Great time! Our server was attentive and at no point were we without refills or wondering about a menu item. They had a great allergen menu and the bar was prompt. It's almost weird to say but I was impressed with their Long Island. The burger and pasta was cooked well and the wait wasn't long at all. We will certainly be coming here more frequently.

Rarely when I travel do I go to a chain restaurant but it was late and not many options open. This is also the first time I’ve ever ordered an espresso martini and it was the highlight of the evening. The frangelico was amazing and is easily one of my top 3 espresso martinis ever. The music playing was way too loud otherwise a solid night enjoying a solo date night at the bar. Second issue was that I originally was going to sit at a table (non bar) area but the host said 10-15 minutes and it was obviously a play because the restaurant was super empty.

This was our first time in the cheesecake factory. We loved the atmosphere, looks so elegant. The food was good, I definitely recommend the Jamaican Black Pepper Shrimp with chicken. My wife asked for the Asian cucumber salad which we don’t recommend, the salad was so small that looks like an appetizer and it was the first salad we tried without any other vegetable like it was just the cucumber and some garlic. Our dessert was very delicious I think it was the white chocolate raspberry truffle. Service was great, our waitress was very attentive and friendly!

I had a wonderful experience for a dessert lunch at the cheesecake factory today. Always make a point to stop by cheesecake factory for dessert at least when I’m in or driving through Albuquerque, New Mexico. Great job everyone!!!

Dining at this restaurant can be a delightful endeavor for anyone. The staff members are well-trained and ready to assist in every way possible. Furthermore, the menu offers a wide variety of options to choose from. Overall, the service is prompt and efficient, ensuring a pleasant visit.

Quite disappointed. We decided to order carryout so that I could redeem my alice if birthday cheesecake. Spent $44 on a Cobb salad and club sandwich. The food was cold, overcooked, the toast for the club was burnt, the fries were cooked to long they were gross. We've never eaten their before, but have purchased cheesecakes but definitely wont scented $44 there again for this quality of food. The cheesecakes are fantastic but the food we got today was horrible. ❗️Update Spoke with guest services and that has given me a renewed sense of hope and I may give them another chance. The fact that they reached out and took my issues seriously and are going to strive to do better is great! Some places do not care about your issue or complaint.

Try to get reservations ahead of time or otherwise the wait is very long. Also, if you have party more than 6, you can't get reservations, someone has to get there earlier in order to be seated. Food is mediocre, not so good like it was before, Price went up, lunch special now is 18+tax Cheesecake is 11+up Service is bad, I could understand because is so busy, but they need to be prepared especially weekend.

We went there on a busy Sunday afternoon! There was no other place to sit but patio, it was very hot outside lol but was better than waiting. Our server was Michael and he was incredibly charming, professional and got everything we asked for and how we asked for. My mom was very happy and so was I. He offered some Strawberry/Mango smoothies and it was so refreshing and sweet! We asked for some appetizers, entrées and desserts! It took a little time to cook everything (for obvious reasons). But we were very pleased with everything as soon it arrived. Also shoutout for kitchen staff.

I don't always write reviews but I just wanted to say I was really impressed with our server, Devon, today. It was Black Friday and the mall and restaurant were packed and yet he never made us feel rushed, came over to check on us a lot, offered us everything we could possibly need before we even thought of it, and was just overall a great waiter and I wanted to compliment him.

Huge Portions, Meh Service, and Expensive Cheesecake Came here for a birthday dinner on a Thursday evening -- not busy, which was nice. The food? MASSIVE. My 12-year-old wanted the kids' chicken Alfredo... nope, too old. Main portion? Big enough for two (or three) people. I had the Chicken Bellagio -- okay, but the pasta was basically flavorless. Service was a bit of a miss. Drinks ran dry, and our waitress seemed like she'd rather be literally anywhere else. Birthday cheesecake perks only work if the reservation is under the birthday person and they're a rewards member, so no surprise treat for us. Speaking of cheesecake -- slices are smaller than they used to be and $11 each. Definitely not cheap! If you're hungry and want leftovers for days, it's worth a visit. Just don't expect top-notch service or a bargain -- your wallet will feel it.

