"Owned by Atlanta’s chai whisperer, Monica Sunny, this tea company and pop-up sells hand-blended chai from farmers in Kerala, India, as well as spices and gift sets. The online shop features over a dozen loose-leaf chai blends, bottles of sweetened and unsweetened chai concentrate, and tea accessories. Sunny also conducts regular chai blending classes and now her masala chai concentrate is also sold at Costco. Minhwa Spirits recently launched a chai gin in partnership with Sunny." - Eater Staff

I discovered this company at my local farmer's market and am obsessed with the All Chai'd Up blend. I drink it daily now and was so happy to discover they have a decaf version too. The Chai Box's customer service is also top notch.

The best chai--our staples are Hill Station and Punjaban Party. My family is very particular about the chai they make, and even they love coming over to have chai from chai box. Highly recommend and love the sourcing of it as well as the more sustainable packaging.

I absolutely LOVE chai from The Chai Box! After seeing my first chai meditation, I was hooked and find it impossible to drink any other chai. The concentrate is for weekdays and the loose tea leaves are for weekends when there’s more time. I am a very satisfied customer. They also have excellent customer service!! If I could give more ⭐️ I would.

I encountered the chai box at the Peachtree City Farmer's Market. I sampled the iced "All Chai'd Up" and thought it was good so I purchased a jar of the tea bags. I had no idea how bland this chai would be without the concentrate. I expected the tea bags to still have flavor, and I'm not exaggerating when I say they have absolutely none. It's terrible. I'm leaving two stars because the Lavender Chai my mom purchased is quite good, but my purchase was a waste. I won't be a return customer.

I've been a fan of The Chai Box for years. I found them through Instagram and decided to give their tea a try as I love tea. I've been hooked since. As a admitted tea snob, not only do I love their Chai blends, but I have a monthly subscription for True Blend that I use in so many different ways - a regular cup of tea, using The Chai Box's recipe for chai with their spices, and iced tea. Once I made my own Chai with their recipe, it's hard to drink it any other way. So delicious! The customer service is excellent too. I recently had an issue with an order and I got a quick response when I reached out by email and the problem was resolved immediately.

I came across The Chai Box on Instagram and decided to check out their website. I have been a big fan of Chai for many years but one of my biggest complaints is that most of the store bought teas are just too sweet and don't have a lot of spice in them. So I decided to give theirs a try - being able to buy UNsweetened ready made Chai is genius!!! And it also the best tasting Chai I have ever had! It's spicy and so delicious. I have been enjoying it cold as its still summer here in Charleston. It's a woman/family owned business too. They have the ready made and also the loose tea for a cuppa. They are also very nice and I have told many of my friends about this tea! You will not be disappointed! Please give them a try. I can't start my day without an iced one now!

I ordered the Chai Marsala to give as Christmas gifts to my adult children. The customer service was amazing, above and beyond. There was a real person answering my question. Sunny is her name and I give her a 5 star review. Happy holidays! P.S. I’ll send pictures when I give my kids their gifts. 🌹❤️

We're so glad we stopped by the Peachtree farmers market. There's a lot vendors, and we were glad seen this vendor before they ran out of samples. The tea was incredibly delicious and flavorful. They have a variety of teas. All of them have incredible aromas. We've only tried one so far but it was simple to make and very enjoyable. The two people at the market even knew Spanish which was fantastic for Latin customers and made me feel more at ease. They were informative and not too pushy, the tea looks and tastes quality. However it is pricey. Still worth the price. Give them a shot!
