We’ve been to Cheesecake Factory more times than we can count, and we’re finally leaving a review! 95% of the time, we’re here for one thing: cheesecake. Either to go, or shared with a diet soda. And honestly? They never miss! Some slices shine more than others obviously, but every single one has been consistently delicious as we’ve slowly made our way through the menu—still a couple left to conquer! Even the low carb cheesecake is super bomb! We’ve only sat down to eat a meal here twice. The first time was ages ago when we shared a burger, and we still remember how perfectly cooked it was—juicy, full of beefy flavor, and that spot-on medium pink inside. The second time was this past weekend and we decided to checkout the French Dip Cheeseburger. Flavor-wise, it was great, but the cooking was a bit uneven—some pink parts, but mostly well-done. We didn’t mention it since they were slammed, and the burger had taken a bit to come out already. Plus, it was still tasty, just not as perfect as our first one. We’re confident our server would’ve fixed it if we’d said something. Ambiance is exactly what you expect from Cheesecake Factory... bustling, lively, and busier the later you go. If you're not, become a rewards member and you can make reservations, earn points and get lots of fun offers! We want to come back and try more entrées or even their happy hour to see how more of the food is. The servings we see are always massive and everyone for the most part looks like they're enjoying their food! In general you pretty much can’t go wrong with any of their desserts, from their cake slices to their cheesecakes! Always enjoy them!

I love the cheesecake factory so many options for my whole family.The servers are wonderful, great food.Thank you very much. This place has so much desserts. They have so much food for your kids.And not just chicken nuggets and mac and cheese.They have so many options. This place is a masterclass in how not to run a restaurant. The hostess has absolutely no clue how to quote wait times, and instead of correcting the mistake, management doubled down on incompetence. What should be a basic seating rotation turned into a clown show because no one knows how to properly use a seating chart or rotate large parties. The real problem, though, is management. Two managers were shockingly rude, dismissive, and completely incapable of basic customer service. No apologies, no accountability, no attempt to fix anything. Watching them “manage” the floor was painful. The picture of the 12 top of tables were empty for 2 of our 2.5 hour wait. Despite only being room for 12 people, our party of 16 was seated there. Lastly, the restrooms were filthy. For a restaurant that prides itself on volume and organization, this location is a dumpster fire. If you enjoy being treated like an inconvenience, and dealing with managers who clearly shouldn’t be in charge of a lemonade stand, this is the place for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and eat literally anywhere else.

Every single time, anywhere in the country, they always do an amazing job! Wife had the steak & eggs breakfast, the steak was one of the best I’ve tasted! Pink, not dripping blood, charred on the edges…. Was really surprised how great it was. I had the chicken & waffles eggs Benedict on the brunch menu, delicious! Cheesecake to go…. I’ve been coming since ‘94 & they still do it right!

The food was top-notch, and the wait time to be served was very reasonable. The atmosphere was great and made for an enjoyable dining experience. Highly recommend!

We haven’t been to Cheesecake in a minute but we were headed to the ball and thought why not. There was no wait for the outdoor seating so we sat there. There are so many options to choose from! It’s a little overwhelming looking through the menu but they do organize it nicely. The free bread was warm and a delightful surprise. We ordered the calamari and the fried crab balls to start. Calamari was nice and crispy, but it seemed like it was more fried batter than actual calamari pieces. We preferred the crab balls much better. The hubby the Parmesan Crusted Chicken which he would give it a 4/5. Not too shabby but wasn’t mind blowing either. It came with a side of mash potatoes and asparagus, very fulfilling. I ordered the chipotle chicken pasta and it was alright. I’m not a pasta person but took a chance as the server recommended it as a very popular option. It wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t the best either. The portion was enough for me to share some with the hubby. We did like the crispy tortilla chips on top. It added a great crunch! We didn’t have room for a cheesecake but would’ve totally tried the strawberry cheesecake. It looked good from the window. We do recommend it.