I love the Lettuce wraps which I get every other week but this past time, we ordered out for p/u. I had requested my normal which was extra sauces and extra chicken. As usual I was extremely excited about it. This was the first time doing p/u and the young lady who took my order was very pleasant and polite. When we got home, I was so disappointed. There was barely any sauce for the large portion and all the sides were like for a small order. There was no extra chicken so I was only able to make 4 wraps. If this is how they do the orders to go, I won't be ordering anymore which is so disappointing because of how sick I am. The food was delicious as always but the portions were way off. I was still so hungry because I normally can make 8 or 9 of the wraps.

poor service, poor management or post-Covid issue? Love CF food. As a former waitress I am extremely forgiving...everyone has a bad day, and I rarely write reviews. But I am making an exception here. My hubby dropped me off, as I am using crutches. Hostess sat me in the bar area almost elbow to elbow with the couple next to me. They both were extremely annoyed at having me sit so close to them. The 4-top on the other side was dirty. There was no room to set my crutches, so I angled my table to accommodate them. I iphoned my husband to ask him to grab my glasses, cause hostess just tossed a half a dozen menus on our table, but we couldn't hear each other because music volume was set at super high. It sounded like a restaurant on Friday night, but it was 3 pm in the afternoon in ABQ!!! I got up and looked around and saw that the entire place was empty!!! Everyone had been crammed into the bar area!!! When my husband arrived, I got up and told him this was a very uncomfortable/unpleasant situation. We went (hobbled) to hostess station and asked to go either outside or to the restaurant section, her bored response was, "I can't, we don't have enough servers." We looked at each other and silently agreed to go somewhere else as we didn't see that this situation would get any better and why waste anyones's time. Ironically, as I passed the Bakery section, I saw 2 girls behind the cheesecake counter and another one in front all chatting to each other. (?!?!)

Not my top favorite in New Mexico. Food tasted good. Cheesecake here is amazing! We had nice customer service. We were seated right next to people as if we were all apart of the same party. Was a little uncomfortable. I do see myself going back for cheesecake.

This place is amazing especially the interior design and lighting feels like a fancy restaurant. Just had a minor hiccup the only thing was the waiting area a waiter must have thrown dishes and I unknown liquid came at our direction. I informed the host and she didn't seem to care but have a smirk. We sat in a booth that had room space for party of three that we order appetizers. Appetizers were expensive and worth every bite except for the wings nothing unique about the sauce that the waiter kindly exchange for another batch of wings. The lettuce wrap was colorful and delicious only if the chicken strip wasn't skinny glad the sides made up for the wrap looking robust and filling. Also the waiter had the manger come see us regarding the water which was not await she approached immediately and apologize on behalf of the restaurant.

Had the new item of chicken Shawarma tacos, highly recommend! Ordered for lunch at $17.95.

Service was nice enough and helpful enough. Sometimes when you dine alone, you notice the waitstaff is not as eager to engage with you. Not sure if that is because it is a low tip % from my table, due to just one person eating... The food was good, not amazed but I was not disappointed. Nothing really stands out. The ambiance is nice, especially with guests joining you I am sure. Not too loud or distracting from the table. Alot of good design inside to look around at the building. Classy enough, yet not too expensive to shock you or feel undervalued as a customer. They kept my water glass full and the atmosphere was nice. The parking was not the best because it was adjoining the mall. Not a bad place for dinner if you are in town.

This is a review for the Cheesecake Factory at the Coronado Mall in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We were seated right away at dinnertime on a Thursday night. We were three. We ordered the Jamaican dish, the chicken littles dish, and the salmon. We shared everything. The chicken littles were good, although a little cold. The salmon was underwhelming; the flavor could have been better. It needed a little more butter and seasoning. The standout dish was the "jamaican" chicken and shrimp. The sauce was very good, a little sweet and exotic. Black beans were good, as was the brown rice, although we also had the choice of white rice. However, the jamaican dish is suppose to come with plantains, but didn't! No explanation from our waiter as to why there were no plantains. As for the rating, minus one star because of the dwindling portion size. I have been coming to Cheesecake Factory for over 25 years, first on the east coast where i, see my profile picture, attended a very important (cat) college, lol. The portion sizes are now 1/3 to 1/2 smaller than before, despite the rising cost of dishes at the restaurant. Also, minus one star for the service. I waited until eating at this Albuquerque location at least a few times, before judging the service. The service at this location is consistently underwhelming. I know it's a tough location for employees, but still, get your act together. For example, tonight, we asked for our check, and, rather than getting it right away, the waiter proceeded to walk to the next table and take their order. 15 or 20-minutes later, we got our check.

