The Best Cheesecake Factory Locations In LA, Ranked - Los Angeles - The Infatuation

"Located in Westfield Santa Anita, the Arcadia Cheesecake Factory has the unfortunate fate of being surrounded by an elite lineup of other chains, including Din Tai Fung, Benihana, and Hai Di Lao, as well as being a few steps from an impressive upscale food court. Otherwise, aside from the surplus of Renaissance ceiling murals and thick columns decorated with creepy carved faces, it’s a standard suburban Cheesecake. The outdoor seating is an afterthought, but the soaring ceilings provide enough light that your aunt won’t need to use flash when taking a picture of her cajun jambalaya pasta (though she probably will anyway)." - brant cox, cathy park, garrett snyder

Google
My 1st visit to The Cheesecake Factory & we picked this location because of it's location & parking lot next to the shopping center. We had reservations, but we inquired if we can go in early and we lucked out since not too busy yet. Our server Zack was great with suggestions that my sister who usually gets pasta, went for the deliciously refreshing Peruvian chicken bowl he suggested. Mom had from the weekend brunch menu, the brunch combo that has savory buttermilk pancakes. I went for the Spicy ginger beef tenderloin and it was a great flavorful dish. My dish went great with the Cucumber mint lemonade, Zack sold me on. It got busy and packed after 12 so do reserve a spot. I say it was a great 1st visit to sit and eat, though I had gone in to buy cheesecake once, this time we skipped it and I regret it, but we plan to return to try more of the huge menu of food & desserts.

Google
Definitely the most popular place to eat at the mall. This location of Cheesecake Factory is fantastic and delivers on all metrics. The interior is huge with tons of seating and beautiful decorations. The menu is extensive with something for everyone, and the portions are very large. The food is delicious and perfectly cooked. Even for lunch on a Saturday there was a 10 minute wait. The staff are all very friendly and helpful.

Google
I went straight for their Ultimate Red Velvet Cheesecake, and I love it. Layers of moist red velvet cake alternated with creamy cheesecake, all finished with a smooth cream cheese frosting. The White Chocolate Raspberry Truffle was lighter, creamy with a swirl raspberry. Worth the calories:)

Google
The food is great!!! The food comes out fairly consistent. Increased their prices by ~25% December 2024 :'''( They no longer have sun dried tomatoes; tell me what brand it was please!!! :( Good seating quantity. Above average seating quality. Lots of booth seating. Some chair seating. High chairs at the bar. Outdoor seating available. Parking is usually far or packed at this mall, especially around holidays and rush times!!!

Service was great. Patio area is nice. I ordered fish and chips it was good but coleslaw had chives in it so heads up if you don’t like onion ruined it a a bit for me otherwise very good. My husband ordered fillet mignon with mashed potato and Mac and cheese. Mac n cheese could use improvement otherwise everything was great. FYI- for those who are calorie watchers they have a skinny menu!

Google
My experience here was bad enough for me to take time to post this review. What has happened to quality and consistency at cheesecake factory? For a meal that usually ends up around $30 per person, the cheesecake factory is amongst the worst and most overpriced. I went here with a group of friends. Everything came after waiting 40 mins. When the nachos we ordered for appetizers came, the chips were all stale and chewy. There was less topping on the nachos than from the $3 dollar nachos you get at taco bell. We mentioned this to our server (who was great) who politely got us a replacement order, but somehow the replacement was worse than the original. Then came the main courses. I got thai noodles and again there were 2 pieces of vegetable and 1 mushroom on it. The noodles were cold and extremely tasteless. The other orders in our group were also similarly poor in quality, except the burgers which a couple of my friends got and those were good. Overall, after tax and tip i paid $40 for terrible, cold thai noodles and stale, chewy nachos with little toppings. The atmosphere and service was fine, but the food was terrible.

Google
Tianna (with TWO Ns!) served me and she was delightful. I knew I was in safe hands right from the start and we chatted like old friends. She was very patient when I didn’t know what to order or even understand what was going on as a first time Cheesecaker. The food was VERY tasty and fresh with all kinds of flavours going on in lots of directions….i really enjoyed. Tianna was just the right level of attentive without being intrusive. And we laughed a LOT! You should ask for her when you visit and make sure you tip HEAVILY because she deserves it. Tell her Ade the Welshman sent you!

Google
Cheesecake Factory never disappoints. I hadn’t been there in 10 years, but the staff has always stayed professional, and this time Alex truly stood out. The service was excellent, and the food was even better—the avocado rolls were fresh and flavorful, and the shrimp pasta was absolutely delicious. Alex made the experience smooth and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be going back soon! Thanks Alex.