I know I am a rare breed but I had no idea Cheesecake Factory sold full course meals. Call me what you want. First when you have two entrances it would help a disabled person know more than one door is opened. I wobble around like I was lost because I was I didn’t see anybody coming in or out. I finally made it inside and had to walk to the otherwise side just to see a hostess. A huge inconvenience to me but it was even worse where they say me. Ma’am you see me with this big ol walker WHY would you seat me in a high traffic area and no where to sit my walker safely. The ambiance was amazing I loved the atmosphere it was welcoming yet inviting. The tables next to me ad already ordered the plates are massively huge definitely worth sharing with more than one person. I loved my cocktail the food was alright but I must admit I got sick and vomited all my food up. I knew something didn’t taste right but I ate it without complaining. I was quite miserable but I wanted to see what the hype was about. The display case had flies in it disgusting I elected to not try the cheesecake. The server was very attentive he gave 100% of hisself but he did seem to be overwhelmed with the amount of tables he had. I even asked the hostess are you sure it safe to seat us at this tiny table with no where to safely store my walker. She said yes so I squeezed on in and sat down. My daughter enjoyed her food I did not but I would be willing to give them a second chance but with no flies! Overall a decent visit I wouldn’t rant and rave about it but decent.

We go here when there is a special event or if are craving for cheesecake! We always order Calamari! It's basically a foodie wonderland with a menu that goes on forever – seriously, you'll find everything from pasta to burgers. And the portions? Huge! But let's be real, you go there for the cheesecake. They've got tons of flavors, and they're all super rich and creamy. Sometimes the food quality can be a little hit-or-miss depending on the location, but the cheesecake is always a winner. Basically, if you want a fun, indulgent meal with a massive dessert, The Cheesecake Factory is a solid bet.

We popped in here for drinks and a quick bite before our movie started from across the hall at the AMC. Inside the restaurant you'll find lots of seating in this opulent environment. After ordering drinks we received some complementary rustic bread. I don't recommend their frozen margaritas since ours were watery with no hint of alcohol whatsoever. Apart from the wine, none of the beer or cocktails had any prices on the menu. We decided on two burgers and the Mexican tortilla salad. Those items were definitely worth ordering again. Our waiter was fairly attentive, but we would've ordered another round of drinks instead of finishing off the water had he noticed our empty glasses. When we got the bill, we realized those two terrible margaritas were $25! I guess I'm glad we didn't get that second round.

Going to Cheesecake Factory is a long held tradition for our family, especially on Christmas Eve Eve. After today's poor service, it is clearly time to start a new tradition elsewhere. This was THE WORSE experience from start to finish. To make it even more ridiculous, the restaurant was barely busy. Let's start with the host seating us, I am in a wheelchair which table seating is important. He dropped the menus, moved a chair and couldn't be bothered to check if the table worked for us. Rude! Our first waiter was alright but there was a shift change. Our new server paid such little attention about how long it was taking to serve our order. When it finally arrived, my food arrived cold. So I sent it back to which I was then asked if I wanted my toppings on the side??? I told her to just take it off the order. She scampered away without asking if there was anything else I wanted to ordered. There were three other members of our party that were already eating and she left me without any food. My husband and son called her over later to see about ordering me a dessert TO WHICH she asked if I needed to see a menu!?!?!!!! Rude treatment, lost order, cold food and extremely poor service and the restaurant wasn't even busy! If I could leave no stars to leave this review, I would!

GF and I occasionally end up here for happy hour after shopping. Drink prices are fair but no bargain. On a few occasions I've ordered a slice of cheesecake for my son to go. Once Rooster's birthday rolled around he asked to go to where these giant slices come from. Enter my now 17 year old sitting down for his first Cheesecake Factory experience. To start the bread was a bit tough. Butter was to cold to help grease your mouth. Redemption came quickly however when the Calamari was served. Some of the best paired with the provided sauces. I didn't expect Rooster to order Shepherds Pie; he's finally getting into mashed potatoes on top of his french fry addiction. He didn't much of that lunch portion saving room for his dessert. GF and I shared the Chicken Madeira. Two chicken breasts smothered in cheese surrounded by a mushroom wine sauce. For this visit I thought the sauce was a little thin versus previous visits. Desserts were a wow worthy finish as they are HUGE. Even one made it home to the ranch as an extra treat. Service was friendly and prompt. Still remembering the tough bread at the end; can't go crazy with the stars.

