle movement. Roadway plantings feature climate-appropriate species selected for their sculptural texture and textural qualities. Tall planters, olive trees and outdoor fire pits are arranged in a relaxed and informal manner, providing comfortable rest areas for visitors to gather and relax during the day and evening. Green walls and plantings hanging from the structure are integrated into the design, and hanging planters featuring a variety of aromatic plants and flowers provide layered visual appeal.

Yelp
I was sitting in Century City Mall, resting with my foot crossed over my knee. One shoe fell off of my feet I was wearing the flip-flops -- simply because it was more comfortable -- and my foot wasn't even touching the ground. Suddenly, a security guard (L. Zuniga) approached me and aggressively told me to put my shoe back on. I was shocked. Let me be clear: I was sitting peacefully, bothering no one. My foot was clean, not on any surface, and I wasn't causing a disturbance. Yet I was treated like I broke some serious rule. According to the card he showed me, I was "failing to be fully clothed." Are you serious? Since when does a flip-flop on or off qualify as being "unclothed"? That logic is absurd. If this is truly your policy, then what's next -- telling people how much skin they're allowed to show, what color to wear, or forcing women to cover their hair? The enforcement of such petty and subjective rules feels invasive, unnecessary, and borderline discriminatory. Your mall is meant to be a comfortable public space, not a place where people are harassed for choosing to sit in a way that makes them feel relaxed. I'm extremely disappointed not only by the absurdity of the rule itself but especially by how rudely and confrontationally your security guard handled the situation.

Yelp
Located off Santa Monica Bl in Los Angeles (Century City). There is a parking garage that is not great maneuverable around since it's a lot of one lane one way driving so if you miss a spot chances are you won't get if you try to go around again especially on the weekends like a Saturday the structure was filling up pretty fast. I haven't been to this mall since I was little lol. Back then it was called Century City mall or was referred to. It's still an outdoor mall as it was back in the day was obviously more stores and updated ones as well. Definitely more eating too from what I can remember. One of my favorite shops is here Vuori. I didn't completely walk the whole place so there probably are other stores I like that I missed. Overall not a bad mall parking to me could be iffy at times, but glad it's still around.

Yelp
Westfield Century City is a huge indoor and outdoor shopping mall spanning a lot of space and multiple floors. This mall is close to Beverly Hills so it's going to be a little more modern and upscale than others. Because it's so large it is always packed and always has things going on. Like others have mentioned, the parking is terrible here. The good thing is that the first hour is free but it doesn't mean much when you're spending 20 minutes finding a parking spot. I guess you can see it as a grace period because parking is so hard to find. The mall has all the shops that you can imagine and has everything that you would need.
google avatar

Marian G.

Yelp
I enjoy shopping here. So many chain stores all in this location. This mall is quite full with merchants. There are a variety of restaurants to choose from. You will need to pay for parking and there are ride share drop offs areas. This is a large mall with various access to the ungrounded parking. Be aware of what color and number of roll your vehicle is parked. Apple Maps and Google maps can mark your parking spot when using these apps. The underground parking will allow for vehicles 6' 7" in height max. Valet parking is also available.

Yelp
Came here for the first time with a group of friends. The parking situation is a bit stressful as the clock starts once you pass the gates after grabbing a ticket. You get only one hour for free after all to explore a large outdoor mall. Sadly to validate, it seems the only way is with the movie theater and a $10+ purchase from Gelson's. After 1 hour, it's $4. Despite the cold weather, my first time visiting here was so fun!!! I enjoyed the several heat lamps and fire pits laid across the area, with lots of plentiful and clean seating. Lots of dessert spots; boba, ice cream, acai, you name it!!! Lots of places to also eat at I believe!! Got to make a full round around the mall by the time the hour was up. We unfortunately couldn't explore both floors though but it would definitely be nice to be able to!! Leaving is easy, the system recognizes by license plate so there's no real need for the ticket you get entering. Would love to visit here again to check out more of the stores though!!

Yelp
Stopped by on Friday, 11/29/24 (Black Friday). Haven't been to this mall in a while - would go often during my UCLA Undergraduate Days. This is one of the best malls in Southern California - so much stuff to do! Parking is massively pricey. Paid $32 for the whole day (at least 6 hours). Parking can also be tricky as it took around 20ish minutes for me to circle around and find parking - but it was also Black Friday. This outdoor mall has it all - Aritzia, Zara, Apple Store, Tesla, EATALY, and so much more. It was also very festive for the Holiday Season. One of the boujee-ist looking mall in SoCal.
google avatar

Quintin E.

