Food is ok, but service is way way bad. It is not the people working there you can tell the restaurant is understaffed and the management puts too much pressure on the waiters, resulting in a very bad customer service and a very poor experience. This CCF is not at the same level than the other ones in Mexico. It is a bad one.

Food is great and the portions are absolutely worth it It would be better if it was served hot Breakfast potatoes were absolutely cold and salty

If you're from England don't forget that the staff expect tips even if they don't speak English and forget your drinks order

Worst salads, best cheesecake

La verdad superó por muchísimo mis expectativas y 100% regresaré algún día de estos, es caro, sí, pero la verdad es que a diferencia de restaurantes de precios similares, este restaurante tiene porciones gigantes, yo que la verdad soy de buen diente, me llené y hasta quise pedir de llevar lo que me sobró porque no quería dejarlo, la verdad estaba buenísimo, y aunque lo que pedí fue buenísimo, pediría otra cosa, porque este restaurante tiene un menú de como 80 páginas, y qué delicia. En las fotos agregaré los platillos qué pedimos, y ademas las bebidas qué son de buen tamaño.

Excelente lugar, es muy recomendable. Es un restaurant muy agradable para ir en familia o pareja es muy buen ambiente tranquilo y la atención es excelente y muy rápida. La comida es deliciosa. Los precios son adecuados respecto a la calidad y la cantidad porque son porciones generosas. El agua mineral Topo Chico a la rusa 10/10 todo muy rico. Ya había ido en San Pedro Garza García y este de Puebla no decepcionó al contrario.