After spending the day at the mall, our first time at Barton Creek Square Mall, we decided it was time to eat. Cheesecake factory was always our place to go before we moved, so we decided to try the one at this mall. The weight wasn't too bad, though it was extremely busy, which was already better than our old one. When we were seated, we had a couple of hiccups, but nothing they didn't make right, and our server, Mike, was phenomenal! After making sure that everything was as it should be, he developed a great rapport with our grandson and his teddybear! Fist bumps were had all around, which made our grandson's day. Thanks, Mike, for making sure that our family had a really awesome time!

The Cheesecake Factory during lunch time is probably what you expect. The menu is extensive, the warm bread and butter is always good, and the food is good. The ambiance at this location is like almost every other Cheesecake Factory, but what made this one stand out was the incredible server Robert. My friend and I both had a chile with us and he treated them like real little people. Before we asked he had waters for them and brought them both out a platter or sliced bananas and warm thinly sliced "brown" bread as the girls called it. It shouldn't be this rare but servers and restaurants aren't always kind to children regardless of whether the restaurant claims to be family friendly. He was attentive to our Table and he will be the reason we come back. We made sure to ask to speak to his manager to let her know what an asset he is to her Team!

3.5 My husband and I met up with some friends at the Cheesecake Factory. The restaurant has lots of seating inside the actual restaurant and some in the mall. I noticed a large bar area with lots of seating as well. The lighting in the restaurant was dim. We found our friends already seated. Luckily the waitress was already there and asked us what we wanted to drink and gave us menus. After a few minutes she came back with our drinks and some bread and butter to snack on, and then she took our order. I ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken which was good. It was creamy, the chicken was tender and the noodles were soft. My husband ordered the Korean Fried Chicken which very flavorful. I found myself gravitating towards his food because it was so good. Overall it was a decent meal with okay service in a nice atmosphere.

The food was unseasoned and I did not eat it all left 75% of food. I did pay for my meal and left a tip. The (waiter) was kind. It was very loud and noisy. The restaurant wasn't as clean as it should've been. This visit just reminded me why I stop eating at the Cheesecake Factory!

Soooo chaotic, but the food is sooo good. My husband and I hadn't been on a date in a while. And wanted to treat ourselves after going to the Nutcracker. They were out of the tiramisu cake, and the staff spoke to me in a condescending tone. I ignored it and we enjoyed our meal and drinks. Probably will go to the location up North next time.

Food, service, and ambiance were excellent. I can only eat half an order of Bang Bang so I get a second meal from one order. I had Chocolate Tuxedo Cream Cheesecake at the restaurant and after tasting my daughter's Banana Cream CC I had to take a slice of that home. She had never eaten at the factory before and was not disappointed with her experience. I predict we'll be back.

We were so pleased with our dining experience here last night. It's been awhile since we visited this location. We had a cozy booth, perfect for two. The service with Alex was excellent. He was very attentive and personable. We started with a couple of expertly crafted cocktails. I ordered the miso salmon and it was delicious. The bananas and cream cheesecake won't disappoint to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Went to celebrate my birthday. I had already packed my to go box when I took this pic. I never return food for fear of... you know, but my chicken piccata had corn in it!!!! It's not supposed to have corn in it. It's my favorite meal they have and I've had it at various Cheesecake Factory restaurants in various cities. We spoke to the manager. He said "the corn is in the same drawer." He offered a replacement meal of same. If the kitchen is contaminated or they are careless, that won't matter. No discount, no comp. VERY disappointing. VERY POOR HANDLING OF THIS SITUATION!!!

