There is a reason that this place has the lowest satisfaction scores of any sit down restaurant in the area and tonight I found out why!
It isn't good folks, it just isn't good. I think you will notice that I leave more positive reviews than negative reviews for restaurants cause I want to find the good in a place if I can, but when a place lacks the basic ability to be in the service industry, I will inform the general public cause I am relied on by my fellow customers.
Let me start here and save you time. Don't do it, don't come here, you work hard for your money, but they don't work hard for your money. They will treat you like a read headed step child and then hold their hands out for money like a dude stung out on crack who has no money, but desperately needs his next hit.
I eat at Cheesecake Factory about once a week in different cities across the country, but never have I experienced a more lazy and less interested crew at a Cheesecake Factory. They are an exhibit on how to not succeed in this business.
I am not sure if it was the rare combination of overwhelming weed scent and indifference or the lack of work ethic, but whatever it was, it sure was special.
The most impressive was the manager, who walked by 2-3 times and was apparently on that each time, I had not been approached by anyone yet, had no silverware, no drink, no nothing. Her ability to not give a hoot was unparalleled in this industry. When I finally asked if they had a server for this section, she found this annoying apparently, cause it must have taken away from her ability to do literally nothing and pretend she cared. Her attitude was not in line with leadership, it was in line more with a drug dealer who had herself been hooked on her own supply, but had not taken a hit in days. Agitated and rude was her approach once I nicely asked.
Keep this dumpster fire, this useless manager and the entire staff in the area I sat. I realize a half filled section is hard for the underwhelming talent people they have hired, so I have one question. If I actually had the chance to spend money here, could I have written it off as a charitable donation? I mean, I would have gotten less than nothing in return for my money.
Hopefully corporate shuts this dump down!