Let me preface with I've been to many Cheesecake Factories across the USA. So I know what normal and what's not. Burger was slightly undercooked but not bad. Lemon garlic shrimp pasta was extremely small portions. Good flavor but normally I can split it 2 ways and still have leftovers. This didn't even fill one person. White Bread was rock hard but brown was nice and soft. Tiramisu cake was also smaller than normal. The key lime cheesecake and carrot cake were good portions and as expected. Service wasn't bad waiter seemed tired and disinterested in his job but was attentive.

Very good service, short wait time and you leave your phone number and can wander in the mall until your texted. Food was good but had some issues. Meatballs were perfect but the rice was very dry with the chicken dish but the chicken was juicy and tender and mushrooms were the star. I loved the cauliflower app as well I just find the ranch dipping sauce a bit bizarre but I thought it was ok just unnecessarily with the sauce on the cauliflower already. I would definitely go back and try more dishes.

Great food and the waiter staff is awesome. Recommend this place for a family outing

Easily the worst experience I've had at a Cheesecake Factory. The decor was lovely and impressed the grandkids, who had never been there. That and our wonderful server and a free slice were the only good things to come out of a 7 hour drive to celebrate my 66th birthday with them. I won't tell you about the edible main dishes since they were adequate. Spaghetti, a salad and kids chicken strips. The kids Mac and cheese was easily the worst I've ever sampled. We couldn't figure out way our granddaughter wouldn't eat it, until we sampled it. To me it tasted moldy. Like biting into cheddar that had an unseen moldy spot you didn't notice on the other side. The kitchen manager quickly replaced it with mini corn dogs that she ate some of, though her appetite wasn't what it had been As for my meal. I had the Steak and Frites. Which ended up being a huge plate of Parmesan fries with a tiny 4" x 4" piece of beef. Not just any beef , but a prime cut of Fat with small bits of gristle muscle tissue here and there. I ate what I could and hid the fat under the remaining fries I couldn't eat. Normally I would have sent it back, but we'd already sent back one item and I didn't want to make a scene on my birthday. To say the least, it was a great $3 steak, which is what it was worth. Unfortunately they charge $29 for the dish. Thankfully the Cheesecake Factory near us in Chandler AZ, provides us with much better food.

The Shepherd's Pie is BACK!!!! Man I love this place. And the TexMex Egg rolls are delicious. My wife always gets the Carbonera with chicken. She gives it 5 stars. The only thing wrong is the price of the cheesecake slices. Way expensive. But what can we do? Everything in the world is expensive. Overall this place is worth the drive.

The food was really great even though the menu was huge. Server was very polite, prompt, and helpful. Drinks were good. Music and ambiance is nice for a date. I would go back.

The food was amazing as usual. I just really love the extensive menu. There is literally something for everyone. But if course the most amazing experience is the fabulous cheesecake selections. Manager lady came and greeted me at my table, giving us each a complimentary slice of cheesecake for our brief wait. That was very nice. Ambiance was dim but well lit and comfortable. I will give this experience 8.9 ty cheesecake factory we had a blast and I will be returning.

This morning's experience was unlike any other visits. The food took a lot longer to come out and we arrived right after opening. Not like the restaurant was busy. What was really disappointing was the service. Our waitress never came by to offer refills or check on our table. Very uncharacteristic. Usually a manager also drops by but not today.