This chef hasn't set foot in a mall since 2023, and it's been even longer since I dined at Cheesecake Factory. Ordered a small chicken lettuce wrap plate and red sangria. Chicken on the plate was three tiny, minuscule pieces (like they cut one tender into three). The sauces were watered down and one was suspiciously foamy. YUCK. The Sangria tasted off, extra "fermented," disgusting!! The complimentary bread was cold, hard, nearly frozen pat of butter was less than palatable. I don't dare further my disappointment with cheesecake... Another way pricey mistake on my part.

The waiter is super friendly & intentive! I mean, nothing is better than the cheesecake factory menu because there's one million things to pick from. Everything was pretty solid and standard. I wouldn't say it was phenomenal, but it definitely hit the spot!

Sadly i was so ashamed with the customer service at this place. I had booked a reservation with the manager 3 weeks in advance for a birthday celebration for my self on oct 21 for 15 people. I sadly called 3 days before and advised them that I had to move it to Oct 28th because my father got open heart surgery scheduled on my birthday. The hostess assured me that it was fine and she was able to change it for me but to call on the 28th again just to reconfirm we were gonna go. I called on the 28th and the manager there was very unprofessional and rude. She told me there was no reservation and that i probably never even spoke to a manager. Making it seem like i made it up. She said we could show up and wait to be seated and it could take an hour or more if there was even seating available. I advised her we were going at 6:30 still and if they could start prepping the tables so we can get seated at that time. She said that was a threat and didn't appreciate it. I asked how that was a threat and told her how this was so wrong of them not honoring my reservation. She didnt care she just laughed and eventually hung up on me. I wont put her name but her initials at N.M. So I felt that if we showed up, we were definitely not gonna get seated at this point because of her attitude. So I called the other cheesecake factory at the Arboretum and the hostess and manager were so nice and apologized for that happening and said that they would totally accommodate us. So I moved my whole party up there and it was amazing over there.

On my latest visit to this location of The Cheesecake Factory, I had the Jamaican Black Pepper Shrimp. The dish is served with lots of shrimp, plantains, rice, black beans, marinated pineapple and a spicy Jamaica black pepper sauce. The dish was excellent and did not disappoint. Service was also very good.

Immediate seating, great customer service and delicious food. This is our go to place whenever we go to Barton Creek mall.

The nachos were alright. Especially considered this restaurant's reputation for mid food at high prices. The pretzel bites were also ok but a terrible value. Kitchen seemed to be moving a little slow. The main problem was one entree didn't arrive. The appetizers arrived 5 minutes apart. Meals 1 and 2 arrived together. Few minutes wait for the third and a few more minutes to be informed the burger had been delivered to the wrong table and would be an additional wait. I waited until everyone else had finished their meals and then canceled it. They took it off the bill. No other compensation. $120 before tax and tip. Would have been better off in the food court.

A trip to The Cheesecake Factory never disappoints! Always a huge selection and tasty food. Our waitress was just the sweetest and very attentive. Came in for lunch for a coworkers birthday. I was craving something fresh, so I went with the Thai Chicken Salad. No peanuts and added avocado. I recommend requesting extra dressing on the side. They don't put too much initially. The salad was delicious and enormous! We shared a Snickers Cheesecake with the birthday girl and it was soooo good. They decorated the plate so cute and even added a little flute with ice cream, fudge and whipped cream.

A beautiful place with a huge menu. American, Italian, Mexican, Thai - you name it, they will have it in there. And the flavours are REALLY good!!! I tried their specialty - chicken mardie which has a mushroom sauce, really delicious. Their beet avocado salad is the best I have tried, fresh ingredients and flavors, very refreshing!! Also tried the belgian waffles from their brunch menu - I AM IN LOVE perfect crunch on the outside and moisture inside, very tasty!! Can't wait to come back for more. Service is friendly!

decent dinner spot with tons of options, the menu is literally several pages with a lot of different cuisine options. this is a good spot for a big groups with different tastes. definitely on the pricey side with most dishes being around $20 but the portion size definitely matches. most of my group ate like 75% of their meal and took the rest home. always love the bread and butter! free birthday sundae (if you want a free cheesecake, make sure to sign up for rewards 14 days in advance!) service was very nice and has a stuffy ambiance. nice spot of fancy dinners but wouldn't come back for a casual dinner.