Yelp
This mall is stacked and I don't just mean the levels. People friendly, local friendly, family friendly and kids can have a good time here with the Westfield Play Space near Zara on the ground floor. With a stellar AMC, yummy treats like Oak Berry Acai + Auntie Annies, Cinnabon and more, casual (Shake Shack, Sweetgreen, etc) or full dining (think Bar Verde, Capri, Casa Dani, Din Tai Fung, and numerous others) and all the stores to explore. Lush Cosmetics is a favorite at any mall but especially at Century City for me. Popping into Anthropologie, Dr. Marten's (boots for days), Macy's, Nordstroms and exploring all the traditional mall happenings on both levels is essential. The AMC is pretty nice, though they've had some AC issues in the past. Definitely will revisit soon and see something fall festive, tis the season! Parking is self park or valet - 1hr complimentary for self. Valet is $15 and hour, $2 for every 30 minutes after that with a max of $40 for the day/5 hours or more. Restrooms are fairly easy to find a few for the entire mall as well as in the major department stores and movie theater. Q Tip: Lots of fun happening including Trick or Treating at the Westfield Century City AND currently from now until end of August of next year (2025) you can experience The Escape Game LA's Only Murder's in the Building experience! While some places open early like Equinox (gym at the mall), the full WCC is open from 10am until 9pm during the week, Fridays as well as Saturdays to 10 pm and classic shorter Sunday hours (only from 11am to 8pm). Shop, Eat, Explore, Mall!!

Yelp
The staff were very helpful and guided us through the menu. We ordered a combo for a party of 4 which was perfect for us. The prices for the food were reasonable and we would like to go here again!

Yelp
Loved the indoor/outdoor vibes of this mall -- lots of top-brand stores to shop at, as well as great outdoor seating and dining options to enjoy the California sunshine. There's also a large movie theater and some rooftop padel(?) courts. The parking situation is a multi-level garage that seems to be a fair price: the first hour is free, and then you're charged by the number of hours you park (in 2-3 hour blocks).
google avatar

Kim H.

Yelp
Parking garage is overwhelming and craaaaaazy! Easy to get lost if you don't know where everything is so make sure you remember where you parked!

Yelp
This outdoor mall has a selection of stores the value of every single store it is high and with a couple of kids shops and every day shopping the service at each location varies on where you go, but most of the time everyone seems to be kind and understanding the entire mall has outdoor seating as it is an outdoor outdoor mall not indoor but tons of coffee, shops, restaurants, and shopping to be done at this location if you're looking to shop or bring a friend around for the first time, there is a great mall to bring them to
google avatar

Marc F.

Yelp
Borderline illegal parking practices here. No other garage on the planet works like this place. Your parking validation doesn't discount the parking. It ONLY allows you that exact time. If you exceed it by a second you pay $24. I will be filing consumer complaints with all the county and state agencies. I encourage everyone with parking issues to dispute the charges with their credit card companies.
google avatar

Yelp
I absolutely love this place, the staff, the place and the food is simply delicious.. will go back for more!!

Yelp
Like this place! Best hotspot place in west LA. Good service, funny robot. provide options which is not available in other hotspot place.

Yelp
Hands down the best mall in Southern California. They literally have e EVERYTHING you need and the dining/entertainment options are top tier. The only headache was parking. I hate that about LA, but it comes with the territory. I definitely want to come back during the holidays and book a tea time at American girl for my little.
google avatar

Gohar K.

Yelp
My most favorite mall to shop at specially during the holidays. The selection of stores and restaurants are amazing here specially Eately. I sometimes drive here just for Eately. During Christmas they decorate so nicely. This year's display and nightly show is amazing. You can get a little break while shopping to enjoy some Christmas songs and festive moods. It's very cute and worth the visit even just for that. You will find stores like banana republic which is spacious and well organized. Zara is great here so is H&M. The restaurants are good and the food court has great ambiance. Oh I almost forgot we also drive there at least once a month to eat gelato at Bacio di latte. The best gelato in Los Angeles. No questions asked.
google avatar

Marguerite Alexis F.

Yelp
Jordan was such a kind server. He went above and beyond to make my experience positive. The salmon dish was also amazing.
google avatar

Rizma W.

Yelp
I'm absolutely obsessed with this mall! It's just so aesthetic and gorgeous. Great place to grab a coffee or a leisurely meal and just stroll or hang out. I didn't even realize it was open air until, while taking the aforementioned stroll, I looked up at the second level and realized I was also looking at sky. This mall is a perfect way to enjoy the beautiful California weather and spend a couple of dollars in the process. There were a lot of boutique shops on the lower level, as well as a few mainstream brands thrown in for good measure. Unfortunately I didn't have time to explore the upper level but I definitely want to do that the next time I visit. Be advised that parking is a little expensive but some stores valet so be sure to capitalize on that if you can.
google avatar

Harold V.