Yelp
One of the many factors that contributed to our rating is being able to seat us within a reasonable reservation time. We had a party for four reserved for dinner on a Sunday, and it was behind schedule for about 30 minutes. Despite that, the waitress got our order and drinks in immediately to start the double birthday bash. Our entrées were very delicious, compliments to the chef. We did notice that asparagus was missing from the chipotle pasta which I'm not sure if that was intentional. The portion sizes were generous, especially the cobb salad and the miso salmon. We would come back here again. We felt celebrated, thank you for having us.

Yelp
Cheesecake factory has been one of my favorite restaurants for years. One reason is because of their famous brown bread is so delicious!!! I also love how they have variety of cuisine choices. Last night we ordered quite a few dishes! Miso Salmon with mash potatoes~one of my favorite dish here! The salmon is very tender and the miso flavor is perfect. The mash potatoes are very creamy and delicious! Crispy Crab Bite appetizer~Another favorite dishes that I repeatedly order. The crab meat inside is tasty and the little crunchy texture makes it very satisfying to eat. Warm Crab meat dip~This was a new dish I tried and omg it's definitely a hit! A lot of crab meat and it tastes amazing! Ahi Tuna and Shrimp ceviche ~This was a pretty good appetizer but I think the flavor of the Ahi tuna could have been a little stronger. But I would still order it again! Pita Chicken Shawarma~It comes with 3 Pita bread wraps that looks like a taco. It almost feel like it's a Mediterranean taco! But this is also another surprising delicious dish that I tried tonight! The pita bread is very soft and everything blended very well in the Pita. The garlic sauce definitely add a nice flavor to it! Chicken Piccata~My partner's mom's all time favorite. She always like to add additional pasta on the side. It's a very consistent tasty dish. But personally it's not my type of taste. Thai Satay Chicken Salad~I asked for dressing on the side. This is a pretty tasty salad if you like Asian flavors. The texture of the satay chicken could be more tender but it's okay. Overall I was very satisfied with all the food! Our server was good but could be better because she tend to forget things. After I asked for more bread and napkins, she had to be reminded to bring them. The ambience is always comfortable but the lighting got a little too dimmed as we were eating.

Yelp
This mall location is most fitting for this shopping center and often a great alternative for a sit-down place other than having a meal in the food court. The Cheesecake Factory is an institution at this point. With an extensive menu that is designed to provide something for everyone, they are the one and only place for bigger parties or groups with discerning tastes. The food menu has changed throughout the years, with some items remaining and new updates keeping things fresh as tastes change. The biggest disappointment I have constantly is the changes to my favorite dish, the Cajun Jambalaya Pasta. In years past, it was more greasy, littered with big shrimps, and far more spicy. Now, it is just semi-healthy tasting. The star of their entire party are their desserts, and they are never disappointing along with some good consistent service.

Yelp
If they don't like cheesecake factory, they're just a hater. There's literally something for anybody on the menu. Ordered take out and the servers at the cheesecake station were some friendly. Absolutely enjoy coming to this location. As always, you have to get a cheesecake here.

Yelp
What We Ordered: -Kid Spaghetti and Meatball $11.95 -Korean Fried Chicken $20.95 -Jambalaya $27.95 -Fresh Strawberry Cheesecake $12.95 We were in the area for our son's first T-Ball game and decided to grab lunch at The Cheesecake Factory. Our son was hungry, so we ordered for him first. While we were waiting, our server said our bread would be out shortly, but it took a while to arrive. Shortly after my son's dish came, we were finally served the bread basket. My wife ordered the Korean Fried Chicken, which is always a good choice. It was perfectly cooked. She really enjoyed it! I was trying to decide between two dishes. I ultimately went with the Jambalaya, as our server suggested it offered good value with shrimp and chicken. The shrimp and chicken were cooked well. However, when I ordered, I was told it would be a green, vegetable-based linguine, but it ended up being a white linguine with only a few pieces of green linguine. The linguine itself was fine, but it tasted too soupy, like it wasn't properly drained before serving. I was a bit disappointed, but my wife was kind enough to share some of her Korean Fried Chicken. Next time, I'd like to try the Monte Cristo, as it's only available on weekends. We usually go during the week, so I haven't had a chance to try it yet. We had a slight disagreement about which cheesecake to order, but we decided on the Strawberry one, as it's a bestseller, and our son loves strawberries. Our server mentioned they were having issues with the whipped cream machine, which is why it looked a little messy. It didn't matter to us, though, as the Strawberry Cheesecake was amazing! Overall, I wouldn't be rushing back to this location, even though it's the closest one to us.