I love coming here while at the mall. This review is just for the bar area. They are so friendly and engaging. They can make a mean dirty martini but I tried the pineapple mezcal drink and can't wait to have another. I love their korean fried cauliflower b and the buffalo bites are great too. I just love the location and vibe.

I grew up on the Cheesecake Factory so I know exactly what I'm in for every time I go! The largest food menu you've ever seen, amazing bread and some damn good dessert! This place has more options than you could believe. It took me literally 30x minutes just to narrow down what I wanted This Cheesecake Factory is located in the mall. They have some patio seating outside, which makes for some nice people watching. T

Decided I was craving some Cheesecake Factory and I can say I left satisfied with my experience. I came in on a Tuesday evening so there wasn't a long wait and got seated immediately. Our waiter helped give some good suggestions on an appetizer. The service was average since we did wait a bit in between drink refills but overall a good experience. Fried Mac & Cheese (7/10): I expected the Mac and cheese to be more firm and creamy but the consistency was thinner. The batter was very crunchy and the sauce paired well with it. Fettuccine Alfredo (5/10): I was a little disappointed with this dish. The pasta was over cooked and basically falling apart as I tried twirling it with a fork. The sauce was just an overwhelming amount of butter and left a coating of grease around my mouth. Would not order again. Rigatoni (6/10): Pretty solid dish. Had good flavor and a nice sauce to pasta ratio. Better than the fettuccine.

It was quick and easy to make reservations online. Our server was quick and attentive. We all ordered something totally different and all of our food was delicious! Restaurant was busy and pretty noisy.

So, we went to the bar after a movie for a drink. There were two open seats at the bar with menus. The bartender took our order and served our drinks. The second bartender came out of the back and accused us of moving a guest and that she had food coming. He told her the customer moved her things, yet she continued on her rant! Even after my husband and I told her that she moved, she said "that's your option."

$17 for a lunch sized chicken salad with exactly FIVE cubes of chicken. Soggy lettuce and mushy tangerines. I've never had a great meal at Cheesecake Factory but they have always been ok. This was just awful! They need a serious water filter. I sat at the bar for lunch and the bartender was terrific- that was a bonus!

I'm disappointed that Cheesecake Factory got rid of their pomodoro pasta, it was such a great pasta. I asked the server if they had any pasta with just tomato basil and she said yes, I'm glad I double checked because the one she mentioned had chicken and I'm vegetarian. She just said "yes it has chicken" and annoyed and unwilling to help so I went with the vegan Cobb salad. I ordered a lunch portion and ended up getting the full size (which I had to pay for). Oh well I guess. The salad wasn't bad but it wasn't filling and worth $18 either.

It's usually pretty crowded at this Cheesecake Factory, but the wait is rarely excessive. Tip: In terms of food quality, your best bet here is to order the cheesecake We visited this location on a weekend night. The waitress was attentive, so she noticed right away that I wasn't enjoying most of my food, so she comped my portion of the check :-) Despite the crowd and the fact that it was a weekend, the ambiance was nice and relatively quiet.

I had reservations for seven it took me in at 6:50 which was pretty cool so I thought I was gonna be able to you know eat on time by the time I got my bread 1piece for two people ? )I had to ask for our drinks about three times .By the time the waiter came to check and asked for our food I was on my Second drink, finishing my appetizer waiting for the waiter to come back another person waited on us when we were ready to leave I had to look for the waiter to get the check but when I got the check, the waiter stood near the food was OK. I ordered crab bites but they were out of them so I ended up getting crab Rangoon And I also had Jamaican chicken and shrimp. My fiancé had Jamaican chicken. It didn't really taste Jamaican. it taste more Brazilian. It was very sweet. I don't know if the shrimp was undercooked, but I ended up throwing up my food. My fiancé said his food was done fine, and the silverware was oddly placed on the table. I thought that was really dirty. Usually silverware is wrapped in a napkin unexposed but to each his own, I won't be going to this cheesecake factory in the future. Oh that I mentioned I went on my birthday was not great very mid experience.