Yelp
Eatly, Din Tai Fung, a great food court, lots of boba and dessert shops, all kinds of coffee shops, a great movie theater, a plethora of classy shoe and clothing shops, etc. Add to it lots of comfortable places to sit with beautifully manicured landscaping everywhere. It's a heavenly mall. I dare to say it's our favorite mall in Los Angeles. If I had any cons, it'd be the parking. On the weekends, it's tough to navigate. On top of that, it's not cheap. Whatever the case, we never regret a family visit to Westfield Century City. (If Westfield corporate is reading this, I would suggest upscaling some of your other properties using Century City as your gold standard. You would crush Caruso's properties in a heartbeat.)
google avatar

Mimi R.

Yelp
It's really pretty during the holiday time they have a whole set up and snowfall at certain times in the night! Parking sucks here no matter what so just be prepared for that.
google avatar

Yelp
I've always had mixed feelings about this mall. Any store that's actually worth going into has been positioned at the far corners of every floor on every level. It's frustrating.... And exhausting. I know that's all part of fashion merchandising and marketing ... however, most of these stores I could care less about. There is no comparison between this mall and Fashion Island and the Beverly Center. It love Fashion Island because I can find everything I need and it's a classy place. If I want nouveau riche and the latest fashion trends I have the Beverly Center. When I walk around the Beverly Center ... everything makes sense and I don't get exhausted. Westfield Century City ... simply put .. is exhausting, I love only a a few stores here: Bloomies Aerie All Saints Apple Store Banana Republic Beyond Yoga CALPAK ( it's coming and I'm excited to go to their store ! ) COS Zara Honey Birdette L'Occitane MAGNLENS Marine Layer Nordstrom Psycho Bunny Sandro SuitSupply TUMI Vineyard Vines Vuori 7 for All Mankind Zadig et Voltaire Once you figure out where all the stores above ARE..... you spend MOST of your time WALKING and NOT shopping .. like I'm sure Westfield mall owners .. intended. Also .., I'm not liking the trend of putting recycled fibers into everything. I do NOT want to wear a sweatshirt that has recycled fibers in it. I'm already sensitive to many types of polyesters and other synthetics ... either hybrid or pure .. A longgggg time ago I had to completely adjust my thinking and search for .. (high and low) ... natural fibers like cotton and linen ( a little spandex is ok... a lot ...,No ). My mission today was to find a brand that TRULY had garments for sale that were 100% cotton and sure enough I got found ONE.... MAGNLENS. A new to me brand that embodies a high style high quality streetwear aesthetic and I LOVE it. Everything I saw at MAGNLENS I wanted and since they are a new brand ( around 6 years ) I wanted to share my discovery with the world. I see GREAT THINGS ahead for MAGNLENS.... I will be shopping at their store more often.

Yelp
Westfield Century City is a sprawling shopping destination located in the heart of Los Angeles. While it boasts a luxurious atmosphere and an impressive selection of stores. Beyond shopping, the mall offers a diverse selection of restaurants, cafes, and bars. Whether you're craving fine dining, casual eats, or a quick coffee fix, you're sure to find something to satisfy your taste buds. But I confess, I don't come here for shopping but mostly for dining cuz they have a lot of good restaurants to choose from. Plus they always have free pop up events at the Atrium which I had been attending for many years.
google avatar

Jennifer C.

Yelp
There's something for everyone at this mall, even if you're not a big shopper. It's a dog friendly mall too, so bring your pup. Live music on Sundays and eateries throughout the mall, not just the dining terrace or food court. Aside from the typical stores you find at a mall, like Bloomingdale's, Macy's, or H&M, there are also shops like The Container Store, Pop Mart, and several boutique shops. You can come for immersive experiences too, like an escape room or get your sweat on at Equinox or Orangetheory. Keep little ones busy at CAMP or a pretty cool outdoor playground with a tall climbing structure. Even grocery shop at markets like Eataly and Gelson's. There really is a lot to do here and not just shop. It's clean and an aesthetically pleasing mall with several places to just sit and enjoy outdoors. In my opinion, the only downside is the parking. They offer valet, but if you're a self-parker, the first hour is free and depending on how long you stay, the parking fees can add up.
google avatar

Asli A.

Yelp
I personally think it's currently the best mall in LA. It has a great selection of stores, great food, a great movie theater, fun events, and you can find anything you want there. You can easily spend an entire day. The only downside is that it gets very busy on weekends, and it can take up to 20 minutes just to enter the parking lot. It's similar to how the Grove used to be with parking. Additionally, parking is extremely pricey. If you shop around a little and have something to eat, it's an automatic $20 for parking. There's nowhere else around where people could park and then go elsewhere, there's literally nothing else in the area. So I am not sure why such prices but at least the first hour is free.