Yelp
We walked in and were seated immediately on a Friday afternoon. Hostess and Waitress were super nice. Restrooms were clean. We started off with water and bread/butter. The bread was hot and fresh. We ordered the 4 cheese pasta (lunch portion) and a chicken fettuccine alfredo (dinner portion -- I came with an appetite, okay) with ginger ale and ginger beer. Everything tasted good and was on point but what I didn't like was that the lunch and dinner pasta portions were the same exact amount. The only difference was that the dinner plate it self was bigger but don't try to play your customers Cheesecake Factory... I saw the equal portions in both pastas and it made me feel some type of way (side eyeing y'all) brought it up to the waitress and I gave her some good laughs but she couldn't deny that what I pointed out was truth! Super sweet btw -- don't recall her name. So to anyone else who reads this and you come for lunch to get pasta: get the lunch portion pasta don't bother getting the dinner portion -- they give the same amounts for either -- just saying

Yelp
Dined in for dinner around 7:00 pm on a sunday 9/21/25. The wait was 40 minutes to 1 hour, but you can walk around the mall! The time flies by. Parking: pretty busy but if you wait patiently, you can find a spot because someone is always leaving. I ordered the smokehouse bacon hamburger. It was a 4/5, pretty solid burger with really good fries. They put something different with their fries and it tasted delicious. And of course you cannot forget about their all you can eat bread! The brown and molasses one was my favorite. It is always consistent and tasty! Overall, it was a good experience, but I am taking off one star because of the wait. It took awhile to get our food and for a server to help us.

Yelp
My mom and I came for lunch here last Friday! Tianna was our server and she was so sweet and amazing! We really enjoyed her presence! We ordered the skinnylicious steak medallions and the Miso salmon! Both came out and were delicious! Will definitely be back!

Yelp
I can not believe the level of unprofessionalism this place displayed. The front of house needs help. We were misquoted on wait time by 40 minutes. Which means our party including my 81yo grandfather sat and waited a total of 1hr and 10 min when we were quoted 30. Needs improvement for sure. Plus side was the manager did try to make it right which was nice and we had a great waitress. However, based on this last experience I am not sure if would go back. Food is good and I like the atmosphere but it is not worth that level of frustration.

Yelp
I have only been to this location three times and two were bad. Only in this area temporary for work, so stopped here to give them another chance and it was not good. Found what I think is a pepperoni in my chicken nachos. Chicken was a little burnt, so corn overcooked. Won't be going back to this location.

Yelp
I visit The Cheesecake Factory fairly often, especially since they often have offers if you are a Cheesecake Rewards member. I am about equidistant from 2 locations: Old Town Pasadena and The Shops at Santa Anita in Arcadia. Arcadia has easier (and free) parking. More often than not I come for Happy Hour (M-F 4-6 pm) for good value. Cheesecake's menu is famously extensive, with new items being added periodically. The Happy Hour menu still offers good variety as well as their "famous" complimentary bread. Three HH items are enough for a meal. And of course you can get a slice of cheesecake or another dessert at the bar. Great for an informal meal; diners are bound to find something they like on the menu. There can be a wait, and no reservations.

Yelp
I have such mixed feelings for the Cheese Cake Factory. My family had a birthday lunch there on Sunday. Everyone was very happy but I didn't care for it too much. I ordered the Asian chicken salad which I've had for decades , and it gradually got worse over the years and yesterday hit an all time low. The shredded carrots were huge and the salad had a bitter taste. The wait staff was great hence the 3 stars, the ambiance was okay. They seated us very quickly which was impressive. The bread service was the highlight. My sister in law enjoyed her gumbo, my parents their club sandwich, the pretzel bread with dip was okay, nephews liked their spaghetti and meatballs and the chicken and waffles. The lettuce wrap/taco seemed okay and the kids meal and pasta dish were okay. But nothing stood out. They brought a couple of cute complimentary desserts for the two birthday people which was great. Like I said, the stars are mostly for service and staff, the food was "okay" and the ambience also was "okay". Glad the family enjoyed it, I'll have to order something else next time.

Yelp
Came to celebrate some amazing graduates. The best time to go with little to no wait time is between 2-4pm. Service is always fantastic and friendly. Prices are still reasonable for the big portion sizes. Started off with the nacho appetizer with steak and it did not disappoint. It's the perfect appetizer to nibble on while waiting for your food. I had the Chinese chicken salad lunch portion. It's the perfect salad to eat on a hot summer day. Lastly, we had dessert and I couldn't resist trying the lemon raspberry cheesecake. OMGeee it was pretty amazing. It's light and not overly sweet. Highly recommended! Definitely will be back!

Yelp
It's located on the east side of The Shops at Santa Anita so it's easy to find. You can see the restaurant from the parking lot. My friend and I came here on a Friday for an early dinner. Good thing we had a reservation because the place was busy! I ordered their shrimp & chicken gumbo. It was actually not bad for a chain restaurant outside of New Orleans! We shared the crispy Brussels sprouts. It was good, but probably the unhealthiest way to eat Brussels sprouts. For dessert, we shared a slice of fresh banana cream cheesecake which was one of my favorite flavors. We had good service from our waiter.