Went here on a Saturday night. It was very crowded, super loud. Arrived at 6pm. Put my name down for a table for 4. It was a 20 minute wait. No problem. Anyway, the service is pretty good considering how busy it was. Lots of servers. They're always rushing, but my drinks did keep getting refilled, so it was fine. The main issue is the food and the prices. The quality and quantity of each dish have both decreased over the years. My table got the spaghetti meatballs, shrimp scampi, steak diane, and enchiladas. The dishes were pretty small. A few of us were still hungry at the end. The prices were crazy high, $25-30 for each dish. Not worth it really. I would probably only come here for cheesecake if someone else is buying. But it might be better just to go to Flying Star for some better and cheaper cheesecake. Not much cheaper though, fyi.

It'ms my first time at The Cheesecake Factory. The service was top-notch. The food was outstanding! Best meal I have had in years. I loved the ambiance and felt delighted with how clean their facilities were.

Service was horrible. I watched my children eat their food waiting for mine. One of my children was served last after watching her siblings eat. Her grilled cheese was cold and not grilled. We went to eat as a family and ate in groups.

Fancy. Large portions, bland food but the service was great! I had the cheeseburger egg rolls for an appetizer which were ok. Tasted liked Taco Bell meat to me. The waiter brought me bread and I really didn't like the sour dough. It was tough to chew and didn't taste very good but the brown bread was good. The chilaquiles plate was pretty big but it lacked any real flavor and it didn't have a lot of meat, mostly chips and eggs. Bland. I had to have some cheesecake to complete my experience so I asked for the turtle cheesecake because the waiter said it was great. It was good but not worth it imo. $41 for myself here today. Appetizer, entree and dessert. I left a good tip because the waiter kept checking on me. Maybe he thought I was going to run out the door lol

I was surprised to see how many negative reviews this place has. I get it food is not top notch but it's adequate. Cheesecake Factory as the name implies is more known for their cheesecake desserts more than anything. Prices are a bit higher than a regular restaurant. However you also paying for the aesthetics of the place. It's gives a high end type of luxury interior look and fancy type of taste that most people would appreciate. My favorite small plate has been the chicken small tacos that are "Crispy Corn Tortillas Filled with Grilled Chicken, Green Chile, Corn, Onion, Cilantro and Cheese. Served with Avocado Cream and Salsa Verde." The service is fast in my options and waitress staff are on top of your needs.

Customer service .. first of all my food was served cold and then it was the wrong item from the menu I ordered and then on top of that I felt as though I was being discriminated against... A few of the waitresses have real attitude issues

Ugh this place needs to get it together. I ordered the parmesan herb crusted chicken over the phone. Was quoted 20 minutes for pick up, but after arriving at curbside 20 minutes later, had to wait an additional 20 minutes for someone to come out, only to discover they brought me chicken parmesan, so I had to wait another 30+ minutes for them to remake it and bring it out, and they still charged me full price. I do enjoy the balance of the herb crusted chicken meal (+ green beans and mashed potatoes) and know weekends can be busy but nothing from here is worth an hour wait.

Beware of the website for The cheesecake factory ordering process. It took me 45 minutes to make my order online and when I got to the end I wanted the pickup to be in 48 hours. I could only choose pick up today or tomorrow. That's it. I left a message on my order and I called the store to tell them that I needed to pick up on Saturday and not Friday. This should not be a problem but it is! They told me that instead of them changing the date on the pickup, that I should go back to that website, cancel my order and do the whole damn thing over again Saturday morning when I don't have an extra 45 minutes to go over the menu and make an order again. I am simply not going to do that. Instead of jumping through their hoops because of their pure laziness, I am going to get all my cheesecakes in the future from Costco. I suggest you do the same.

Love to eat here but there is always a wait! If you are only going with 2-3 people, try to sit at the bar! It is open seating and you can skip the line. The menu is the same and you usually get faster service. Sorry kids, no minors allowed!

Never had a bad experience at Cheesecake Factory. We have been blessed to have had good service, good meals and a good overall experience each time we have visited. The steak tip dinner was great, my wife had the fish tacos which were very flavorful and pleasing to eat. We will be back again some time in the future.

I got the steak tacos. They were okay but cheesecake factory isn't the best with their food. Too many options means things are mediocre.

