All the Mall Food Smells, Ranked | Eater

Google
Great food for lunch. I enjoyed the Cajun salmon and got a side of veggies instead of the mashed potatoes. My wife got these amazing lettuce chicken wraps that I got to try and they were so fresh and yummy. The kids had the corn dogs and the spaghetti. Lots of food and great quality. It did take quite a while so be prepared to spend a couple of hours here…

I went here for dinner on a Monday night and luckily there was no wait. I was sat and did have to wait awhile to be greeted but after that the service was great! I had a crispy fried chicken dish with mashed potatoes and asparagus. For dessert I had the Oreo dream cheesecake. As always, the food was excellent and delicious. The atmosphere was great in the restaurant was very clean. I would definitely return to this location.

I haven't been to the cheesecake factory and about five years. We decided why not let's try it. We were seated right away. We were waited on right away. After that, we sat there for 1 hour. Waiting for our food to come. Are waiter said oh , you're just waiting for the smokehouse. I asked what the smoke house was.He says oh , it's just some crunchy onion that goes on top of the burgers. I thought my son got the bacon bacon burger. It didn't have any crunchy onions on it. Denny said oh while they're waiting for your blackemed chicken for your cop salad. That's when I went and talked to the manager. The manager went right back in the kitchen and came out in about 3 minutes with our food. The food was pretty good. I never got salad dressing on the side but I really don't like salad dressing so I didn't mind eating the salad without any dressing. My son like the hamburger. I really don't think we'll be going back again. My son's cherry lymaid had like extra. Ice in it and it was $6. Everything else had like no ice in it. It's the little things. When they figure out the twenty two percent tip , they also add in the tax and do the tip on top of the tax. I do not tip on tax.

Google
nice dinner spot. been to different locations of cheesecake factory. you would definitely need to make reservations. come early due to it’s hard to find parking spots unless you get valet…. our server RI (RIRI) was awesome. she so sweet and very patient!!!! food was good and of course cheese cake was on point.

Google
Wish we got our servers name, but she was wonderful, quick, and attentive! My favorite thing is the fried mac n cheese balls 🤤. We also got the fried calamari, and my fiance got the spicy chicken rigatoni. I even enjoyed a cosmopolitan. We will always come here when given the chance since where we live we don't have the luxury of having one.

Google
My husband had a salad. My daughter had the salmon with broccoli, which she thoroughly enjoyed. I had the shrimp scampi. The thin pasta and sauce was good, but my shrimp wasn't all that great. I also had one of my favorite appetizers, the macaroni balls, which tasted good but was cold. We had a slice of strawberry cheese cake. It was good. I also had a glass of strawberry lemonade that tasted delicious. Overall, every was ok. Our server was nice and attentive. The restaurant is beautiful with a great ambiance.

The Cheesecake Factory never disappoints. The food is always good. My family and I had a good family time. It's a great place to fellowship with good food and drinks!

Google
I really do like Cheesecake - always prepare yourself for the enormous portions! Their cheesecakes are fantastic, too. I’ve had the Oreo and the Pumpkin cheesecake slices - both were good, and the Pumpkin is still my favorite. The SkinnyLicious Impossible Burger is just a standard burger, but it still tastes fine. Would totally recommend going if in the area!

Yelp
Let me just take a moment to rave about Riri at the Cheesecake Factory--she is an absolute superstar! From the moment we were seated, she was attentive, warm, and had such a pleasant demeanor that instantly made us feel welcome. What truly stood out was how effortlessly she managed her section, attending to all three of her tables without skipping a beat. It was like watching a master at work! Her recommendations were spot-on, and she made sure we were taken care of at every turn. Whether it was checking in to see if we needed refills or making sure our food was perfect, Riri went above and beyond to give us the BEST dining experience we've had in a long time at this location. If you're planning to visit, trust me--ask for Riri! She'll make sure your meal is not just good but absolutely unforgettable. Thanks for everything, Riri--you made our night!