Yelp
Your local chain restaurant: had a good experience overall. Food: We ordered the nachos, chicken parm, and a couple drinks. The portions were definitely generous, and the food was yummy. The nachos were a solid appetizer, great for sharing and could honestly be a full meal. The drinks were also nice and came out quickly. Ambiance & service: The place was not too busy inside and the service was average as you'd expect any chain restaurant to be. It's always a reliable spot with a huge menu, honestly can't go wrong going here (especially with the bread!!)

Yelp
Came here around 5:45pm on a Friday night. Lots of parking but since it's at the mall it can take awhile to finf a spot. I checked in with the host and gave them my number. Note that they don't send a confirmation text only a text when your table is ready. The wait was only 15-20 minutes for a table for 6. Service was great. The hosts were kind and our server was attentive and had a sense of humor. Would crack jokes to us! The free breads are great and you can get as refills. The brown one was definitely my choice, as recommended by everyone online. It's softer than the other bread which is pretty hard. They come with butter on the side. For drinks, I got a strawberry lemonade. The drinks do get free refill and you can change it up. I tried the peach lemonade and the cucumber lemonade as well. My ranking is strawberry then peach then cucumber. I felt the strawberry was the most balanced. The peach was good, but the peach flavor was a bit strong and sweet. The cucumber was more sour. I ordered the fettuccine alfredo with chicken. I'd say its average to good. The pastas here are kinda expensive and aren't worth the price. The chicken pieces were real small. They do provide free parmesan. The dishes and portion are pretty huge. You can definitely share one amongst two people. All of us took our leftover home.

Yelp
I stopped by on Friday, 05/23/25 for the first time at this particular location. Located outside of the Westfield Santa Anita Mall in Arcadia. I made a reservation via online as I had an account (this is the only way you can reserve a spot). Ordered the following for my anniversary dinner with my bf: - 1 strawberry margarita = $16.50 - 1 stone IPA draft = $9 - 1 street corn = $11.50 - 1 stuffed mushrooms = $14.50 - 1 buffalo wings delux = $20.95 - 1 Oreo dream extreme cheesecake slice = $12.50 (got this for free due to my birthday reward) SUBTOTAL = $72.45 TAX = $7.61 TOTAL = $80.06 ** There was a promo where if you spend $50 in gift cards, you get a bonus $10, so I bought 2 of these and redeemed $20 of my bonus cash that day. What a great deal!! ** FINAL TOTAL = $60.06 Food and overall ambience inside was spectacular! We had the best seating area in my opinion - very intimate setting while drinking and chatting away. We took some leftovers home and the cheesecake. Overall I would like to come back and try out the rest of their cheesecake flavors and their Skinnylicious menu! Their menu is literally endless!

Yelp
Wow! Sunday Brunch was Fantastic! I tried something New: Jambalaya:) With a Twist, I asked for 2 Eggs Sunny Side Over-Easy? Results? Absolutely Delicious! Dennis Was Fabulous & Asked the Chef for Permission. The Dish isn't designed that way. Wow-We will be back for this New Amended Dish Dennis was an amazing Server with Class

Yelp
My mom wanted Cheesecake Factory so we went, and it was my first time in ages. Our server was very attentive. The Pasta da Vinci was quite good, but I didn't really enjoy my Steak Diane. I ordered it medium rare, but every piece was overcooked and it was hard to chew. The caramelized onions went really well with the mashed potatoes, but when the main character of the dish isn't done well, it's hard to enjoy the overall dish.

Yelp
Went back after having not gone for many years and it still hasn't changed! Sure maybe a little older than the other locations and can use a revamp, but the atmosphere and crowd and quality of food is still the same! Shout out to amazing server Alex! Pros: -good service (our server was Alex and he was very nice! Accommodated all of our requests and went above and beyond with our birthday cake delivery) -good food -kids menu -rewards program -cheesecake still a steal in price and quality -lunch special menu -skinnylicious allows for those conscious of calorie count by subbing sides for healthier vegetables Cons: -even with reservations, we waited at least 20min for our table -they tried to squeeze a party of 5 into a booth of 4 and give us an extra chair, but I felt like that was soooo cramped and also kinda.. a let down? Advise to just seat up to 4 and put together tables on along the row for larger parties -restrooms can use a revamp considering how nice it is on the outside and everywhere else Tip: make a reservation! It'll save you a long wait