Yelp
Drove here specifically to go to American girl store. Luckily got here right at 10am and the parking garage was not too wild. We parked in orange and took 2 escalators up to get to the first floor. Found a map and were able to navigate to our destination. The American girl store is near the food court so after shopping it was easy to pop in to use the restrooms and grab a bite to eat. The layout of this mall is weird. It has huge open areas but the walkways to get to stores are narrow and cramped (especially when stores have lines out the building). It also seemed to have a lot of wasted space. There are many stores here: from lululemon to Old Navy. Food court had staples like chipotle, chick-fil-a, panda express. They also had poke, sushi, tender greens, shake shack. Looking up you see all these super tall building and construction cranes which remind you, you are in the middle of city. We were there not quite 3 hours and parking was $12. Paid at a kiosk before going down into the garage. Getting out was quite the labrynth. It seemed you had to go down ( further underground) to go up? Once we got near the exit it was difficult to get out as there were 4 streams of traffic trying to maneuver in the same space (3 exiting and one entering). Overall I came for the store I wanted, made my purchases, got food and left. It wasn't a terrible or great experience and is my only shopping experience in LA. I will say the bathroom outside bloomingdale's on the first floor was interesting. There is a lounge area outside it and were people taking pictures there. Sanrio build a bear was the new store that opened 11/15, is super small and had a long line so didn't stop in there.

Yelp
Westfield Century City is an upscale outdoor Southern California 'Town-Style' Shopping-Mall. By 'Town-Style' I mean that it's overall them and design is like a pedestrians only small town, with main streets, side-streets, central squares, food courts, and hidden enclaves. Westfield Century City is an older mall, built over 35 years ago and remodeled numerous times. However, it's bones are from the 1990s, and so it feels more like a standard outdoor mall revolving around stores rather than southern California's more recently built inner-city 'Town-Style' malls which revolve around a huge town square, has gardens, apartments and street cars, and where the restaurants are scattered throughout rather than tucked in a food court, as they are at Westfield Century City. Although this is an older mall, it has stood the test of time because the service and the ambiance are both great here. As far as value goes (or bang for your buck), the are many expensive stores & boutiques here, my favorite one being the French Children's Shoppe, where one can purchase outfits for one's daughter that will make them look almost pretentiously Parisian.

Yelp
My friends came in from out of town and we found plenty of things to do, and eat. We had a great time with the kiddos! The service was wonderful everywhere we went. This was a great selection to tire the little ones out. This is a high-value facility.

Yelp
Dude thinks I didn't visit the mall even though I checked in to the mall, maybe I visited the imaginary mall next door. Stop trying to gaslight patrons into thinking they didn't visit the correct mall, not only did I go once but I visited twice! So first review still stands, so no seating, no lights.

Yelp
The parking is ridiculous!!!! We spent $660 at 3 stores and a restaurant. Parking was $26!!! I remembered Gelsons validates, so I spent another $22 there and it only took off $2!!! I will reconsider shopping here!

Yelp
The shops in Westfield mall are great, it's the management, Westfield, that is run by greedy slimeballs. Firstly, parking there is so expensive for LA after you pass the first hour, that none of the shops there can afford to offer validation except for Gelsons ( the most expensive grocery store second only to Erewhon). So today I came with my family and hung out at the mall. We went to Gelson's to buy some groceries which also allows us to get 3 hour validation. This is the ridiculous part, driving out of the garage, the meter reads $14. I pressed the assistance button and told them that I got a validation. Their response was that's only for 3 hours, once you pass that mark, even by a minute, you get charged the full amount and the validation doesn't work. I was at the mall for 3 hours and 21 minutes, and instead of being charged for 21 minutes as is expected of any normal mall out there, I got charged for 3 hours and 30 minutes. I've never heard of such a ridiculous system. @Westfield, get your #%@& in order...

Yelp
One of my favorite malls to go to during the holidays. The food options do not disappoint as you always have a variety depending on your craving need. Also the stores do not disappoint as you can purchase a variety of gifts from visiting stores which can provide apple products to pc to stores that can provide clothing and other great items.

Yelp
The mall is one of the finest in LA but the PARKING is not only super expensive but the personnel that are supposed to help are unfriendly and non responsive. Like many, I made a mistake not to record the parking spot of my car and of course got confused. I parked in the yellow area which is the trickiest lot to avoid at all cost as it is only accessible through one elevator/ escalator. The bottom line: the security guard standing next to his car didn't want to do anything about it and said that for insurance liability, he could not drive me around in his electric golf cart!! I told him that my right foot was hurting me because of a medical condition but we wouldn't budge. I called the emergency people used the button but they told me to call the parking people. the buttons next to all the pay machines did not work. I finally found the car after one hour and paid $13 and got out pretty exhausted and upset. What a bad experience!!!!!!!

Yelp
Decent mall with a good selection of stores, but other malls have the same stores with free parking. We were here for 4 hrs & had to pay $16 for parking. Not worth it.