Yelp
To start I made a reservation for 7:30pm and was not seated until after 8pm, which is wild. I took my family out for a family dinner. Our server, Tamera was great (her service is for one of the stars included in my review). We ordered the macaroni bites and avocado egg rolls and those were amazing. I ordered steak frites and that's when everything went downhill. The portion size of the steak did not match the portion provided. Over 3/4 of my plate was fries. The fries were suppose to be Parmesan truffle I believe and they were nothing but regular fries with some sprinkled parsley. The steak was drenched in the sauce that was disgusting to say the least. However, my family enjoyed everything they ordered so the experience was still good for

Yelp
Came here on a Sunday and it was packed but for a party of 2, we only had to wait about 10 minutes. Started with their famous bread and asked for more. I got the farfalle with chicken & roasted garlic and my friend got the french dip cheeseburger. I've gotten the farfalle before and it was way different this time in a bad way. There was barely any chicken or sauce. My friend's cheeseburger was good but the fries were soggy. $75 for all this without any drinks. Way too overpriced for the quality of the food. Service was not good but our server was kind.

Yelp
My friends and I had some old giftcards we had intention of utilizing wisely. As such, we strategically came during their happy hour that runs from 4 pm to 6 pm on weekdays which includes cheap select appetizers and entrees. We got seated right away on a Wednesday night since the venue is a large space with comfortable booths. The crispy brussel sprouts could have been more satisfying were it not for the excessive amount of syrup drizzled, or more so doused on top. I liked the flavor of the Korean Fried Cauliflower and fried shrimp. Street corns were served on quarter cobs with yet another heavy hand of mayonnaise. The cheeseburger requested a medium was more so medium well but we really enjoyed the caramelized onions and brioche bun. Overall, some of the items were a true hit or miss. We still walked out feeling like we made the most of the giftcards and still have a remaining balance to return for. Would come again and consider having space for one of their many cheesecake slices.

Yelp
Cheesecake is always a go to for happy hour. They have quite a bit of appetizers for under $10 however we decided to go for dinner and I'm glad that we chose cheesecake! I started with the calamari and as you know, I'm a seafood person. The calamari was great. There is this sauce that they have I actually don't know the name of it, but it is wonderful. I wish I could just take a bit of it with me everywhere I go. I usually stick to my regular however this time our server suggested that I try the crispy chicken and shrimp pineapple dish and it was absolutely amazing and I usually don't like to mix fruit in my food, but I actually have to give this a 10 out of 10 this was an amazing suggestion by him. Our server name was Devon and he was amazing. He gave us a couple of suggestions even swapping out noodles for rice and one of our dishes. He continuously checked on us and made a few quick suggestions for dessert at the end. (Watching our figure this month so we couldn't have dessert. Haha) Cheesecake is dimly lit making in a very intimate setting, but also has a very energetic environment so you can go with friends and family and take a group. everyone knows about cheesecake. There's not much to say I really just wanted to stress. The fact that our server was actually great this time usually our service is subpar, but he did a really good job and I will be back just for him.

Yelp
About a 1-1.5: This is probably one of the lower ends of the Cheesecake Factory we've been to - the place isn't that spacious, and it's really hard to get around the serving staff to get to your table or to the restrooms. I had the Louisiana Chicken Pasta, and the farfelle were dried out; the chicken that was used seemed to be chicken tenders, not the thin pounded-out ones you usually get; the sauce was extremely watery, and there was hardly any flavor. We shared a Salted Caramel Cheesecake, which was a caramel cheesecake with caramel mousse, blonde brownie, and topped with salted caramel; this was a little lukewarm. Our server hardly checked in on us, and it was a pain to try to get our orders in, make order corrections, condiments, putting in our dessert order, and getting the check. We also didn't receive the complimentary bread until well into our dining experience, and the drinks that we had ordered didn't come out much later; I'm thinking we waited at least 25+ min... Honestly, I think the quality has really gone down for this chain, or this particular location is just to be avoided. +inattentive servers +ill-prepared items +located at Lenox Square

Yelp
Cheesecake Factory is such a reliable place to get good tasting food and a delicious cheesecake. I went on a busy Sunday and the service was pretty quick. Just had to wait 5 mins to be seated. The place was clean and polished. The complimentary bread is always appreciated. However, the menu can be overwhelming with choices. We got the Mac and cheese burger and four cheese pasta. I will definitely be back.