Yelp
Cheesecake Factory (Arcadia) is a mixed experience. The Fettuccini Alfredo (Lunch Special - $18.50) tastes awful. Its taste and appearance resembled a reheated microwavable dinner. However, the Fried Calamari ($18.95) and Italian Tiramisu Cheesecake (slice - $11.95) is phenomenal. Cheesecake Factory (Arcadia) serves large portions, but its food is hit-or-miss. I do not recommend the Fettuccini Alfredo. The Alfredo cheese sauce is watery and runny. Its noodles are squishy like old, reheated pasta. The plating is also ugly and messy (photo attached); the chef just splatters this microwaved-flavored sauce all over the plate. The Cheesecake Factory (Arcadia) also served crunchy, dry, lukewarm bread. It had a faint soapy aftertaste. Slathering butter onto its crusty body salvaged it. Unfortunately, the accompanying served sourdough bread was even harder and less pleasant. It tastes like penny pinching. Thankfully, the Cheesecake Factory (Arcadia) served flaky, lightly crisp, slightly oily, juicy, thick Calamari. The Calamari is sincerely delicious and generous. In addition, the thick, creamy, flavorful Italian Tiramisu Cheesecake saved the day. It's extremely satisfying. These two beautifully crafted dishes kept this rating afloat. (Quick Note: I noticed this Cheesecake Factory became extremely crowded at 1PM.) I arrived on Sunday (around 11:50AM). I was immediately sat down. I ordered the Fried Calamari, Lunch Fettuccini Alfredo, and slice of Italian Tiramisu Cheesecake. The Calamari arrived in 15 minutes. The Lunch Fettuccini Alfredo arrived shortly after. And the Italian Tiramisu Cheesecake arrived timely as well. Service was satisfactory. Staff appeared businesslike and cordial. It's not the most welcoming, but they appeared preoccupied with thinking about other tables. Most impressively, the Cheesecake Factory (Arcadia) is well-staffed. There were many staff members moving around within this large location. Concerning ambiance, the Cheesecake Factory (Arcadia) is a lovely, beautiful location. The structure, artwork, and design is very attractive. The Cheesecake Factory (Arcadia) is humongous, clean, and well-ventilated. This location is also loud like a busy Las Vegas casino lobby. It's not uncommon to hear the constant clattering of utensils, clanking plates, loud music, and fluctuating chattering. Overall, the Cheesecake Factory (Arcadia) offered a mixed experience. Its Fettuccini Alfredo tastes cheap and low quality, yet its Cheesecake and Calamari tastes exceptional and phenomenal. It's a hit or miss location that can easily transform into a tourist trap. If visiting the Cheesecake Factory (Arcadia), enter with low expectations. 3.5 / 5

Yelp
They have a wide variety of pasta dishes, arguably their best food here imo. However, last time I dined in and ordered the carbonara pasta... it tasted super salty. But once I reheated the same pasta leftovers the next day at home, the pasta was slightly less salty but still salty undertones lol. Maybe it was the pasta dish's sauce or idk but usually their pasta sauce and ingredients are never that salty. Service is average here, can be a hit or miss depending on the server or how busy dining times are. I never come here for the cheesecake as I don't like cheesecake lol. I mainly get one of their pasta dishes each time I come here. However, because of this last visit I'm not sure I'll want to order the carbonara again if they're going to make it taste that salty. Probably I'll try some non-pasta dish on their menu if I happen to dine here again in the future.

Yelp
I came here to use my $5 cheesecake slice coupon which was only for dine-in. I made a reservation and sat down fairly immediately. We were in a little bit of a hurry since we needed to catch a movie. Our waitress was okay, she was on the slower side and got attitude vibes from her. We shared a thai chicken salad which was flavorful though a little on the sweeter side this time and a pumpkin pecan cheesecake. The cheesecake was smaller than I'm used to and I didn't realize there was going to be caramel in it. It tasted like more caramel than cheesecake so the ratio was off and disappointing.

Yelp
I went for the half off cheesecake day on 7/30. I got there before the rush but it still took a while to be seated and get our food. The service was OK but the guy messed up by not giving us the half off price we came for. The prices are too high for the food now. I got the fish and chips and firstly, what "fish" where they using and what batter?! It used to be really good but it was such a weird texture and the batter was wet. The fries were overcooked and the coleslaw slaw was mostly liquid. I didnt even want to finish it. I miss when this place served good food. But honestly I'll never get the food again. And the cheesecake being $12.50 a slice is too much.

Yelp
Came in for an early dinner and was seated immediately. I normally always order the same thing but wanted to switch it up today. I Ordered the skinnylicious tacos and surprisingly they were very delicious. They were just the right portion and so filling. This location is connected to the mall so be mindful of the busy parking lot.