Server Maddy K., was probably one of the most unprofessional servers I have ever had. She dropped my food off at the table and just walked away without saying a word. My water was empty and I didn't even have the chance to look at my plate before she walked off. If that wasn't bad enough, she got the order wrong. So I waited patiently for about 10 min and had to eventually send someone in my party to look for her. When she approached the table I explained she got the order wrong and she grabbed my plate and placed it on the ledge and walked off again. From afar I can see her taking someone else's order while my plate sat there. At this point I'm really upset and ready to leave. She still hasn't given me opportunity to ask for more water. Fast forward 20 min later with no food and the manager being just as unprofessional as the server, I left hungry, thirsty and never once received an "I'm sorry."

Visited a couple times recently, the service is always amazing!! The Strawberry Blossom cocktail is a dream! And the Whiskey Smash is really good also! Be warned about the non-alcoholic Strawberry Lemonade... it is very very sweet. First visit I had the Four Cheese pasta and was a let down because the only cheese I could see was the dollop of ricotta on top and the rest were lost in the tomato sauce. Later I tried the Chicken Madeira and I can see why it's at the top of the specialties... Everything was perfectly cooked and the mashed potatoes so fluffy. Definitely recommend! If you are a dessert person, definitely order one of the many cheesecakes first!! The coconut cream cheesecake lives up to it's name- there's even coconut in the crust and it reminded me of coconut macaroons.

So yes this is a chain but we don't have one in El Paso! I wish we did - and I know a ton of people who feel the same way. Come to El Paso Cheesecake Factory and we will show you some love! The menu is huge and definitely has something for everyone. We started with the hot crab and artichoke dip that was loaded with crab. I got daring -I don't order Italian out anymore but made an exception for tonight. I ordered the pasta carbonara with chicken and it was most excellent. The portion size was large and I enjoyed every morsel. I have a respect for someone who can make this dish because it is a little tricky trying to pour the raw eggs into the hot pasta to cook them without makings rambled eggs. My friend had the chicken and biscuits and that was almost devoured before I could get a photo! And then the cheesecake- what can I say!!!!! So many choices, great portions size and delicious!

It was Cheesecake Factory. The menu was extensive and the portions were huge. Our server was pleasant and apologized for dropping half her tray of beverages. Some of the party got wet due to this, but mishaps happened in food service. I had the lunch portion of spaghetti and it was good, but nothing remarkable. I guess come here for the cheesecake, bar, and atmosphere?

The food is so delicious! and the service is absolutely fantastic so friendly my waiter was so happy and poppy. The ambiance was pretty and amazing looking the restrooms are so clean!

Food is wonderful as we choose them for Holiday family gathering place. The service is always excellent! It is such a pleasant place to dine. We can get reservation to make getting in much faster.

I ordered the Chicken Madeira (15 x) over time at CH, and, at this particular location, the food hashed been subpar. We are usually a party of 5, and I cannot predict that we will be back anytime soon.

Food is good and ambiance. Would have been great if my server announced his presence rather than almost smash my face x3 with plates.

It was my birthday linch. Had steak Diane with herb crusted salmon. Excellent food. Took a really really long time for the food to get to table. People that came in after us got their food before us. Server was very nice but didn't offer any apologies or explanations. Been to several other cheesecake factories .... The food is consistent

10/24/21: Yes, it's a chain restaurant with consistent service, food and ambience. Team members are friendly and all seem relaxed, fun, fluid. I have not experienced an unprofessional associate. There are 2 or 3 servers who remember me and are always wonderful and ensuring that I'm eating different menu options each visit. Saturday & Sunday brunch is EXCELLENT. Mimosas are good too. Waffles and pancakes are large, but when that warm buttered syrup hits your mouth? Glory Hallelujah Praise the Almighty....I drool. This visit I had the jambalaya hash with a scrambled egg on top and oooh weee, kinda spicy y'all . This dish is not for the weak. Overall I recommend Cheesecake Factory and will continue eating here, especially for those sinful waffles and pancakes.