I had a great experience at cheesecake factory. Being able to schedule a reservation really helped. We were acknowledged promptly and seated. Drinks arrived quickly. We had the avocado eggrolls for an appetizer. They were hot fresh and tasted fabulous. I had the Romano chicken with pasta and finished with the chocolate cake. Everything was fresh and tasted wonderful. The service was great and the waiter very attentive. It was a very nice visit and will be back.

I've been to the Cheesecake Factory a few times now and when I dine in, it's always great. My mom loves this place too so we came on Mother's Day and while it was busy, the wait for a table for 3 was only about 20 mins (they'd quoted me about 30). We were well taken care of after being seated and the food came in good time. I had commented on the last review thinking the grilled steak medallions on take out seemed to have less food, but I'm more convinced it's the presentation after getting it again today (I think it just looks like more food the way it's spread out on the nice plate as opposed to in the to-go container). They were out of bread just on our arrival but were making more and it was probably only a 5 min or so wait before we got some for the table - no problem. The food today was delicious as always, and the presentation of my mom's dessert was very cute (with the happy Mother's Day written on it). I was very appreciative that the cheesecake factory gave me a small gift card as thanks for feedback as well which I used today to help pay for some of lunch. The ambiance, as always, was casual/upscale. Very happy with our experience today :)

After waiting a long long time we order a few items. The bacon, top cheese melted and right under the burger unmelted cheese. Don't ask how pasta my daughter had she ate it, my spring rolls, well lets just say cheese cake factory taste like a pre-heated over cooked and microwave snack from the most pathetic small little airport quick grab and go place. Lets try the cheese cake. Btw return the soup chicken soup and it was not not good. Waiters was awesome he was cool.

Food was delicious! Service was great very attentive! I loved the scenery very beautifully made.

I'm coming to love the Cheesecake Factory for its extensive menu, calories posted for every food item, and systematic, friendly service. Can I say anything that hasn't been said before? Only that the modern Cheesecake Factory looks nothing like the one Penny worked in (reference to the Big Bang Theory).

Food is always fabulous at Cheesecake Factory. You can't go wrong with any selection. Extensive menu makes decisions hard but, you can always come back. Lol Same goes for the cheesecake selection. I love watching the screens for pictures of food & desserts.

I followed the procedure outlined above to lodge my complaint with this company. As of this date, no one has responded.

This place has the most diverse and extensive choices on the menu and such an extensive cake menu. The key lime cheesecake was to die for. It was so good, I forgot to take a photo of it before I devoured it. My friend was in town from Odessa where they don't have The Cheesecake Factory so we went her for dinner and brunch the next day. The service is great and attentive. It is a bit pricey but everything is delicious, so no complaints from me. I'll be back for sure.

This is 3 different Cobb salads at the Cheesecake factory in Austin at Barton Creek. 1st was eat in, second was what they advertise and third was what I got when I ordered a takeout. After showing manager on duty, she only stated that it had all the ingredients. Always check food before you get it home.

Like Lupe tortillas I am done with the cheesecake factory. The food was awful. If you can't cook fries then why bother with the rest. The calorie count on their main menu is disgusting with most dishes over 1200 calories. There is a skinny menu but cmon. The atmosphere is decent but that's about all the good that I can say.

The worst service I've ever experienced. Took 25 mins from the moment we sat down to the moment we were served our initial drinks. It was not overly busy, the bartender was admittedly backed up but our waitress was nowhere to be found for the first 10 mins and messed up our drink order and our food order. The manager on duty did help us out a bit and that is appreciated but overall this was horrible. No other issues with any other CCF locations in my life, so not hating the brand but this location was terrible.