Yelp
I did a reservation from my phone and was seated very fast.Even though it was packed I still got sat fast less than 2 minutes. When I sat down they were really quick on letting me pick my appetizers and the food I wanted to eat. They gave me time to pick what I wanted and It was new and different for me.This time I I ordered the Herb Filet Crusted Salmon and it was really good and ate all of it up.The food I had was also fresh and so was the bread they gave me at my table. The lemon drop drink was really good too and would definitely recommend. The bathroom and the restaurant was really clean and I think I'd go there again because my overall experience was great and can see myself going really soon.

Yelp
Shout out to our waiter Jarret he was the best and remained calm under pressure. Greeted us professionally with a smile. Gave us great recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals, bevs and cheesecake. I was surprised at how crowded it was for a Wednesday night and appeared very hat as most tea they were under staffed but nonetheless the food came out within a reasonable amount of time. Fresh, hot and great presentation. And waaaaayyyy better than the Cheesecake Factory at Perimeter Mall....

Yelp
I sat at the bar and ordered a chicken and shrimp jumbo. Although the food was a little off the service i received from Steven was exceptional and gregarious! I had to leave because the person next to me ordered food that made me nauseous. The pineapple limead was tasty. The service was prompt, proper, and great. Thank you Steven for the service!

Yelp
The food was reliably solid; pricey, but portions are large and there's something for everyone on the extensive menu. The service, however, was a mess. Our server was friendly but I'm not sure how many ball drops were his fault vs the kitchen/ systems. We had to wait longer than was reasonable for many items. Our entrees came out sporadically, a few at a time, with the last entree not arriving until after everyone else had finished their food (I told them all to start eating, once it was clear it would be a while). To add insult to injury, I was **double charged** for the entree that arrived so late we took it as a take home order. Waiting for the over-charge to be reversed took 10 minutes. No concessions were ever offered for the bad service and over charging. We won't be back anytime soon.

Yelp
Oldie but goodie. Visited on a Saturday afternoon while in the area. I hadn't been here in so many years but it was nice to get a table without a long wait. We were seated and greeted by our waiter. We were brought waters while reviewing the menu. I forgot how extended the menu was so it was definitely a little overwhelming lol. We ordered the avocado egg rolls. I then finally settled on a veggie burger with a side salad. My husband ordered a chicken sandwich with fries. I also had their strawberry infused margarita. The bread came after the egg rolls, which had more avocado than I remembered but I enjoyed em. I was excited when the food finally came. My burger looked really appetizing and was bigger than I expected. I was pleasantly surprised that the burger was SO good and flavorful. My husband enjoyed his chicken sandwich. The drink was ok but I highly recommend that veggie burger, which was housemade not factory processed.

Yelp
After the holidays people like to see a smile . After work and shopping we would like a smile or be pleasant.guy at the bar has braids and glasses no name tag. Might need a class on how to appear to be pleasant even when you have a bad day.

Yelp
I went to Lenox Mall to browse and ended up at the Cheesecake Factory there. They offer an overwhelming number of options, but I usually stick with the skinnylicious menu since I know what to expect. It was quiet on a Tuesday afternoon and yet it took them an unbelievable amount of time to just bring out two orders. Overall the food was good.

Yuri C.