Idk why all these people complaining about the wait after they say it's always busy ,uh hello they have other people's food to cook as well. The food was not bland at all and with so many options to choose from everyone is happy . We got the mac and cheese burger which was very well seasoned and nice and juicy. The kiddos got corndogs and pretzel bites which were amazing! Ordered an oreo cheesecake and strawberry shortcake to share. We took home lots of left overs. I only managed to get a pic of the cheesecake and shortcake. My only gripe would be the hostess at the front needs a slight attitude adjustment when greeting people . Will Def return

I gave the Cheesecake Factory a try and it was amazing! (Only went for dessert though) They have a wide selection of cheesecakes, from Oreo, peanut butter, key lime, cherry, strawberry, and much more! It's definitely the place to get dessert while shopping at the mall. I enjoyed the whip cream, it has the same taste and consistency as the one from Starbucks. The cashier that helped us took our order and the other cashier was in charge of bagging the dessert. The restaurant was clean and there was a wait.

I do love the Cheesecake Factory. This location in particular is always very clean and well maintained. The servers and bartenders are friendly and seem to love what they do.

We came here on a Tuesday night to take out our younger sisters. There was a surprising wait of 30 minutes to be seated, which is fine we just didn't expect it for a weekday night. Our waitress was Megan who was incredible. So attentive, so helpful, and just had a really wonderful energy. We ordered the orange chicken, the salmon with mashed potatoes, the almond crusted salmon salad, the bang bang chicken and shrimp, and the turkey burger. Everything was amazing. The portions were huge, and the quality was pretty great. We ended up getting two slices of cheesecake as well. The red velvet and the raspberry lemon. The red velvet was definitely heavier and a lot sweeter because it's layered with actual red velvet cake. We will definitely be back. The menu is extensive, but the service really made the meal top-notch.

Amazing food, generous portions, and a huge menu with something for everyone! The cheesecake is, of course, incredible--so many flavors to choose from. The atmosphere is great, and the service is always friendly. Definitely a go-to spot for a delicious meal and dessert!

I like the Cheesecake Factory as a franchise for a once in a while treat. I find their giant menu hilarious, every time you go it's like reading a novel. And don't forget about 1600 cal slices of cheesecake. If you are looking for huge portions of delicious food that is definitely not good for your health this is a clear winner. This spot was great. Busy so a longer wait but the staff was great as well as the food.

I've seen things I'll never unsee here. Cheesecake of so many forms my mouth was watering and so were my eyes with tears of joy and somber distant epiphanies were sung to me from afar. The food here is unlike any fantasy I've ever had. Back at home I have lamb chops and scaly wags for breakfast. This is pristine cheese and cake for a king. Come here, i abode you the fortune of licking your bowl and a glad warm stomach.

Ordered the pineapple crispy chicken & shrimp-the rice was under cooked and crunchy-the chicken tasted previously frozen maybe not cooked enough. The waiter suggested we go get our own menus from the hostess station and we did. Got bread and had to wait a while to get flatware. Never received plates for the bread & butter. I assume most of this is due to lack of staff.

This was my first time at this Cheesecake location and I had a great experience! I was seated promptly and my waitress Claire was great. I ordered everything right away ! She brought everything promptly. My drink was just right , bread was soft and warm , and my food came out at the right temperature. I believe this could be one of the best visits ! I'd recommend coming here. Also, sign up for their rewards . I got a free slice of cheesecake for my birthday. Thanks for your excellent service !

It has been a while since I have went to Cheesecake Factory and we went for a belated bday dinner this past weekend. The ambience is great and the service is always very attentive. I want to say that there's just something special about that bread coming out right away that hits the spot. Our server Giovanni was one of the bright spots too. Not only will he make you laugh a lot but he was especially knowledgeable with the big menu and we went with some of his food recommendations. Anyhow, moved forward with one of my favorite drink choices, a Martini. Cheers and well you just got to get a cheesecake before you leave. I got the Key Lime and it was delicious. P.S. starting with calamari is a bonus.

Came to celebrate a friends birthday! We met up for happy hour they have a great happy hour selection on food and drinks! It's pretty reasonable in price! We ordered the avocado egg rolls, Thai chili, shrimp, tamale cakes, and last but not least the calamari. Everything was good and our server was very attentive and took care of us! We ended our dinner with of course the famous cheese cakes I got the banana cream and she got the raspberry lemon we've never been Disappointed!