Yelp
Was optimistic for a better experience since last visiting this location and really probably should not have come back. Came here as my mom does not typically eat here and wanted to come and dine It was not busy as we were able to walk in and be seated immediately Started a little off as my mom did not want a corner table due to her claustrophobia in a enclosed space and the hostess seem semi reluctant to provide another table but was able to accommodate in a quiet section We were sitting for 10 minutes and longer and the server did come and ask if wanted anything to drink and bread and then came back another 10 mins later to take the order Meanwhile a larger party of 8 was seated next to us no problem and the same server was there instantly to greet them, offer them water and bread, and ask if they were celebrating anything Our food did arrive and the food runners / server assistants were incredibly sweet and check up to ensure everything was brought and if we needed anything else Server did come to check up on us but didn't realize things were missing that were requested as part of the order initially The food was not piping hot, chicken was overcooked and rubbery both in the Madeira and pasta dish, pasta was bland, and the chicken Madeira sauce was burnt to the plate. Yes still nice interior restaurant and to celebrate all the occasion but the consistency in service and food really lacked the reputation of an upscale casual dining restaurant. Probably will refrain coming back to this location.

Yelp
I went with my boyfriend today to Cheesecake Factory after shopping, and immediately got a table thanks to the helpful hostesses in the front. We sat at the high table and our server, I believe her name was Katie, but that's what it said on our receipt. She was rude from the start. Her face looked like she really didn't want to be there, and she's probably having a long day, that's fine. Food was good. Nothing out of place. But when it came down to the service at the end of our lunch, it was just terrible. I asked the server if we could do Apple Pay, she said in monotone, "Yeah, we can do it over there at the register, let me know when you're ready. " I responded as I got off the high chair, "Thanks! I'm ready now!" But while I was saying this, she was walking to the table next to us and out of nowhere stuck her finger into my face to shush me? My boyfriend and I were shocked. She didn't say anything to us, just stuck her finger in our face, didn't look at us, then walked away. I was really appalled by her behavior. I got back onto my chair and talked to my boyfriend and asked if I was just imagining things. We started packing up our leftovers. All of a sudden she comes to our table with attitude saying, "Are you ready or do you need more time?" I'm like, "Excuse me??" She shushed us and didn't say a single thing afterwards! She doesn't say anything else, walks to the register and I follow, I pay, she prints out the receipts, but doesn't give me the new one after I paid. So I took the one they give to you before you pay off of our table. If she gives herself a tip for that, we're gonna have a problem because she was one of the worse servers I've ever had.

they have a large variety of option here & i believe they've decreased their menu size but still have a lot to offer! i used to always go with a mushroom burger and im sad it's gone anyways the pastas here never disappoint! we usually do family style so we're able to try a variety of foods we went with appetizers of spinach dip (ALWAYS FIREEE), fried calamari (also fire), & the egg roll sampler!! SHOUTOUT TO OUR SUPER AMAZING SERVER NOUBAR!! he was so attentive regardless of the other 10+ tables he was helping! he came through with all the delicious recommends! he really made the entire dinner enjoyable for our large party.

Yelp
I enjoy my visits to Cheesecake Factory, whichever location. I think the decor is very unique and pretty. It's always clean with good air conditioning. It's very comfortable. Service members have always been nice. I've always been pretty happy with my food. I love they offer bread with real butter (a dying gesture in restaurants!) I love ice teas and their passion fruit tea is delicious.

Yelp
We love Cheesecake Factory and this was our first time visiting the Arcadia location. It took us forever to park but it was worth it with the yummy food we got. It was a nice family get together and we got to enjoy a a great variety of eats; appetizers, salmon, chicken, and salads. As busy as they were the service was always great. The ambiance was a cool loud family ambiance that made for a cheery dinner

Yelp
Ordered their Caesar salad with dressing on the side topped with their Louisiana style fried chicken and grilled onions! So filling and delicious and worth the social media hype! Boyfriend enjoyed their jambalaya with rice.

Yelp
I didn't understand what was so great about cheesecake factory until today. I ordered the bee sting flatbread pizza, and lemon meringue cheesecake for takeout. It was a lovely surprise to see them package 1 each of their signature complementary bread too. Upon opening, I was disappointed by the pizza. It did not look like what was advertised on their website at all. Mine looked like it lacked so many toppings and wasn't as toasty or red as how they advertised. I honesty thought they gave me the wrong pizza at first. Pizza was saucy, and generous on the cheese. It was a mild spicy level to me. It was alright, I wouldn't order it again. On a positive note, their lemon meringue cheesecake was divine! The cream on top reminded me of a lemon creamsicle. Im not one for too much whipped cream but I surprisingly finished it since it paired so well with the cheesecake. Highly recommend this flavor! This was also my first time picking up a takeout order. It was a but overwhelming at first since it was packed and many people were lined up to buy cheesecakes. However, if you're picking up you can just go up to the staff and get your order.

Yelp
We had a reservation and there was about a 15 minute delay in getting seated. There's a ton of in and out near the door, and it's definitely not comfortable waiting to be seated. Our waitress was great, and bilingual to boot! She was able to easily accommodate our English/spanish speaking table. I ordered the Chicken Madeira and it was pretty good! Too many potatoes, and the mashed potatoes were extremely lumpy, but the sauce was very good.