Yelp
It was the best choice. Those three dishes were all good. Especially the chicken with noodles were great. It was a busy hour but still the service was normal and nice. I like their waiting system because i dont need to wait there. I can just shop until i get the message.

Yelp
They could never make me hate you! I love me some Cheesecake Factory y'all! So I came here on a Friday night with my mom and aunt to celebrate my aunt's birthday. We parked in the lot right across the street. The parking was free which is always a blessing in Atl. Our waitress name was NeNe. She was super cute, sweet, and accommodating. My aunt and mom can be a lot when they get together but she handled our table very well. I had the raspberry lemon drop to drink. For our appetizers we got the street corn, eggroll sampler, crab dip, and the mac and cheese bites. For our entrees, we got the shrimp scampi, fish n chips, and the Jamaican black pepper chicken and shrimp. For our dessert we all had the pineapple upside-down cheesecake. Definitely will be back. Will always be one of my favs!

Yelp
I had a great experience at the Cheesecake Factory. The calamari was fresh, and the vegan Cobb salad was delicious. The service was phenomenal, and the restaurant was clean. I would definitely recommend it!

Yelp
Very nice server but very slow kitchen. Our food took forever to come. When it arrived, my cousins steak medallions were cold, my other cousins burger came with no condiments and my food didn't make it even though I only ordered eggs and bacon. My food only came when everyone was dome eating. I wont be back.

Yelp
The service was well appreciated. The food was well worth the wait in my opinion. Nice and quiet

Yelp
Our waiter was sweet and had great suggestions. We ordered the Thai shrimp, Honey Bee Flatbread, Bacon Burger and the Fish and Chips. The only complaint we had was our food came out before our salads.

Yelp
I ate here on Tuesday, July 4 for a late lunch. I was surprised they were open on a holiday and that the mall was so busy! We had no wait and were quickly seated. Our server Sophia (?) was wonderful throughout the meal. She refilled our complimentary bread once and knew to bring an extra pat of butter for the 3 hungry girls as well as just the famous brown bread instead of another sourdough roll. I ordered an espresso martini as well as the carbonara. I was shocked when the martini came and it looked like two drinks in one. I was also surprised when the pasta came and the noodles were thinner than I remembered from years ago. I did, however, enjoy that the carbonara wasn't as greasy as it used to be. Don't know why there are so many bad reviews as I've never had a bad experience here and I always feel at home at Cheesecake Factory's

Yelp
Spending time with my friends we decided to have a foodie night in. One of my gfs recommended Cheesecake...my reaction, "Cheesecake Factory???" I hadn't eaten there in at least 7 years and all I could remember were the buffalo blasts. Man, she put me on to something bc I did not have high expectations and apparently neither did Yelp bc they only had two and three Okay, that's the back story, fast forward...we had the mushrooms and blasts as apps, the herb crusted salmon, a chicken pasta (can't remember which one, but it has mushrooms and bacon), the shrimp piccata or something like that and two pieces of cheesecake; red velvet and dulce de leche. I give everything a 8/9 with the exception of the salmon. I give it a 6 bc there was no seasoning, couldn't even taste the herbs. That was the only disappointment. Can't say I'll be a regular, but I may have to put it on rotation. If the other girls don't want to go to Cheesecake, sirs come pick me up