BBQ chicken salad was good but service was terrible. Restaurant wasn't full today at 1:00. Took a long time to place order, food arrived relatively quickly, couldn't get anyone to take order for cheesecake to go, finally got check after customer next to me flagged down the waiter for both of us. Left cash payment as didn't want to wait. So disappointing.

Food overall good, I personally don't recommend buffalo wings, salty and weird. Egg roll and pasta good. We ordered shared shrimp pasta, good for two adults.

Came here yesterday for my friend's birthday dinner. They seated us pretty quickly. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The bread they bring out at the beginning is very tasty. The menu has so many options that it's almost overwhelming. I decided to try the Cajun jambalaya pasta and it was good. Not the best pasta ever, but it was solid. I wish it was a little spicier. The portions here are huge. I couldn't even get close to finishing my plate. One order of pasta could easily feed 2 people. The Oreo cheesecake was awesome! Definitely the best thing here is the cheesecake. I usually get the red velvet cheesecake but this time we tried the Oreo one and it was excellent. My main criticism is that I don't think the quality of the food was worth the price.

First time here, dinner was good. It's a bit expensive but you get a lot of food. Our waitress was nice and friendly.

Upon being seated and after being brought waters, my partner and I mentioned to our server that we needed a few minutes to look at the menu to decide on our order. She took at least 15 minutes to come back to us, and when we finally gave her our order, she came back later saying they were out of the appetizer. No problem, we can order another, except our entree comes out before she even comes back to take our appetizer order. We scarf down the entree within minutes, as she had also forgotten to give us bread although she gave some to the table next to us which had been seated later, and proceed to wait even more until she comes back to finally take our appetizer order which comes out cold and unappetizing 20 minutes later. At this point, I had to ask for the bread as she clearly did not mean to give us any, and I also asked the other server bringing our appetizer over to give me a side of peppers, which she never did. And on top of that, our server apologized and mentioned that she'd be telling the manager that I never received my peppers, which was probably the least frustrating part of the experience. All in all, I was incredibly annoyed by the service and even more disappointed by the fact that the food didn't even make up for it, despite it being quite pricy. One of the worst dining experiences I've ever had and will not be coming here again.

Our server, Yadel, was the absolute best. Made the meal special, exceptional customer service which is rare these days. Cheesecake Factory never disappoints when it comes to the food, and this location was no exception.

The food was average, they got our order wrong multiple times but the service was great and our server was really nice.

The food here is exactly what you would expect. For me it's a good spot to grab a bite and a drink because I get tired of malls. Wey quick

First, your server wasn't very attentive but that alone wasn't enough to make the experience poor as we understand that sometimes servers' can be busy. Not sure what was going on at the bar, but maybe your bartenders should utilize jiggers. The first cocktails we ordered literally had no alcohol in them and took 15-20 minutes to come. That's fine, we ordered shots and they also took 15-20 minutes to come. When they came, they were supposed to be 2 singles and one double. Instead, two of them were visually higher than the other which wouldn't be an issue if it was actually liquor. However, once again our shots were less than a full pour. We needed to leave so we asked our server to check-out and due to the delay with the last cocktail and how your bartender's pours seemed to be off, we requested that only one drink be taken off the check. Furthermore, an additional dish came out that we didn't order. Not an issue, we were prepared to pay for that and the drinks that we were unhappy with. The server took a while to come back with the bill and we needed to leave since we had an event to attend. We asked for a manager and instead of being able to talk to one, our server came back instead. Why was a manager not sent over? We went up front to ask for a manager and unfortunately, the gentleman working the floor that evening was equally subpar. He didn't seem to care about what we had to say and couldn't even offer a half-cooked apology.For a $200 bill, the experience was entirely substandard. Please encourage your employees and management to at least pretend to care what your guests have to say. We will not be returning.