Yelp
The Cheesecake Factory is a good place to visit for large groups and families. There is bound to be something for someone since the menu is massively extensive. Definitely make reservations since the wait times can be long. The restaurant can get loud from the combination of everyone's chatter, it can be difficult to fully hear the lobby host. The food on average is okay on quality. I got the Bistro burger with the french fry option. The burger was okay, a bit too drenched with sauce. Fries are good. Our waitress was really nice and accommodating! We were able to order some cheesecake to-go. I'd likely rate this 3.5 stars if I could. It wasn't bad but just okay and I'd only go for situational reasons mentioned in the beginning.

Yelp
I always have such a good experience here! The wait is probably the only complaint I have but honestly what can you do about it ?! I got the Miso Salmon with brown rice. I just love the way they make the brown rice here. And mixed with the miso sauce is *chefs kiss*. The salmon piece they give you is pretty big too! I also got a mango smoothie, it was too sweet for me but it's not horrible. Probably wouldn't get it again though.

Yelp
Definitely the most popular place to eat at the mall. This location of Cheesecake Factory is fantastic and delivers on all metrics. The interior is huge with tons of seating and beautiful decorations. The menu is extensive with something for everyone, and the portions are very large. The food is delicious and perfectly cooked. Even for lunch on a Saturday there was a 10 minute wait. The staff are all very friendly and helpful.

Yelp
Ambiance: we got seated outside, which we preferred because the air was nice and cool. Inside is bustling/lively and reminds me of a fancy hotel like bellagio. Because it is so crowded, might be difficult to navigate with strollers so likely will be seated outside Service: we were always tended to, even had our birthday celebrated with a small sundae on the house. We always had fresh bread replenished and our waters filled. The food came quite fast and all at once, which was a little bit chaotic since there was not much space on the table. I wasn't aware that the fish tacos had a entree version and I had ordered it under the impression that it would be the appetizer version without the rice and beans (wish that was clarified when I was ordering). My waitress was able to accommodate my requests for substitute pastas and adding proteins. Food: The shrimp Alfredo was pretty standard, strong cheesy fragrance but we were disappointed with the carbonara. It was more cream based and not authentic, so I would opt for another pasta. The Sheila's salad was nice and refreshing, fish tacos were crispy. Nachos were slightly disappointing because they had melted shredded cheese on top of the chips instead of making a cheese sauce so when it got cold, it was pasty. The ribeye was cooked to what was asked, green beans were not trimmed down. The bread is delicious and lives up to its fame and I love the detail in warm butter plates. Overall, quite pricey for individual dishes but it fed a party of 8 people for about $248 and tasted average.

Yelp
All I want to say is that I ordered an 8oz tropical soda for $6. Tell me Why they filled it up half way because I ordered it without ice? ‍ I told the lady that I never order my drinks with ice. So she said if I wanted my 8oz drink to be filled up all the way, then I have to pay another $6. So the Cheesecake Factory is really out here charging people $12 for an 8oz soda???? Are you guys crazy or desperate? Because it's giving a lot of both! Not even Michelin restaurants charge $12 for a cup of soda they're absolutely insane and just for that, I'll only order their cheesecake, forget everything else. On top of that, the tropical soda was NASTY ‍

Yelp
What's not to love? Massive portions, delicious food and cocktails, friendly service, and cozy vibes. This location gets packed so I do recommend a reservation. But on the occasions where I have not had a reservation, the wait was any where from 15 to 30 minutes, and the staff were extremely accommodating. Great for family meals because it can accommodate everyone.

Yelp
Great customer service. Host was great and made sure our party had a booth. I'll be back for drinks another time.

Yelp
We got the avocado egg rolls, pasta carbonara and double smash cheeseburger. Pros - complimentary bread and butter (decent) -the avocado egg rolls are way better than BJs and come with a delicious dipping sauce - the double smash cheeseburger wasn't really a "smashed" burger, but it was delicious. Very cheesy. I'll get this again for sure. Cons - none

Yelp
This is our go-to spot, and the Chicken Bellagio Pasta is always our top choice! This dish never disappoints. The crispy chicken breast is perfectly thin and flavorful. topped with a creamy pesto sauce, an arugula salad, and prosciutto. Thai lettuce wrap is another second choice. Combination of flavors with a savory, tangy filling that's both satisfying and fresh. The chicken is tender with vegetables, peanuts, and a sweet chili sauce that adds the perfect touch of spice. The crisp lettuce cups is a better and healthy choice even though it's an appetizer. The portion size is generous, making it great for leftovers. The service is always friendly and I usually make reservations online instead of waiting there. Overall, pricy and I wish they have better leftover to go boxes. The flimsy black boxes are horrible.