Yelp
I'm going to start off by asking who doesn't love The Cheesecake Factory? I mean what's not to love? They have so many menu options to choose from and all of the food is tasty and delicious. I dined at the location in Buckhead at Lenox mall of Peachtree Rd. on a Friday night around 7pm. For a Friday night in early June, there was no wait time for a table of 2. We were instantly sat at a small booth per request ready to eat. Of course I had to use the ladies room and that's where I interrupt this program to take the excitement of this review down a notch. The ladies bathroom has 3 stalls and is very poorly kept. When I walked in, there was toilet tissue all over the floor near the sink and in the stalls. The bigger stall I went into had little to almost no toilet tissue on the role that kept getting stuck and then someone put another roll on the baby changing table. How hygienic? The middle stall I had to go in next had no toilet tissue and the very last stall closest to the door had toilet tissue thank God but urine was all over the floor. It felt like Goldie Locks and the Three Bears in there. Now, I know these are the patrons that leave the mess but the restaurant could have bathroom attendants check the conditions of the bathroom periodically. Especially at a busy location like this. The soap dispensers also were nasty. One had no soap to wash your hands and the other soap dispenser looked as if you did wash your hands, you would need to wash them again because their was soap and dry soap all over it . The bathroom floor was sticking so I had to keep checking my feet to make sure I wasn't going to to be trailing the toilet tissue on the floor back to my table. I can't stand a dirty bathroom in a restaurant, that is such a pet peeve of mine. Overall, once back at my table our server Christopher S. was very informative, accurate, timely, pleasant and very confident of himself. Again, it was a Friday night so his section was packed. He told my table he had been with the company for 10 yrs and was really on point with helping us with our food selection. When we needed new silver ware he brought them straight from the dishwasher nice and toasty. He was attentive with our drink refills and he was timely with the to go boxes and check. Even through the bathrooms were atrocious, Christopher S. made up for it. Now let's get into the food. I ordered the Crispy Pineapple Chicken and Shrimp with white rice. It was delicious and nicely portioned. It came with shiitake mushrooms, snow peas, onions, garlic, peppers, cilantro with a sweet spicy sauce topped with sesame seeds. The dish was round $24. Of course prices have gone up but the meal was still worth it. The protein was cooked perfectly and tender. My mom got the Stuffed Cheddar Burger medium with a side salad. She loved it . For our food ratings, we gave a 10/10. We were pleased, full and satisfied for the most part after our meal. I would have loved to give more stars but cleanliness is important especially in a restaurant where food is being prepared. Parking wasn't to bad at the mall that evening and it's free. The mall does have valet parking for those who like to valet their cars but overall it was a decent dining experience. Thanks Christopher S. for being great at what you do!

Yelp
I was disappointed that my favorite chicken teriyaki had been discontinued! (It's been a while!) Our server Lorrie suggested the chicken Madeira and it did not disappoint! It actually exceeded expectations! If you haven't been to this location in a while, try it again and ask to be seated in Lorrie's section! Hands down the best service I have had in any restaurant in several years! She goes out of her way to exceed expectations!

Yelp
We sat at the bar and Devin was phenomenal...as busy as he was he still made sure we were doing good. Thank you Devin!

Yelp
I can deal with average tasting food sometimes if the service is good but honestly, I was so disappointed with Cheesecake Factory's this particular location. Let me start from the beginning: Our server didn't even come to check on us for the first 20 mins and 20 minutes is a long time to just sit there and wait for your water. Anyways, when she finally did come, she asked us about the bread so I requested if we could get some brown bread instead of the white one and she said she has to check if there is any. Guess what, the bread never arrived. I asked twice more after that but she kept on bringing the brown bread to the tables next to us but did not bother to stop by at our table. Now about the food: We got the Jambalaya pasta which had a lack of flavor. It had good amount of shrimp though but the second dish which was the Jamaican Shrimp and chicken with rice, was so bad. It said the Jamaican sauce would be spicy on the menu but it was sweet. I have had Jamaican sauce before and it tasted way better, I felt like throwing up halfway because the chicken was undercooked, the shrimp was hard like a rubber, I waited to tell our server about it but didn't see her for a good amount of time so I just left the rest of the food. We also ordered the egg roll sampler as an appetizer which was just okay- it felt like we wasted $70 just for these 3 things. The ambiance however is not too bad, but I still probably won't go here again!

Yelp
The Cobb salad was ordered... no bacon was added. Also requested extra dressing which was not provided... further the lettuce was wilted and i was missing the bacon that comes in the cobb salad. Napkins were paper towels you would find in the restroom. Paid almost $20 for a subpar meal.

Yelp
If you and I were shopping in Perimeter Mall and you said, "let's have lunch in the Cheesecake Factory," I'd say okay. If you said, "let's go anywhere BUT the Cheesecake Factory," my answer would be the same. Note my indifference. I was going to order my old stand-by, "Renee's Special" which comes with soup, salad and half of either a turkey or chicken salad sandwich. I wasn't bowled over by their chicken salad last time here; and turkey .... as it was two days before Thanksgiving, I knew I'd have leftover turkey coming out of my ears. So I skipped Renee's and went with Chinese chicken salad from the lunch menu. Overloaded with rice noodles with a paltry amount of chicken and not enough lettuce, my impression was "meh." In addition, the salad was expensive for what it is. My daughter, conversely, enjoyed her picata, and our friend said her hamburger was pretty good. I think the best lunch option may still be Renee's.

Yelp
You can always count on CF to provide good food and solid service. My server Jared was very nice, attentive and knowledgeable of the menu and very helpful when it came to narrowing down the options. What was ordered: Tropical Tiki Punch (10/10)- If you don't like any spice, the spiced rum may not be favorable. Well Mannered Martini (10/10) - whenever there are bleu cheese stuffed olives, I am satisfied! The Fried Mac & Cheese (10/10) was soooo good. The cheese was melted perfectly and the crunch of the crumb coating was perfection. I will def order that again. Cheeseburger egg rolls (7/10) did not wow us, but they were prepared as listed and got the job done. The Truffle Honey Chicken (9/10) Flavor combos made us want another to take home. Thai Chicken Lettuce wraps (10/10) A staple that is a crowd favorite for a reason. Get it for the table!

Yelp
- they said their bread wasnt ready. I mean in 20 mins it just never came out. - I asked if they could substitute the liquor in their espresso martini. She said yes! But only for other vodkas now. I said "not tequila?" She said no. Not even for an up charge? Now someone tell me how that works. - it's Saturday afternoon. 12:30pm. I asked for buffalo blasts to start. She came back and said they ran out of buffalo blasts. I mean at that point, you guys can't do anything for me. Awful awful. But the wait was only 20 minutes :)

Yelp
My little sister really wanted to eat here for her birthday, i would go here when i was a lot younger to grab a quick bite but have not as an adult & i would have to say it was actually really good. We had a very sweet waitress & she serviced us well. It was the weekend so it was pretty busy but we still got accommodated very well. The bread was good, my salad was very good & so was this VERY well seasoned chicken dish i had. My sister also enjoyed her mini burgers & pasta with meat balls. Ambiance was cool, all you hear is just others speaking as it is a huge place with many people! I'd take my son again/my sisters. I had no complaints! I would recommend the bow tie chicken pasta i had 100%, it was also a hugeee plate that can be shared.

Yelp
Just got back home to Atlanta and had to visit my favorite Cheesecake Factory Lenox location is definitely my favorite and as usual got my favorite meal and everything was perfect as usual

Yelp
Terrible service. Took over an hour to get salads and then when we complained to management they were very rude and condescending. Upon delivery of the salads they let one of our guest know the food they ordered could not be made. So we had to wait another 30 minutes for their food to be put in and brought out. Ended up giving the table 1 slice of free cheesecake for the 6 of us... won't be back.

Yelp
Food: Ordered nachos as an appetizer, they were fully loaded! Chips were fresh and crunchy! For lunch, I ordered the fish & chips, delicious! Not too hard or salty like many other places. The chips were seasoned to perfection, lightly fried, just the way I like it! Side order of spinach was not so good, it was hard to swallow. Kids chicken strips and mac & cheese were ok, however the Mac was watery. Dessert: Strawberry cheesecake with added bananas hit my sweet spot. Service: Waiter was nice/professional and was on top of our order. The only improvement needed; remove empty plates and refill drinks without asking. Ambiance: Casual dining, mild noise and clean. I would definitely revisit this location!