Yelp
First time here . The area in general is super crowded ! But anyway we were seated in like 30 min not too bad , It's Sunday. They were all nice and the food was great. Tried the new Peruvian dish. It's not in their menu just yet . Maybe in another week or two ! It's a just try !! U might want to ask for more aji ( some green sauce ) on the side :). It comes with chicken breast piece. It's super soft and yummy with that green sauce. It wasn't too spicy . Come with white or brown rice and fried banana .. and some cucumber and carrots . Really yummy flavors .

Yelp
Cheesecake has always been one my favorite place to dine. Plenty of selections with generous portions. Thank you Anthony for convincing to order a different dish. He's very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu.

Yelp
My wife and I enjoy the food and the service at the Cheesecake Factory everything we order a meal the food looks so good and the aroma coming from the food from other table is overwhelming no wonder everybody enjoy the Cheesecake Factory. The Cheesecake Factory in Santa Anita mall in Arcadia gets really busy we notice right away. We came early to have our dinner then dessert with a piece of their delicious cheesecake. We wait for couple of minutes to get our table then they text me our table was ready. The hostess hand us the menu and we were looking at the menu what to order. My wife order the Bristo Burger and I order the Cubano sandwich and we also order our drinks. They brought us bread and butter they were very good. The waitess bring us our meal it looks so good. The Cubano sandwich look so like an the original you see in Miami,FL in Calle Ocho. I order a side salad instead the fries. The sandwich was incredible good with so much flavors like the roast pork and the ham and the Swiss cheese, mustard and pickles bring those flavor in one classic sandwich. The side salad was really good. My wife enjoy her Bistro burger very much after we finished with our meal we decided to order dessert. We order a slice of Triple Berry this Cheesecake is incredible good with so much flavor in a cheesecakes.

Yelp
We've had the server, Noah, a few times now at this location, and he's consistently attentive, patient, and genuinely makes the experience better. Honestly, the times we're not seated in his section, the service just doesn't feel the same. If you go, definitely ask for Noah--he sets the bar high! Service aside, the food we've gotten is always enjoyable!

Yelp

Yelp
I recently visited The Cheesecake Factory at the Arcadia shopping mall, which is still labeled as Westfield Santa Anita on the official website, though it's no longer part of Westfield. I discovered they offer happy hour from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. After being seated at a table by the wall with the full menu, I asked for the happy hour menu. The usher informed me that happy hour was only available at the bar area, so I'd have to switch tables if I wanted to enjoy it. Fried Calamari - $9.95 This was the first dish served, and it exceeded my expectations. The portion was large, not just a small happy hour sample, but a full plate. The calamari was fried to perfection--light, crispy, tender, and soft inside. A 10/10 dish. "Happy Hour" Burger - $9.95 I initially wanted to order the Roadside Sliders, but Danny recommended the full-sized burger instead. We ordered two, and they were beautifully presented on a wooden board with the buns and iceberg lettuce/pickles placed separately. I had to assemble the burger myself. The pickles were flavorful, but unfortunately, the patty wasn't juicy. Lara, however, said her burger was succulent and moist. My rating: 5/10. Buffalo Blasts - $9.95 I've had the Buffalo Blasts at this location before, and this time they were even better. The spice level was milder but still flavorful, and the fried wrap had a great balance between crispy and soft textures. I'd give this dish an 8/10. Crab Wontons - $8.95 This dish was just acceptable. The stuffing portion was too small, and I couldn't taste any crab. There wasn't much flavor overall, not even a hint of green onion. A disappointing dish--5/10. Housemade Meatballs - $9.95 Danny recommended the meatballs as his favorite dish at The Cheesecake Factory. They were served with bread, but I didn't quite enjoy it. The sauce was too sour for my taste, though the fresh ripe tomato flavor was evident. Unfortunately, the sourness overpowered the dish for me. Cheesecakes We also ordered two cheesecakes: the Godiva Chocolate Cheesecake and the Dulce De Leche Caramel Cheesecake, both served with extra whipped cream. The cheesecakes were, as always, fantastic and did not disappoint. I'd rate them 12/10.

Yelp
The service everytime I have come has always been great! It's a dimly lit restaurant that gives a more cozy romantic vibe. This was more in the night. I've also come during the daytime and it's well lit. The reason why I feel it deserves 3 stars is because the food always sounds AMAZING but I constantly feel like the dishes taste just ok. I decided to try the shepherds pie. It has peas, carrots, onions, beef, mushrooms, cheesy mashed potatoes, and gravy. Like I said above it was just ok. Nothing that I would crave or order again. The best part of the dish was the mashed potatoes on top. The one dish that NEVER fails is the avocado eggrolls!! They are amazingly creamy but crunchy. The sauce it comes with is sweet and tangy.