Yelp
It was my first time at the Cheesecake Factory and our server jasmine was amazing. She helped me order a phenomenal cocktail (aperol spritz martini) and then guided me through what I should order. Since I ( was having a very hard time deciding she was extra nice for being so patient with us. The chicken avocado club was so good but honestly jasmine did it for us! What a Great experience!

Yelp
You know, sometimes you've got to look at something with better eyes. CF really is popular for a reason, you know. The menu is huge, the dessert menu huger, and it's a generally reliable experience. The whole message of the place is one of cavernous size. My location is in the Buckhead business district of Atlanta, as if the finance bros would ever set foot in a humble chain resturaunt. CF has always had that old-timey LA glam to it though, as if a Cecil B. Demille movie is about to break out at any time, complete with Egyptian chariot races and Yul Brynner starring. The curvy reddish browns and golds somehow cause me to experience the 1920's and 1990's simultaneously, in 3D with Dolby surround. I guess I'm more of an east-coaster when it comes to institutional decor. Like most of the location's foot traffic, we were also day trippers at the popular Lenox mall. Wife, kids and grandparent had no problem finding something on the Biblical-scale menu, which was, as usual, American bistro-ish with some twists on Californian fusion styles. Wife ordered a Santa Fe salad (pictured), which happily arrived with crunchy toppings and maybe three heads of romaine. They forgot the chicken, though. It's forgivable on the level that there really were a lot of people in there for lunch and one look inside the kitchen revealed a ton of rush activity. They did apologize and bring the chicken out later. I ordered the fish tacos, grilled. These really were super enjoyable, four of them coming out in their cute little taco stand. There was a nice pile of onions and some kind of spicy sauce. The whole thing was delivered competently. What can I say? Of course I'm coming back. CF has earned its honored place in the constellation of American chains, and none of us can take that away.

Yelp
The food was as anticipating considering it's a Cheesecake Factory. The service was perplexingly terrible, though. (They are more than adequately staffed, so it's not that, I watched the waiters congregate and socialize.) We got our appetizer after our food, and considering we ordered it like 15-20 minutes before our food, not sure how that happened. Our waiter did not realize this until we asked about it, after which it took like 5 minutes to get it. Super nice inside atmosphere, but again, this is Atlanta and the there is more than 1 Cheesecake Factory in a 5-6 mile radius. Go to a different one.

Yelp
In commemorating the social media Diva who didn't want to get out of the car for an impromptu cheesecake factory date, we made a quick stop for dessert. Tried the cookie dough lovers(too many chips for my liking but very good), pumpkin(highlight due to its creaminess and balance of flavor), and 30th Anniversary chocolate cake (so rich in a good way) cheesecakes. Service was quick and friendly. Parking can be a challenge at this location.

Yelp
We decided to eat at the Cheesecake Factory while staying in Buckhead for a cheer competition. It's just like any CF in that it's huge, wide open and nicely outfitted. I ordered the Grilled Chicken and Avocado Club with a side salad with ranch. The club was delicious, but the salad had very little dressing. Kiddos ordered pizza, and they said it was delicious. We ordered several cheesecakes for dessert, and they were all amazing. I fluctuated on giving them a 5*, but I didn't. We may eat there again so there is a chance to be upgraded. Service was slow, but that's not the CF's fault. Let's go Brandon! RECOMMENDED!

Yelp
Food was kind of trash, our table was dirty, took until everybody got their food to tell us that they didn't have enchiladas. Restroom was absolutely disgusting, manager was nice, but probably because it was only someone in our groups birthday.

Yelp
Really affordable food, plenty of parking out side, great selection, good service, might be a go to place for eating out. The complimentary bread kept me busy until the entres came out, so that was appreciated. The Italian trio had Alfredo, rigatoni, and chicken parm. My favorite was the rigatoni out of the 3. The shrimp scampi was good and I loved the mashed potatoes. The steak tasted too much like onion, so I won't be getting that again. The cheesecake was wonderful! It ended up being enough good for 2 meals, so it was definitely worth the price.

Yelp
We love cheesecake factory. Never had a bad meal. Their huge menu can give you analysis paralysis, but everything is good. I took off 1 star for two reasons. One, they are always crowded so you always have to wait 20-30 minutes to get seated. Two, they are a little pricey, but the food is very good, so you pay for quality.

Yelp
We arrived as a walk in and were seated in about 15 minutes on a Friday night, so this was great. The food was good overall but the food took about 45 minutes to get to us. We all thought this was excessive. Perhaps the menu should be reduced so the cooks and kitchen staff don't have to prepare 100's of items, which may drive up wait times. We always enjoy the food there but the service is usually the problem. Our waitress was terrific, so she was not part of the delay.

Yelp
There is a reason that this place has the lowest satisfaction scores of any sit down restaurant in the area and tonight I found out why! It isn't good folks, it just isn't good. I think you will notice that I leave more positive reviews than negative reviews for restaurants cause I want to find the good in a place if I can, but when a place lacks the basic ability to be in the service industry, I will inform the general public cause I am relied on by my fellow customers. Let me start here and save you time. Don't do it, don't come here, you work hard for your money, but they don't work hard for your money. They will treat you like a read headed step child and then hold their hands out for money like a dude stung out on crack who has no money, but desperately needs his next hit. I eat at Cheesecake Factory about once a week in different cities across the country, but never have I experienced a more lazy and less interested crew at a Cheesecake Factory. They are an exhibit on how to not succeed in this business. I am not sure if it was the rare combination of overwhelming weed scent and indifference or the lack of work ethic, but whatever it was, it sure was special. The most impressive was the manager, who walked by 2-3 times and was apparently on that each time, I had not been approached by anyone yet, had no silverware, no drink, no nothing. Her ability to not give a hoot was unparalleled in this industry. When I finally asked if they had a server for this section, she found this annoying apparently, cause it must have taken away from her ability to do literally nothing and pretend she cared. Her attitude was not in line with leadership, it was in line more with a drug dealer who had herself been hooked on her own supply, but had not taken a hit in days. Agitated and rude was her approach once I nicely asked. Keep this dumpster fire, this useless manager and the entire staff in the area I sat. I realize a half filled section is hard for the underwhelming talent people they have hired, so I have one question. If I actually had the chance to spend money here, could I have written it off as a charitable donation? I mean, I would have gotten less than nothing in return for my money. Hopefully corporate shuts this dump down!

Yelp
This Cheesecake Factory is amazing! The food portions are large and the food comes hot. The service was amazing! I enjoyed the holiday music in the background. Super satisfied

Yelp
I've been here twice and the service is really bad. I talked to my coworker about the service and she said to always order your food to go. I think people just take jobs to have some place to work without actually having the skillset or desire to thrive in that particular work place.

Yelp
Wow what a disappointment. We received a gift card for the holidays and we were staying at a hotel across the street. Sadly I didn't check Yelp before we went or I would have given the gift card to someone there. Food 3/10 Service, under staffed so people working can not be blamed. Ambiance 6/10 but extremely cold. Place was crowded but I can't understand why. Margarita flatbread wasn't good. Burger average at best. If you have another option, take it.

It lacked flavor or it was old. Alfredo super bland and very oily I only had 3 shrimps smh !! They forgot the complimentary bread The cheesecakes don't taste good anymore Overall I wasn't please with my purchase

Yelp
It was so busy. This wasn't the first time I came and it was like this. We ordered. The waiter was nice. Very talkative. Brought bread without request. Food took so long I told him to send it packed so we could leave. It had been over an hour! The food was fine. The Oreo cheesecake was fine. The celebration one was good. I am never going back.
